Great topics, helps with learning and retention! Highly recommended the ON videos!
I like the series presented by Dr. Fisher. I love his explanation because it help stick material better when you understand why are we doing certain steps. Thank you Dr. Fisher.
The gibberish that falls out this retards mouth. WIsconsin, what, what?
The concepts are not explained in detail. The ideas are not logically connected. The lectures are very expositional, mainly listing diseases and etiologies with very crude explanations. Altogether the resource is not useful for either learning the concepts for the first time or reviewing them once already learnt.
Thank you. I´m going to present this topic at my hospital.
Great lecture!! So easy to understand and so easy to memorize the different stages according to the picture.
I really appreciate how comprehensive the course is, including the power point notes and the additional resources. I also appreciate the visuals. The subject is explained very clearly, and the case examples help with applying the knowledge in the clinical setting. My NP program truly lacks lectures and lecture notes to facilitate learning, which is unfortunate. With my program, I feel I have little to no guidance other than assigned readings. Reading a whole text book doesn't help with memory retention, as people have different ways of learning. I think Lecturio does a good job at ensuring the courses are effective for all types of learners. I'm definitely going to continue using Lecturio during the duration of my program and preparation for the board exams.
I liked the illustrations and the animations. the lecture was on point and easy to understand
Huge thank you, dr. Raj! You managed to explain everything very clearly and with a bit of humour that allowed me to go through this 18 minutes lesson very very easy!!!
Thank you, Professor Richard Mitchell! This lecture was extremely accessible and very clearly taught. Even though I am watching this on a laptop, I get the sense that Prof Mitchell is very friendly and really wants to help students understand. I found the video very useful :)
perfect lecture, will always remember thanks to animations, thank you
this guy makes me insane, why does he talk like that? Every lecture I find him on I look elsewhere for the information
Though brief, it covered the main points, the dx and treatment. The differentiation was lacking.
It represents the form of most prevalent diseases nowadays. It's important for the medical-science.
Dr. Mitchell is awesome! The fish mouth description made me laugh but I will never forget what it means lol. Thank you!
I wanna thank Dr. Raj for this amazing course it was a very beneficial
Well-explained, well-organized, and easily comprehensible. It covers all the important information in detail, labs, DD, assessment of severity.
Very well and clearly explained and nice to listen to.
Dr. Pei has a lot of knowledge about surgery and he is able to transmit it to the students. also he focus on high yield question and that always important.
Dr. Fisher is very clear on the lectures, this topics are relevant for the med student and are well explored here.
Great teacher, and videos run exceptionally well and smoothly. Thanks Lecturio folks.
Dr. Raj is so funny! How did you know that I like vondoo? I will never forget extravascular hemolysis lol. Thank you for a great lecture!
Good video, for a important topic. Dr. Fisher has a lot of information to share and its a pleasure to see him explaining so well.
Hmm slow Understanding Hi Hi Hi how many words for bedrock severs the best player from the bottom line of n mosses ?
Inclusion of the "gender identity" update was unscientific and does not belong in a medical lecture.
The explanations are good and are easier to understand, I love lecturio teachings. The tutors make it a point to give detailed explanations in the easiest forms possible with illustrations where possible. Thank you lecturio or I should thank the tutor specifically for making my learning easier
Perfect online source to be trusted on, i have used these informations at the hospital im getting trained and its amazing.
fair explanation but would have preferred her to do more demonstration using too
his teaching style is abrasive. Lecturio couldn't find a better lecturer?
I had to google most of the terms. Interpreted the chart on my own. The information was all there but it was not explained properly.
Dr. Raj is amazing and funny too! Love the lectures and illustrations. Thank you!
Concise but still covers all clinically relevant points. As expected of Dr. Richard.
These lectures are very easy to learn from; instructor gives examples to remember.
Hay problema con la traducción en los últimos minutos. En la parte de actualización no hay una traducción y se adelanta la traducción
Understanding that orbital cellulitis typically comes from sinus infections, whereas preseptal usually comes from the skin is helpful.
This is a very important topic in my country (Guatemala), thank you Dr Richard.
It is a good introduction to anatomy and histology of respiratory tree.
why does he teach in such a patronizing manner? Whenever I see that Raj MD is teaching the subject I go elsewhere to learn.
it's easy to keep up with the pp and the professor, and the best: questions during the video, so I don't lose focus ( which is a big problem for me)
Wonderfull lesson from humourous and extremely intelligent doc . Pleased to learn from him
Detailed and very extensive with clear-cut explanations, that makes it easy to understand and remember, Dr Raj is exceptional.
no explanation, his attitude was "we're just reviewing this, you should know it already"
really good doctor and timing is good like it very much and i understand the lecture
Very nice I like your way of teaching Thanks for you very much for the information you provided
I was super confused about PBC and PSC but Dr. Raj made it clear! love his style of teaching
Estos videos estan increibles para repasar de una forma que no sea tediosa, ya con las bases y esto para repasar uno mismo puede ir comentando el video junto con el expositor lo cual está excelente
Great info. Thanks for delivering clear and concise lectures. Just the right length to get an initial introduction.
I REALLY LIKE YOUR VIDOES I LOVE THEM SO MUCH
Concise lectures Highlight important key points Easy to understand The section on procedures is excellent could be more elaborate d
This lecture was extremely superficial. Serology is not discussed and neither the nuances of treatment of the pregnant patient. Cerebral and ocular forms of toxoplasmosis were also skipped. You need to get a physician specializing in Famliy Medicine to give this leture.
The lecturer did a great job explaining the anatomy of the heart, and with ease too.
Explanation is not logical ,needs improvement in teaching and to incorporate clinical features which hleps in differential diagnosis
Dr. Raj's style of teaching has made me really really dislike pathology. I wish you'd consider updating his pathology videos and filming them with a different professor. There are many other users like myself that do not find him beneficial at all.
love to have all causes to be in the same lecture atrophic vaginitis too , inofrmatiove , however searching for the clinical presentation features as well
Just reading the slides. Poor lecturing ability had to study this from another source. And lecturer is constantly mentioning whether the topic is on usmle or not.
Merely reading the slides in a bizarre tone. Just not good at all. And also it seems like that her goal is to make us pass the exams but not preparing the medical students to become a physician. Always bringing the topic about exams. uhh
I think there are some missing lectures especially for step 2 CK like hemorrhoids, anal fissures, fistula, etc.
I enjoyed watching that video and I refreshed my knowledge. Its length of time is very suitable and in the time very useful.
Thank u..videos are good..providing 24 hrs free videos is very appreciable step..May God Bless You All..
An excellent introduction to an important and sometimes overlooked area. The delivery is outstanding, clear, calm, expert.
Interesting data that I din't knew despite reading a lot of endocarditis from other sources.
El tema fue dado de una forma concisa y clara, permitiendo comprender las diferencias entre las lesiones habladas en el video.
A fantastic suite of mini lectures that focus on the essentials. Clear, succinct and to the point, with practice examples.
The videos are of short duration. The videos need to be longer, and some videos that I search for are not on file to be watched. Good job by Doctor Raj------I wish I know as much pathology as him!!!!!!
Although the course gives you a good desccription of the liver anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology, it doesn't touch on treatment and reasons for commencing a particular treatment.
It is very nice lecture Ilike your way of teatching very much thank you ??????from Sudan ????
It is very nice lecture Ilike your way of teatching ??
It is thre first time to understan heart failur thanks for you??
Very well explained with all key aspects covered. Spilt into useful categories.
This here is the best definition of study smart. I like the paediatrics lecturer. He makes every topic so easy to understand.
In my medical school I didn't like This class because I just like surgery but, the doctor explain in detail all you need to know about it. Thanks so much for this class.
Easy, concrete explanation, delivers what is needed without loosing the viewer during the video
Excellent direction, subject is completely understood by the end of the lecture
I think if there is more pictures about the diseases and animated videos it will be more better but at all I love it
Very good lecture with concepts , helps me to understand . Thanks.
I liked the review questions and the explanations Dr. Raj simplified everything he made it more interesting
Very informative. Helpful in provding explaination I can reuse when describing why influenza is harmful to the lungs
Not happy with presentation Not mentioned key word and information for answering Essential topic missed
boring voice, language, topic, not clinical, produce headache, not necessary topic
This is a great lecture presented by a great speaker!
The lecture is clear and i understand it. Am looking forward to see Np question review
Excellent course by the best professor on Lecturio I've seen so far in terms of explanation and concise statements and doubt clearing.
I am enjoying studying here, the contents are well arranged plus the videos and the questions with well explained answers Maybe about adding up the dosages of drugs plus the page should be staying longer on without internet
Very targeted and practical presentation and UpToDate thanks for that fantastic talk
Updates filled in the gaps needed for the topic mentioned.
Dr Raj is hands down the best teacher! He is getting me through medical school as he explains content so well.
I think the anatomy could have been explained much better. I found myself constantly pausing the video to find the specific structures mentioned in some parts.
Dr. Raj is an excellent teacher, no matter what the topic is.
Goes through key cardial arrhythmia concepts in less than an hour.
I love Lecturio a lot, i think it is so high yield which is really helpful in exams and in general learning, too 'cause first learn the highs then dive into details! So, really great app!
It is very interesting one. But the number of vedios who can be freely accessible are very low. We who are living in low income countries have no the option for perimium subsribition
Concise and Clear first introduction to menstrual disorders, presentation, definitions, guidelines and salient information for management,
I appreciate the clear information given in a way that makes sense. This lecturer seems very knowledgeable and has a great voice as well, which makes it easier to listen to :)
not sure how to connect some things or how they link up. just difficult to follow and conceptualise
Enjoyed the lecture so far. Sometimes a little complex, but once I watched it a couple of times, it really sunk in and now I feel like I have more than just a simplistic understanding of the subject
this guy, impossible to tolerate. Can't get a thought across without some random articulation
Good Lecturer, professional appearance, good selection of high yield topics, combined with simple but important explanations on key physiopathological issues. Great experience.
Dr. Raj has the ability to break down incredibly complex pathophysiologic mechanisms into easy-to-digest pieces!
Good delineation with the vocabulary terms, lymphocyte rich versus predominant.
It would be more helpful if the slides had the comparisons between NHL and HL.
very clear explanation to help delineate the differences between these diseases/syndromes
Brian is incredibly clear as a communicator and the lesson is fantastic
It's very well explained, but still need to be more detailed. For my parasites exam it is not suffice.
Simple but clear and straight to the point explanations. After watching these videos I didn't have to go back to my lecture notes.
Being an internal medicine specialist I would like to get the update in all relevant topics
I do really like it, is a very good explanation, everything is clear
me gustó el video esta muy bien explicado y creo que esta todo lo necesario que necesitamos saber sobre enfermedad celiaca
very good revision,VERY GOOD ILLUSTRATIONS I LIKED IT ,I WAS VERY HAPPY

I like the way Dr Raj explains everything with accuracy and with so much dedication.
Muy claro y conciso con su conferencia, me agrada la manera de abordar el tema.
well explained this video was good Dr Paul Moss never mentioned types of HL
The content is concise, straightforward and video time is short. However, using a pointer would be helpful. Overall excellent
I like this course because of many things , the way of learning is very effective ,and the spaced repetition is helpful for me to remember
The course is very good, I wish you would add the missing ones like IgA vasculitis, mixed cryoglobulinemia, etc
The doctor is very clear in his explanations and makes learning more easier.
I understand everything that the doctor says and the class help me so much for my exams
Helped to drive in what I’d learnt before. Pictorial representations helped my ability to understand. Questions helped me realize where I had misunderstood and go back to listen again.
the clinical morphological diagrams are amazing and explained really well BUT in my opinion scenario MCQS should be included in QUIZ
Great course! I will recommend it to all of my peers. I love that the speaker speaks clearly and slowly, although the pace becomes a normal conversational pace at 1.25x speed. This allows me to go through the content that is easy for me to understand quickly (at 1.25x to 1.5x speed) while I go through more difficult content at a slower pace (1.0x speed) without having the speak sound like he was drunk (0.75x to 0.5x speed).
easy to follow and the voice is very clear. useful images are given.
It is very useful although the explanations can be more in-depth.
The lecs are very well explained and makes it a lot easier to understand the concept well
GREAT WORK LIKE YOUR IMAGING VERY MUCh Suggestion Close the lesson with an point form review with the key factors from symptoms till medications .....would be very usefull for me. Thank you
He manages to present the key information in really short time without lacking explanation where it might be needed. All of his lectures are wonderful, no exceptions.
Great explanation including the gene related morphological changes and brilliantly clinical and pathomechanism by a professor Richard Mitchell. Thank you very much indeed.
Really love the videos by Proff Elliot, and I love that he explains that concepts are constantly changing but gave us the foundation to build on.
Prof Brown is just amazing at explaining concepts, I really loved his videos.
This course is outstanding and great supplemental information for my courses. It’s easy to follow and provides just enough details about each topic concept. A lot of high yield information. I’d highly recommend these courses to any FNP, PA, or Medical students!
Unfortunately I am unable to listen to Dr Raj. I believe he knows a lot but it is difficult to follow his teaching. I am happy there is new content in Pathology with the new man who is a very good teacher.
I like the explanation of lung volume loop in normal state to their shifting right or left in disease condition. But,how these loop is formed it lack some explanation.
Coronavirus. Relevant topic. Could not have been made available at a better time. Very good job 5 stars. I encourage everyone to listen to all the lectures in this track. the material had been given clear easy to understand .Helpful in clinical practice and updated ,which is super impoertant
Short videos are good but needed little.bit more explanation for understanding concepts ,it's like saying various terms and related things but it does not clear concepts
Me gustó la forma en como se explicó el tema, el abordaje fue fácil de comprender y asimilar.

you make everything so so simple...loved your videos thank you for clearing the whole concept
short, detailed , and explainary most medical videos are usully long
The context is precise, Dr. Raj does his best to bring picture what he is trying to impart. I love his great sense of humor and I would definitely refer
Dr. Alverson along with Dr. Raj are the reason I joined Lecturio. Together, they got me covered in pediatric and adults. Dr. Alverson’s grasp on everything pediatric is such that he is able to convey every piece of information clearly and precisely and more importantly makes it stick. I can easily recall information I learned from him not because I have great memory (I don’t) but because he is that kind of teacher. I know you know which kind I’m talking about. I’m considering pediatrics so he’s basically my idol currently.
As always, Dr. Raj is an outstanding teacher. I just love the way he drills concepts into my brain by connecting all the subjects together from biochemistry to pharmacology. You leave a topic with a thoroughly cohesive understanding of the subject. Teaching is a talent and Dr. Raj has it.
This is very helpful. Well organized and taught - I learned a lot
Great explanation of concepts and relevant case studies. Great prep for USMLE

I like the dr. explanation a lot. I love it when dr are brief and simple with their explanation. I love it then he used scenarios to help us remember the information which is really important and makes life easier.
I would like to have more depth on the clinical presentations and differential diagnosis as well as more information about the Therapie plans, decision making and type of surgeries. It would also be perfect since it is an online education platform to add an optional Real Operations Videos for e.g. for Appendectomy or Whipple OP or …etc.
Love the way he teaches. Great sense of humor and very keen on review and incorporation of physiology.
Excellent presentation Complete information So easy to gain what we need easily and rapidly
Simple. Precise. Very good. Don t waist any time. This topic is very high yield for any medical test.

Excellent nice little concept explanation on an important topic for USMLE
Great content presented in a format that can be applied at the bedside. Thank you!
Very useful information and specially Dr Brown used UK guidelines was very useful and interesting
i did like it because it is clear easy to understand .
It is good for a first pass , but to go more in depth it would be very useful to have more pathological images and pointing out the abnormalities or even what the normal structures are , as to familiarize the student with a 360 approach
I really like it! It is easy to understand, clear and give a lot of practical info , which is extreamly important in preparation and in practical life as a physician

Finally I am able to understand these confusing test for Down syndrome!
I'd recommend to watch from here. You could also start with pancreas. But, I think this might be a better step 1 for me.
Dr. Raj taught with clinical scenarios in view. I like the fact that he gives acronyms.
the topic was discussed in a detailed manner but with attention to clinical practice and critical elements. the segments were short enough to reduce fatigue and allow for breaks.
Yes, an excellent lecture, it has great content. Many thanks for doctor Kevin.
Easy to learn and it's free to download so affordable for students
Concepts are explained concisely and the review questions aid in consolidating the various topics covered
The lecture was very clear, concise and easy to understand.
Perfect and simple explanation that will be helpful for the PANCE, thank you!
I think Dr. Raj is the best lecturer, he explains briefly everything we need in med school for exam and for our practice life as a doctors, so I am so glad and thankfull to lecturio teem and Dr. Raj. I was the only one who understand everything about liver diseases in the school today. Thank you

Dr. Raj accent makes it even more pleasurable to hear him. Teaching format counts. Accent is part of it. His rhythm and emphasis also helps. When he wants to emphasize a step in a clinical presentation, his pauses and intonation do help my retaining (I hope)
Dr raj is an OG man. ? am glad that ? have him and his lessons
The lecture is well organised and the facts are explained clearly. I just think the lecture could be more detailed than it is.
The lecturer tries to make background and base for further pathologies, and it's exactly what I was looking for
Absolutely saved my life I watched the intro before a class and it made it so much easier in lecture Watched all the others right after the lecture Very detailed
Few details, not sufficient explanation. Please make the breaks between the slides longer
Clear and concise with appropriate images. I learned a lot. Thank you!
Great class! I loved how clear it was, and how the key points were highlighted
I like it because it's so clear and comprehensive and watching the lectures taught by best rank US teachers makes you feel you won't miss anything you should know, but in my country(Iran) the reference text book for pediatric in medical school is Nelson Essentials of Pediatrics, 8th edition, and i think lecturio is a bit different from it,what's your reference?
In my head "please don't be Dr. Raj, please don't be Dr. Raj, please don't be Dr. Raj". Damn it !!(bangs table).
Dr. Raj is the foundation of my education and my tuition is a lot more expensive than this website.
Yes . Hello Lecturio Team and Doctor Carlo Raj. Brilliant lectures It has great content and differentials are highlighted really well. Especially key points are described excellently . Many thanks indeed.
Professor Raj is very clear in explanation and he kept my attention constantly high. Lung cancer is one of the most difficult subject to study and he helped me to keep important concept in order in my mind. Thank you.
The teacher has great pronunciation! And classification made clear by extensive table.
Very strong high content material in preparation for USMLE Boards.
Dr Raj is very good in his teaching style in preparing students for the USMLE. He has a very good command of the subject. His teaching method is different in the sense that he does not spoon feed and wants the students to think on the material that they have learned in lecture. For those students looking for a lecture material I would recommend John B. West's small books on Respiratory Physiology and Respiratory Pathophysiology.
Very comprehensive lecture with profound clinical approach. Lecture covers topics which really need deep understanding.
He was very wholesome, calm, clear composed and his use of references to his experience were wonderful.
I personally do not think that there was not enough of necessary depth taken for this topic that I had to rely on what I learned in medical school or look up information on external sites, which is FINE, but I thought the whole point of these videos were for review and the topics that needed review were not covered. I think the basic concept that of comparing the fetal heart tracing to the maternal tracing is missed. The explanation of the categories was so confusing. It should have just been Category I is this, Category III is this, and Category II is anything not above - this is so plain and simple. Instead, the lecture slide made it look like there were certain criteria that needed to be met for Category II. I do not think this was the best lecture by Dr. Gillispie and I recommend looking for outside sources to review this topic.
I cannot give less than 5 stars to any of Dr. Raj's lectures. But I accept that you have to be smart to understand him. His only mistake might be assuming people who lecture to are smart.
too little information even about therapy and moa. Dr Raj is literally reading the slides. i can do it by myself.
Brief but accurate in its presentation and what is included. Thank you.
I really cannot understand how one can give 1 star to Dr. Raj. I personally want to thank Dr. Raj for his vast contribution to my medical education. I wish physiology lectures were as good as Dr. Raj's lectures. Ironically, he teaches physiology better than your physiology professor.
Dr. Gillespie is very articulate and well versed in the subject manner communicating effectively on the subject. I feel I have learned a lot to go into clinic with when I’m done with her videos.
made it easier for me to remember the features of each disease entity..
Very concise lecture, it is a very good summary and really helps you to understand the topic. May not be exhaustive but you can't cover everything in one video. Thank you very much.
I CONSIDER THIS LECTURE IS VERY USEFUL, BECAUSE THE LECTURER AND THE CONTENT IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND THANKS
Very helpful overview of normal anatomy as seen on US, CT, and MRI
Infectious diseases aren’t my favorite topic to study but with Dr. Fisher I can feel my own IQ increasing and my own brain expanding. It’s such a pleasure and an honor to be taught by him. Thank you, Lecturio, for this unbelievable opportunity.
I love your teaching style... your flaccid hand visual will be what I use to explain COPD to my patients!
Va muy rápido y confunden con los términos , este video debió tener mas claridad a los términos y con la explicación , un poco mas de profundidad
I like it very much because it explains in detail . I will recommend it to my fellow medical friends . Thank you Lecturio
Short to the point and very helpful for quick revision
This is the best course ever; and i would like if u can add much more complex of physiopatology; but inspite of that; thank u for this videolecture; I really enjoyed
Another brilliant lecture by doctor Carlo Raj , I like it very much such a great presentation and content is great . A very informative lecture and very memorable. His way of explaining really memorable . Art of teaching I would say . Many thanks and I really wish best of luck all of the lecturio specialists and professors . Also all of admin teams always response promptly. Many thanks indeed.
organization of the MRI section is confusing. It would have been better to show the definitions and the pictures at the same time...instead of using terms not previously introduced...and then switching to the definitions, but now the viewer can't see the image which demonstrates the terms. Instead, I had to look up the terms on my own and then I could better understand the lecture. I also had to spend time going back and forth with the slides and transcript/video to better understand. In short, the organization of this section could have been done better.
Outstanding and beautiful good point explanation Easy to understand Main points are outlined
Detailed explanation of concepts in a way that is easy to remember.
i was impressed the way abdominal is well summarize Thank you very much, it is amazing
Slide 9 is problematic, specifically for the explanation of T2. "Perpendicular" is not a very good term. There is no aforementioned information that would help explain what T2 is that is given in this lecture. What should have been said if this was to be avoided would be, "Beyond the scope of this lecture".
Very clear and easy to follow lectures. Elucidates the slides and demonstrates with the pointer.
Dr Raj doesn't just read slides. He helps you connect the dots to the broader picture as regards the patient. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Hello Dr Elliott, Yes this course is very complex and very interesting !!!! Especially pathogenesis part I think very important!!! As all treatment depends on it! Yes ,I do like this COVID 19 course ! I have taken so long to read those sessions as trying to compare from other sources if it had differences. That why is more interesting to study and memorable! I always love to study with differentials! Sorry about that that. As it is a new virus + with various subtypes , I am taking my time to study rather just reading ! I study to gain knowledge and skills not for a certificate Therefore I may take longer time And study all the details . This course is amazing I still think COVID-19 needs to be studied a very profoundly in order to have more effective and efficient treatment for the patients who experience this dangerous COVID-19 disease Especially I think post- COVID recovery’s very important as well. Many thanks for your great talk . Excellent explanation , and content is very informative . Dr .Gulbanu Akimgalievna
I feared ob all the time, yet Dr. Gillispie made the concept very palatable and enjoyable. I wish the gyn presentation was that simple and informative. Thanks
less interesting sfdg sdf fasd asf asf afsd afsd fasd fdas
It is fine, like it very much. Very informative and useful
a good update for a recent pandemic that has negatively affected so many communities
Definitely recommend to everyone, informative and concise, looking forward to more lectures by Dr Sean
The information was specific and to the point. The power point went with the information presented. It was easy to follow and understand.
it was simplified thus was able to understand. now will be able to manage my patient much better than before
I like dr raj lectures , he has clear knowledge about his teaching
This lecture provides a good, general overview of deciding if a patient is a candidate for surgery. Though brief, it is much better explained than in review books.
This lecture provides a good overview of clinical signs and symptoms.
I like the explanation of the pathogenesis and some clarification between allergic and non-allergic asthma.
Nice summary comparing and contrasting other differential diagnoses and walk-through of a typical case of COVID.
1- The accent of the lecturer is not comprehensive, as if he tried to emphasize on his accent. Instead of TALK, he said TOK is a simple example! I’m sure if he went to the USA, they will say:” Please repeat!” I myself understand a little the British accent, but he didn’t talk only for the British students or MDs. I had to look at the subtitles. I have not this problem with others. He didn’t use a case problem like a USMLE question to develop his lecture. He simply read what it was in front of him. If I compare the quality of Respiratory lectures with Rheumatology, for example, I can say that I didn’t learn anything.
Dr Raj you crack me up, you make medicine fun.
If we compare his lectures with others’, we can find that as if there is a text in front of him and he read it simply. With all respect, his accent is not very comprehensive or I am not familiar with it. I have to read the subtitles to understand what he said. Secondly, there is not any exam question type or cases. If he explained the topics through some developing questions, I think it was better.
It is helpful and updated And with presences of quiz it condence information.
Easy to follow without spending too much effort . Can watch videos in your downtime.
They are great and to the point, I like to watch these videos whenever I start to study a particular topic and they are also great summary tools. Thanks.
Very hard to follow. It is a shame since it is an important subject for the OBGYN rotation. The lecture should be more structured between the subject. It would be beneficial to follow a more classical approach, so we can properly follow. i.e. : 1st present primary amenorrhoea, the secondary. After that, have a few lectures on individual entities (Pathophysiology ? Presentation ? Diagnostic ? Management). Then finish with a lecture to differentiate the differential diagnostic. I really tried to give the course a chance, but it is a mess to follow, and I had to consult other sources to understand key differences between the diagnosis.
very clearly explained important and salient points. Would help with further pathological findings.
Guy seems cross and the lecture is lacking in context and flow
I wish this course included more details & more explanations. It feels rushed through and superficial, although it may be enough for preparing the step 2.
Your lectures are excellent because you have a great diction! Thanks.
quick explanation of what pure red cell aplasia is would also be great
It’s an amazing course. It helped me a lot to focus on the most important concepts of my university lectures. Also, this doctor makes pediatrics enjoyable an easy to understand. I absolutely loved it !
Thank you very much for explaining this topic well. After a look through several youtube videos this was the best one!
Love the explanation here about diseases and infections! Will never forget why squamous and small cell carcinomas lie medially now! I also really enjoy the interactive component of your lectures! Keeps me alert even after many hours of study Thanks Dr Raj
great lecure and wide coverage of key poinds like investigations. I like the style and the content. Thanks
good points covered. clinically relevant. good cases. thanks! I enjoyed this lecture.
very good lecture. high yield. excellent coverage of the topics.
I hadnt understood the condition until this lecture. Well expalined.
I dont know why on earth someone gave this 1 star. Excellent summary. As aways to the point.
clarified some of my misconceptions like the type of nutritional def associated with the condition and which parts of the bowel is affected. I am unsure why people gave it 3 star.
this topic is well explained and the discussion is clinically correlated. Thanks
good review of the topic. I am unsure why someone has given it 3 stars. Cant fault it.
such a good lecuture. Covers the topic in a broad sense. good clinical value.
my favourite lecturer. great lecture on such a complex topic
Thank you for such a good lectue. This has clarified things in my head and organize the topc.
very good approach to the problem of dysphagia, clear algorithm to reaching the diagnosis.
I completed this course 100 % . I also got all answers and I want to certificate

I completed this course 100 % . I also got all answers and I want to certificate
The teaching was very good. I was just sad it did not include acute bronchitis. And no one talked about infectious mononucleosis. Otherwise everything was perfect.
the tests are explained to a good detail for having use in clinical practise. Thanks again!
I like the fact that she breaks down the radiological terms so everyone gets them. To be honest you don't need to go to medical school to understand this course
excellent explanation of the electrophoresis in thalassaemias. good diagrams. engaging speaker.
excellent topic covered in right depth and detail. So well taught. thanks
Good explanation of drug side effects and easy to remember
I think this radiology course in not meant for those who already have a firm understanding of radiology.
Comprehensive and at the same time, straight to the point. Very good articles, questions and materials. The videos are very clear, and Dr. Gillespie is great.
I loved how thoroughly the pathogenicity of each microorganism was covered. It was also great that the Professors explained, in detail, exactly how the microorganisms infected their target cells.
It was really great and made Sickle cell disease study so nice to me!
The title says dermatomyositis and polymyositis. HE DIDNT EXPLAIN OR BRING UP POLYMYOSITIS. this lecture series is rushed and done poorly.
this isnt how you see it in books or in real life just made up way to complicate simple concepts
I liked it very much this course as it has covered all acute abdomen really well!!! And I especially like it it Diff diagnostics And illustrations are brilliant ! And way of explaining is really neat and precise!!! It is really handy to know as a foreign doc How to pronounce the some surgical vocabulary in English language. Yes! I will definitely recommend for foreign graduates to use this course and it has my preferred language on the bottom of the screen As well if I needed for instance.
I'm loving the course! I'm really advancing on the Pediatrics content. I am doing my Qtest continuously and taking notes after the video is finished. Thanks for making such an amazing video course
I love his lectures. He seems to make it stick.
Awesome lecture! I'm grasping better the concepts by first watching these vids and then reading my books. Thanks
I like the precise why that doctor included everything related to RX on one page, excellent!
to the point. One of my favourite lecturers. Really makes contents stick.
the speaker didnt mention at all serology and markers. insufficient information
She is truly amazing at breaking down the topics so that students understand and grasps the concepts.
great tutor, very informative and direct to the point helped a lot
Great Teacher Much Appreciated honestly, I have a surgery exam very soon so just recapping!
Is the best I have nothing else to give Simple to understand I Will recommend to my colleagues
1. Is there a US version? 2. It will be better to tell what's going to do before checking. 3. Please explain why. 4. Please illustrate how much is considered to be certain diseases
this series of lecture is too light to learn with it : this is a list of facts, but not an explanation of what's actually going on so as to give sense to the material
Clinical anecdotes are a great supplement to an already helpful lecture
Dr raj is explaining everything very nicely One thing he can do is the to increase the content and depth of topic. and rest is excellent
Absolutely amazing videos! So easy to understand and retain. Thank you !
1- because the courses were very well presented. 2-I like it because it can help in clinical knowledge. 3-Personnel finding in internet.
Good review and explanation of important topics! It helped me remember important stuff for my surgical clinical rotation.
LikeLike it very much,Like it very much, it very much,Like it very much,
Everything has been described so smoothly . I just wanted to know more about classification of asthma.
Well presented, clear, informative. May be there should be links to the relevant basic science talks. You should add on case based problem solving discussions.
I like the explanation of the surgical and non-surgical treatments
Good explanation regarding the different cell lines as a basic knowlegde for the further leukemia types.
Very comprehensive and crisp!!! Clinical scenarios can make it more easier to understand!!!
This lecture helped me understand the difference from iron defficiency anemia
I like that Dr. Raj verbally retests you again and again to help you memorize.
Dr Jeremy Brown is a very good professor, he has a unique way to make you understand airway diseases. Since I am a foreigner i find it hard sometimes to understand him so i have to rewind sometimes. i would recommend this course to any medical student who wants to really understand airway diseases.
Overall great series of the major points and he made it Dr. Raj made it intuitive and memorable.
DR.CARLO RAJ MAKES CONCEPTS EASIER THROUGH HIS ACTION AND WAY OF TEACHING
Short, easy to understand well explained , thank you very much
Dr. Carlo Raj, i like a lot the way you expose the lectures. You explain everything in very understandable way
It important lectures and I am very happy to be here
EXCELLENT. THIS IS BRILLIANT MATERIAL INDEED, I CANNOT COMPLAIN BUT GOOD
Super, thanks for your great explanation. It was very easy to learn subject with Lectuio. Keep going
Very well explained.all parts are well covered.way of explanation is very nice.
The concepts are clearly presented in the lecture, and in a short among of time
It did not provide insight into the actual pathological process leading to asthma. (i.e. the inflammatory mediators involved, the early vs the late phase of Asthma etc.)
Not very well practical not understood even a single thing
I like it very much, because it is in very simple, understable, also short topic wise discussion help is to maintaining continuity with study. we don't get bored to topics. Thanks for making such a app like this.
More emphasis on how the usmle style questioning will be asked
Very comprehensive and relevant. Details mentioned contain adequate conceptual and factual content combined.
very well explained. I would recommend this lecture to any medical student. I enjoyed every bit of it.

Thank you Dr. Alverson for this concise and easy to understand lecture. Even though it is a straight forward topic, as a student I believe I really benefited from your delivery.
It's an eye-opener for me and I feel better now ,more motivated to learn pediatrics which has never been the case before
Great, great, great, great, great great great, great, great, great
I had choose this rating because I enjoyed the lectures and the assessment of quizzes after each class. A bad thing is that I think it’s too short and I need to read from other sites , and if I had a wrong answer it didn’t say why ? But stay I enjoyed it.
Like.it.very much, knowledgeable,good presentation, excellent,love it

Very through and the fact that most lectures had summaries of the previous video made it very easy to understand.
Very comprehensive and well explained. I like the way the lectures are being handled with the tests after. Thanks
Only one word for carlo raj is Just amazing Mind blowing
Really good explanation of your speech and vocabulary explanation Thanks!
hi The couse consists many infectious lung diseases which was teaching simply and efficiently. Il
I like all your lectures, you give a great explanation of the material, thank you, Professor!
Muy buen curso, me felicitaron en clase por el amplio dominio del tema y por todos los datos que aporte.
Good overview of pulmonary vascular disease , i do not know why the rating is low
WELL PRESENTED lecture. Understanding the concept of sexual assault well explained
Concise, constructive, curative, conducive, conceptual is how I found this and the other videos related to this.
Great Review, simple and concise. Entertaining, and yes I was the fastest
Clearly presented, without redundant details. It helps a practising physician refresh their knowledge and organize it.
I still don't understand. I have played the video so many times. Maybe its just a very hard concept.
It’s basic and concise information. Uworld questions and my friends that have taken step 2 this year stated that there were more questions on pathophysioloy of disease. These lectures need to address this new question format.
the lecture is informative and the slides are also good. I would like to see something similar to the (eBook) PDF that was done in the cardiovascular pathology section in the renal section too though
The way Dr. Raj build the topic up.. seems like he is also an architect with being a doctor.
Dr raj is a very very good teacher. I really understand many pathiophysiology now
It is clear, well explained and very useful. Totally recommended.
This course is concise , practical , high yield , great !! I really like it !!
Hi Her lectures seem to be very clear and contain good points which are relevent To usmle ´s examination.
I like the simple way things were explained Sometimes more images to explain a concept would help...have you considered a pointer?
¡Me gusto muchísimo! Vienen varios temas elementales, solo recomendaría agregar más temas para complementar la sección de neonatología. El doctor explica de manera muy clara los temas.
well explained and detailed content and structure for easy understanding and memorization
Teacher is wonderfully explained the topic. Very practical , clear and concise information
Excellent content and presentation short and easy to follow and remains engaged.
The lecture is easy to follow and the content is well prepared
I actually just took my first maternity exam this past Friday and having listened to your lectures really helped me alot. Thank you for teaching the topic on FHR so effortlessly. Because of this, I was finally able to understand the topic
Excellent lecture. An important disease in pediatrics. Very clear about treatment options.
Excellent lecture. Important topic in paediatrics. I feel more confident to recognise this disease in children.
very good lecturer and high yield info. interesting and learning a lot!
Excellent lecture, it is sometimes difficult to remember and differentiate one another. Here, a lot of care has been made to help us to differentiate CD and UC. It shows.
Excellent lecture on an important topic in pediatrics, well explained, easy to remember. Just my colleague, I did not know about the skin manifestation.
Very straight to the point. No information overload . High yield, easy to remember.
Great . Concise and handled supposed high yield areas . I was able to answer couple of questions with it
I´LOVE DE WAY HE EXPLAINS MEDICINE. he is fun, makes everything simple
Good lecture, all aspects of the diseases are explained in a clear manner.
Good lecture, very useful to know how constipation is treated in the US. There are some differences with my local recommendations (Europe).
Good lecture, all important topics are talked about and explained.
The lecture is concise and to the point. It is just the information I need, but also thorough. I appreciate how the physician walks me through a case from initial presentation all the way through treatment.
Awesome! I like how fluent the Dr. is. Keep the hard work.
Great lecture for one of THE pediatric topics. It addresses all the important aspects of the topic.
Teaches really well. Informative, fun to learn Lectures. I liked it very Much.
Very nice lecture. Teaches very well. Makes the concept interesting.
I found the lesson very clear and useful! Thamkyou Professor Brown!!
very interesting assessment and thank you for the antibiotic regimen.
As always, Dr. Gillispie has the best lectures. The treatment methods were explained very clearly.
Doctor Raj is the most clear Professor I have ever met in my educational history! Thank you Lecturio! Greetings from Milano, Italy
I love all the lectures of Dr Fisher. He seems passionate about his speciality and knows a lot! His courses are rich and enjoyable
This course was clear, concise and interactive. All the components are there to help us understand the topic and memorize the most important things
Good lecture, I would have appreciated more details on the differential diagnosis. Very clear explanations, though! Thanks!
I love the pace and the method of Dr. Raj very much and I feel like I know a lot of the concepts he taught by heart now, without having confusions.
The technical explanations leave something to be desired of. There are some mistakes, and a lot of omitted material that would have been great to include. Weird because it is far below the usual level of Lecturio courses. If you remember only a very little of your medical physics course, do not spend time watching these videos.
I love her, she's great at explaining. The use of case scenarios make the classes more interesting too.
well explained, concise, not over complicated. I found it really engaging!
everything is well explained and organised. it isn't overcomplicated and is very well taught
I liked the one on ectopic pregnancy. Showing ultrasounds of normal vs. ectopic made it more interesting. Great professor too.
Really well explained. use of the chest X-rays where we pause and try to work it out is really good
Very easy to understand and covered lot of important aspects
short, precise lectures and good radiographic images to help understand the concepts
Good information, I learn a lot about POS. Thanks a lot i like it very much
Excellent lecture, key topic in pediatrics. Well-structured, easy to remember. Thanks!
I greatly appreciate this and general review of hematology. Thank you for simplifying and clarifying it for me.
Excellent lecture. Best explanation I heard so far of the disease. Thanks!
He could give more clinical examples so we can understand better, instead of being super blunt about the majority of things he says.
Good lecture. All the necessary information for primary care resident is there. Thanks!
Good summary of the disease. Easy to remember. Good to have the risk-factors! Thank you!
pathogenesis explanation is detailed and Lecturer is great at helping us to distinguish difference btw the two entities
Lecturio helps me solidify my concepts. I am glad I found you.
Really well explained. informative and detailed whilst also being concise
Dr. Raj is fantastic, this lecture was a great overview. My favorite part was the sound effects!
Professor Racaniello masters the topic very well. He knows what he is talking about. I like his confidence. He is one of the most fluent professors I ever have
simplified understanding i used to have difficult understanding Multiple myeloma but grateful to Dr Raj.
This was a funny video. I enjoyed it. Thanks for making the subject easy to digest :-)
Its was perfect explanation But not 5 since i still have questions
I find Jeremy Brown's lectures to be very engaging and easily understood. Like chatting with a new friend.
Good discussion with picture, it help me to understand.all topic discussion was good.
Very concise and easy to grasp. Liked how there's always a case study to help in assimilation
Very informative and easy to understand , almost all important lectures are covered
Excellent professor. I think this lecture in particular (fungi) is quick and just the essential facts.
Thank you very much Iliked this course because I got a big knowledge about ANC which will help me in my practice as a family physician
No disrespect meant at all, but I am a 52 year old just retired internist , preparing to get back to work by taking the SPEX test, I found almost all your lectures to be very good- great EXCEPT GYNECOLOGY, poor presentation, spilling facts without explaining bases, very annoying tone, AND NO POINTER TO HIGHLIGHT THE SLIDES OR PICTURES, I loved the OB, Radiology, Epidemiology, and Emergency medicine so far Regards
I love how Dr. Verma organizes her videos which have taught me almost all of the essential and fundamental knowledge that I have been trying to obtain via reading many radiology books.
I like that many many many part sir. It kills our boredom. Interesting ..lol.
He explains it well without any stress just like a pro
Amazing lecture! So easy to understand and so enjoyable to watch; congratulations!
Brilliant, helpful, calm, never understood it before, he made it very palatable thank you.
Easy, to the point, just enough for a non-specialist, the lecturer is extremely efficient, the formate is brilliant
Dr. Gillispie has a great presence and attitude that regardless my very low interest in obstetrics I get hooked to her lessons. I am glad I found her videos because Obstetrics is one of my weak areas.
Jeremy did a fantastic job. easy to understand and grasp information due to his teaching
Explanations are great, but some videos are so shorts long, it would be great if there is an option to view longer time or the some videos together
Very good course. It should contain examples of real heart sounds
Excellent. I like how you help us remember various steps like the descent of the fetus by comparing it to a wedding procession. Excellent!
This set of lecturers are very good. I am more confident in reading x-rays, CTs and MRIs now than before. I hope Dr. Verma will include more explanation and examples on using T1 and T2 weighted images and FLAIR MRIs in the near future.
The content is OK, but Dr. Raj speaks really fast sometimes and makes it difficult to follow him.
I fine it interesting, looking forward for more educational stuffs. Thank you
hard to understand this lecture. I also don't understand why lecturio makes it so hard to give a rating. Why can't you just accept a few words? Why do I have to type at least 10 words AND give a heading? If I have to write a short letter every time I give a rating, it just means you don't want people to give you a rating.
Such personality! Loved your lecture Dr. Raj! Keep up the good work!
Very clear, simple and easy to understand. And there is a relative translation which is suitable for beginners
d abord j aime l obstetrique les videos sont courtes et precises il est vraiment facile et tres abordable
I love the way the topics are explained in detail, how I am given an idea of what to expect from the specific lecture before the lecture starts going into detail...and also the fact that there are subtitles is a plus for me, because it helps me not to lose focus easily
I liked the slides and the questions, and the way each topic is subdivided and elaborated ..
He answers the question right away , and explains everything amazingly
Concise, clear and current. Question bank are relevant to practice and practical.
Excellent class. It help me so much to separate what is really important, from what it's not. Very clear
This presentation could use more substance. I wish it was presented better.
Very good I like him a lot , I can understand him very easily
This best lecture of ever I here this I follow and feel satisfied with Lecturio thanks for helping me understanding
Everything explained thoroughly , it was very easy to understand , and the lecture was informational
The lectures are very straight foward and Dr. Pei is really good.
a very helpful and good lecture. the way of explanation is amazing
Dr Alverson is great! I love his congenital heart disease presentations.
lecture is short and high yield, i loved it. add more contents like chorioamnionitis, respiratory distress, uterine rupture. and explanation after quiz question would be better.
Not a typical pediatric disease but a very important topic nonetheless. Thank you!
Not a typical pediatric disease but still a very important topic. Thank you!
Not a typical pediatric topic, however very important topic as it is a diagnosis that must be considered in children. Thank you!
Every topic was covered and deliivered in a crisp manner. Would strongly recommend.
Important topic in pediatrics. It expanded my list of differential diagnoses. Thank you!
Important topic in paediatrics. We had such a case and now I understand better the surgery he's been having. Thank you!
Important topic in pediatrics. Very clear explanations. Thank you very much!
Important topic in pediatrics. Very clear explanations. Helps to understand the topic very much. Thank you!
Carlo Raj simply read the slides, he could've said so much more about this important topic...
I am RTT student and it helps me a lot. Tomorrow we will be introduce this subject. I love the wait Dr. Raj teaches. Great knowledge Thank you
Excellent. ???? . Very well knowledgeable . I am RTT student. I learned a lot more now Thant I learned in one semester ??????
Thanks so much for making this complex topic clear and simple.
Concise and covered the needed material. Along with providing the differential diagnosis to pay attention to.
AS ALWAYS DR.CARLO RAJ IS A MAGICIAN (WHO CONVERTS TOUGH TOPICS =EASY TOPICS)
I understood the topics really well because Dr Raj is a superb teacher. Although I still failed the exam (because everything was so fast and the coverage is way too hard) I was still able to answer because of this. How I wish that the professors here in my school have the same thought process and teaching strategy as Dr. Raj.
because i like it.i like that the video is short at the same time so helpful and valuable .the explanation is so clear .
many important points were repeated so that it was strongly hammered into my head
These were excellent! Great practical information as well with excellent case examples.
Very good introduction courses for beginners and much knowledge for course reviewers!
Excellent! Very clear. I also appreciate the case scenarios he provides.
Very clear explanation about transudates and exudates. Unfortunatelly, the subtitles in spanish are not very accurate.
Very good lecture and very good translated. (Mi native language is spanish) I didn't like so much the use of acronyms, but lt is a detail. The class has very good explanations and it's crystal clear
These reviews are very helpful. I appreciate the pictures and description of the bacteria
Nice lecture very complete and in very litlle time. keep up with the good job
Great explanation and and entertaining lecturer who makes you understand.
A high yield review! I would just like to point out that some of the topic needs to be further discussed especially on the graphs and other drawings shown. I would also like to recommend putting some actual videos explaining/showing the procedures or anything that needs to be visually explained by videos. Overall, a great course, very helpful and highly recommended! Kudos
Super good this app lovely to use this surely helps become better dr.
The lecture provided clarification and important information in a direct and specific manner.
Great content and to the point. It focuses on the common diseases and starts with pathophysiology and ends with management.
Explica muy bien y claramente domina el tema aunque la epidemiología difiere con la de mi país igual en los medios auxiliares de diagnósticos se pide lo mismo. Es muy genial.
Excellent, I trained in India, and her voice is good. Am I with Leipzig- Brahms city - been there, also when it was GDR. Been down the road to Dresden, remember Trabis on the transit road in 1971.
Entire topic of Anemia has been explained very well.... The teacher is amazing
I like the fact that this course uses the most up to date classifications as well as investigations and therapies for the diseases. I am happy to have been able to share on study groups and be on par with my colleagues who are not using lecturio for their study sessions. I am very impressed with the lecturio online courses.
Excellent way of teaching with high yield information, kudos to Dr.Raj
For the first time I think I understand radiology better. The lovely Indian lady has clear English.
He is a great lecturer!!!!!! Keeps it interesting and concise. On of my preferred lectures
this needs reading..it doesnt give you explanation.i knew what she was talking about cuz i finished my obs and gynecology.for an institution this big its a shame.many non profit youtubers make better videos.i come here just for the quizes.yet from all the videos in lecturio this is the most disappointing....
Excellent explanation, easy to follow and understand. Professor Raj takes a topic so difficult and makes it look easy and fun.
Excellent lecture as usual: easy to understand, easy to remember. Thanks!

Excellent lecture as usual. Differential diagnosis is very well explained and laid out.
Excellente lecture as usual. Gives a clear overview of the disease and its causes.
Another great lecture. I think this diagnosis is very important to have in mind when a neonate presents with feeding difficulties and/or respiratory distress.
Excellent lecture as usual. Well-summarized, well-explained, easy to remember.
The lectures are very high yield and to the point. They explain everything so well and make you feel silly for not understanding some topics when you read them in a textbook. I also love the lecturer. She really made me understand and fall in love with obstetrics.
I learned a lot regarding the complications of gestational diabetes. Before this lecture I only knew that it would make a big baby and that they were at risk for hypoglycaemia. Thanks a lot!
Excellent lecture as usual. I feel more confident to understand the complications around prematurity.
Excellent lecture: clear, concise, good overview of the diseases and the management.
Excellent lecture as usual, what I appreciated the most is the way the information is summarised and the overview of organ systems affected by prematurity.

Excellent lecture, I learned a few new things for which I had doubts before. Thanks!
Excellent lecture and explanations regarding the abnormalities that are looked for in a newborn.
Excellent lecture as usual on a very important topic. I particularly liked that TTN was included in this lecture.
I really like this course amd will recomend it to others
Eu gostei do jeito que as informações foram apresentadas, a aula foi clara, simples e direta. Não deixando nada faltar. A parte que envolve diagnostico e manejo esta especialmente boa. Obrigada
It is a very important topic for our medical career, and you helped us a lot. Thank you very much.
Very informative and quite clear and precise on concepts to take note of.
I particularly liked the part about treatment in children and contraindications.
I particularly liked the focus on understanding and recognising the disease.
HIV is a topic that is a difficult topic because of the nature of the disease and its consequences. I liked how the topic was delivered and the emphasis on awareness, information and a pragmatic approach.
Very comprehensive. I particularly liked the differences between adult and pediatric presentations, also the different courses of the disease.
I particularly liked the remarks on Lyme disease as I live in Europe. I would have liked more comments regarding the bacteria carrying the disease (B. burgdoferi) and the mechanism of action of the antibiotics.

I really like how Dr. Pei delivered and taught the lecture. I can fully understand. Sadly I have limited access now since my trial has expired.
I particularly liked the remarks regarding packing, and the management of pilonidal/perirectal abscess.
I particularly liked the mention of Ecthyma and the comment on PVL gene.
I particularly liked the remarks regarding the labs results and steroids.
I particularly liked the explanation regarding PPD and prevalence in poor/rich countries.
I particularly liked the remarks regarding the interpretation of the PPD test.
I particularly liked the remarks concerning the taste of penicillin and the clear explanation concerning the Jones criteria.
I particularly liked the explanation of the management which makes it very clear in a stepwise fashion.
I particularly liked that the teacher focussed on the most common etiologies in this instance.
Clear explanations as usual. I particularly liked the conclusion at the end in the shape of "Take home messages".
I've seen several preseptal cellulitis in children but the attendings could never explain this disease as well as it has been done in this lecture. Thumbs up!
I particularly liked the Nigrovic Rules and the considerations regarding the long-term complications.
I particularly liked the differences regarding the age with the key features highlighted and the comments regarding the CSF values.
Excellent lecture. Crystal-clear on all levels. It gives me the confidence to have an informed opinion on Pertussis next time it comes in the differential diagnosis.
Excellent lecture. Really helps to dispel all the myths around M. pneumoniae. It does really seems like management is going to change in the upcoming years regarding this disease.
Excellent lecture as usual from a master teacher. The most important points about management are highlighted. It would have been great to hear the teacher's opinion about PO vs IV treatment, indications of drainage in case of empyema/abscess. Otherwise, I particularly liked the part about which vaccinations, why they are preventing pneumonia. Very well stressed I think. I'm going to use this when discussing with parents.
Excellent lecture. One of the best lecture, along those on Asthma and bronchiolitis. Tons of pearls and clear explanations for decision-making for the practicing clinicians.
Excellent lecture. I particularly liked the emphasis on the differential diagnostic, the remarks regarding the humidity and cold and the modality of the treatment. Also the signs that the child is sufficiently treated.
Excellent lecture, I particularly liked the recommandation to avoid labs and blood cultures, a good reminder in a "less is more" approach.
I particularly appreciated the emphasis on the clinical presentation and the radiological finding.
Excellent lecture with emphasis on most important clinical signs and clear categorization regarding management.
Clinical appearance, differential diagnosis, treatments, clinical pearls. This lecture contains the relevant and practical information.
The lecturing courses are amazing - principles are explained using very practical examples - making it easier to understand ????????????????
this was clear to understand, while being informative. just wished they went over CXR findings a bit more
all the lectures by Dr. Carlo Raj were great for me, hope you guys keep up that way
Both lecturers are very clear and Dr Elliot goes slowly so I get more of the quizzes correct.
I chose this rate because this doctor is incredible and this is the first time I understand biostatistics and epidemiology. He just needs to put more examples in the videos.
Love how dynamic his tone of voice is. Keeps me in check when i start zoning out
One of the best lecture. It makes many things clear. However, I feel there is one part that is missing: the compensation of fluid loss based on the estimated dehydration state. Everything else is great and much better info that I encountered before.
Very clear explanation of what are the hallmarks of the three degrees of dehydration
Very clear explanation of how the lab values change according to the level of dehydration.
Excellent lecture as usual. I was not aware until today about this controversy. I am not sure all of my colleagues are aware of it either. Thank you!
Excellent lecture as usual. I particularly liked all the comments about the antibiotics and the duration of antibiotherapy in children
Excellent lecture as usual. However, I would have liked to see the different sensitivities and specifities per analysis (leuco-esterase, blood, etc.) and altogether (leuco+blood, etc.) as can be found in Nelson's or other sources. All in all, I learned new things, thanks!
This is one of the best lecture from Dr. Alverson, along the ones such as Asthma and bronchiolitis. It is very well explained and also contains clinical pearls that I'm quite sure my colleagues are not aware of. This lecture will help me to better diagnose this disease and better explain it to parents. I'm looking forward to use this knowledge in real life.
It isnt clear the difference between torsion and epidymitis and i would like more images
Pretty well explained. Its short and very useful when i have to study for my college tests. Totally recommended!
Excellent lecture. Good overview of vomiting and diarrhoea with the definitions, etiologies and the most frequent diagnoses. Good explanation of the questions to ask to the parents.

I also like that lecturer explain things in comment. Overall good-looking doctor that I can see is experienced.
The lectures are great. Dr Raj breaks down difficult concepts easy to digest and remember. Every person attempting not just step, but to have a well grounded knowledge and concepts for the rest of your career, I highly recommend Lecturio. If I had only known about Lecturio, I would started along time ago. I also appreciate that Lecturio covers all topics not like just certain topics like other products, the spatial repetition also helps tremendously, whey better than just standard Anki since it is in question format. The info on Lecturio is up to date with the newer research and updates, still keeping the focus of the step exams.
Good coverage of the topic. Hit on important points well. Thank you.
Knowledgeable and thoughtful instruction. He teaches in an easy to follow manner. The material covered was well organized.
The essential information, well structured and presented. It will help me with the parents to provide better advice.

Love the course, thank you very much teacher, it really helped me.
Excellent explanation. In a few words easy understand this important topic. Thank you very much
Thank you very much for this very clear shock lecture !
Great lecture , excellent review of all the diseases shown in the video
This course has all I need, so a 4 star. However, I didn't get something special so not 5 star.
Great lecture! I learned tons. It shows that the instructor masters the topic and is able to give a clear and easy-to-understand picture. I now feel much more confident for these situations and more able to integrate the local guidelines now that I understand better the general concepts. Thanks!

I got lot of benifit from this app its very conceptual I learned a lot
amazing lecture , i want tobe like doctor raj he is my hero
Excellent lecture, thank you very much! I particularly liked the parts where you share your personal experience and opinion: the glue, suturing and the sedation parts. Clear and concise as usual.
All your lectures are excellent and it shows that you deeply care for children. I'm reviewing this one in particular because this is a difficult topic and I think you excelled in the choice of topics, the tone and advice for young paediatricians. I'm talking about the whole "child abuse and neglect" lectures. I'm going to review more. Thank you!
Why does this lecture start with a reference to something else if it is an Introduction?
I like it very much I like the way you give relevant informations in understandable way with review questions And you may add drug dosages and duration in management
He has a way to pass on knowledge and it’s stick!!!!
Nice session for medical students preparing for final year exams
I like the way you explained it by giving clear explanations, also the content was rich .keep up
she modulates her voice that keeps you engaged and divides the content into easy to understand packages of knowledge
Excellent lecture by Dr.Raj , i like it very much. i love his sense of humor
Very well explained, makes remembering the difference between the cancers memorable!
The lecturer's way of teaching is bland and his accent is pretty confusing.
It's brief, concise and Dr. Alverson clearly explains the benefits of breastfeeding as well as give some problems to be aware of. Another thing that I liked was that he highlights the role skin to skin bond and the importance to start breast feeding as soon as possible even if the mother doesn't have much milk in the first hours.
It was informetive I liked all if it's videos and I will recommend it for all medical student and as well as surgeons
Clear and precise explanation! Goes into the essence of this condition and correlates very well the clinical presentation
I really aprecciate this video because he explained the treatment and action mechanisim
It was easy to follow, she had a great outline, and I appreciated the question as a review at the end.
nice lecturer - quiet voice and topic covered very well, thanks
The vocabulary is understandable and the explanation is thorough and organized.
Excellent teacher , he is a very good teacher , explains all with perfect detail , i liked the image of a cross section of the bronchi and the mucociliary elevator
The best lectures I've seen on the Hepatology. Best teaching style by the faculty. I would highly recommend the Lecture series.
Using Lecturio makes understanding and subsequent digesting and memorization of the material, so much easier. The lectures and notes are concise and to the point.
easy interpretation, organize lectures , and lectures were very rich with a lot of important perceptual information
very organize lectures, simple to understand, and very rich with important information
Those lectures were very organized, very rich of very important information , and simple to understand them
Nice explanation. As lot of questions regarding calculation are asked in stats it would help if you can include questions and explainations. Like the set of questions included in cardiology by Dr Joseph Alpert has helped a lot to understand important concepts
good and very very goood and thanks i wish i meet you some day
it is concise, it says what is important and what you should know. Explain clearly. I would like more material that expands on the topic, but it´s fine, while I have internet I can search myself
I think the material is extensive and yet concise. The by the side information very interesting.
The content is explained well. Easy to understand. Testing after the lecture makes it easy to memorize and retain information.
Very succinct and clear course, easy to follow, with questions that reinforce your learning! I would love some more questions, In all honesty, but Dr. Deonandan has done a fantastic job. Thank you. Definitely Recommend!
The discussion is easy to follow and it briefly explains the topic very well. It was also good that it emphasize on clinical pearls. I’m really amazed by the Dr. Gillispie and would like to thank her for lecturing the OB module.
He is an excellent teacher that help me understand the concept very well
A great teacher that make concept to sink well. Does a Great job!!!
Thank u so much Dr Raj. It was a very good lecture.
Really nice teaching style and great slides. Thank you so much
good easy and simple and short and most important and clear
I am from the maldives, you have a fan from all the way across the world.
Excellent explanation, I was able to understand the topic thoroughly. Thank you Sir.
I really learned the topic, I like how Dr. Raj has that ability to transmit all the information
I really liked it! It was super informing. and very easy to follow.
It was fun learning the content. Frankness was encouraging. Important points have been outlined
The best teacher , loop spirometry is now reinforced , thanks to carlo raj
I request you to please add more videos and quiz under Surgery
He is good . Lectures are informative and concise. ... worth the time
Increase the content for Surgery with procedures demonstrated....I request you to add courses for Post Graduation students
Very important to hear what you should to know from this dr about neonatology
The best teacher ever , wonderful lectures , it would be awesome that lecturio hired him again to do more lectures
The lectures are to the point and very interestingly presented. It brings the desire to read thoroughly based on the lessons given. Every medical student should watch this especially at this time.
Both Dr. Sean Elliot and Vincent Racaniello are awesome. Both of them provide key information of microbiology. The presentations are clear and easy to remember
I like the Discussion of images and explanation...really this doctor is the best who discuss and explain the radiology talk slowly not fast and reach the information to our mind easily without any effort
Excerlent course. All key points are presenting clearlly and I would recommend them to my classmates.
very good teacher, brings a lot of practical information. nice vid
Clear explanation and differentiation. Eliminates confusion and is concise but complete
me encantó la exposición super puntual con los datos, entendible!
The lecture stated the changes during pregnancy, while cause of the most of them are not explained in it. It would be better if the cause were stated along side to their effect. A medical student really needs them.
J'ai adoré les cours ,ils m'ont économisé beaucoup de temps de révision ?
The classes are short covering usually one topic at a time. This allows more to learn the material easily.
Very well explained! Love the pause suggestions. Prof Verma has a nice and clear voice
Good lecture. Well explained and with good illustration without much of text info in slides
Didn't mind this lecturer but i find it hard to learn with monotone voice.
very superficial ............................................................................... not informative, or organized .. although it is very important vital topic
Thank you. Basic that were never taught to us is very clear now.
It is very well explained, especially when studying ObGyn, as it is important to review the most basic facts first before moving to the pathology of ObGyn disorders.
Hi He is explaining in a simple way the pulmonary disorders.
Excellent lectures. Racaniello is very concise, knowledgeable and interesting. Visuals in lectures good too. Pace is at optimum speed and duration of each lecture in a nice digestible package. Content is of adequate depth - not too simplistic and not too complicated. Sequencing seems to be a little off though, with questions appearing before video. First virus video seems to talk about Baltimore classification as if already covered, so I’m not sure if sequencing of videos is correct either.
Have a habit of not seeing the word not so ping another answer - I am a silly dill.Great lecturer John Fisher.
His anecdotes are amazing here. Makes the subject much more memorable.
excelente, tiene muy bien discurso, es claro y explica de una manera en que es fácil recordar
no es muy util, solo enlista etiologias, seria mejor enfocar mas en fisiopatologia de las mas importantes
I understand many things with this video class, the difference between asma and COPD, the diagnosis and treatment, etc. It was nice.
Very clear, professor explains everything very well. I would have liked the quiz questions to be a little less detailed. It's not very useful for me to remember the exact type of technetium-99 used for each different type of test. However, this might not be as much the fault of this course as well as a feature lacking in lecturio (to remove certain quiz questions if they are not relevant for you).
Really like this professor. Talks very clearly, so (because this is all repetition for me), I can watch at 1.5 times speed. Questions are generally very clear and I love the suggestions of when to pause the videos for having a better look at the pictures.
very lively. I love the method of explanation, never get bored of watching interesting and well educative materials like this, thanks to the tutors here and the whole Lecturio team.
It gave me all the information I needed. Plus the videos were updated to COVID-19. I definitely recommend this to all health care workers
she focus on her specalty, what you need to know about pediatric ragiology
I am an RN student, 2nd semester. This lecture is very informative. I like when it describing the opportunistic infection, the lecture provides info from the type of illness, s/s, type of diagnostic tests, and treatments.
I like the Indian style- I trained in India very good 3 different lecturers and all good
Great thank you, keep going like this, I like the videos playlist order.
Simply "don't" like it at all" because the list of the videos are not in order. which makes it very hard to follow the playlist.
he is reading his lecture and has long pauses which make it difficult to maintain attention
I like this courses and the way of teaching , i'll recommend them for anthers
I Like the courses and the way of teaching , so I recommend this courses for another
This lesson is very methodical and easy to understand finally especially after years being away from school.
concise and efficient, i liked it .................... may need more videos for enrich the presentation
The ease of listening and staying engaged is incredible...there's a lot of information, but before you know it, you've completed the lectures. The real-world approach makes it easy to focus, I appreciate it. Thanks
no order on it, it would be better if keeps an idea flow as, epidemiology, etiology, fisiopatology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment. i felt like jumping from one idea to another
I liked that the subject was covered in depth and was easy to understand. Good for clinicians and med students.
Interesting and informative across the spectrum. This course covers everything of interest.
Great courses ,knowledgeable and passionate professors.Perfect for those who will forever have a thirst for knowledge. I wish there were more hours in the day
Videos are short and simple and good...but some topics should be given in more detail.
Great way of teaching and easy to remember superbly organised lecture series.
Dig deep! These lectures make you think! Very deep content and worth the work of understanding them.
well explained quick summary, has all the important information, maybe adding lumbar puncture contradictions would be helpful, thank you for all the amazing lectures Dr. Alverson, they are very helpful in reviewing pediatrics
All are well explained Useful for all doctors in thair practice Thank you
Thanks Prof, you’ve explained it so much better than the reference books I’ve found and the teachers at school, I’ve learned a lot!
Dr. Raj as usual Concise + Direct + Very clinically relative = LIFE SAVER
Dr. Raj you are a breath of fresh air an energizing lecturer. I am so thankful and happy with discovering your lectures. This definitely rivals Pathoma and Golijan in terms of quality. Concise and straight forward. Enjoyable and Re watchable exactly what i needed for this pandemic.I believe in the near future Lecturio will be on the map against rivals and will come out on top because its such a complete tool to learn from. I really regret not taking this earlier but not demotivated anymore just ready to get work done thanks enthusiasm and clarity. Thanks p.s i normally don't write reviews of anything but this deserves such praise
Dr. Raj has a great way of explaining difficult topics and making sure you walk away with all the important aspects thoroughly understood. Can't wait to see more of his video lessons!
I think it lacks important things and that it's too basic.
Really clear and systematic way of presenting information, I appreciate it alot
Dr.Alverson you Do a great job in illustrating pediatric , thank you for your time and make sure that time you put it here worth. Also I thank the mcq after lesson should be harder and case oriented question
The teaching is excellent and more from a practical point of view.
I would like to suggest that you add more head and neck surgeries like salivary gland surgeries.
I liked it due to the fact that it was easy to understand and nice to watch.
I think it's very clear and precise. Also the lecture is very organized so you can remember everything that´s on the tables.
Very easy to understand Lectures. Well Explained. Liked it very much.
very interesting lectures , lots of information, summarized , therefore easy to remember and to be applied in practice
It was very very good......and just awesome Videos are short and precise and clinical scenario oriented
It is difficult to understand everything that the teacher says.
Very Well Taught Lecture by Dr Raj, Very Easy to Understand
Summarised but enough to have good knowledge about Fungi, its recommended
great lecture. I am now very clear on the differentials. Thanks
It is an excellent presentation of Obstetrics will and systematically organized
Well, this a combined review of your heart sound & murmur series. I found them to be concise very high yield with a re-watchablity factor to it. very much appreciated your vigor enthusiasm gets me pumped. Some of the points you made were very complicated, i know you did your best if you could find mnemonics would be amazing and will push you forward. So far my favorite lecture here lol would definitely recommend your videos to friends. Thanks
Good material, summary really good, good photos, explanations really accurate
It’s valuable and well presented lectures ! I recommend it for my colleagues
thank you so mush it was helpful thank you i like it so much
I really appreciate Dr.Carlo Raj for his way of explaining almost everything from physiology to pathology of cardiovascular system in excellent way. Thank you very much!
Lecturio is the best ever, now it has been months that i am using Lecturio , i am very satisfied
I think these lectures need to be presented in better way, other lectures are much better. Thank u anyway
It was puntual and have the more significant information about the topic.
This class was really hard to memorize for me, and to answer the questions even more. But the explanation was very clear thanks. After 3 times of repetition i was abble to answer the questions.
Very good! Just one thing that i dislike, teacher speaks very fast, because she is reading almost of time, she just speaks slower when she is explaining something for example in a x-ray. So for that reason i could not understand everything at first time when i was watching.
Very good points on Patient Education. It would be also nice to give sample how to educate them specifically. We nurses do not get taught and practice interventions like PAs or MDs.
good lecture. Need more specific nursing interventions such as ACS interventions or ICU type of nursing.
Excellent, very detailed, now feel more confident in the treatment and care of this infection
It was very comprehensive and interesting. I want to become a virologist too.
It is realy good , we need more subjects about clinical pharmacy works .nutrition and nurse work practically.
Well instructed. Easy to understand. Awesome video. Short and to he point
Great lecture! Dr Raj explained the materials with simplicity! Thanks so much.
Very interesting Excellent tutorial and tutor Logical and understandable approach
Love the details but mainly high yield information. Great recap.
The lectures were concise and straight to point. The questions at the end solidified whatever the Surgeon tried passing across.
All of the courses that I have watched/done with Lecturio have been very good.
I can understand why some find this confusing but I think the Venn diagram makes a lot of sense when you do finally understand it!
great lecturer but some lectures present information that is literally incomprehensible
Best explanation,Dr.Raj makes any difficult topic very easy. thank you very much Sir
its important information, and the way to explain is easy
Just another video with the presenter listing what the audience needs to "go back and review", Lack of detail, information, and quality. After completing multiple other Lecturi video series, most recently, Pharmacology (Nursing) from Dr. Lawes, I have been very disappointed with this group of videos.
Based on the title and caption of this video, I expected there would be information and details about the diagnostic test and complications. There was very little information and details provided. The presenter continuously stated "you as the nurse should know what this is" The point of purchasing this service was for "lectures" not to hear someone repeatedly say "look it up" and "you as the nurse should know". Very disappointed in this particular video and the lack of quality in this series.
I think is a very good class, the information is precise is very well explained I think with the cases include is more easy to put the information that you learn to use
the course is very good and the informations are up-to-date so l like it .
Excellent summary of hep B. Thorough explanation of serology. Thanks Dr Raj!
This lecture is quick, has good examples and is straight to the point.
Very clear explanation ‘bite size pieces’ pace of presentation correct
Great explanation and very well summarized thank you Dr. Veronica
The explanations are very clear and followed step-by-step. Also there are a lot of cases and until the end of the lecture you see enough of the same pathology to have an idea. Love it!
very concise and valuable pearls for the exams and beyond
i like it very much ,he explains very well.thanks Lecturio
Great explanation, details, logarithms and discussion. Great lecturer, thanks Dr Raj
it's a well prepared material and professional doctor thank you sir
You are the best teacher in the world ,thanks for exist
Sometimes I can't understand very well what he's saying, but in general terms it's fine, and the information is so useful. Like it, Dr. Carlo raj is very good.
Great and practical review for junior doctors, awesome teacher, hope to see more detailed sections from Dr Verma in the future
An excelent teacher, an average idea of everything you should know, nice examples, i love it!
I believe that the topics in this course are not covered very will. Many other surgical topics are not even mentioned. For example there is no single topic about ENT. This course is insufficient.
Very clear as always , Superb course , dont trust in the reviewers that rate with 1 star , If they dont understand that is their fault
radiography is a complimentary part in the diagnostic field of many clinical pathology this means that beside vigorous clinical examination corrsponding to a high clinical skill standard, the presence of appropriate radiograph, MRI, CT scan.... are necessary
Dr. Brian Alverson is a wonderful lecturer so far! He explains everything very easily and not wasting the time. I like his lectures!
Dr. Carlo Raj is not competent in all of that spheres, why you put him in all videos? Very difficult to understand.
Its clear and objective with details enogh to answer questions
Excellent course. Simple yet conplete with all the info about the topic
Very good lectures and Would be more great with more examples
Straight to the point Amazingly understandable I have been able to grasp some concepts not so easy then
Its nice one.. Quiet helpful Easy to catch up Videos are brief
This was a great me get review! It refreshed my anatomy after being away from medicine 5 years and it help me get up to date with the latest surgical protocols.
Exellent course! Helps to review material, focus on the practical things.
This is great! I especially like the questions at the end of each lecture. It really keeps me focused! I replay the lecture when I miss too many questions and it helps clue me in on areas/topics/details that I previously zoned out on.
Very well Explained, Very good faculty. All the required stuff in the lecture.
this lecture gives a really good understanding and brief and clear concepts of milk protein allergy
Dr Raj is just amazing , he simplifies the concept and makes it funny
Dr. Raj mostly did a good job teaching, but I would have appreciated a bit more pathophysiology and explanations e.g. for alcoholic fat liver disease.
Flow diagrams are great visuals to understand concepts. The lecture was clear and concise.
Very good and easy to remember overview of spirometry reading
Epidemiology topics covered they are good not statistics not covered in the series mean median mode interquatile range standard deviation central tendency z score parametric and non parametric studies standard error of mean please cover these topics soon
Clear and concise with high yield facts Makes learning a pleasure! Ability to play pause and reply lecture sequences is a great feature!
1). All the topics are useful for evaluate chest imaging step by step with good presentation. 2) Quiz is not difficult ,but just remind what we have learned from the presentation.. 3) Speaker is clearly explained in voice and speed of presentation.
I chose this because I am a fan of viruses and I want to invent a Medicine for all viruses and I loved it very much because I want to help mankind and learn, and this is a type that we must all talk about.
The lecturer takes his time to explain,no rushing. He does not assume the student knows the topic already. I'm being inspired more to specialize in Pediatrics-Neonatology. Good work sir.
I have been on leave for a few years and this is a great review for Boards II! I will take the exam within 6 months to a year from now.
not only in general surgery but also in the internal medicine modules, the speaker only reads the slides without providing any further insight into the topic or even explaining things mentioned on the slides. the speakers obviously are reading off of prompters and are not ready for presenting the topics. Dr Raj, in all internal medicine modules that i've watched so far, does a lot of mistakes and provide several erroneous information that is in addition to his analogies that fall way far from the tree! Sorry but that is my honest opinion.
very succinct and presenter was very knowledgeable, easy to understand
Really covered a lot of the material I need, which was not what other platforms offered. can be just a tad bit more extensive on the hepatology and also endoscopic procedures and ERCP/ MRCP. also mentioning what is the gold standard for certain diagnosis when applicable would be amazing.
I really liked this lecture a lot and I wanted to say it because of a rude coment that I saw on the comment section
Dr.Gillispie has explained all the lectures in a very easy manner and her pace with the words is very convenient to make notes simultaneously. I have really enjoyed all the lectures I have watched so far.
thank you Dr. Raj very good series , you explained it well and repeated the information a lot to be memorized
The Lecturer presents something and goes suddenly into branches and details like the student should know everything, If that was the case, I wouldn't pay for Lecturio. The Lecturer is good and he is knowledgable as it seems, but he isn't really giving me the chance to greatly learn, its just like a normal YouTube video. I paid for Lecturio to hear someone who is more organized, and takes up a notch everytime, like so many good PhDs in Pathology for example, I felt this wasn't an organized lecture at all, but rather throwing bunch of information to the student like bullets.
This conference is Clear and concise, the information is really useful
This MCA course was great to watch because it covered topics in enough detail to truly understand the concepts without going into the super details that can sometimes make the topics more confusing than they have to be.
Loved that it was concise and very well explained, it summarized the key points of malaria and gave great examples.
B12 is produced by bacteria. Almost all vegans know we have to consume it with supplements, I heard it a thousand times already. We don't need any animal products to have enough B12, stop spreading misconceptions. How about telling about how eating too much purine (daily meat) may causes gout? It's much more common.
Because is not clear what is the Intersticial cystitis. Some diference between the slides and what is talking he about
Did not feel comfortable with the accent, way of communicating the information, way of pausing between one point and another. I am sorry to say that, but to me, and this is my personal view, and no offense, it is irritating
The name of the lecture was very contradicting to the material given. In addition, I felt that the explanation as everywhere there was no proper structure of things.
Dr. Raj does an excellent job in explaining the material and tying everything together. He will even be funny at times.
very in depth, clearly knows his material, displayed in logical fashion
I really like the way the professor make things simple to understand with real-life example, thank you , I finally understood this disease !
Excellent, brief and covering the pearls.Clinical dx before Imaging.
I don't know where you've been all my life. It's incredible all your class, masterly, until I saw this course I understood a lot of things. I'm very grateful for that. And It's such a honor to recive a course from a doctor from Harvard.
excellent t is nice because in a short time you have a lot of content.
NICELY PUT A BIT OF DIAGRAMS WOULD HAVE ADDED MORE VALUE
I like that everything is very well explained and we are given only the information we need to know. Thank you. I didn't know about the herpetiformus dermatitis, for some reason they don't always mention it in our books.
She is nice and a lot of knowledge and good professor.
Simply, I LOVE IT! the High-yield information is pretty awesome, and the videos tell you tips and knowledge you won't find easily, also, the questions are beautiful, definitely, the best buy I ever made.
Really clear explanation with real life example, thank you so much. I had trouble to learn the cycle of this parasite but thank to this professor I get it now and only after one lecture. Even for the prevalence in the world, it's easy for me to remember it now thanks to this lecture.
I like Dr. Alverson's lectures. They are simple to understand and follow. And most importantly the videos are short and easy to pay attention and revise. A few things that I would recommend is that if the lectures could include more clinical approach points and prognostic information, it would be great. Thank you Lecturio, you guys are doing a great job.
I generally love the way he teaches, It's very clear and he makes you think in the process.
love the course fantastic work sir raj its so helping
The content is not up date but the general content is regular
Dr Raj is absolutely incredible; respiratory physio/patho is a subject I find very difficult to understand, but when I started to watch Dr Raj's lectures, everything started to slowly make sense. He makes the concepts simple and easy to understand, and he always relates the concepts to their clinical purposes....I just LOVE this professor!
Thank you Doc. You help a lot to understand and take pleasure in infections diseases. Greetings from Colombia.
Overall good. I don't understand the 1 star ratings. I do agree that a significant amount of time is spent refering to other videos which is not necessary, people know that if they want to learn more about congenital adrenal hyperplasia they can view a CAH lecture. It does not have to be repeated twice in the same lecture. Also wish that the questions would reflect the taught material, if you wish to have them about something else, please review that topic (if only briefly) in the lectures. Often the majority of questions where not covered in the lecture.
The professor incorporates clinical related cases into his lectures which strengthened my clinical sense
A good introduction for an everyday problem in pediatric consults. And a good review for MDs.
it was very interesting, I have never heard about the issues, it helped me to understand my sexuality and my sexual drives more. Since it is considered a taboo to talk it was very enjoyable to learn something from a pro. But I think she need to be more comfortable with the camera.
its very good but plz there is some videos without translate!!
I really love how he mainly focuses on the important details needed.its amazing I love you guys.
He explains everything so well; this is exactly the kind of question we get on our exams in university of maastricht. It's detailed, but serology explanation is really helpful
I skipped my schools lecture on this and just watched lecturio. Got all my questions right from this section.
Great lecture, Really helped me understand gestational diabetes tests better
This is a high level course, im really happy to have seen this.
Videos were very professional, to the point and included very helpful graphics. The MRI overview was still a little challenging for a beginner student, especially the bit about T1 and T2 images.
I like Dr Raj , he does his best to inforce the important material for students the only that bother me sometime with dr Raj is sometime , he is all over the place and its hard to follow him, but i understand that he try to connect things but over all dr raj is great , i been watching his lectures since i bought lecterio
This professor does not explain. I've been trying to dissect all his asthma lectures and it's very hard. it's very incoherent; he jumps concepts and doesn't finish explaining them.
The useful information (the various clinical signs) needed to be better explained or demonstrated.
absolutely wasting of time for whom needs to study for step 1
Dr. Raj, you are an amazing teacher! You know how to take a difficult concept and make it very easy to understand. Thank you!
The instructor merely reads the slides without much explanation. Many important but basic topics in gyne are not covered. Finally, the lectures are utterly disorganized and the instructor makes innumerable references to her other lectures to "read more".
I would recommend this lecture. this intro to asthma did exactly that. it gave a presentation of an actual ER patient with asthma.
Love his lectures so much, he is super funny and explains perfectly
What an excellent lecture! I have not seen a comparison of pharyngitis causes shown next to each other so clearly until now. Having the images of throat presentations displayed on the same slide as the narrative goes on was very helpful. Thank you!
It lacks some explanation and context of what the lecture is about.
If I´m paying for people to read the slides, Im out of this, TBH this whole Lecturio actually is super good only for just a few doctors, like Dr. Raj, and some others, but this man... really? reading everything? I´m actually pissed off.
Excellent instructor! I appreciate how he emphasizes the visual aspect to help solidify the material for keeps! Also sometimes when I am listening while laying down in bed, he says, "pay attention!" Those little cues keep me on my toes. Lastly, Dr. Raj is helping me become a good clinician as I improved my though process in management skills. Thank you!
Concrete and useful information. Explanation is simple a to the Pointer.
An amazing course the main reason is that all concepts presented by Dr. Veronica Gillispie are so well explained. And also all the clinical cases presented, help to understand in a deeper level all the concepts and highlights concerning the subject.
Great but insufficient. The second part has no subtitles for foreign speakers
o?hjönlnlnlknl j lal llll jlljj j?o?n ojio?j o?n?o? ?n?n jn?ln no
The teacher is a highly experienced doctor and the way he correlates the lecture with his clinical knowledge is amazing.
Tis lecture and all the subsequent lectures on abnormal uterine bleeding was very helpful. At first had difficulty understanding the topic, then i came across the videos. They have helped me better understand and feel more confident in answering questions concerning this topic.
great information the material was to the point ! great review
Abordaría un poco más sobre el tratamiento. Y diagramas de abordaje ya que son indispensables para la vida y para el examen
Holy moly, you are awesome. I understood the topic ASSAP. I love the way you explain, keep up the good job
Concise and informative Very good standard Enjoying it so far
very well explained and pictures and slides are beautifully made
Very easy to understand. Dr. Kevin explains things very calmly.
Keeps saying there is another lecture for this and that, also goes fast and doesn't provide sufficient information.
He systematically developed the concepts, making it easy to understand.
Thank you for making this topic easy to understand. This makes revision straightforward.
All high-yield facts are listed in the summary. Help me condensing my thoughts.
John Fisher es uno de los mejores expositores en la plataforma. Felicidades!!! Solo me hubiera gustado escuchar un poco mas respecto a la endocarditis por S. Viridans
This lecture is far too basic. No depth into the how the hormones interact, no explanation for why the hormone levels at each day appear the way they do.
Very basic video with no structure and deep insight into the menstrual cyle
Very confusing lecture. Need to explain the terms more in detail.
Thanks for a good lecture videos. I improved a lot. I will recommend this app to my friends.
Professional and focused. Dr. Pei is someone that I would like to work with. Just the facts, but focused on results and care. Thank you!
Dr. Raj is obviously invested in our learning the topics. He emphasizes certain words or points that you pick up on right away. No boring power point regurgitation!
Dr Carlo Raj presents the information in a very structured manner that is comprehensive, yet easy to understand. He also touches upon other topics related to the topic of discussion that allows for a more wholesome approach.
I know his teaching style does not suit some people, but I find that he makes references to a lot of previous learning which keeps it fresh and relevant in my mind! Thank you v. much Dr Raj
Excellent presentation!.. He make a difficult subject for understand in a clear and didactique explanation of the congenital infections of the infant. Dr. Alverson is very clear for teaching. Congratulations!
Los vídeos se están traducidos en los subtítulos, en el momento inadecuado. Van desfasados
Thank you so much, that was great and well explained.
Nothing about what to look for on the scan, the exact diagnosis criteria, indicitons for treatment etc.
It more discussion then teaching material ... would be better for me to watch youtube material
Physical examination not well demonstrated ... More organised will be better stage by stage
The Pro. ist amazing and has a very clear way to introduce concepts The informations lack any medical relevance, they are directed more towards biological knowledge Please, try to be more oriented towards medicine, Sings and symptoms are needed
Bcs he explained everything very smoothly. And I understand faster. And am happy to be part of this wibsite
Very good lecture aboud how much serum can administrate in the hospital. Especially in gastroenteritis.
The lectures give us precise and important details about the topic. Dr. Raj makes the topics so entertaining that I feel motivated to log in just to listen to his lectures
Great delivery of PBC. one of the best pathophysio professor for step 1 review
I really love this man he is a professional really, i like every topic that he explains.
Understood everything and i feel like i gained prediction ability, thank you Dr. Raj
Not a great virus review course for Usmle step one students
I enjoy Dr Carl a lot, great and clear and more so easy to understand. Makes medicine a lot more fun
I enjoy Dr Carl a lot, great and clear and more so easy to understand. Makes medicine a lot more fun
I enjoy Dr Carl a lot, great and clear and more so easy to understand. Makes medicine a lot more fun
I would like subtitles in spanish in the lecture. The automated subtitles are mistranslated. However Dr. Brian Alverson is very clear in his explanations !
Very clear and concise. Explains diagrams and processes extremely well.
wached pathoma and then went for this . explaiation not up to the mark
EXCELLENT PRESENTATION WITH CLEAR ILLUSTRATIONS. MATERIAL WELL ARRANGED FOR EASY UNDERSTANDING.
Like it very much. Easy to understand, complete and concrete.
Very Good Lecture.. Excellent Explanation!... It resume very good the pathophysiology and the managment of epiglotitis. Even if it's not a common disease.
Dr Raj is one of the best lecturers in Lecturio, I really like the way he explains everything and his sense of humour
As a first year medical student i can understand very clearly , Mr. Raj is really good.
Its a really nice summary of what do any doctor needs to know to be prepare in the mission of infront the pathology
Well done introduction to chest radiography. basic positions advantages were well covered.
This may be the best tutor in lecturio, according to my preference of high tempo, fast questions and high yield facts. He promts, even urge you to be your best.
The instructor was clear in her explanation and had little vignettes to help with the recollection of the material. She made a complicated subject easy to understand. I especially like that she took her time when speaking instead of going at a 1,000 miles per minute.
i love every dr. gaj lecture he gets into details - repeat many times - joyful
I happened to know when I was browsing the internet. I sincerely appreciate you for good website operation and knowledge sharing.
thank you so mush it was helpful thank you so mush it was helpful
It was very concise with many important points to remember. Very well explained!
quick to the point thank you very much for these lectures
This lecture is not good at all. Please explain the mechanism of the symptom.
Hello Dr.Lynae Brayboy,good lecture,keep it going!All the very best!
The lecturer is great! My concepts seem to be a lot clearer. However, the answers to the quiz questions need to be displayed somewhere, as i found them quite tough.
I Like the way he explained this subjet, to the point, short and sweet
What's the point of a lecture if you are just listing things, reading the powerpoint without explaining all the terms for goitre for example? Give us the prevalence of each symptom or of the varieties fo goitre, etc.. so that we know what we should expect in practice. The same applies for all lectures otherwise why pay? I can read it myself.
All explained in a very comprehensive way, with good and practical examples.
I love the way Dr. Raj teaches, very concise and interesting.
Dr. Raj does an excellent job in providing memory tools as well as making the review funny.
OMG wonderfully explained .He is one among few who gives us confidence that we would remember things till exam.
Covered well very important urgent/ER issues and specially their treatments. Very useful in practice, thank you!!!
nothing could be better, I liked your way and simplicity with fully clear explanations.
clear helpful illustrations. although history took much time, but I liked the way you went through it, your slides also were simple, not crowded and well organized.
It tells the information is not really close to the USMLE questions.
Simple and easy to understand, he really likes the subject. I wish the videos were longer with more information. Maybe an advance lecture? Thank you!
I am a first year Resident at The University of Nairobi, Kenyatta National Hospital. After going through the whole lecture series on Gynae, My understanding and knowledge has improved greatly thanks to the explicit and vivid and simplify lectures delivered by Dr Lynae. Thanks
Te dice lo más importante que debes de saber, dentro de la radiología, obviamente haber leído antes el tema, te ayudara a comprender mejor lo que estas viendo en la toma. Te ayuda bastante aclarar los temas
Best pathology lectures ever. Dr. Raj is amazing. He makes pathology easy and enjoyable.
Mr Racaniello explained viral genetics very well in this course, however clinical diseases (measles, mumps, hepatitis viruses, etc) were not mentioned. Most importantly, HIV was not discussed.
Perfect , i learn a lot thank you so much really it's help me to understand surgery and ably my knowledge by the quizzes
Why is he not speaking in full sentences? He's talking like Yoda I'm on my free trial and definitely won't be buying a subscription after this
The experience and knowledge that Dr Fisher has to share is invaluable for up and coming health care providers. I found it humorous and interesting; however, that in his lectures on infective endocarditis he mentioned women cardiologist as almost an anomaly. Something along the lines of... the cardiologists used to be thought of as the jet fighters of internal medicine... and... (OMG!) some of these are women now. Another lecture on the antimicrobial choice for IE he stated..."like we say...let a man buy the beer!" ....what does that mean & what does that have to do with penicillin? I grew up in the south. I've never heard this saying. Who are "we" and, why does a man have to buy beer? I like beer too.
Dr Jeremy make it very simple and very clear for the students.
Super specific and clare. Loved it! She explains every detail on the images
You have to read the content, watch the videos and answer the questions. Dr Raj is a great lecturer
i like the lecture bcz its so organised and so useful thank you all
really great lecture, covered clinical information really well but also holistic care which is so important!!
I don't feel it went into enough detail about the different types of bladder cancer
Very informative. I've been trying to look for online resources about sepsis and this video helped me alot in understanding sepsis, Thanks!
Great lecturer, at first I didn’t understand him, but all his questions to us and explanation is superior. His humor also???? I love it
Thanks for the nice way to review clinical topics, I love the easy and clear way of presentation
Very useful, practical I've met a pt of diverticulitis but was mis-diagnosed as appendicitis
Informative! There were quite a few different things i learned from this lecture. I now have a better understanding of the disease.
Speaks too fast Could include more detail Pronunciation was a little bit strange
Very glad to have such succinct and high-yeild lectures. Thanks, Dr. Alverson! I looked like a star during my group session when I brought up that breastfeeding is advised in poverty-stricken areas, but not in countries where programs like WIC make formula feeding affordable.
Focuses on the highlights and omits the extraneous details. Felt as though this has helped me master HIV a bit better
Not very informative. She seems to be nervous and runs very quickly through the slides.
i really love how Dr Raj presented the lecture and i really love it so much especially how he explained the Atherosclerosis. And some times i love his jovial style it brings my nerves down. thanks for this wonderful lectures. love every bit of it
Clear points, easy to understand and very effective. I also like that there are included cases.
The presentation was brief and simplified thanks too much and I hope like these lectures in future
Dr Raj has an extraordinary command of medical knowledge and a fantastic way of explaining it. I love this course, which great for both medical students and practicing physicians who want to rebuild forgotten foundations.
I really liked this summary, the information is precise and really easy to get thanks to the way the doctor explains it. Today at school we reviewed this topic, so when I got home I went over CRUP again with this video and it was really, really useful.
one of the best lecturer that i have seen. thank you very much, the way he is doing easy to remember all the facts.
superb mini lecture excellent organization clear and articulate stressed the importance of H and N
Considerate and well performed explanations, look forward for more good outcomes. Thank you doctor.
Things are set in a context and clinically related Easy and straightforward.
Excellent lecture easy to learning ability . I would recommend this to all of Men that are sexually active .
Great lecture to understand such a difficult subject, Thank you Dr.Raj
Concise and well presented. Delivered all the necessary information without wasting any time
Excellent course, with relevant high yield, information. The instructor made it engaging.
Great way of explaining complex questions. Nice way of teaching with examples and cases.
It is a pleasure listening to such an experienced and passionate professor. Thank you! I just wish there was also a part talking about non-bacterial pathogens causing gastroenteritis (viral and parasitic in particular). Thanks again.
not detailed and for a introductory vedio should be more explanatory
poor use of diagrams. a pointer should be used for every microscopic slide.
Took me time but like your teaching style! Thank you
Dr. Gillispie is one of my favorite lecturers. Really makes Obstetrics easy to learn.
Really good information and well explained with good sense of humor. It's not fair when people say bad thing about Dr Raj this man is so passionate about what is doing. Great teacher!!
Love Dr. Raj. He does his best to explain the topics and he's a jokester; bringing humor into learning.
very nice and efficient lectures, you have to write some notes to your book from this lectures!
Very easy to understand!!! I can listen to the lecture even while doing other things, and I am able to absorb and retain the information. I also like the friendly approach. Thank you Dr. Brian Alverson!!!
Clear points and much easier while they are summing up the mail idea of the lecture
Every aspect is accurate and explained well In all aspects
Every aspect of the lecture is well explained. Presented accurately . Every part of it is very clearly understood by all. Very good topic
A rare topic presented very well. It is very accurate to understend for any one
It is a nice prasentation with a prompt accuracy and clear discription
Very nice topic told very clearly and every thing is clearly underdtood
The presentation was well organized and the different visual representations helped me in understanding what Dr. Hetal meant.
very simple to the point and explain many thing was difficult to me
Nice lecture for all medical professionals , accrarate, brief and a needful topic
Ecplained efficiently and accurately . Every thing is shown with good clariity and accuracy
It is useful for anybody who wants to learn accurately and perfectly. All aspects are clearly pfesented
Explained very well in detail, all components or the topic are covered very clearly
Explained in a way to understand very well for all . Presentation is good
Most reliable content with clear and accurate for easy understanding
Excellent teacher, the lectures are clear and concise with relevant high yield material.
many lectures and literature says that the number of fetus doesnt affect parity while your school of thought teaches that that number of fetus in the pregnancy affects the parity
just reading the screen in front of her but that's not the big deal.. her pauses are horrible misleading and ruining the focus .. so instead of focusing on the subject im focusing on understanding whenever she pauses in a wrong place one repeating voice rhythm circling again and again sorry but i had to find some other resource to study this subject from
I really enjoyed Dr. Gillispie lectures. They are easy to follow and she obviously knows her stuff. I wished I had started earlier.
She is speak very good. I like this lecture very much.
I learning too much that was so clear, even I have a different native language I can understand very well
I had troubles understanding this topic in years!!!!! Dr. Raj could explain it to me in minutes! Thank you so much! You are doing such a great work for your students!
I feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Raj! I especially like how he comes back to a point multiple times to emphasize it/make it stick.
This course gives a great overview of the information you need to know. I still use other resources, but Dr. Gillispie is able to break things down to a very understandable level for a great starting point.
Explained the topic very effectively. Made easy to understand. Also the progress of the lesson is very catchy.
I love to be a massage therapist 4 Sports Medicine when I grow up to help professional sports teams and score sports teams I do not like when they put a lot of pressure on the body
precise explanation given covering high yield facts about asthma diagnosis
please try to use the appropriate images, the angiography shown is not from the mesenteries
Sir whats with the new guidelines of HIV AIDS? Have you seen it yet?
The lecture is not clearly structured, and not easy to follow, often have to pause to figure out what is being said. Look at Dr. Raj's lectures for better teaching strategies
Clear, simple and short lecture. very useful for doctors/students who want to focus on important information
God bless u Sir .. you are a great teacher..........refklj bhacskvFX,N CXKBLAV;Wdls C
Thank you so much for the lectures. This is pretty thorough and easy to understand.
Easy to follow along. Dr. Raj is clear and concise
satisfying. I am watching the lectures with enthusiasm. Great guy. Very helpful for the exam.
Great lecturer. Keeps the lecture interesting and easy to remember. Wish I had him as my professor.
Muy buen video, claro y concreto, me gustó mucho su charla.
Easy to understand lectures and you can feel her passion as she delivers the lectures.
Dr Raj is definitely the best always make things appear so simple
Very good lecture, I realy loved it, five stars thank you theacher
I used to think Dr. Raj was far and away the greatest medical educator alive. I didn't even watch anyone else. I used Lecturio just for Dr. Raj's videos. Dr. Raj is funnier, and perhaps more memorable. However, Dr. Shulke presents the same level of clear, concise explanations, the kind that only come from the mind of a master who has internalized the material to the point of making it look easy. I love the part where Dr. Shulke boldly calls prednisone a clumsy tool for incompetent practioners. That is with me forever. I feel bad for my classmates struggling through our professors' awkward lectures. .
Very simple and straightforward. Excellent use of the films to show each case - best example I've seen thus far. I always struggle with the radiology terms used in materials, especially if the accompanying graphic isn't clear.
Dr Fisher has that ability that great lecturers have when lecturing. That plus proper use of multimedia results in a great lecture.
I didn't like it att all because its Very poor and brief. It doesn't include orthopedics
Good lecture that covers the antenatal tests with appropriate detail. Would have liked to have the context of what weeks gestation these tests occur - 32 and 36-38 weeks gestation per article.
I would never get it without you, Dr. Raj! Thank you soooooooooooooo much!!!!!!
Awesome lecture and perfect explanations. It helped me a lot! Thanks
Although the lecture content is good. This speaker frequently uses inappropriate sentence structure and phrasing. The result is certain sentences, when spoken, become confusing even though their content is simple. For example...Lets talk about how the placenta and its roles in helping the fetus develop. The sentence makes sense when you read it in the script without having listened to it. However, in the mini-lecture, it was read without pauses or breaks that clarified the emphasis of the sentence. it should have been read as: For example...Lets talk about how the placenta, and its roles in helping the fetus, develop. I know the speaker is likely reading a script, but it happens frequently where his enunciation or sentence delivery does not match the context of sentence. This adds a certain layer of listener confusion which delays the rate at which an individual is progressing through each mini-lecture (4-min lecture becomes 7-minutes). This happens frequently with this speaker and is not a huge deal, until you are forced to listen to all of the physiology lectures, and then become agitated.
Great aproach It would be lovely if you indicated dose for drugs Thanks
clear about the concepts and emphasizes on each and every topic.
Concise, Succinct, and "digestible" I now know about scarlet & rheumatic fever in children.
clear and confident knows his stuff. hope he lectures more.
This course has helped me clarify some misunderstanding in my Pathology class that I am expecting to help me pass my course
love him, he cares and it shows. he does a great job explaining, in his own words/way
Stage one is divided into two phases latent until 4 cm dilated and active phase from 6 cm - 10 cm. what about from 4cm - 6cm? under which phase does it fall? Most of the resources state latent phase is until 6 cm dilated.
Content good but delivery too fast and monotonous, with little or no emphasis on the really essential parts. Overall result is a boring lecture unfortunately.
He is a good educator.voice is so clear and not too fast or too slow.Best wishes sir.
Dr. Verma is very clear in her explanations. I wish there were more videos on Ultrasound. I would like to learn about parasternal long, parasternal short, subxiphoid imaging of the heart. Thank you!
Excelente muchas gracias me gusto pude encontrar lo que buscaba.
we need more details for preparing of the USMLE step2 CK.
Thank You sir i really enjoyed your lecture. i hope to see more lectures by you.
Very strange pauses while speaking, felt condescending at times. Not like his other videos, he seemed not confident in the material
Thank u very much for your information I really understood all the topics from you
His way of talking is bit confusing as some of the words are not clear it will be better if he talks little slow and clear
it's good in short. pharmacology is a complicated subject, but his lecture makes these huge topics helpful.
like it very much, nothing to say too more. His lecture is very easy to understand.
Dear Hetal Verma, Thanks for presenting good lecture I like it very much
Funny, engaging, and surely Dr. Raj gets the concepts going!
The course is well structured and stresses out important practical aspects. I love the way teacher explains things and uses visuals very effectively, as well as the cases all throughout.
I recomiendes these vídeos because de review is wonderfull the radiologic anatomy is easy whit this method
All of your lectures about radiology are very clear and contain very interesting informations !!! You're one of the best lectors of Lecturio in my humble opinion. Thanks !!
It is very a good job as he able to simplify difficult concepts. I really love the way he explains each points. Thank you so much.
Not good at all. 1. The pdf file says that the ACTH acts on the Kidney. 2. The pdf contains the WHO classification for secondary amenorrhea but was not part of the lecture. 3. What makes a female athlete triad a triad?- That should be included in the lecture. 4. The lecturer just read what is on the pdf file without explaining further why those things are happening "Endocrine Profile of Hypothalamic Amenorrhea".
The lecturer keeps on saying " There's a separate lecture for this topic".
This lecture was engaging, clearly explained and time efficient. It's really easy to memorize key information using this short video. Thank you!
It is perfectly explained, included important facts med students need to learn! Congratulations
fantastic teaching with instant impact to improve self confidence and boost knowledge
too many irelevant details about certain topics and completely forgot to mention other important topics
The class is good, very easy to learn in short time.
Great lecture and Dr. Raj is wonderful. My only comment would be to add a bit of information about the pathogenesis tied to the different etiologies
Excellent conference, everything is clear. A lot of information summarized in a conference clearly
Professor thank you very much for such a great curse, I agree that it would be much better with cardiac sounds in real time during the explanation so our ears get accustomed to them, also the explanation should be included during the questioning section at the end of the video just like in previous lectures.
Muy buena ponencia, totalmente recomendado, solo me hubiera gustado ver un poco mas sobre encefalitis por priones.
Use 5 stars since the information within the video was clear and concise, in addition to explaining and comparing the various contraceptive methods I recommend this reading
Very nicely presented and she has such a lovely voice. Just not 5 stars because of the ocasional stutter.
i feel that u r teaching better than other professors we as a student understanding better micro as step by step
Everything is explained carefully, nicely, slowly, and there's no false information
Dr. Lynae definitely knows how to teach in a way that a student can understand. I would recommend this lecture to anyone.
im not paying the lecturer to read off the slides... (look at Carlo Rajs Videos , they are amazing) someone else also mentioned that there is too much look at the other lecture.. give detailed explanations .. one liners don't work anymore. or if you want, post links to other videos which do explain pathophysio or treatment. Why is there no mention of diagnostic work up treatment etc?
Good for beginners... Explanation from scratch.. Easy language... Explanation with imagery examples is a highlight
Easy to understand :D Very helping me to study better and better
He is clear, full of substance without any need to explain but gives accurate description.
Excellent content, very well explained and really a help to my studies.
I like your lectures Dr, they are all very well explained thus allows us to pick up the concept quite easily! Thanks
she's very relatable. I feel like she makes things soooo much easier
I believe when someone truly knows and love what it does is able to simplify things and teach in a away easy to understand. Thank you
its clear, its quick for do the explanation, and i recommend it
because its helping me review my basics as well as adding into my information, and it goes hand in hand with my USMLE step 1
i dont know why but i dont like this lecturer in his slides here is lot of ontroversies slides says one thing and lecturer says another thing
Very concise and accurate. The lecture is summarized well in a manner we can all grasp!
things made quite easy with interactive lectures and slides and tables
just AMAZING how she can make complicated stuff look easy , thank you
v good informative v good reasoning good presentation ..ellaborate and more reachabble
He explains it so well, but I wish there was subtitles
Hi, just curious as to why a video like "Normal Menstrual Cycle" is all the way at the bottom? The ordering of this entire gynae course, not just this "Abnormal Menstruation" section (which again, is the first section on the contents page), makes navigating and understanding the content more difficult. Would it be possible to re-order them?
I liked it very much, he is calm and very interested on making you understand :)
Excellently explained everything. I was looking for alternative to Kaplan and I think this is it.
Î really appreciate the Lectures, this whole Website helps a lot. But it´s annoying that the Professor always says " repeat it 3 times fast " , Theres no point in doing that , if nobody could understand him in the first place . If you cant properly spell it out /pronounce it one time, it´s no use to repeat it fast.
same as I said before in the last course, very good
very simple, direct, easy to digest, and the Questions are very helpful in memorizing and the repeating it often is amazing for the memory and understanding. also, the articles attached are very beneficial in case something was not clear
Really great lecture, but the speed is bit hard to keep up with. Found myself pausing a lot, however the quality was excellent
YOU DO NECROSECTOMY ONLY IN CASES OF INFECTED NECROSIS AFTER 4 WEEKS OF ADMISSION
Excellent! Dr Carlo covered hepatology well. Thank you so much.
La información de la conferencia es muy practica y concisa , me revela nuevas cosas e inclusive me motiva a seguir investigando mas de fondo el tema. Gracias por su gran aporte Dr. John Fisher.
very simple and effective approach.the discussion of the questions side by side is ver useful
Awesome lecture! Dr. Raj keeps the content interesting which helps keep you engaged!
I love how it is to the point and summerized but i feel that alot of information and detailes need to be cleared and explained
The lectures are simply delivered but detailed. And the review questions are very helpful.
a lot of help a lot of help a lot of help ssssssssssssssssss
Great lecture, it has everything you need to know, very well explained, you can understand everything very fast with no doubt
Radiology is no longer just shadows for me. The concepts are well explained in proper clinical contexts.
Very good lecture !! Doctor Verma teaches with pedagogy and repeats the informations to be we able to better memorize ! Thanks
As always, Dr. Raj’s lectures are clear, concise, and memorable. He has a unique, honed talent for explaining this material. I have been in school for a long time, and had many professors. I am not exaggerating when I say that Dr. Raj is the best medical lecturer ever formed.
The videos and presentations arewell structereda nd easy to understand. I really enjoyed the way Brian Alverson delivers his presentations, but I would like to see a few more topics included on the neonatology list,
Lectures are mind blowing i feel so good that i cant even say a big thankyou to lecturio and team and iam so blessed that iam a part of lecturio
Simple and straightforward and short and sweet which is good.
It os good but it is not the best I have ever seen
You guys have to read the articles and study some things before getting to Dr Carlos videos. He is very fast and dont explain certain terms because you have to know this stuff before watching the video.
Dr Fisher is clear, succinct and his content is high yield
The way of teaching is boring and I felt I got lost with him
It was concise and direct and I liked it very much.
lacking crucial points about pathogenesis - egthe pathogenesis of cirrhosis (ie stellate cells), does not link key symptoms and signs with pathology, just provides a list instead.
No words to describe how good are all the lectures performed by Carlo Raj. High yield, entertaining, interactive, concise.
Very informative and to a level, where you can revise from!
amazing lectures. Makes you want to take part in them and great thing about it is that it is NOT Monotonic unlike psychiatry and gyne lectures. Thank you.
Dr. Brown’s presentations are clear, cincise, and memorable. I am usually a critical reviewer. I’m also an online learning junkie, and Dr. Brown is one of the best. I respect all of my med school professors, but I am proud to say that I learned about lung cancer from Dr. Jeremy Brown.
This guy is fantastic lecturer and the best on this platform, knows the subject matter, knows how to capture your attention throughout and also has a way of going over everything in a short summary. However, I would have appreciated if he becomes more test oriented. Thank you.
This guy is the best lecturer on this platform, knows the subject matter, knows how to capture your attention and also has a way of going over everything in a short summary
Really excellent. Clear, concise and very personable. I find his lectures much better than attending some of my classes. His material and delivery have helped me immensely.
liked it very much , and I can not wait to learn more
So easily explained :) I actually got this course after seeing how this professor explains Biostat :)
I used this Lecture series to cram for a final and I was able to get a good grade because I finally understood some of the concepts I was struggling to understand thanks to these lectures.
immunology can be quite difficult to follow at times but this lecturer made it quite precise and concise
A very difficult topic which is highly volatile to forget, but lecture does his best to keep us informed
very informative concise course , more details will make it supercool
Like it very much. Will like it more if you can add more bacterias and viruses on the course!!!
the lession is very insteresting, but i think i could be explained a little better, showing and explaining an image of CXR of atelectasis, sentinel loop AXR. Also it coulde be better if hidroclorotiazied mecanism way of producing muscle weakness is explained after answering the question of the quizz, and the indications of the ERCP explained. Thanks
Me gustaría que hubiera subtítulos en español en cada vídeo. o contrataran traductores
Lectures very good. But i wish you had some themes like giardiasis, amebiasis and others.
Her lectures are easy and simple to understand, she really takes her time to explain especially with those real life situations examples.
because these lectures are amazing for helping student who are unable to understand topic
Good lecture! Maybe it should have been longer. Also, can't peripheral pulses get buldgy?
it's clear and on point. Good job by Carlo Raj, MD
Concise and laser focus on the high yield facts. Lectures are interspersed with witty humor which does not stray from the subject matter. Refreshing.
Great explanation and funny references, it will be easy to remember.
Horrible. Whats even more horrible is that there are previous comments written months ago and Lecturio could care less to correct them. Great job Lecturio in keeping your paying customers happy. Waste of money.
To the point. lesson for life, highyieal, we’ll categorized
I usually dislike older professors, but he explains very objectively and up to date.
Review is concise and very comprehensive- Dr Gillispie explains everything with clarity-
Dr Brown delivers the content in a very effective way, easy to remember and also the information is up to date in accordance with recent Guidelines...
Very informative, now i understand the management very well . I really enjoyed this lecture!
The lectures are concise, substantial and illustrative. I'm a very visual learner and Lecturio does it perfect for me. Way to go Dr Gillispie!
the explanation is very clear, the scientific names are pronounced very well and the illustrations are standing out.
it is evident Dr. Raj is in love with medicine; this type of love is infective
Thank you Dr Raj, it was a very good lecture and your humor was keeping me interested in the topic.
Very great video, as someone probably mention earlier a bit more pathophys would be appreciated
It is a good review about pregnancy physiology, it help's remainding short but key concepts we must know.
Right to the point, just like we are asked on the exam :) Nice!
The lectures are very useful and valuable. The explanation is very clear.
Very good but Dr. Verma speaks too fast and does not really go in details. More imaging examples would be nice!
The information was presented in a very clear and concise manner.
Slides are well constructed and easy to follow. Hetal explains subjects as well as minor details really well and in a way that they are easy to understand. Some radiological pictures could be explained in more detail.
Like it very much! was a great lecture! thank you very much!
The content was great exactly what you need to know. However the lectures didn’t appear in order and the first three lectures were mixed up.
Rating : Five stars for the excellent, detailed explanations required for a student to understand the core concept of the topic. Likes/Dislikes : The ridiculously hilarious humour helped me retain a lot of information regarding the topics. More like UNforgettable. There's nothing i dislike about the course. Recommendation : Definitely to my classmates, especially those struggling to grasp concepts in Medicine.
Lecture goes straight to the point! High yield info that help reinforce my class lectures.
The review was easy to understand with clear explanation. I also appreciated the test sample after the lecture. It tested my knowledge regarding the subject matter thank you
Nice one but it would have been better explaining more how why . That should have been better. Like 1st sound . Why how
I love Dr. Raj's way of presenting. Very engaging, intuitive in presenting the concepts and always amusing! Highly useful :)
Excellent, in depth but simple. Keep up the good work, Dr Raj
Her lectures are to-the-point and very well organized.
Veronica has such a nice and confident voice. This chapter has very useful questions too.
His lecture is very cool mood.so My Brain can catch his speech easily.Hope these lectures will help me in my examination.
good and clear concept.need more lecture, please.specific and helpful for examination.
crystal clear concept.very helpful lecturer. His voice is also very attractive.
He is the best lecturer on this site. His style of teaching is very powerful. He is not too fast, he knows when to pause for a second, when to repeat a word.Thank u Sir.
an easy and clear concept in brief. His speech quality is sharp.
examiner won't eplain in detail about the procedure and she insits on the students to explain about the procedure, which is inaudible.
Lots of materials covered in a short time. Very good review lectures
VERY GOOD LECTURE AD SDFG DFRD SDESSA SEDSF DFD SDFFG
Not much relevant information for the exam: too many details. It is like reading the book, not a lecture. Very complicated and not interesting.
The lecture is incredibly incoherent, lacks sentence structure and doesn't really make sense
Splendid and simplified a rather complex topic which makes understanding its details in depth much easier
Great lecturer who is very knowledgeable about the subject matter & pitch. Pace is also good but needs to work on pronunciation of certain words. keep up the good job.
clear teaching and repetition, thanks. Learnt a lot. Clinically useful. thanks
His way of teaching is excellent. His calm voice and to the point lecutures are amazing to learn from.
sometimes i don't like when he reading. it's feel like someone reading and i have to listen. i want him teach with his own words and talk without his script. anyway i thinks he summarizes very good and easy to understand.
Thanks! I needed to be updated in this area and you made a great job. /MD in Sweden
Very well explained all the most important points. Would be nice to see more photos.
Very clear and objective explanation. I wouldn't mind if there were a few more details. :)
I want to know, the interpretation of other lectors on this subject.
This lecture (over the last 3) is a bit problematic - there should be 2 versions: a version for students who are looking for information going along side classes and another (this one) more suited for USMLE fast review. Too much "see the other video for more info" when a 1 sentence summary and link to the other video to pause and expand knowledge would be helpful. However, regardless of knowledge the clinical case studies should really emphasize thought process and diagnostic workup. This was "think about what it could be" then provides a barebones answer which you also couldn't have reached terminology wise because it was never defined until reaching the case study. A detailed map, explanation and full answer with details would have been better.
He is reading the lecture and not elaborating much. Makes pauses that makes me sleepy and he is does not make it exiting to learn.
very concise and thorough explanations, good diagrams and charts. Thank you Thank you!!!
I really enjoyed learning something that I wouldn't have enjoyed otherwise. Thanks a lot for such a great lecturer.
Nice presentation. Easy to understand. Dr Verma is a superb presentor.
Lectures on this topic was clear and complete! I like how he highlights the important notes for exams
wonderful presentations with lot of informations that will every doctors
Once again, Dr. Raj is blowing my mind with the way he teach medicine. Connecting everything from here on out to eternity. I have a question about that second quiz question about sepsis before ARDS. The answer was that ARDS following sepsis will decrease the cardiac output, and that was according to what Dr. Raj said in the lectures. Is it possible that we could also have a situation with respiratory rate increasing?
Dr Verma You are amazing! You made very easy to understand Radiology Love you
Everything is so well explained, he takes the time to put in his 2 cents from his own experience and highlights the high yield points for the exams. Not to mention any time I've asked a question, I've got an answer the very next day
Dr Pei talkes is a good speaker. I enjoy his lectures. You talk very clear and not to fast. Great to listening to.
Some of the video doesn't have subtitle yet. Can you insert it please?
I thoroughly enjoyed all the videos. Also by listening to these lectures, my uni lectures are making sense to me now. Thank you so much Dr Vincent. You have made my life so much easier now.
to the point.. no too much details... and not boring.
The lectures are well organised and gives you a basic understanding of viruses and how different types of viruses replicates in the host cell but it doesn't talk about the individual viruses, pathogenesis and the diseases caused by the individual viruses.
This is a good discussion on COPDs. I could have try to memorize FA one page on COPD without much understanding, but Dr. Raj’s teaching on this material set me up for life.
Explanation is not coherent, does not use full sentences, connections between concepts are not logical. Does not articulate.
Explanation is not coherent, does not use full sentences, connections between concepts are not logical. Does not articulate.
Explanation is not coherent, does not use full sentences, connections between concepts are not logical. Does not articulate.
I liked the way the lecturer presented , easy and clear and not too long :)
So informative and well edited video , The Lecturer is excellent indeed .
Clear as always. I like the way he emphasizes things. A lot
I like it because it has a comprehensive approach regarding different images used in diagnosis. Fundamental knowledge is strengthened by illustrative lectures and abnormal images to compare and then you could fix your whole understanding through clinical cases. I believe it is a course based on problem-solving and that is cool when learning. Regards from Peru.
very good and concise , made it very easy and simple to understand
Comprehensive Detailed with anatomy Clinical examples Minimum words Great explanations
I think those videos should not be here. Low quality and not informative. You can lean those things even from YouTube.
Dr. Fisher is very thorough in explaining certain details but also very direct to point out important information.
I better understand CML. This was a very high yield lecture that was very well presented!
Fan tastic lectures. Now I can understand several topics about imaging.
The videos are very clear, well explained and not too long. You can question yourself all the way along
Very well explained. Nice questions too. Yet I prefer when all the disease is on the same video.
Great teacher !! I was amazed with your way of teaching.. You made one of the most hard subjects look so easy thank you
Need a few questions to make sure we learned what is important.
Very clear and concise explanation. But, could have more questions.
Straight to the point! Thi lecture gives you basic need to know info
Easily understandable with some basic pathology and anatomy related to the radiological findings. Very helpful that some of the cases had circled the pathological finding.
I watched most of the STD lectures. They are well explained and I really appreciate that. THANK YOU
talking in a soft tone attract to concentrate, precise, well aware of the information , many thx dr
PPT stands out, many extra materials, some important questions really inspired me
Unclear content and so weird method of teaching, there are many alternative ways that could be used to reach the idea more simple
Great lectures and a good refresher just before the exam date.
Excellent course.Deals with the microcytic anemia starting from basics then pathology, clinical and investigations.Very useful and practical connections
It is excellent, but I would have liked to observe the evaluation technique of the JVP
I love it this video has helped me to understand some concepts
i never thought radiology would be so simple! i loved every lesson!
Very good although there are some erros in the quiz. As an exemple, the quiz says that the central receptores are responsive to CO2 when in the physiology course it says that it is in fact responsive to H+ (after a reaction involving CO2). I would recommend some mending in quiz errors.
That’s really cool.... Which is shows dr.brian experience.......he explains everything very detailed.....
dr.carlo raj is best i have ever seen... he teach many sub... esp pathology,,,awwwwsome.... 100% perfect lecture
These lectures are very informative, detailed. I learned a lot from the lectures.
Thank you for the lecture. very good and helpful. I recommend it.
Very good course, it helped me and corrected a lot of my informations, thanks.
Great teacher , loud and clear speaking and awesome pictures. Congrats!
As l am postgraduate I found that the info was familiar .. I think if you made other uncommon subjects avalible free .. I could be covinced that I could benefit from supscribing in order to review my knowladge and prepare for my exams.
First time I get to understand the various confusing genomes. wonderful
helpful lec thumps up for me is better than the ophthalmo lecs by the same doc
very detailed, clear, and professional. Related with clinic. I like his lectures very much.
very brief and only touches the superficial parts of ssDNA genomes
It is was precise and clear lecture of anemias.. Thank you so much Dr. Raj!
This is just another awesome series.....Great job Dr. Raywat....You just have a way of making it so simple while keeping it truly interesting....Kudos Lecturio...
Very concise and informative Perfect explanation well appreciated Can’t wait to review rest of hematology
Like so many Lecturio courses, there are several important topics missing. I have just found these ones, but i am sure there are more. Missing: Pelvic Organ Prolapse Urinary Incontinence;stress, functional, urge, bypass, overvlow, mixed Fecal Incontinence
Literally the way that I was hoping that my medical school would present it. Logical, succinct, linear, and perfect. No overcrowded slides with low yield minutia presented in an unorganized manner from well meaning but overexcited PhD's. Just the good stuff, just what's relevant and what you absolutely have to know in the order that you have to know it. Perfect.
Excellent explanation with good connection between norma and pathophysiology.Would you please show us the same lecture with real audio sounds from normal people and patients then demonstrate these maneuvers with this amazing explanation?
I liked this lecture, it was short and very to point
The lectures are interesting. I enjoyed listening to them. They are comprehensive and straightforward.
Being one scared to go through the subject of radiology.. Your lectures made me familiar with basics made them easy and handy making me love to finish my preparation complete with radiology .. Thank you so much!!
Very well explained physiology and very important things in newborn examination.
important details have covered quickly. i love the way of giving information.
Clarity and accuracy of his making all adds in the topic a simple easily understading one is a best example hidden in his lecture. A clear understanding of a complicated study could be possible even for avarage inteligent reader. 2nd thing is illustrations in every aspect made it highly comprehencive and brief
Epidemiology hasn't been presented in a more simplistic yet detailed manner ever in all my learning and studying years that spans over twenty five years (undergraduate till date)...Thanks DR.RAYWAT & LECTURIO.....
Good way of learning, even better when you have a guy like Raywat. Thank you for doing this.
Good lecture on inflamation of mucosa over middle ear cleft
Need to be more informative .. Need to add more high yield facts & information
Wow.. What a Wonderfull course! Actually, I have linked the short videos that Dr. Carlo made with other educational videos, then I read the articles for each lecture, It was really like I have covered all of the I linked the peptic perforation with celiac trunk artries Or GIT Hormones with Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome. Thank you doctor Carlo.. from my heart really..
still superficial , not deep in surgery subject , need more details
Wonderful Lecture He has delivered. All contents are good Very useful affert,
It is an impartant topic and is explained well.. Grate work shown in it in all aspects
An excellent lecture. Everything is clear to understand. And to learn Thank you
Every thing is good . Signs and symptoms exactly present in100 persent cases. Very sseful
Its an ok explanation. Should be more detailed and not presume that the studends know certain things! Also, more exercises should be proposed
Not bad, but missed some more details in this course
I learn more from what I see than what i read. I will recommend this to my colleagues.
One of the best lecture series on lecturio. However missing some topics such as measles
the test sometimes is not related to the presented lecture
very well explained but what about dukes astler classification for tumor penetration and linfatic afectation.
Loved how brief and concise they were , easy to understand
Excellent lectures. If you could add on some lectures on radiography for head and neck region and CBCT for head especially maxilla and mandible, that would have been great.
Very basic, like other Lecturio courses. It is not worth the money.
Very clear explantation. Realy, organized my way of thinking and approach to cases.
I would like to see a little more depth and interventions added to the complications The presentations are very clear Thanks
The content is clear and easily understood . It's also very straightforward and doesn't contain unnecessary stuffs
When you see the time of videos you said it 's too little but miraculously you can answer a lot of questions about this content. If you want deep learning you must definitely read the article. With the video only will save you your life for an exam.
Clear, encompassing definition of sepsis management. Maybe a little section on the specific doses of medications when talking about initial hemodynamic stabilization would be a good idea.
Concise yet fill with high yield information. I hope that the other lectures are similar to this one.
I really would like to hear the explainations for interventions along with the problems
the lecturer is very good in lecturing, i understand very well morethan in the class hall
The video was very well structured. I understood what was said easily.
Very good. I believe it is the only way to learn, through massive repetition.
Dr Raj is aaawessome!! He keeps me on my toes and I love it. His lectures reduced my studying time drastically and I’m more effective.
Explanations are very clear and understandable. It was really interesting to watch this lectures. Thank you!
Key elements were clearly identified. He kept it simple while giving most of the pertinent information a physician should know about.
Easy to understand and just what I need to pass my exams!
Good one. More pictorial would be necessary for better understanding.
Good job, wonderful lectures. I liked it so much. keep it up.
very resourceful for routine labs . i found it necessary and helpful
Simple and easy to understand. Dr. Raj explains it well & gives pointers for remembering.
Very little information is given, I understand lectures need to be easy and contain important information but this is a summary of a summary
Very passionate lectures. I learned a lot about the basics of virus
Very well explained lectures. She makes it easy to understand.
Very thorough. I learned so much. Dr. Beavers-Kirby really makes learning lab values fun!
1. Dr Verma is very knowledgeable, professional and desses very well. 2. Her presentations are very ilustrative, concise, substantial and in clear American English. 3. Very easy to understand, you don’t get bored and want to learn more. 4. Every lecture has quizzes that help you to reinforce your knowledge and will help you remember all the lecture for a long time. 5. I learned so much in so little time! Thank you so much Lecturio and Dr Verma!
Good overview, hits on most important images. More detail about physiology behind why images present as such would have been good.
Dr Ray is very funny and know how to give his lecture in order to make everyone understand the core concept.
Thank you Dr Pei!!! i like the organization of the slides and everything is explained very well.
Thank you very much Dr Brian!!!! for getting an (A) in pediatric.Really appreciated.
I think overall orthopedic section is lacking. There are a lot of subjects not covered! I like the lecturio concept but i think they need to make the courses more complete and a little more in debth so that it can be really helpfull for medical school.
Very good information that can make any medical student save life in the emergency room as well get a good score for the exam.
Radiology has never been so easy to understand!!!! thank you very much
Thank you very much Dr. Raj for explaining such difficult concept and make it so easy to understand. For everyone we don't have so much time to read and to cope with boring lecture.
There are many more symptoms of oropharyngeal dysphagia than those mentioned (e.g. increased chewing time, inability to form bolus etc.). Also, referral to speech pathology would provide additional insight into the patient's dysphagia.
The lectures cover all aspects of each specific disease in a well-organized fashion. Concise and clear explanations .Understandable English language.Excellent lectures for basic and clinical correlations. Most of the questions are clinical vignettes which are informative too.No distractions that is no loss of concentration through the lecture.Although The big picture with comparison between the different diseases worth a separate lecture.
Very informative. The only negative was the slide show was to fast for me. However, I enjoy the lecture and the samples the instructer always give after a definition.
Great explaination and presentation ! She described clearly and let me know what importance to memorize.
Thanks to Dr. Raj, all other lectureres, and Lecturio for such great videos. Absolutely phenomenal job on explaining every topic and I love the quizzes.
It was very usefull but the problem it has no much pathophysiology informations
I like this lecture because the teacher explain clearly so i understood easily.
I love to watch her lectures. She is so great. Her voice, her syle are so professional. I recommend this course to all Med students!
Very nice presentation... good for clearing concepts and understanding. Thank u so much!
I love this course! Dr. Raj makes path memorable and fun to learn
This course well explained, but it was less interactive when compared to the others given by herself. That is why I cannot assign a 5 star.
The course is not sufficient in clinical settings. Very theory into research , yet less in diagnosing . Good for a student into research PhD, yet not for students doing medical degree or USMLE.
Overal good resource. But i think it could be a little bit more detailed to be really usefull for medical school.
This course is near impossible to take for a European, as our curriculum is structured differently than in the US. Dr. Raj keeps referring to diseases that may have been covered in another video, and sometimes he just refers to them by acronym, not even a full name, so redundant are they. But for a European who hasn't had that part yet, using them as an example to explain a concept means we don't understand the concept at all.
Dr. Raj is really funny and makes the lecture engaging. His thought process is very logical, and it helps me really remember some of these more complicated concepts.
Definitely watching it again, loved the lecture, pace and was able to focus since the material is very clear. Nothing distracts me.
I do not like the style of Carlo Raj at all. I am almost considering cancelling my subscription, because he is almost omnipresent in all videos. He basically just reads or says some non sense to the camera. Is that teaching?
she reads everything from the slides ....her courses are really boring
thank you prof Raj for the good explanations, you know how to keep the attention of the student
I really like Dr Raj, especially his jokes. This series kept my interest and renewed my passion for hematology :) Let's hope I pass my exam now haha
The video was simple and gave an accurate explanation of taking blood pressure.
Very well explained ! Easy to understand. Visuals makes it easy to revise.
Very good lectures nice and concise with no beating around the bush
I liked this video because this one is short and informative
Wow, this is so informative! I never expected to learn the relevance and all the info presented in an engaging and comprehensive manner. I only wish that the interface for taking notes could be made a bit more accessible though to learners. Other than that, I enjoyed the lecture very much.
very nice explanation and helpful information, thank you for the knowledge shared here
Dr Alverson is absolutely brilliant. His methods of explaining, and the slide content are both very good!
Clear big picture Very useful connection with other relating subjects If it is possible to clarify the relations with other subjects using summery slides it would be perfect Going back and forth to connect subjects and to the general topic is an excellent work
I like it so much .but she tells little but slower Thn it's good
This guy is very straight forward and clear. Very Helpful.
Dr Raj puts things in a very concise and easy to understand manner which links physiology to clinical findings. Love it
The steps for diagnosis and reason behind it are well explained, thank you. I will definitely recommend my other friends to have a look.
Very well done job. Dr. Vincent is excellent. If someone does not have a better understanding of basic and clinical microbiology is not his fault. He has done all his best to facilitate the concepts in a very clear manner so that everyone can understand. Good job Dr. Vincent.
Dr Alverson he teaches very well.Easy to understand and really helpful for examen, the ward and the real life practicing medecine.I wish i have professor like that.
Very good Invasive radilogy section could be added, biopsy ,abscess drainage, vascular, More than one question for each quiz section would be better
Every course on lecturio is really good but pediatric with all my respect it's the best.Difficult concepts are easy to remember and understand.Really like it!!!!!!!!
Dr. Vincent Racantello is a wonderful facilitator. His teaching is very connected to the concepts of the topics. His explanations are very clear. He even takes time to recap when it is necessary so that the learner can stay on right task. I wish I had more available time to invest in his teaching. He really inspires me to push myself a little bit more. Thanks again
Well presented, systematic, clear and concise. I would recommend it to others
Most videos by this speaker are too short sometimes cut in the middle. Also, too many repetitive nonsense statements.
Instructor is thorough and entertaining. The material is presented in a logical and straightforward manner, which is easy to comprehend and provides an excellent overview of the medical subjects needed to complete USMLE Step 2
Simple and to-the-point, but also explains concepts in enough detail as to provide context so it's easier to remember. I also enjoyed the corny jokes peppered throughout.
sunt destul de multumit de aceste cursuri , totusi , se poate si mai bine
Very funny the way that he explains everything, make difficult concept very much easy to understand and with high yield information!!!
Clear explanation. Made easy to remember. I would recommend to who ever would like to learn medicine.
Many thanks Dr. Pei. I appreciate your lectures. They were precise.
All the needed information in a nutshell. To assess for spinal pathology "the Winking owl sign" can also be added. It is usually a sign of bone metastasis.
Radiology can be challenging and overwhelming for a medical student. First and second year, radiology is mostly overlooked. However, it is very necessary for the third year on a daily basis. Dr. Verma delivered an easy to understand and concise introduction to the course.
Really thorough lectures. Helpful pathophysiology and lots of helpful pictures. I wish every other lecture from other speakers could be like this! Thanks!
Dr. Raj is a bit abrasive in his style. I don't really like the way he acts like a drill Sargent. But the content is good
Imaging for Med student can be a real challenge but here the concepts are very clear, easy to understand very helpful for your exam as well the real life
This series is good to watch before doing the same section from the Kaplan videos. Don't bank on getting detailed explanations but rather concise i.e. what you need to know!
This sir is really freakin cool! He's got the concepts clear in his lectures. Love you sir :)
Very clear and simple presentation Many exercises after all videos I would recommend it to my colleague
Funny. Gives you the "meat" of the concept. Not long winded. Very knowledgeable.
It's so precise and it helps my knowledge base for a quick overview and reference. Carlos Raj is amazing
Dr Carlo is good in everything. Summarizes respiratory failure in a simple and easy to understanding way. Also the questions further consolidate the concept. Really enjoyed.
Thank you for such pleasant over view enjoyed it much so easy to follow
I'd like if you add a specific explanation about the main types of viruses and diseases caused by them like you did with fungi, parassites and bacteria
Every lecture on lecturio are excellent but pediatric lecture is something more.Easy to understand with lot of high yield concept for the Usmle step2
It was a precise course overview of human development, and it is really useful to start learning pediatrics basics.
great and well made, I'd like if you add some quiz even in this section!
Very well made, all the important thinghs to say are dealt.
Explanation of the T1 & T2 Terminology and how it works is lacking. Could have used way more slides to visualize this: MRI in Practice by C. Westbrook et al show how this can be done in Chapter 1. Important concepts which need to be properly explained, in this video it looks like it has been half heartedly done.
Great info on the d/dx for warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia and spherocytosis hereditary. This came up in a qbank for me today
Very clear video of Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA): Comparison of Direct and Indirect Coombs' Test
who doesn't love a great british accent?! I wish everyone had a british accent. Also very knowledgable. Thanks so much for your contribution as well as all of the other contributors. I am thoroughly pleased.
Well presented and very rich abdominal Anatomy. such lectures are very educative. cost effective as there is really no need to jump on the plane. keep this spirit going. FESTUS FROM ZAMBIA.
The thing that would make it GREAT (versus just very good) would be using effects on the PowerPoint or video to outline things on the imaging. It's done a FEW times, but mainly just has a circle around an area or mouse hovering which works okay, but there's multiple times where even if there's a circle around it, I literally have no idea what I'm supposed to be recognizing. I can't make it out at all, even if replaying and pausing and staring. It would greatly accelerate things, in my opinion (and doable bc it's done a few times...either outlining or highlighting)
very awsome presentationwith alot of anatomy and explanation. need to sit in a classroom. very awsomepresentarionof Thoraxic Radiology.
Especially as an intro course this was excellent. Dr Verma has a great tonality to her voice and it makes it very easy to listen to her The video has some areas of concern where we can't actually see what she is pointing out about but after 30++ years of surgery I understood what she was suggesting. Rookie students will have some difficulty but this is not intended to replace medical school so excellent work Dr Dave
The simple way to explain a boring topic, great job Dr, Brian
I'm midway through the Rad course and I am just loving it. Easy to grasp and really helpful. Wow
Best explanation, with all basic principles. Way of presentation is very nice.
Really helpful, very clear both for didactic & clinical parts. Thanks!
Thanks I wish their were more lectures like radiology -- for the interest
Great presentation! Clear expression and the presentation contains high yields that are clearly highlighted. Reproductive endocrinology is a hard topic but she made concise and understandable.
the tutuor did a great job but i find this topic diffucult and did not get a clear picture of it yet
Very informative video on assistive devices. I look forward to watching more of your lectures
concise, really easy to listen to. Gave salient points very well. Loved the pause for thought on the red flag of having a staph aureus urinary tract infection.
Diana Shenefield is the Best Lecture presenter this site has only because she doesn't just read what's on the slide but she explains them to you and giving me time to activily takes note without pausing the videos all the time ! I lOVE HER! If all the lectures could be presented like hers this Review would be A WHOLE LOT BETTER. With all the oThers I'm not satisfied :(
For everyone who wants to have a better score on the Usmle. Very high yield material!!
Well organised material, cover most salient points within a short time.
I really like this course, there are many high yield material presenting very clear.
Key points were identified quickly. The reinforcement of critical thinking is great!
VERY HELPFUL AND CONCISE. Quick info. needed for clinicals. Thanks!
I’m just getting an over view at the moment however, Dr Lynae Brayboy’s lectures are lovely, clear and informative thank you! Interesting that alternative treatments are also mentioned though made clear not FDA approved. But that is expected from the FDA as they tend only to be concerned with synthetic drugs and not herbal treatments. While most herbal treatments have been used throughout history and are said to have little or no side effects can still be dangerous (contraindicated) if taken with or along side prescribed medications. I believe this comes across pretty clearly in these lectures, that strive to be unbiased. But as stated Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a controversial treatment.
Clarity, specificity, definitive, flawless style, overall lecture is eloquently delivered.
The video repeats itself midway through. If that was the entire content then this is very superficial.
Very comprehensive. It helps me have a good idea in advance to my Microbiology classes
Clinically relevant and with enough detail. Lecturer keeps your attention throughout the whole video lectures. Very pleased.
l like the course because it is very comprehensive, straightforward and gives a quick review of important aspect of the topic. it could be imporved by discussing possible etiologies of some pathologies.
First of all, love the option to choose the speed of the video clip. Secondly, it was smartly taught, no matter which type you are, from visual to auditory-learner, you are going to understand and learn it easily. I also loved Dr. Fisher's (the lecturer) teaching style, brief description for medical terms, mentioning important DDx, plus his tone and not having specific accent.
I'm a huge fan of Dr. Raj so this may be a bit biased. Dr. Raj does an excellent job of hitting the high points and his anecdotes are quite relevant. You almost feel as though you're on rounds or in the clinic and there's a patient presenting with symptoms. Video examples of the endoscopes would be awesome btw.
Feels clinically important! And Dr.Raj seems so passionate about his subjects, and he makes all his lectures fun and interesting.
Highly professional and of course rewarding lectures. Fast pacing and supplementary material make me learning efficient. Really appreciate them. Many thanks.
Well explained overview of the process behind the newborn exam, as well as what common abnormalities you may find. Especially found the neuro section helpful.
Well explained overview of the process behind the newborn exam, as well as what common abnormalities you may find.
Thank you for your very helpful lecture on this topic, which is a very upsetting one. I appreciate your expertise and thank you for the work you do.
Great practical advice on a difficult topic. Helped me to understand how forensic interviews are conducted. Thank you.
Nice explanation , easy to understand, and the presentations are very nice point to point.
These lectures help me recall the lessons and give me very useful clinical pearls
Good teacher But as I said he need to extend his lectures and give the topics an appropriate time Not only 5 minutes
I don't like this teacher!! ( I think most of the students have the same opinion)
Very good teacher! Funny! Great job. I can spend all they long listening to him.
it is really very helpful app for pharmacy students also
The lectures were great. It clearly explains the information and the pictures/presentation went well with him. It was easy to follow along not to fast were you get lost but not to slow were you are falling asleep
It is very usefull and interesting course for pediatricians and students.
He is very entusiasthic at teaching, and makes very clear examples. I love him.
I like it, please make high eyelid question, I ll really appreciate it,thanks
much more details on the diagnosis could have been provided....on the whole I really pleased to find a website like this....please continue to develop the site...its really good
I liked the clarity with which the topic was dealt with
I use Goljan and Pathoma for pathology and my med school "assigns" reading from Robbins Pathology. All three are great resources for preclinical pathology courses and Goljan and Pathoma are the go-to's for every medical students prep for Step 1. Dr. Raj is not like his mentor Dr. Goljan. I have yet to see a true pathogenesis lecture or even see histological images of any of the heart diseases (he barely even has gross images of cardio pathology). He spends time covering management/treatment when he should be covering relevant preclinical pathology. I had high hopes from a guy whose mentor is Dr. Goljan. Hopefully his other pathology subjects are better.
Dr. Raj is the best. Very uplifting and fun to watch, I forget I'm learning.
I like too much, plz make more high yelid questions with each topics,i appreciate it.
The lectures does not go in depth about each types of disease
I would have love to learn further about the criteria for performing a head CT eg Canadian Head CT Criteria or others that may be appropriate to guide decision for head CT
I would have loved to learn how the management of burns differs according to the SA affected. Moreover, a discussion on chemical and electrical burns would have also been fantastic
It would have been good to talk about LCIS as well as DCIS particular as the management differs. Also no discussion of the choice between FNAs and CNB in regards to sensitivity and specificity.
I think it would be worthwhile to also focus on upper gi bleeding as well. Also It would extremely handy to learn about working up a patients with suspected GI, ie what investigations you would do first. Toronotes Notes has a wonderful flow chart in the Gastrointestinal chapter
I would have liked to also learn a bit about Hartmans procedure in emergent cases. Discussion of recurrence rates for patients undergoing conservative management
Good talk I would have liked the discussion to also include post operative complications as well as recurrence rates following hernia repair.
The introduction on appendicitis lecture was sharp and to the point. However it can be improved by a discussion of the pathophys ie children or young adult: hyperplasia of lymphoid follicles, initiated by infection, adult: fibrosis/stricture, fecolith, obstructing neoplasm and other causes: parasites, foreign body.
Only addition to the pyelonephritis lecture and the use of imaging would also be if the patients symptoms have not improved following 48 to 72 hours of Abx use!
I'd would have like to know where western blots fit in the diagnostic pathway. I think in Australia after positive confirmation of p24 go on to perform westernblots. Also what about the impact the window period has and the new for follow up testing? Finally it would have been good to discuss what is considered to be as treatment failure with HAART.
I felt that there where some details missing, Dr. Raj did give out the basic description of the majority of diseases, but if the videos where a little more complete I wouldn't of felt the need to go read and look some where else
Good pathofis; understanding the basics helps alot; its alot of info and trying to wire it in my head isnt easy; But it was a good explantion
Very comprehensive discussion. It would have been worthwhile to talk about criteria for starting treatment for chronic Hep B (e.g DNA count vs symptoms and livers functions). Also unclear if treatment of HepB is curative. The hepatitis talks did not mention genotypes of Hep C at all which is important for treating the condition, particularly in countries where access to direct acting antivirals is not available. Finally the talks didn't mention what percentage of patients with chronic Hep B and C go on to develop cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.
Good coverage but can be improved further. I would have liked to also see a talk on the parasitic causes of diarrhoe and management of those. Also not sure how we would go about dx salmonella. Wasn't very clearly stated in the lecture
Dr Fisher is my favourite lecturer so far of the internal medicine talks. The discussions are detailed and I don't feel key points are omitted. He is an old school lecture who communicates succinctly and effectively!
I really enjoyed the lectures on CNS infection, very comprehensive and knowledge delivered at a good level. I particularly loved the personal clinical reflections. I will never forget the story about the patient with bread mold infection of the face! Wow!
Good way of classifying the causes but missed out on defining the pressure (>5 mmHg) and potential treatment options such as propranolol, TIPS etc.... Also what about the potential complications, which would have been perfect to discuss here ie variceal bleeds
Missed another important benign tumour of the liver that would have been worthwhile covering
It would have been great to list the most common agents that could potentially lead to liver toxicity aside from paracetamol, incl phenytoin, statins, amiodarone, methotrexate. Also not sure if this would be discussed in the Emergency Medicine talks but actually working up the patient and what to do from a monitoring point of view once a diagnosis of paracetamol overdose would have been really helpful. It would have been worth noting that acetylcysteine most efficacious within 8 to 10 hours after ingestion of paracetamol.
It would have been good to discuss the use IV arantiprotease for the management of this condition. Moreover a little bit of discussion about the genetics of this conditions how it influences the disease presentation and natural history.
Absolutely my favorite lecture so far! It was really informative, yet left me craving more. The way you explained it was easy to understand (I am a pre-nursing student). Thank you and great job!
This is fail about teaching in detail about leukemia . The detailed PBS and Bonemarrow is fewer than expected . More over for the hematology lesson , this is not a concise approach to the leukemia patient . Not enough knowledge to take care of leukemia Patient too . This chapter is far away lower standard than the pulmonology or cardiology chapter .
It would have been useful to go over the Rome III criteria to have an appreciation of the diagnostic criteria. Moreover, it would be extremely beneficial to cover the red flags
For example no mention of primary scelorising cholangitis, need for colonscopy after 8 yrs of active disease and subsequent colectomy if premalignant lesions identified. Also no mention of toxic megacolon. It would have been good to discuss the hierarchy of management in these patients
A superficial talk about an important contributor to malabsorption. I think it would have been good to discuss why we need to assess for the prescence of IgA to begin with. What the role of HLA is in the disease. Moreover, the importance of biopsy as well as the long term complication of celiac disease include osteoprosis, neurological impairment and enteropathy associated T-cell lymphoma.
It would would have been good to further elaborate on dx testing and in which clinical circumstances one would be more appropriate over the other. Also with the increasing incidence of resistant organisms I feel the lecture didn't adequately outline appropriate second line management. Also the error regarding PPI which was flagged by another listener
I expected the pulmonary aspergillosis in brief too. However , there is concise pulmonary infection lecture.
The video really helped me understand Macrocytic Anemia better and cleared alot of misunderstanding
I think the lectures provide a quick summary of these sections. However, I don't think it is adequate depth particularly when it comes to management. This is exemplified by the management of oesophageal varices where it is unclear which management approach will be utilised first/preferred in the case of acute bleed nor is it clear when you will need to utilise TIPSS. Finally a number of diagnostic tests are mentioned throughout the talks but the audience is not provided with a basis to approach the patients sitting on front of them. As an example if a patient complains of dysphagia or dyspepsia what will be your first diagnostic tests and the order in which you will perform these test. I think this the higher level thinking required for step 2
No mention of ongoing follow up and grades of barrett's
Both questions and speech are excellent. The constant change between small details and the broad topic simplifies (and gives at least for me awareness of the affected organs in PE).
GOOD lecture, it has the most important key points. i like it very much
I like the order Dr. Veronica explains de cases but I think this and other obstetrics lectures lack a lot of information we may be asked at the USMLE. I guess I'll yo complement it with a lot of reading. When is gynecology due???
She is very thorough without burdening with too much jargon or unnecessary details. She also teaches through high yield questions and case examples. I would definitely recommend this course for subject exams and USMLE review
Excellent presentation style-- he adds a bit of drama to it, which makes the topic more engaging and memorable.
very helpful but it would be more if there is a more vivid descriptions
This was a dense, clinically-relevant presentation of material that will very likely be on Step 1. Dr. Raj has a way of presenting that keeps my attention and gives me a sense of primacy that I don't get from other kinds of videos.
This lecture was very organized by introduction and then going into detail with the most important fungi. Made it easy to approach and easy to jump back and forward in lecture if you had a part you wanted to see again
Great lectures and a great lecturer. however missing lower respiratory tract infections. Would be nice if there was some tropical infections included too
i put this rate because it was really complite and in a vocabulary really simple, easy to undertant. i also like the questions durring the class it help us to remember and practice the information.
not up to date. please read my note about the updates in approach
There are fundamental errors in the video. please do something about it.
Dr Fisher is the best teacher I have ever learned from. All concepts explained very clearly, with lots of great clinical tips thrown in as well. It is a pleasure to watch his lectures.
I Really liked it. The example you gave with the wedding was perfect, I will never forget it.
She is really amazing! I have been learning a lot. Thanks Dra. Veronica Gillispie.
Very good overview of this topic, with highlight on serious pathology and management
The course was very helpful and I like how the Doctor teaches with cases too
The content is very didactic and narrated well. I like the well formed curriculum. I do not like the technichal format being very user unfriendly, better to join parts of a subject rather dividing to endless subcategories. Will warmly recomend to my fellows in trainng
So far the path lectures on my iPhone are great. I drive 30 minutes to school each way and I think they are very comprehensible even when it's this more passive learning style. They are perfect for getting my brain ready for school and winding down on the drive back.
Short and informative and clear and easy-to-digest and reconsolidation of information takes a shorter time and stays for a longer time compared to huge lectures
Excellent and concise lectures, what is required for core curriculum in surgery. Looking forward to the Trauma and Critical Care series now. Many thanks.
Good The pace was fast for me. Would prefer more lectures that can be made accessible for free please.
covers everything essential, good overview, easy to follow, relevant info
Comprehensive lecture, well laid out and explained. Explaining of the moro reflex was very useful particularly what is considered abnormal. Really love this paeds lecture series by Brian Alverson
very interesting lecture especially with all the details about sounds and secondary signs mentioned.
The Lecture is awesome!! It includes many crucial information needed to know in short period of time , and also the lecturer has a soft voice and the skill making the topic easily understood
his lecture is short & more useful good for practice study easily
it is very basic, not in detailed lecture, try to tell topic in detailed manner
when it finished please finish it and thank you and hope all of best
Course is not bad but where is the Gyn Part ????
This was a very comprehensive lecture! I enjoyed it and learned so much!
GREETINGS; I chose this rating 'coz there is always scope for perfection .What i liked about this course was JEREMY Sir's style of teaching n his core understanding of the subject n the way he presented it.
I've really learned a lot! I like how the lecturer uses repetition and reinforcement of important facts throughout the video series. I have one small comment, though, about the transcripts. Not all the videos have one, and transcripts help me to save time when I wasn't able to understand some points because then I will just read the part I did not understand instead of rewinding the video by about 30 seconds. Hopefully this will be solved soon, but other than that, I've got no complaints!
Easy to understand ILD lecture . Usually a complicated chapter but not for this time. Thanks
Thanks Dr Raj, I really enjoy your lectures. Concise and to the point, highlighting exactly what is in my first aid book. Great review. Thanks so much!
GREETINGS; I gave it a five star rating,b'coz this is first time i m encountering such a review course which is very concise, yet so enlightening that u get a complete grasp of the most important topics in HEPATOLOGY .I w'd recommend these lecture courses for all 3rd year medical students in this part of world [ASIA].The best part about these lectures n personally which i liked the most [as i being a critical care post graduate student] r the ''IN USE'' criteria for liver transplantation like KING'S COLLEGE CRITERIA n criteria for prognostications, like charcotte--pugh n MELD SCORING. CARLO RAJ SIR REALLY ROCKS
Since December 2013, Several DAA drugs were approved by FDA. So you can update this lecture.
Very good for review. Covered everything I needed to know for a speedy review.
Very informative, engaging and interesting. Clean and crisp presentation. Just Love it!
i liked how clear and straight forward the material is presented! Some topics are a bit brief and could have gone more in depth. I would highly recommend these lectures.
i would recommend this course to , he goes straight to the point.
Very funny and entertaining lecturer, helps you to remember facts in a good way.
Not exactly what I've expected but not bad at all!
I LIKE THIS LESSION
