- Someone pretending to be from the IT department calls me and ask me to perform certain tasks on my PC.
If you have signs of being infected, what is the very first thing you should do?
- Disconnect from the Internet.
- Shut down the PC.
- Call the IT Department.
- Open the task manager and inspect CPU activity and running processes.
