Quiz zum Vortrag

  1. Molecules move down the concentration gradient with zero energy expenditure.
  2. Molecules move down the concentration gradient by using one ATP for each molecule transferred.
  3. Molecules move up the concentration gradient with zero energy expenditure.
  4. Molecules move in either direction and independently of a concentration gradient.
  5. Molecules move up the concentration gradient by using one ATP for each molecule moved.
  1. Participation of carrier or channel proteins
  2. Participation of peripheral proteins
  3. Participation of phospholipid molecules
  4. Participation of hydrophobic molecules
  5. Participation of the hydrophilic heads of phospholipids
  1. The rate of facilitated diffusion of glucose across the cell membrane is directly dependent on the number of ATP molecules hydrolyzed during the movement of glucose molecules.
  2. Facilitated diffusion does not utilize any energy during the transfer of molecules from the exterior to the interior of the cell.
  3. Conformational changes in the carrier proteins of gated channels lead to the opening and closing of gated channels.
  4. Carrier proteins or gated channels provide a selective aqueous passage for hydrophilic and larger molecules.
  5. During facilitated diffusion, molecules move down their concentration gradients across the cell membrane.

Great lecture.
von Mariana . am 15. Januar 2024 für Passive Transport – Transport Across Cell Membranes

Easy to understand.I like how she uses examples to illustrate passive vs. active transport.

excelent

very good, is complicated, but i understand everything, she is a good teacher

Try to use animations please
