Professor Jeremy Brown is a clinician scientist with an interest in respiratory infection. He studied medicine in London, graduating with honors, and continued his postgraduate medical training in a variety of London hospitals.
He completed his PhD in molecular microbiology in 1999 and obtained a prestigious Welcome Advanced Research Fellowship for further scientific training at the University of Adelaide. His research is mainly focused on respiratory complications of haematological disease and stem cell transplantation.
His educational and scientific experience enables him to teach students and professionals about respiratory medicine.

Kristine Pfendt, R.N., M.S.N. is an associate professor and has been awarded tenure status at Northern Kentucky University. She has been in nursing education since 1978 and was a tenured instructor at the College of DuPage in Illinois prior to moving to the northern Kentucky area in 1984.

She has also worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as an education specialist during her career. Kristine Pfendt holds a masters of science degree in medical surgical nursing from Northern Illinois University.

She is currently the Director of the Nurse Advocacy Center for the Underserved at N.K.U . the coordinator of continuing education for nursing, and the chairperson of the Reappointment, Promotion and Tenure Committee for the Department of Nursing in addition to her other responsibilities.

Joanna Jackson is a Medical Compliance Manager who works as an independet contractor. She is responsible for for federal, state and local regulations for clinics. She amongst other things develops and implements policies that conform to current standards of nursing.

Vincent Racaniello is a Higgins Professor of Microbiology and Immunology at Columbia University in New York. He has received several awards, including the Irma T. Hirschl, Searle Scholars, Eli Lilly, and NIH Merit. Professor Racaniello firmly believes in the power of the internet as a scientific tool, and works on several platforms to share his vast knowledge in virology.

Thad Wilson, PhD

Thad Wilson is a Professor of Physiology and has been teaching medical students for more than a dozen years at Colleges of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA (Drexel University); Athens, OH (Ohio University), and Indianapolis, IN (Marian University). He has worked extensively developing and improving medical curriculums, as well as serving in leadership roles as a Medical Physiology course director and Organ System team leader. Professor Thad Wilson has been awarded multiple medical school teaching awards and previously was involved in both question writing and question reviewing for national board exams in the health sciences. He currently helps students prepare for medical board exams, in addition to his teaching and scientific pursuits. In his 30 years on the faculty of the Medical College of Georgia he has received 58 teaching awards. Willis Hurst Teaching Award and nationally by the Infectious Diseases Society of America's Clinical Teacher Award. In April of 2015 he received the Jane F. Dr. Shukle is a board certified specialist in internal medicine. He runs one of the largest specialty practices in Ontario, Canada. His area of interest is the stroke and heart attack reduction in high risk patients.

He owns and runs a full functioning cardiac and diabetes suite that includes diagnostics, diet counseling, exercise counseling, and lifestyle support for patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and arrhythmia. He is one of Canada’s most popular speakers. He performs over 150 special lectures across the nation each year with various audiences ranging from the general public, to nurses, to physicians, to medical specialists.
