Year 2, Semester 2 (Philippines Nursing Curriculum)

I have enjoyed this program. I have the utmost respect for all professionals presenting complex subject matter. The series presented by Dr. Stone is far too casual, with little to no emphasis on critical terms or pertinent information during her lecture. The previous lectures I viewed for the adult health portion of my studies were organized, paced, and more formal. I do not feel prepared for the growth and development portion of my upcoming exams. I am looking for alternate growth and development resources.

This professor is just all around awesome! she knows exactly what we need to focus on and good at highlighting and reinforcing information that we may have covered in other videos, tying it all in, and great for recall of previous information! she is great!!

Jacqueline is a great instructor who explains everything in detail and gives good examples. I wish you guys have more material for nursing. You guys are missing a lot of materials such as STI, sexuality, menopause, reproductive, and so on. That is, unfortunately, because you guys are great instructors.

Tetralogy Fallot becomes an easily understandable condition with the lecture of Doctor Brian Alverson. I can now explain tetralogy of Fallot by myself with ease without learning it by heart

How you summerise important aspects Concise Informative Like it a lot

Awesome lecture as always! I've been more into my Paediatrics course right now thanks to Dr. Brian, I can understand really fast and easily the concepts and then review more in depth material like books and articles. I love the notes new feature, the slides in PDF and the articles posted here! I really enjoy going through these topics!

I understand the comment of the previous student. However, I think the goal of these lectures is to give the appropriate knowledge to use as a resident. It's not really important to know more details about it. When a patient has a tachycardia, it's important to know if it's physiologic or pathologic and the cause of it. So the lecture helps to determine the physical origin which helps to point to the cause. Thank you!

These are the best explanations regarding bradycardia that I heard of. I would have liked to hear more about other drugs that could cause bradycardia though. That being said, I think that now I cannot forget the different blocks. So thank you very much! Also cool that the case of neonatal bradycardia is talked about.

I think it's an excellent lecture. However, I do agree with another member, I would have liked to see for these diseases the prevalence number of the diseases. Otherwise I think the relevant information to think about the disease is in the lecture.

I like it because, It helps me to catch up the different aspects of Nursing, as I am basically with neonates and kids .I know I couldn't go through the entire session, but I will do it.I have recommended this to my colleagues .

Confusing, difficult to understand (too many synonymous names)- its difficult to comprehend what its meant with orthodromic etc.

These videos get in the point, summarize what are the important things to know in each topic for the test, and help me not to be saturated with all the information in the book.
