Comentario: El video me fascinó, en especial la sección donde explican la farmacología cardiovascular de forma tan clara y precisa. ¡Excelente trabajo!
Well explained with all its components. Better than reading 30 slides of ppt
Me gusta mucho más la introducción a este curso que la introducción aburrida que me dieron en la universidad. Se ve emocionante aprender el siguiente contenido
the lesson is properly given, but requires a previous base, which must be checked back in books, even that is a useful video and the content is clear enough .

I loved Dr Delves lectures! I find them incredibly easy to follow, very clear… he uses his voice to empathize important points, uses fun analogies, sometimes, to explain concepts. What I personally “disliked” is that since I am using his lectures to study for Step 1, it makes me wonder if I really need to know all the details presented in his lectures. It is very interesting and all, but I am pressed for time! I would looove a final summary saying, “this is what you HAVE to know for your exam”. I think doing the quiz questions have helped me extract the most important points in some of the lectures that were so full of “letters and numbers”. But overall, his lectures have made immunology so much more friendly and even amusing!
very good made and explains and focus just on the important
Very clear and detailed videos. Highly recommended material for med students.
Very helpful lectures in explaining and also giving a map flow at start about numerous HTN meds.
I like the series presented by Dr. Fisher. I love his explanation because it help stick material better when you understand why are we doing certain steps. Thank you Dr. Fisher.
The gibberish that falls out this retards mouth. WIsconsin, what, what?
To the point. Good organized pathway explanations. Pedagogical presentation skills.
yes i like too much like its so good and so clear
I enjoy Prof. Tarry's energetic lecturing style and also how he gives out practical examples to facilitate learning. Way to go prof!
Very informative and concise. Speaker is clearly knowledgeable and able to explain the subject matter thoroughly.
It's a very consolidated review. Please also add the definitions of some medical terms. Thank you. :)
Huge thank you, dr. Raj! You managed to explain everything very clearly and with a bit of humour that allowed me to go through this 18 minutes lesson very very easy!!!
Excellent illustration, very informative. Lecturio is a life saver, I love it ?
this guy makes me insane, why does he talk like that? Every lecture I find him on I look elsewhere for the information
Outstanding! Thanks to Dr. Peter, I can finally start to understand immunology. Highly recommend his lecture to annyone struggling with the subject.
star star star star star star star star star star star star star star
Dr. Fisher is very clear on the lectures, this topics are relevant for the med student and are well explored here.
Dr. Raj is so funny! How did you know that I like vondoo? I will never forget extravascular hemolysis lol. Thank you for a great lecture!
Good video, for a important topic. Dr. Fisher has a lot of information to share and its a pleasure to see him explaining so well.
Dr. Tarry was able to summarize a really complex concept in a shot video with simple, clear and concise language, well done.
Nice lecture, as always Tarry is clear and direct to the topic. In general the video accomplish the task of giving the bases to further psychological knowledge.
Nice lecture, Tarry is really clear when communicating ideas and it seems he knows a lot
I've reviewed the Video, and while it provides a comprehensive overview, there are a few points that need clarification. "Fatty acid synthesis doesn't occur in the mitochondrion; it occurs in the cytoplasm, sequestered from fatty acid oxidation, simplifying the regulation of the two pathways." Clarification: Fatty acid synthesis indeed occurs in the cytoplasm, separate from fatty acid oxidation that takes place in mitochondria. This separation allows for streamlined regulation, ensuring the balance between synthesis and breakdown. "Fatty acid synthesis is chemically similar to the reverse of oxidation, involving joining, reduction, loss of water, and a final reduction, making it essentially the reverse of oxidation." Clarification: Fatty acid synthesis does indeed involve joining of acetyl and malonyl units, reduction steps, and removal of water, making it similar but not exactly the reverse of oxidation. The subtle differences in the chemical steps are crucial for the controlled synthesis of fatty acids. "The enzyme acetyl-CoA carboxylase is regulated through phosphorylation by AMP-activated protein kinase and allosteric binding of citrate, ensuring the balance between synthesis and cellular energy levels." Clarification: Acetyl-CoA carboxylase, a key enzyme in fatty acid synthesis, is indeed regulated through phosphorylation and allosteric binding of citrate. This regulation allows cells to respond to energy demands, modulating fatty acid production accordingly. "Fatty acid synthesis involves a series of steps catalyzed by the multifunctional enzyme fatty acid synthase, where individual activities within the enzyme complex work together, ensuring efficient fatty acid production." Clarification: Fatty acid synthase, a multi functional enzyme complex, plays a central role in fatty acid synthesis. Its individual activities work in harmony within the complex, allowing for the sequential addition of carbon units and the creation of fatty acids up to 16 carbons in length.
Clear explanation, and also the professor answers the questions clearly and fast in the forum !
I was able to learn a lot of things about alcohol human behaviour, and so on. Also the lecturer toke his time to explain into details
Dr. Raj is amazing and funny too! Love the lectures and illustrations. Thank you!
Great Lecturer..well explained. Every section of lectures are meticulously explained. Clearly understood.
Straightforward, explanative, and helpful It would be enhanced with the inclusion of labeled real anatomical structures to supplement learning and retention.
Although this video provides helpful information essential to medicine, the video edit with another graphic, illustration, and animated image plus speaker threw me off.
this lecture doesnt formulate a good story its more so just facts without any real explanation on how to understand
i love all his lectures. i like that he always repeats everything compared to others.
I really like the professor, just wish the lecture was a bit more in depth
honestly, it almost looks like it was explained in the most unclear way I ever hear. on&off centers, no explanation on the laters of the retina, where did the signal send further by bipolar cells and maybe a little bit on the pathway could be nice probably a little bit more thinking need to be done here in order to makes it easier to understand
Sublime talk about so many topics, correlating systems, comming from the basics, using only one image, congratulations Dr Raj. Totally recommended and worth to watch over and over.
not clear enough, should be improved. slides can be more schematic or include mnenomics or at least make it more interesting by adding more facts
Se requiere mas infromación, incluyendo aquellas paralisis qu ese pueden dar por un tumor.
Una imagen con todos los nombres de los aspectos que menciona, podria mejoar la explicación. Gracias.
Wonderfull lesson from humourous and extremely intelligent doc . Pleased to learn from him
It helped me a lot to understand this topic better
no explanation, his attitude was "we're just reviewing this, you should know it already"
Covered everything that's needed in a way that is easy to understand Enjoyed the practical examples and how it relates to clinical practice.
sooooo sooo good!!! i understoof everything and is amazing that he included everything important about this bacteria! great teacher!
Nice and brief explanation of what confidence intervals are. Also the different tests are explained well.
It is a nice course and very informative. The lecturer is very good and goes smoothly from topic to topic.
In my university class I wasn't understand this, but the video class with dr. Peter is so clear for me, thanks. Sorry for my english
So useful, and yes the sound is on! It would be nice if you went deeper into the diagnosis
Dr. Raj's style of teaching has made me really really dislike pathology. I wish you'd consider updating his pathology videos and filming them with a different professor. There are many other users like myself that do not find him beneficial at all.
Helpful vik of birth and postpartum doula of birth of a few days to get the best of
Ich finde die Videos sehr didaktisch. Das Material ist auf einem hervorragenden Niveau.
At first I didn't understand what the ED50 meant but I see the comment below. You made it so easy to understand. Thank you so much
le falta un poco más de información, pero como algo general está bien.
Great series with great details on the NUMEROUS drugs of the CNS. Memorable and easy to add to a study regimen.
Newer drug great to see some information on it. Excellent lecture series as a whole
CNS Pharmacology is a hard and confuse matter but Dr. Shukle presents it clearly and for good comprehention. I tecognize is necesary to see the videos at least twice, but is the best lecture I have see.
covered the nerve complete and goes great with the anatomy lectures
covered very well contains the information needed for step in med school
covered cn three concisely and goes perfectly with anatomy videos
Great job covering the cranial nerve here and it goes well with the visual pathway video
I appreciate the fact they try to explain the processes in very engaging way, but i think it would be even better to use customized stock video of the development of the nervous system. I had to go watch one on youtube
Thank you Doctor Wilson for your simple and understandable lecture.
Interesting data that I din't knew despite reading a lot of endocarditis from other sources.
I highly recommend the CNS pharmacology course by Lecturio. It is useful to review the main concepts of the subject.
Clear and understandable concept with actual molecules shown aswell which is very helpful.
I wish there were more foundational details included. I think Dr. Cornwall presented the material with the expectation that the listener already has a solid foundation in genetics.
I watched the videos and I really do enjoyed it , the way it was organized and presented. Thank you team lecturio.
helpful for learning about the differences between antidepressants, and giving insights into MOA, which he makes less intimidating for someone to learn
Excellent direction, subject is completely understood by the end of the lecture
It is a good introdduction video! I love this class
Unfortunately, Dr Cornwall confuses an already confusing topic. Waste of time that i don't have
Hard to understand concept and I don’t feel more prepared
Very good lecture with concepts , helps me to understand . Thanks.
Good explanations with examples to help facilitate understanding. The presenter simplified some very complex measures.
It is very easy to understand and keep up with the concepts
I liked the review questions and the explanations Dr. Raj simplified everything he made it more interesting
Very informative. Helpful in provding explaination I can reuse when describing why influenza is harmful to the lungs
Simple and concise explanation. Covered all necessary aspects without elaborating too much on details.
lack of structure just got messy. it can be done in a much better way to follow the different pathways
Easy language Good foundation to build on Time efficient Easy to brush upon
I never understood this until I watched this video, thank you
I understand that medical genetics is a difficult course to review but improvements are definitely needed in the following areas: 1. State and simplify definitions. Too often i need to refer to Google for a more basic explanation. 2. Please stop assuming basic knowledge is still fresh. I haven't study genetics in 7 years and i have forgotten EVERYTHING! So, along the way and with each new concept please give some foundational information.
This is a great lecture presented by a great speaker!
I call him the "Bacteria man". One of the best !! His level of knowledge in the course is spectacular. Great !! I don't dislike anything about him I will recommend to my colleagues medical students
The videos are generally not too long and easy to follow along with the teacher
I learned a lot! thank you. This help me a lot.
not explned wel as the topic is difficult and you made it a lot much boring
easy and complete explanation for a complex topic, you're the best!
Perfectly explained. Very easy to follow up and very interesting
well explained lectures well explained lectures well explained lectures well explained lectures
Very targeted and practical presentation and UpToDate thanks for that fantastic talk
Dr Raj is hands down the best teacher! He is getting me through medical school as he explains content so well.
Dr. Raj is an excellent teacher, no matter what the topic is.
I love Lecturio a lot, i think it is so high yield which is really helpful in exams and in general learning, too 'cause first learn the highs then dive into details! So, really great app!
The video was so nice and educative, directed to the points, no fluffy. I enjoyed every bit of the video
the way how the professor explain the topic is very easy to learn
Learnt so much, the explanations are clear and understandable. The lecturer's explanations was easy to follow
Detailed the disease's pathophysiology in a precise format that was easily understood.
Professor Delvies is perfect! I have just figured out what immunology is! Thanks Lecturio. Thanks professor Delves.
It was really informative and precise,i loved the lectures
I feel that I can continue in medical school, He prepare like the Light at the end of the tunnel!
Literally worst professor ever, she seems so desoriented and feels like she haven't even prepared the class
Dr. Raj has the ability to break down incredibly complex pathophysiologic mechanisms into easy-to-digest pieces!
Good delineation with the vocabulary terms, lymphocyte rich versus predominant.
It would be more helpful if the slides had the comparisons between NHL and HL.
Great Lecture! Thanks Doctor Canby. I was finally able to understand how this cranial nerve works.
These lectures are great!! They explain everything clearly and concisely!!
I find the lectures very helpful in my revision and informative. The way the information is presented makes it easier to understand compared to previous lectures. It is as if I am hearing the information for the first time.
This is really nice lectures and method of teaching by Dr. Raywat.
Exellent lecture. Thank for teaching me. Enjoy teaching you are best.
It is clear and well organized so that I could learn the subjects which seemed complicated when the lecturer presented them in university. It also made me interested in microbiology which I didn't even like to learn it. Thank you
The lectures compliment my study books and other materials. I will most likely watch some of them again.
Being an internal medicine specialist I would like to get the update in all relevant topics
I really enjoy Dr Raj’s delivery of the course content ; I will happily listen to more of his lectures
I really liked and very helpful lectures thank u sir for your explanation
very good revision,VERY GOOD ILLUSTRATIONS I LIKED IT ,I WAS VERY HAPPY
The lower reviews than normal kept me from watching Dr. Raj, he is stellar.
An excellent course and therefore I gave the highest possible rating. I liked absolutely everything. Thanks for your work! I am now preparing for USMLE step 1 and I am at the stage of repetition of anatomy and embryology.
Great summarized information in neurophysiology! Very well taught and very professional!
Great lecture, very allegoric, nice and easy to understand. Great didactics and methodology.
I have really learned. Before, I was wondering why study, or cram all those pathways and enzymes. How Professor Kevin Ahern explains and bring out concepts, Oh my God so great. He was born a teacher and just polished by learning! He never leaves behind any one, even the slow learners can pick, because once one understands the basic, the necessary complex facts can be understood quite faster! I am now thinking of mastering in Biochemistry, besides my goal of Internal medicine. To be the best Physician, Biochemistry I have understood is one of the vital tools! In my Nursing practice, we lost a 10 yr old male with Liver Cirrhosis from a liver disease, which was diagnosed in early age. Now, I am thinking of a Deficiency of the Transaldolase enzyme!! Ahh save for my little knowledge! Kind regards!
Really a great and elaborate presentation. Thanks Prof. Kevin. Now I no longer struggle in cramming Biochemistry but rather find the subject interesting. I wish I started using your lecture guide early in Medical school, but any way not yet late! Thank you once again.
To the point and bringing great clarity, well done Dr Deonandan
well explained this video was good Dr Paul Moss never mentioned types of HL
The content is concise, straightforward and video time is short. However, using a pointer would be helpful. Overall excellent
Very dense lecture. Maybe a bit too in-depth in some places, but excellent discussion about the importance of carbohydrates and the key enzymes and reactions that underly the process.
The doctor is very clear in his explanations and makes learning more easier.
DR Delves is fantastic in this series. He is clear and delivers the information in a very engaging manner. I felt confident going into my exam after working through the modules. Thanks so much Dr Delves for a great experience.
the lecture is good but for future can you include a slightly more advanced serioes that includes regiratory mediatory that can lead to congenital defects?
Excellent review and explanations of the different vitamins and their various forms and functions.
the clinical morphological diagrams are amazing and explained really well BUT in my opinion scenario MCQS should be included in QUIZ
Excellent speaker. He makes very difficult content manageable by having nice explanations at a good, slow pace.
I love this teacher, but his pronunciation is not understanding.
Not much needs to be said, the presentation speaks for itself! Watch for yourself and you'll see how informative this is! The Genetic recombination of B-cells' antibodies and receptors was so hard for me to understand, and all it took was one video (less than 10 minutes) to understand the concept fully. Great professor!
Dr Shukle explained the topics in a concise and very informative manner
Excellent summary and overview. Read the concept pages for more detailed info.
best teacher in the world. such a good summary . thank you
I loved it good explanation . will think of definetly subscribiing . straight to the point
Awesome lectures by Sir. he explain every step and every single reaction with detail thank u.
It was informative in a simple way and the question after make you make sure you got it
I dont understand the neg review. This is such a good lecture covering the key points. I found it very helpful
Great teacher Dr Raj. Thank you a lot! Worth it
I really like it ?? Dr.Raywat very professional make it easy and very understandable
This topic is so well explained. I really like the clear and succint style.
A simple concept expained in a simple manner, without complicating it too much
I can easily follow the sequence of information. The important details are also emphasized, making it easier for recall.
Plz add some differentials for orogrnital ulcer. Overall lecture quality was excellent
Very interesting lecture regarding Neprilysine. Helps understanding this new agent. Thank you.
I really like the explanations and detailed structures used. The structures make it easier to understand.
The lecture is organized and precise. I would recommend it others. Moreover, it's less time consuming and as I said highlights what material is needed.
Very clear and easy to understand. I enjoyed the visuals.
Well explained and suits my needs. Good materials ,easy to understand.
Excellent info, covers all area which is required. I have learned the much.
Love the explanations - it is clear, concise and fast moving. Dr. Shukle is an excellent teacher.
very precise, for a person with basic knowledge it is very helpful although I think it could be a bit difficult to understand for someone who does not know anything about these issues.
Professor Kevin make it enjoyable course; It helped not only in remembering many info that I forgot in the class, but also I did learn many new valuable information. The fact that the explanation provided by Dr. Kevin is so easy to understand and memorize, make this course very interesting.
The explanation about the carbs are very clear and detail. Which make easier for any student and professor to better understand the carbs, their pathway, and the enzymes that work in those pathways.
Me gustó la forma en como se explicó el tema, el abordaje fue fácil de comprender y asimilar.
The circle of Willis was not explained. The video basically just says the vertebral arteries and internal carotids give rise to the circle of Willis. What about all the other branches?
Clear and simple. Explained in good sequence. Thank very You.
The content and the development of the lectures are excellent. Dr. Shukle is a great teacher.
These lectures are excellent. The questions keep you on your toes. Thank you!
This course is very helpful to learn about the cell and it's pathology.
The most fun I had learning about bacteria. That Italian New Yorker accent is everything! His E. coli lectures are the reason I passed my midterm and can totally discuss anything E. coli like a pro. So happy I discovered him and will definitely come back for more.
Great lecture. I was able to learn some things I did not initially know. I appreciate the details. Thank you and please keep doing what you do to help people like us to know more.
Simple and consice lectures. Please Consider more clinical co relation.
This is a fantastic teacher with great didactic. I would probably take 10 times longer to understand the subject if I were to read about it without prior knowledge.
You really need to do something about the distracting mouth sounds.
You really are an excellent professor Sir. I like how in these videos I can't really hear the extra mouth sounds like in the other videos!
This course is easy to understand and memorize. I am 100% recommending this course to anyone in need of learning sciences.
This is a very clarifying lecture on Listeria, taught by a professor with very good teaching skills. And kinda funny.
I have been following these lectures and this man really needs to drink some water because the mouth sounds are extremely distracting. I am suffering through these lectures because medical school is actually worse and taught on ZOOM and my medical school doesn't seem to believe in actually teaching, but this guy's extra mouth sounds are absolutely dreadful. All he needs to do is lower the mic from out of his mouth to eliminate the extra mouth sounds. I was going to give one star, but it's not like I don't like the content, I just can't concentrate over the mouth sounds. Also speak a bit faster. I don't have all day.
Excellent nice little concept explanation on an important topic for USMLE
Very nice presentation of the concept with such efficient & proficient delivery
Great content presented in a format that can be applied at the bedside. Thank you!
i did like it because it is clear easy to understand .
Great communication skills, very didactic. Sometimes, when a person knows a lot, he or she do not have the ability to pass that information forward, but this professor does it really well.
I really like it! It is easy to understand, clear and give a lot of practical info , which is extreamly important in preparation and in practical life as a physician
Everything regarding the topic is covered, I liked it very much.
Wonderful Pharma lecture, clear and easy to understand. Concepts and principle were well elucidated
Courses are well detailed and well taught. And I love the questions being asked between lectures
ten words ten words ten words ten words ten words ten words ten words ten words ten words
Why does it require ten words and stuff, can't I just rate the lecture and get over with it?
The only criticism I have is that my preference would be for longer and fewer videos. I know that many students today prefer the shorter format, but as someone who is older, that's not my preference. Otherwise, the teaching has been clear and concise.
Difficult topic explained simply and precisely. Exactly what I've been needing.
great presentations by an expert -- lots of great images-- in a concise manner!!
I love Dr. Raj's style of explanation. Excellent as always.
Very informative, and helped me with my studies. Has a lot of information I needed.
Nice lecture . Saves time for sleepless nights. Highly recommended for med students
Great lecture. Thanks you for the detailed discussion. I like Rajs lectures- this is one of the best
Thank you a lot for this lecture. It is so clear and organised in a way that makes all of the informations comprehensible and logic !
Really love the explanations provided and the images. Thank you!
Really great lectures, images, and humor! Love Lecturio! Thank you!

Love Lecturio! The teaching and pictures are awesome! Thank you!
cool and calm, very clear in speech. Gives high yield content and focuses on exam related questions
He speaks very well. Concepts delivered very well. I could understand most of his theory
Concepts are very good and explanation is amazing. I'm in love with it
Perfect... I undarstant many things here... Nice explanation Wish best for you
Amino acid MetabolismThe lectures are very thorough and give good details about what is high yield.
Brilliant course. It has a great differential diagnostics and an overall content is really good.
Amazing profesor and great Dr with a lot of experience, really useful clinical anecdotes. His method of teaching is really great.
It was everything I needed. Although I'd suggest that the videos be arranged sequentially that way it is a tad bit easier on the brain.
EBM best introduction I`ve had ever viewed. His English is clear for IMGs.
Actually embryology is tough and it involves a lot of imagination if we study it on our own it is difficult to visualise but Sir makes the classes very interesting less of a burden and because of the classes I never had difficulty in this zone and this was the subject I didn’t had to look behind to review because once taught by Sir it remains forever . My favourite teacher
Best teacher and amazing way of teaching us the test taking strategies
great lecture. I dont see why it is not highly rated. Thanks you
Rather than giving us mnemonic, I'd rather had him explained. I had to go to Youtube to find out what this means and it took me a lot of time.
No entiendo mucho es hard to understand.......I don't know what to say ..
very bad organization of the material vitamin d , then calcium, then vitamin d, then calcium. and there are lots of overlap between classes
A simplified explanation for a very detailed topic. Very nice!
not enough details, like the fast staph. is Catalase-positive and non motile . more details needed.
I needed a short, sweet, simple explanation of immune tolerance, and that is exactly what this is. Thank you!
I liked the course ,but a little more explination is needed in each of the clases
All of the videos on this topic are very good, thank you!! It made me finally understand it. I wish we would have more details on the pathologies related to the Purine and Pyrimidine pathways.
It was awesome factual and easy to understand.Amoino acid Metabolism clear relationship to general human Anatomy.
Thank You! Very helpful and useful. Simplified way of explaining a complicated topic
I LOVE THIS DOCTOR , he make the lecture more absorbable
In my head "please don't be Dr. Raj, please don't be Dr. Raj, please don't be Dr. Raj". Damn it !!(bangs table).
I really appreciate because it helped me a lot to grab such a complicated topic in a simple or decent way.i can't explain.eventually I loved to learn subjects in this manner
This lecture series is simply one of the best EVER. For a Technical subject where students can get lost in the details and awe that is our bodies defense, Dr. Peter Delves doesn't only present all the necessary details to have a firm understanding or just concise distilled High-Yield concepts, but somehow manages to put on an awe inspiring performance deeply ingrained in our memories for ever. This is on the level of Dr. Sattar's iconic PATHOMA Lecture series. Lecturio you don't need any more advertisement than this.
I'm just curious whether this professor recites what he is reading and points out what's on the diagrams.
Amazing Dr. Kevin! Thank you very much for this course!
I like the way the material is presented and the professors overall lecture energy and outline.
The professor was very thorough and at the same time understandable….
Very clear, concise to understand the formulas for all usmle tests
He method of teaching makes a lot of sense as he explains it as it relates to the medical practice and his experience.
It has been but pure, clear and Concise..the way Dr Canby goes about to illustrate the slides especially for the fact that this aspect of the human anatomy is very complex to understand.. I have already recommended a lot of my friends to lecturio and they were all glad I did.
cannot understand a word. info given are too summary and unconnected
This lecture series was very well done. The material is relevant, the lecturer's explanations a very clear, and the quiz questions are very well formulated. I have come to expect no less from lecturio.
Vey well summarized and complete. I was having difficulties to learn it, but with the Lecturio’s videos I understood it the first time.
Very concise lecture, it is a very good summary and really helps you to understand the topic. May not be exhaustive but you can't cover everything in one video. Thank you very much.
Hi Lecturio Team, Yes, I like it a lot neurophysiology by doctor Thad Wilson. Great presentation and explanation. In my view, the neurophysiology is one of the vital key of the medicine by knowing it and combining knowledge and skills with anatomy, pathophysiology and surgery you could figure out pathology in terms of when you facing patients with traumatic injury . In contrast when you seeing infected patient with contagious viruses, bacteria and fungi and so on, of course you need to immediately think about combining knowledge and skills of microbiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology and biochemistry. Yes, all courses are given so well presented. Yes . I certainly enjoyed it Lecturio as it has all components of courses which are important for every doctor who wants to excel their skills. Many thanks indeed for the course organizers, Showing on cadaver will be even better to get precise knowledge and skills.
Only wish the section would have also included videos or as link to videos posted elsewhere to Vitamin C, B1,B2,B6 and the rest of the water soluble Vittamins.
I CONSIDER THIS LECTURE IS VERY USEFUL, BECAUSE THE LECTURER AND THE CONTENT IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND THANKS
Thank you for givine such a clear, clean and concise explanation. Looking forward to continue this course. Again, thank you.
Infectious diseases aren’t my favorite topic to study but with Dr. Fisher I can feel my own IQ increasing and my own brain expanding. It’s such a pleasure and an honor to be taught by him. Thank you, Lecturio, for this unbelievable opportunity.
I choose this rate because Dr Vincent deserve it. I really really like it. Definitely I will recommend to other students.
Lecturio videos helped me study the subject more easily and also helped me in solving mcq questions. But i wish there were more mcq questions after each section.
The lecture were so concise and upto the point. The questions following each video were very helpful in remembering the key facts.
no sound on the video. no sound on the video.
This is the best course ever; and i would like if u can add much more complex of physiopatology; but inspite of that; thank u for this videolecture; I really enjoyed
This classes are not bad but sometimes are difficult to understand
It is Clearly clearly Clearly clearly Clearly clearly Clearly clearly
The complexity of the subject makes it a nightmare to study a reference book or attend a lecture with someone who didn't know what they were doing. Dr. Canby saves so much time and explains the divisions and detailed classifications of the spinal cord with such ease it is impressive. I came across this app a month away from my finals because I didn't understand most of the neurosciences subjects. Trust me, I understood Neurosciences (including neuroanatomy from this course) in just a month way better than all my attempts during the previous 6 months. Very well done course! It integrates the mapping with clinical correlations on the spot and makes everything easy to memorize.
Dr Raj doesn't just read slides. He helps you connect the dots to the broader picture as regards the patient. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
excellent, it ws presented in a clear, concise and understandable way, even for beginners or new in the field or as a review
Presentation was really good . Extraordinary presentation needs a flow . It should be like a story . Like a natural history for any disease and more about evolution in case of treatment or intervention . Though the presentation had everything and was easy to understand but still from the student ( my ) point of view it was difficult to assimilate . Over all it was a fantastic lecture .
i am very pleased with this lesson! I really unterstood everything
It makes a very difficult topic manageable. It breaks it down very well with very clear explanations. I love that Dr. Shukle uses a lot of examples to explain the concepts.
Well presented and focus of clinical relevance. Short and concise.
Hello Dear Doctor Canby. Brilliant explanation . And the demonstration is outstanding thanks for your time and effort !!! It is very important topic as well as we need to know a lot about brain in order to treat correctly and precisely rest of the body . I think 12 CN are given really well as well as cerebral cortex . I Interested in more about spinal fluid and how to improve content of the spinal fluid as we know it does give all the necessary nutrients to the brain . Some people have sudden seizures I wandered if possible to predict by taking and analysing their spinal fluid content! To avoid patient from seizure ! As every seizure gives really hard time to a patient and consequences are negatively affect to the brain cells of the individual . So better prophylaxis than cure. And I believe there is more effective ways to treat brain disease by knowing the pathogenesis of brain disorders . Many thanks for the great course about cerebral cortex. Kind regards, Dr. Gulbanu Akimgaliyevna.
Very well done!! I would do amazing things if I learned under him during residency.
I'm a first year medical student and the lectures that we have had on the autonomics have not been clear or understandable at all. The set of lecture materials and the lectures that Lecture has provided has GREATLY increased my understanding and made my exam prep much easier.
It simply and in a nice way explained the Statistical Biases with examples.
it was simplified thus was able to understand. now will be able to manage my patient much better than before
I like dr raj lectures , he has clear knowledge about his teaching
The best explanation, Concise and to the point. Thank you so much.
I really enjoyed all the videos about tx for lipid disorders! Made me understand easily!
Dr Raj you crack me up, you make medicine fun.
It is the best class on brain structures I've had to date. However, what this and all the other reviews lack is better terms to more deliberately, precisely and succinctly REMIND the students of where each structure is and it's function EACH TIME it is discussed. The brain has ALOT of structures and respective functions that need to be understood and memorized. So that type of repetition would just be really helpful.
really good app to study , you can download the lectures and study anywhere anytime
On point, efficient and easy to comprehend. Fantastic presentation by the professor. My experience comes from an african medical school with professors who spend 2 hours explaining major concepts that I end up spending extra time trying to understand. For example, the action potential video explained the concept for me in less than 10 minutes in comparison to the 1 hour irl lecture that led me nowhere.
Amazing explanation with the proffessor Good research on many topics
Easy to follow without spending too much effort . Can watch videos in your downtime.
Very simple explanation for a quite not easy topics. I like it very much
Very clear and helpful to understand the physio. Dr. Raj's lecture also was great because he went step by step and explained the stages more like a story which makes it easier to remember.
Clear, structured information. Up to date and well done! I would recommend this lecture.
Love this lecture. Dr. Ahern explains much better than my professor.
correctly pronouncing drugs is important especially when people pay for their education.
So much informative Learning hard concept super easy ways The professor teaches like too much professionally and its high yield
Your lectures are excellent because you have a great diction! Thanks.
quick explanation of what pure red cell aplasia is would also be great
I feel there could be more content and slides are split. Would be nice if all slides in one pdf for Pharm. To download and revise easily.
One of the best lecture on the Immune system. I have struggled with this topic for so long but the lectures are awesome
The teaching was very good. I was just sad it did not include acute bronchitis. And no one talked about infectious mononucleosis. Otherwise everything was perfect.
the tests are explained to a good detail for having use in clinical practise. Thanks again!
Great explanation, It's great how the lecturer takes the time to guide our mental process. He´s so far my favorite lecturer.
excellent explanation of the electrophoresis in thalassaemias. good diagrams. engaging speaker.
best explanation of the iron transport on the web that I have come across. Good clear diagrams.
excellent topic covered in right depth and detail. So well taught. thanks
Made it simple to understand and a lot more fun to learn!!!
The video lectures are are very nicely presented by these professors. What i usually do is to to hear or watch all the time to grow myself. honestly there is always an addition of knowledge. This is the thing that satisfy me. the bad thing is that they are divided in short clips and to continue we have to to go to next topic. This will hinder when we want to correlate ???. complete one topic in a single video will have deep impact. Over all its good and i like it
They give clear explanations on all topics in such a way that it is easier to grasp. I personally enjoy learning more about a particular topic and Lecturio is the perfect platform to do that as well. I highly recommend Lecturio to all students for better understanding of relevant topics.
speech not fluent and hard to listen to. too basic and not useful
I believe this course is excellent, and maybe the best of Lecturio. It combines all one needs to know as long one does not want to be a professional immunologist.
I believe this course is an excellent review of genetic basics, techniques and clinical correlates
Alot of the explanations could be simplified. Also the course was taught with a presumption that the student had prior knowledge of this system.
excellent lecture. very clear explanation, with diagrams annotations. good memory aide.
This Professor makes this topic seem fun. He really seems to want his viewers to understand the material. He points out potential board questions while he teaches. It’s really great.
I think I choose this because is very understanding the classes and the Dr is very practical
It was really great and made Sickle cell disease study so nice to me!
Excellent explanation of the descending tracts. Good review and diagrams.
Interesting course about the hippersensibility and different things for learning
i like it very very very very very. ery very very much
Bien explicados los conceptos. Esquemas claros y fáciles de entender. Debiera ser un curso aplicable a muchas instituciones de salud para que se entienda mejor la actual pandemia de COVID 19.
I like the key points of the doctor puts cord that is needed to be remembered I think that these are very helpful I think I’m short acting antagonist and long acting antagonist should be a lecture all on its own I’m finding that I’m being tested more often on those subjects
I wish there was more things that are geared towards the nurse practitioner rather than a general overview of course of cardiology but all the points that he makes a really helpful
neuro physiology if u mean diabetic coma,it is good I have gone thr the lecture
I don't think anyone had explained pharmacology in such a way that I understood, the way Dr Shukle did. Best course
Thank you so much for creating such an amazing educational site. I loved it so much that I sent it to several of my nurse practitioner classmates. We all use this site weekly to reinforce graduate level learning on anatomy, physiology and pharmacology. The concepts taught are easy to understand, provide wonderful tips and tricks to remember the information taught and the quizzes are great too. I will definitely be using this site again before taking my boards. Best resource ever!

I really appreciate how Professor Ahern broke down this topic (no pun intended). He does a really good job at tying things from other lectures together really bringing these pathways together while also trying to enrich our understanding of the context behind em. Thank you for your hard work!
I honestly had a lot of fun listening to Professor Ahern. You can tell he is really passionate about Biochem. I learned a lot. Great course if you're interested in understanding aspects of the metabolic pathways conceptually while appreciating the details/context that enrich your understanding of them and how they are interrelated.
I liked the way the R and T states where explained. It all became very clear
I chose it because of its high impact, It explains subjects in an easy to comprehend way. I will recommend it to any prospective medical student I know.
I thought the introductory lectures were to indroductory and to much of a waste of time. I felt they introductory lecture were a insult to a medical students education level. I almost turned them off and went on to another section but, much later the same professor started to increase the level of knowledge in each video. This is the reason I am giving four stars. Please revise the introductory lectures in microbiology. A USMLE student does not have time to waste. I'm not done with the lectures on microbiology so I'd also like to comment later and here I feel I have been very generous with my review.
Made epidemiology super easy. Really enjoyed studying it. Good job
A series of very useful and didactic lessons, amazing! Thank you so much Dr. Canby.
It was easy to understand, and some details, which i think was enough! not too much information, but enough
Clinical anecdotes are a great supplement to an already helpful lecture
Good explanation and some tricks like for beta blockers also helps
Very poorly presented and connected. The lectures dont have any fluidity as a whole , and just slide reading is there. A different lecturer should teach pharmacology
The pathways of the nerve should be discussed, intracranial and extracranial.
Dr raj is explaining everything very nicely One thing he can do is the to increase the content and depth of topic. and rest is excellent
Difficult to memorize all pathways I think it could be more interesting
doesnt contain all the information necessary for this topic to be fully understood
good dvs fd dfvd fdd dfd dfd dfd dfd df d dfdf df d df df df df df
Elegi este ranking Porque es didactico y practice ,facil de entenderlo
Oh yes indeed Greatly given 12 CN a I thoroughly enjoyed it Please don’t surprise if I revise I must make sure my pronunciation is correct While I am studying of course spelling is brilliant I try to memorise it as as a foreign graduate these courses extremely helpful!!! Many thanks for your great design!!
very good diagrams, would have liked to see an even deeper dive into ciliary muscle in relation on zonule fibers and how they are inverse to each other,
It cover what i needed, Well elaboration and summary notes Sure, recommend
Good explanation regarding the different cell lines as a basic knowlegde for the further leukemia types.
This course makes the topics easy to follow, understand and learn. Thank you!
This lecture helped me understand the difference from iron defficiency anemia
Really good divided and explanation, with good examples and great review questions
The course is very well presented and didactic. Very good slides. The presentator must talk a little bit slower.
Comprehensive course with exemplary format & teaching style to explain core concepts.
Dr Ahuja makes the Psych Soc videos fun to watch making it easy to learn. Thank you Dr Ahuja.
Aminoacid metabolism Is not easy to understand but still good !!
Overall great series of the major points and he made it Dr. Raj made it intuitive and memorable.
My lectures at school are good but sometimes my professors English is difficult too understand. With Lecturio, all of the presenters are well spoken and in addition to the lectures the mini-quizzes hold me immediately accountable to what I should have gleaned from them.
fast confusing order of explaining Its not like it simlifies anything the way its explained is quite fast and confusing very mono tone
yes another great topic i absolutely enjoyed it . Many thanks indeed.
Excellent delivery and breakdown of the information. The examples given helped with the understanding.
Professor Deonandan is excellent. He teaches with clarity, profundity, and conviction. The explanations are clear and the examples help to understand the concepts. Additionally, his tone and rhythm are very adequate, making it easy to understand for those of us that English is not our native language.
It important lectures and I am very happy to be here
like it, though I didn't have a pre idea of neurophysiology but i found it realy easy to understand. I like the way of delivering the important messages by the professor; i.e changing his tone of voice, making it louder or... onething that I felt, was missing was Using a pointer, which I didn't know why he was not using.
Very helpful for my tests and exams. The explanation is excellent!
Brilliant tutorial. It has main points are highlighted and a very useful.
Love lecturing videos! I find them very helpful as they cover the information of each topic in basic terms. I love that you can speed them up, pause them, and rewatch them for your convenience. The post video quizzes also help me stay engaged with the content I’m learning. I have noticed my grades improving after watching lecturing videos before my exams.
Nice review of the spinal cord's anatomy, helped me a lot during my studies for my clinical neurology exam
I have never enjoyed Research basics like discussed here. Thanks Dr Deonandan!
Very helpful! Guiding through the basic concepts and further applications. I appreciate Dr. Deonandan's efforts!
explaining slow and efficiently with great questions in the end
It has really been great in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Thanks to Dr Raywat Deonandan for the passionate teaching skills!
Poorly information of the basal ganglia and the system of the basal ganglia was not set up very well
It's well presented and relatively easy to understand. It has helped me understand various concepts
Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome
With this topic is easy to get lost ini all the details and I think he made a good overview to not forget de bi image when we get in the details
Very well done and to the point. I like that Dr. Shukle incorporates the major medications he uses (and how it’s used) in his practice. A lot of pharm sources don’t filter the essentials as great as this. Good as a first exposure or as a review.
I do like it very much its straight forward . He has shown all the main points . Many thanks indeed.
Professor gives a very clear explanation, easily understand. Thank you.
Very complete and simple to understand!! The presentation has the perfect visual representations.
Lecturio has the amazing ability to recruit professors that are not only knowledgeable but excel at teaching students. I wish I'd discovered the site earlier. One of the biggest problems professors have in medical school is that they often forget that they're teaching people who don't already know the material. It can make what seems to the professor like a straightforward lecture into an unintelligible mess to their students. Dr. Shukle was able to break down pharmacology in a much easier to understand format than my professors. While it may not have all the information people will see on a school test, it provides a solid foundation that I used to go back over my lectures and fill in details (this time having a much better understanding of what they were talking about and consequently getting much more out of it). I can't comment on their lecturio's affect on the USMLE, as I haven't taken that yet. But I do feel much better informed about pharmacology moving forward, and I recommend this series to everyone who felt like I did when listening to their school lectures.
Really good explanations on every topic. Makes learning less stressful
I felt as though these lectures were core. They covered areas that you can use in almost every system. I felt like they will boost my NBME score in a massive way. It helped me tremendously! I’m almost tempted to take an NBME just to see the effects, but not yet... I still have a little more ground to cover. I want to at least review all the foundational videos.
Easy to understand. Loved the colors used to distinguish sympathetic from parasympathetic, that really helped.
perfect and easy to follow, and friendly lecture, so far the best teacher
I use it a lot because sometimes its difficult to understand everything when they explain to me in the university so it an extra help
Dr Peter is very energetic and easy to follow up
elegí ésta calificación por que explicó de manera clara y sensilla el tema, ahora puedo profundizar mas el tema leyendo un libro. Me encantó la conferencia. Sí recomendaría este video a todos mis compañeros de clase
I like it very much but the only issue is that the lectures are not complete about all the bacterial species of myobacteria for example, and I'd love to study all of them with lecturio cause it's simple and easy to understand so that I don't have to study the unavailable topics on other websites
Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great
Great,GreatGreat,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great
Very well explained and fascinating lecture! Thank you very much!
Very simplified and nice explanation. I learn new information with pleasure due to this great teacher.
I really appreciate it, perfectly simple and interesting way of explanation

Thank you so much for interesting lectures and amazingly helpful information
Thank you very much for your interesting lectures and simple explanation
It’s good. And I liked it. The professor understand good.
Very through and the fact that most lectures had summaries of the previous video made it very easy to understand.
I got to say, i love Racaniello's videos on microbiology so far. But this series of the enteric bacteria is confusing and disorganised. Some of the slides provided are different from the ones used by him. Sometimes the script adds some erroneous information, making the already confusing explanation even worse.
Only one word for carlo raj is Just amazing Mind blowing
These lectures are concise, have all the necessary information and really explains key points well! Absolutely loving learning from Lecturio videos, especially with the pandemic hindering face to face classes. This extra help is a very needed boost to my studies!
Well structured, clear presented, presented manner of conveying mayerial, short
Really good explanation of your speech and vocabulary explanation Thanks!
Explained very well made it relatable. Great lecturer explained very well and gave good examples.
Thank you!!! All your lectures are very interesting and with nice explanations!
It was hard to understand It could be better another way to explain the topic
easily explained .well organized . Mentioned what we need to know with explanations .
Concise questions w/ concise answers. Good for a quick review after study.
Good way of teaching ..that gaba a receptor diagram..jst awsm
Concise, constructive, curative, conducive, conceptual is how I found this and the other videos related to this.
Very clarifying lecture! Professor Deonandan is pretty concise and informative.
helped me alot, wouldnt be able to pass without these
Helped me to memorize the information from medical lessons very well. It is well illustrated. Super useful!
Great explanation, great examples and knowledgeable in subject area. Lecture is wonderful
clearly explained ,great way to understand the mechanism, body language is really effective
Thanks! I just wish I could've understood RRR, RR and ARR better in the previous lecture
Precisely influencial style during all parts so definitely would be a key effect on exams
I really understood everything like if it was a brief summary of terms
I like very much the way the teacher expose the lecture! Concise and objective!
terrible. No explanation. Non relevant board information. Terrible/no explanation of the different types of graft rejection.
Very good ,only the needed part covered .But should focus on clearing concepts in more detail. The base.
Dr Raj is so good at reminding associated pathologies!!! Perfect for an overview
the lecture is easy to understand and the concepts are explained very well and in depth. i woul totally recommend this to any medical student :).
He is so amazing Lecturer,, These videos are very useful
This course is concise , practical , high yield , great !! I really like it !!
thank you for letting me understand this lecture. I really struggled to understand it. But, after this video, everything is perfect and clear.
It was a great lecture, I learn a lot. Thank you Prof. Ahern.
Thank you for your interesting, useful and simple way do explain difficult things!
Its excellent because there is more physical and clinical correlation and enzyme mechanism simplified
The material was very well presented and easy to understand. I love that the videos are short an easy to digest. I would recommend this lecture to any of my friends.
I like the lecture because is easy to understand, the use of examples are really helpful.
...I don’t believe his accent isn’t hard to understand? Very concise and straight to the point. Helped me understand hemodynamics foundation much better than most lectured videos. Thank you Dr. Raj !
Amazing lecture! This course has been a great help for my studies. Thank you, Prof. Peter Delves!
Professional lectures and high video quality I recommend this to all medical studying students
So easy to understand and memorize! Lecturio has been an amazing tool for my medical education, namely these lectures.
excellent lecture for all med students and normal people thanks!
I noticed that there weren't any lectures on mineral metabolism in the library. I think students would really appreciate it if you made a module on this topic as it has a lot of biomedical importance and some relevant diseases are associated with it.
very good lecturer and high yield info. interesting and learning a lot!
I´LOVE DE WAY HE EXPLAINS MEDICINE. he is fun, makes everything simple
i like but the fomr like the professor express can distract a little
Simple, clear and with clinical correlations. Thank you, Dr. Craig.
I like this cause of a simply explaining things, and I would like to recommend it for nurses and also doctors.
Very nice lecture. Teaches very well. Makes the concept interesting.
Very complete and easy to understand, focuses on the key points. Thank you
I love all the lectures of Dr Fisher. He seems passionate about his speciality and knows a lot! His courses are rich and enjoyable
Each and every concept is explained with each lecture it has helped me in getting to know things well rather than just learning.
I use Emery’s Elements of Medical Genetics 15th edition as primary study material, which i recommend for anyone to use. I decided to take this course as a supplement and ended up confused and annoyed. Simple learning objectives of this course lectures are harder to understand due to poor explanation and as far as i can tell the professor seems stressed, disoriented and confused herself. Lectures need a rework. Despite that, the articles are pretty good and helpful, PowerPoint slides are useful to an extend.
Professor Peter Delves is a really good teach, super comprehensive. recommend for sure.
Thank you dear Professor, great simple way to explain difficult topics.
I love the pace and the method of Dr. Raj very much and I feel like I know a lot of the concepts he taught by heart now, without having confusions.
well organized and concise with all of the important points
It is easy to understand, on the point and easy to follow. Thank you Dr shukle
The introduction provided me with the basic concepts of genetics
Great explanation about the Bohr effect, thank you very much doctor
Teaches very well, makes everything easy and simple to understand.
I really liked the energy and enthusiasm of the professor during the classes. Even though it is not my favourite subject, the organization of each class was simple and easy to understand. After the class, the questions helped me retain the information and to consolidate what i've learnt.
good video really lked it the language was qut e easy to understand
Dr. Ahern pointed out very interesting aspects like heat generation/high energy of PEP and the 2,3-BPG production. Maybe I wasn't paying attention the first time I learned about glycolysis, but this extra integrative information it makes this step easier to remember. Actually, in generally, these human focused biochemistry lectures, are easier to digest, since when I learned it originally, it was mixed with plant and microbial biochem.
Outstanding teaching stuff and mode. Everything explained clearly. Questions are well exolained. I Like this stuff
I greatly appreciate this and general review of hematology. Thank you for simplifying and clarifying it for me.
Great review of immunology, including adaptive immune system. Highly recommend.
pathogenesis explanation is detailed and Lecturer is great at helping us to distinguish difference btw the two entities
Very good lecture, where guidelines for each condition are enhanced.
Awesome... I like the way he is teaching. His concepts are straightforward and clear.
Lecturio helps me solidify my concepts. I am glad I found you.
Really well explained. informative and detailed whilst also being concise
Really well explained. it was simple and concise but informative.
Dr. Raj is fantastic, this lecture was a great overview. My favorite part was the sound effects!
Very annoying style of presentation. I do Cancer research for a living in the USA and I found a lot of problems with this presentation.
simplified understanding i used to have difficult understanding Multiple myeloma but grateful to Dr Raj.
This was a funny video. I enjoyed it. Thanks for making the subject easy to digest :-)
It is clear and well structured. Especially the pathways are now clear to me.
Good and clear lecture! If you need to get an overview of the CSF, works well
if i wanted monotoned reading i would have read textbooks instead of watching this video.
Although the content its hard to understand, the teacher makes a really good job at keeping us focused on the important bits. Thank you
This was most helpful and extremely interesting. Hats off for explaining such a tough topic in an exceptionally innovative and engrossing manner.
thankyou i really understand this subject with these videos lectures.every thing was amazing i practically solved questions
I really like this professor: rather than emphasizing memorization, he emphasizes understanding of immunological concepts, making immunology really interesting. One of the best lecturers for Lecturio.
Brilliant, helpful, calm, never understood it before, he made it very palatable thank you.
Excellent lecture, well explained and very concise as always from Dr. P
Dr. Raj speaks too fast to understand and his teaching style is strange making the concepts harder to understand than needed. He speaks fast through things we need to learn and slow through things less relevant.
The objective was to mention which diseases are AR and it was covered correctly
Poor presentation. It's just like he is reading out from study material. Lacks concepts.
The Proffessor Peter Ward is the best for embryo. I really enjoy and learn of this lecture
I love The way he teaches! I feel In love with this site and even purchased it for a year bc I’m in nursing school and this breaks it down in a way that is receivable for me
Simple and clear explanations with great slides - I was able to digest this easily, thank you!
just don't get this lecturer but I found this chaotic and very poorly structured
Prof Ahern explains very well & makes the key steps/enzymes memorable (eg PEP is full of pep!)
hard to understand this lecture. I also don't understand why lecturio makes it so hard to give a rating. Why can't you just accept a few words? Why do I have to type at least 10 words AND give a heading? If I have to write a short letter every time I give a rating, it just means you don't want people to give you a rating.
So good explications with a nice and simple way . I really appreciate your effort .
Thank you for this lecture! It helps me to get better understanding about the topic
Good explaination, Love it! Easy to Understand, Keep it up!
Simple and easy going explaination! easy for me to understand. Keep it Up!
Great, I loved the slides and how he explained them! I'm happy to take this lecture
It contains the keypoints. Neuroanatomy is hard because it´s specific and has lots of terms. Dr. Craig is making them simple and understandable!
The lecture is well organized and excellent. I enjoyed the flow and details of the lectures
I liked the slides and the questions, and the way each topic is subdivided and elaborated ..
Concepts explained in a logical manner great for revision and exam preparations.
You changed my view on this course ! I actually really enjoyit now
The lectures are very thorough and give good details about what is high yield.
Very interesting and engaging. The energy from Dr. Racaniello is absolutely contagious, thank you very much!
Didn’t face any problems in understanding. The questions were clear afterwards.
Everything explained thoroughly , it was very easy to understand , and the lecture was informational
Definitely enjoyed this lecture. Concepts were concise making it really easy to follow. I enjoyed actually practicing the case study questions as it tested my understanding of the topic
It was really perfect . When I was at med school , I couldnt understand anything but with Doctor Raj , I understood the real patho . Thank u so much :))
I really liked the explanation, finally after 2 years, I understand this!! Thanks :)
nice lectures, cover a wide range of topics and very clearly explained
a very helpful and good lecture. the way of explanation is amazing
uhh uhh uhh uhh uhhh uhhh uhhh uhhh this is so disturbing
Very good lecture. I like all the lectures from this professor. He is always very clear and good at explaining things.
I like how much simple he makes the tough materials in pharmacology course
I truly appreciate Dr. Ward's efforts on making these lectures, guiding me through development of multi organ systems. Highly recommended!
Awesome, can add liitle more on ppts(just for understanding/while recalling)
it covers most of the embryology of nervous system. I think it will be really perfect if there are more details on the development of brain itself, specifically cerebellum and midbrain. Another thing to be noted, I cant find the development of spinal cord and it is a part of nervous system. In the end, thank you d.Ward for those really amazing lectures
Most of it was good and understandable but towards the end, it became quite confusing to follow along.
Very good platform for medicos and doctors and professonals also
An excellent smooth and very understandable approach and way of teaching!!! Thank you Sir!
It's unfathomable how much this lecture has saved my time. Though I would appreciate a quick-summary of the products turning into intermediates for other cycles. Like with how g-1-p turns into g-6-p
The lecture simplified glycogenesis to extreme simplicity. It truly helped save around 30 minutes from my lecture, by providing adequate information
My favorite part about the lecture is the last example. Presentation and lecture is understandable however I wasn't quite sure whether i grasped it or not. That last part made me to understand the topic better. Thanks, Dr. Raywat !
This lecture has solved all my problems about spinal cord.
it is very clear, precise, clinical oriented. Also the exposure of the subject is very high quality.
This lecture is very informative yet concise. Everything that you need to know is here. Thank you
Tgank you very much for clear and detailed explanation, these lectures help me understand the subject I've always thought to be diffucult.
I have found all of Dr. Delves' lectures to be very insightful yet quite concise. Thank you for your hard work.
I understood the topics really well because Dr Raj is a superb teacher. Although I still failed the exam (because everything was so fast and the coverage is way too hard) I was still able to answer because of this. How I wish that the professors here in my school have the same thought process and teaching strategy as Dr. Raj.
He doesn't explain enough the pyramidal tracts and the extrapyramidal tracts.
very clear explanations and the questions helped me understand the content
While the lecture itself is very informative the fact that MHC is referred to many times before this point means that it needs to be much earlier in the playlist.
Good clinical relevance and good explanation of their course and source. Very complete and short.
Very, very nice, thanks a lot for the big help doctor
Great easy to digest lectures that provide highly relevant understanding of each topic. Totally worth it!
Well done. It was easy to comprehend. This will help me greatly for my exams.
I loved it. I used to hate Cardiology and after Lecturio I have been telling all my colleagues how much I love it now! This is impressive. I love the way the lectures are set up and I have learned so much!
very good lecture, good relation with pathology and pharmacology, thank you.
These were excellent! Great practical information as well with excellent case examples.
Elegí la calificación máxima, por que la explicación esta bien estructurada.
Thank you Dr. Raj! Super helpful and follows First Aid like a charm!
i understand it though, you just need to concentrate on what the prof is saying and correlate well with the diagram then youll understand
Excellent! Very clear. I also appreciate the case scenarios he provides.
The best lecturio lesson of nervous system and brain ever!
It's good, informative not as detailed as I need it to be but it's a good framework to build on
Very very easy and limpid discussion for not only medical students but also for all biological faculty students. Thank you dear sir, Thad Wilson, PhD
Clear and concise. well-explained, clear diagrams, builds on my existing knowledge
Great explanation and and entertaining lecturer who makes you understand.
I would recommend this course, it was really good and helped me with my exam
Super good this app lovely to use this surely helps become better dr.
I honestly love this guy's enthusiasm and energy. He definitely comes of as knowledgeable and did a great job at providing an introduction to the immune system (source: M1 student who has already started but not finished studying immunology).
First of all, I like the depth of this lecture and Professor Ahern is clearly very knowledgeable and concise on the the topic being discussed. And I also like due to the fact that this video is clearly a high-yield resource which is very helpful for my upcoming medical exam. However, I believe that this could have been better had the previous cycles preceding the formation of OMP explained as well in order for us the students to be able to get the essence of the information better. That's all I have got to say
Excellent Lecture from lecturio; I highly recommended for students from medical school. It is an excellent learning platform.
This is the perfect lecture to understand the complement system in a simple and complete way.
Entire topic of Anemia has been explained very well.... The teacher is amazing
A good overview of the topic that in my opinion covers the main ideas regarding the basal ganglia along with a good clinical correlation.
He is a great lecturer!!!!!! Keeps it interesting and concise. On of my preferred lectures
I love lecturio, it's the best app in the world. Lecturio has everything you want and can help you to be the best in your class and also be the doctor you want. Lecturio is an opportunity that can give you the change of your student life.
Excellent explanation, easy to follow and understand. Professor Raj takes a topic so difficult and makes it look easy and fun.
I have enjoyed hearing these videos, the explanation which have been offered looking for me very interesting to walking through on view to understanding it.
Very good review .enjoyed the enthusiasm. Visuals were ok but not really understood.!
super tough course. I'll definitely come back to it and view it again. These videos are a little bit fast paced for me
I had a course in neurophysiology a few years ago. This course in neurophysiology is an excellent reminder, and it is not as deep as the course I had (good thing).
Dr. Craig Canby has been very, very helpfil in aiding me with Neuroanatomy! Cheers! Thank you for your hard work!
V less details as compared to the need of entrance exam
I never enjoyed a lecture about embriology like this before. love it!
This lecture is amazing and I loved the explanation regarding the conformational change of hexocinase during the reaction.
I really liked the way that he explains, he makes very easy the learning of this topic, I'd recommend this class to all my partners
Dr, Raj, Your lectures are very engaging and much appreciated! I wish I was using Lecturio during my 1st year. Thanks again!
Dr Peter Delves is a very good teacher. The way he organizes his lecture is perfect and animated slides are really helpful for us, visual learner. There are 2 things that application user interface can be improved. 1) finding back one’s own notes is difficult and inconvenient 2) should have email notification or in-app notification when lecturers replied to students’ questions in Q&A box.
I like the approach of presenting lecturs I recommend all medical student to study and learn from these lectures
Excellent clear presentation and distillation of essential principles and details in neurophysiology of multiple highly complex systems.
Dr Raj is amazing teacher, the wsy he explains things is wonderful!! Thank you so much doc
His explanations are very good. Biochemistry made easy!! He is very good in teaching.
The cerebral cortex is very well illustrated with succinct descriptions of the lobes and the vital areas of the diencephalic components are explained to my satisfaction, the neural circuitry is appreciated.
The video is clear, the explanations are student-friendly. I consider it a nice introduction. I'll recommend it to my friends.
This course helps me broaden my knowledge and I can put what I have learned into practice right after learning this lecture! Easy to grasp the ideas of the course!
beautifuly explained. thankyou!! Every point in every step was explained nicely.
I would totally recommend this course to others, I really appreciated it
Simple and easy to understand. Thanks Professor Peter for explaining the concepts well and clear.
Interesting and informative! Expounded well on complex concepts and gave a riveting lecture.
I chose this rate because this doctor is incredible and this is the first time I understand biostatistics and epidemiology. He just needs to put more examples in the videos.

I chose this rate because this doctor is incredible and this is the first time I understand biostatistics and epidemiology. He just needs to put more examples in the videos.
Found this video very helpful. I finally understand how these lesions affect our vision. Thanks
it broadened my literary horizons! The concentrated course is about the cerebral cortex playing an integral part in our body!
The lectures are great. Dr Raj breaks down difficult concepts easy to digest and remember. Every person attempting not just step, but to have a well grounded knowledge and concepts for the rest of your career, I highly recommend Lecturio. If I had only known about Lecturio, I would started along time ago. I also appreciate that Lecturio covers all topics not like just certain topics like other products, the spatial repetition also helps tremendously, whey better than just standard Anki since it is in question format. The info on Lecturio is up to date with the newer research and updates, still keeping the focus of the step exams.
Knowledgeable and thoughtful instruction. He teaches in an easy to follow manner. The material covered was well organized.
everything is simple, connected, best explanation and simple slides doctor you are the best thank you
the best explanation for the complement system, very clear and simple thank you soo much doctor
good, I really like the information, thank u Dr., bla bla bla bla bla
So easy to learn, this classes need more diffusion, thank you.
Cheers to my research question - P - Medical Students and Graduates , I - Dr. Raywat Deonandan Videos, C - other videos, O - Understanding Core Epidemiology and its concepts :) , Amazing Lectures , Thank you so much Dr.Raywat .
I love the course, it's easy to learn and to understand
I love this app but wish I can watch the video from one to the next without stopping for the quizzes then take the quiz at the end of the topic being reviewed.
PJ Schukle has a soft Canadian voice and is easy to listen to. Excellent delivery.
Easy to understand, and in depth enough for my school's requirements.
Very interesting way to explain this subject!!!!!! Thank you so much
Hi These lectures contain the necessary main points in the epidemiologic domain which are going tp be a complementally aid in the medical field knowledge.
The best pharmacology lectures and profesor one can imagine. Maybe needs to go deeper on some things, and dosis would be amazing to have. Also, constant updates and the latest drugs available is something that can be an area of improvement. Other than that, best pharmacology lectures in the world.
The lecture was simple. However, way too concise. Not all tracts covered and levels could have being discussed a little more. But my basics got clear. Can use as a reference to study spinal cord in depth
Great lecture! straight to the point and extremely informative. thank you so much for so many amazing teachers.
good explanation of the components in the facial nerve. Thanks
Teacher speak slowly to help me understand Glucose in my body
rate of speech is good and i understanded the subject he explains it very simple
me gusto muchísimo lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que quiera saber mas
I had a professor that would just stand there and talk also, not very helpful. At least point to the picture or something.
Dr Raj is both serious and funny at thesame time. I love it when he does 'hmm'. Fantastic teacher!
I really aprecciate this video because he explained the treatment and action mechanisim
Ty for making this clear, concise, to the point, and entertaining. Please ignore the downvotes..
Amazing way of teaching, compact and efficient. Really good job, keep doing it Mr. Ahern.
I'm a visual learner and Dr Ahuja explains psychology and sociology very clearly and into layman terms. And I absolutely love the fact that the lectures follow the MCAT AAMC outline to the T. This takes out so much anxiety from me. I know that I'm covering everything needed on the MCAT with a highly qualified teacher and excellent production.
Has high yield infos which are not in other lecturer's lectures
I would like to inform you that from 3:54 onwards there is neither the transcription nor the translation in other languages. I hope you will solve it as soon as possible because some concepts I cannot translate from English into Italian. Thank you in advance
I like it a lot, simplified. I think you could explain a bit more
Nice explanation. As lot of questions regarding calculation are asked in stats it would help if you can include questions and explainations. Like the set of questions included in cardiology by Dr Joseph Alpert has helped a lot to understand important concepts
In my student days in the 1950’s Statistics was a chore. It is only when I had some data of my own was it interesting. But it was the event of electronic calculators and later computers that got me interested again in Maths. The greater part of my professional career in Nuclear Medicine again stimulated an interest in both maths and the physical sciences. Latter, I became interested in heath effects of the radiation of populations. Especially, of interest to me was the debate, still on-going of the, ‘No Linear Threshold.’ I understand very useful from the point of view of setting regulatory standards. Useless from the point of view of predicting deaths from low level radiation. Of course, this was formulated prior to contemporary ideas of cell biology. To return to your lecture series, it is of great interest to me as to the definitions used in epidemiology. Thank you for a stimulating series
excellent course. I like combining the lectures with quizzes so we can asses our self after each lecture. thanks such course and effort ????????
Overall it's good. Need more in depth videos on each drugs in anesthesia
I think the material is extensive and yet concise. The by the side information very interesting.
I love how he explain things, he's so clear and easy to understand!
My professors at university failed to explain lipid metabolism in an understandable manner. Prof Ahern does a great job in explaining complex topics and I am really grateful for that. Thank you
Dr. Shukle Does an excellent job with explaining difficult topic. Easy to follow
Very succinct and clear course, easy to follow, with questions that reinforce your learning! I would love some more questions, In all honesty, but Dr. Deonandan has done a fantastic job. Thank you. Definitely Recommend!
Hard to understand; kinda disappointed and I dont want to listen anymore
My university study curriculum for immunology is quite packed with details regarding the adaptative immune system, and not only. Thus, it was a true blessing to get to understand the bigger picture first with the help of these lectures, so that I will further add the details required.
ddnt explain well at all. ddnt explain the exact location of the gray horns or anything.
In Portugal, almost all exams are clinical cases, and it's awesome one we can find problems like this lecture and detail explanation on the answers. Great lecture
I liked the way Doctor Peter explained everything and that too so concisely. It was really an engaging session with him
Excellent explanation, I was able to understand the topic thoroughly. Thank you Sir.
Well explained and easy to understand the concept. I'm on the right track and enjoying the course.
So nice and well explained with great doctors ???? they make the impossible possible
I really learned the topic, I like how Dr. Raj has that ability to transmit all the information
Prof. Well done sir, you've done a great job, I'll keep watching your videos
I think it could have been better. I think that was too basic
Very clear and concise. Hits on high yield points. Great lecturer!
good good good good lecture it was really helpful nice teaching
I really liked all the lectures They are to the point
Thanks Dr. Pravin Shukle Clear, Concise and Enthusiastic which is just infectious. I never really enjoy doing questions , but I really enjoyed those creative questions like the one with the attending asking the nervous intern first line drug. Also your lectures are very re-watchable. Dr. PK makes the basics very simple and highlights the drugs you need to know and what isn't so important which is soo helpful in pharmacology. Also he is Canadian +++ Thanks
Dear Dr. Pravin Shukle this may sound like a love letter but some how got my heart racing in this lecture about how optimistic you are about the future of medicine. Truly Inspirational
me encantó la exposición super puntual con los datos, entendible!
This lecture is high level, OMG! With some reading and this lecture I finally feel that I understand the cascate of coagulation. Thank you Dr. Carlo Raj, you are definitely a great teacher!
Kevin sir explanation is very very nice and it's an extraordinary talent and explanation but little more information should be presented in power point slides so that we can learn more and more by step by step .. Thank you sir From Sanjeev India
The lectures were great. However, for someone who has gone through Robbins and Cottrans' Pathological Basis of Diseases, the pathogenesis of Hypersensitivity reactions seemed a bit insufficient.
I liked the naurophysiology course very much. Cant wait to see the results of my test
the explanations provided for each disorder weren't very thorough nor well explained
Have a habit of not seeing the word not so ping another answer - I am a silly dill.Great lecturer John Fisher.
This course helps me better understand the basic concept of immunology
His anecdotes are amazing here. Makes the subject much more memorable.
It was really helpful to have an introduction on the primary immunodeficiency before the actual lecture at my uni
Cases are always needed especially after a tough topic like Pharmacology which you make easy but to help nail it down these cases a the cherry on the cake . Thanks Dr Pravin Shukle
Did not cover key concepts, such as the general function of the basal ganglia in modulating movement etc.
This is a great overview of CYP and PGP issues. Drug biotransformation is a very complex topic and this is an excellent primer on some key issues. I hope to see more like this.
it was very well explained and easy to understand Thanks
I am an RN student, 2nd semester. This lecture is very informative. I like when it describing the opportunistic infection, the lecture provides info from the type of illness, s/s, type of diagnostic tests, and treatments.
he is reading his lecture and has long pauses which make it difficult to maintain attention
Short, clear, specific, connected with cases, and speed of information is adequate.
Fue muy didáctico y entendible, recomendaria a todos mis compañeros para su repaso
Great way of teaching and easy to remember superbly organised lecture series.
Very clear definitions and explanations. I'd watch more of Dr. Deonandan's videos.
Well explained and with a. Good clarity. Gives a good chance to all medical professionals to learn in an easy way
Dr Peter Delves, you are a breath of fresh air in a subject i didn't appreciate nor enjoyed so much. Your lectures have given me a new understanding of Immunology and a strong intrest. Like an expert story teller i find myself enjoying your lectures. Thanks so much i will definitely recommend this to my classmates.
Dr Delves explains in very clear ways, very complex matters. I appreciate the practical examples used during his lectures. He is clear, to the point and really comprehensive.
Pretty good, but needs more information about each type of study
Very Informative, Easy to understand, A good secret weapon to not just ace your tests.... But to also know it.
Very pleasant pace of lecture and clear explanation. Also love the quick and personal response on the questions on the forum. Really makes me feel like I am in the lecture hall itself.
Whenever I get confused about a pathway, I come to watch these videos and it helps tremendously. Thank you for what you do.
Covered all high yield points , very nice illustration which helps in remembering things better
Highly recommended lecture as well as the whole Hemostasis series. Finally feel like I understand Hematology and Coagulation. Thank you so much Dr. Carlo Raj. Awesome!
I found these lectures very interesting and very useful! Congratulations to the ability of communication of the teacher.
Having graduated in 1972 for medical school, I’ve had no official training in immunology. Of all the courses that have reviewed immunology raise is more complex a new topics than ever before. The lecture is engaging, confident, eligible, and he presents his topic well
The concepts are very well explained and the illustrations are on point. It's pleasing to learn difficult concept made easy through high quality videos and great explanation.
Covers a lot of content accurately but concisely. Good speed and great use of diagrams. Admittedly, if I didn't know much about inner ear anatomy to start with, it would not have been detailed enough as a lot of concepts were not explained such as the semicircular canals, the utricle and saccule and the scala vestibuli and tympani.
Just not a good way to teach this topic! Sure the math thing works but tells you nothing except it works. Useless trick in my opinion.
Ggghh hhjj hjkkllj jjkpppo hjk hjkk hukkk huiook hhjkk hhjjj jkkkkk uikkkkkk hkkkj
very interesting lectures , lots of information, summarized , therefore easy to remember and to be applied in practice
It was very very good......and just awesome Videos are short and precise and clinical scenario oriented
this course wasn't helpful and conceptual, I worked hard myself to clear that concepts in fact sorry to say these lectures puzzled my concepts
sorry to say it is really not well explained or concept clearing kindly modify lecture
Great slides, organised and with the exact information needed. As a genuinely good professor, he exaplains everything and makes it comprehensible and easy to remember. He speaks clear and slowly which helps foreign students who don't have english as their mother tongue.
Very clean and understandable lecture with charts and perfect voice of the lecture
Lecturio is the best ever, now it has been months that i am using Lecturio , i am very satisfied
I think these lectures need to be presented in better way, other lectures are much better. Thank u anyway
I feel the anatomy lectures are rather "static" like simply reading the narrative or bulletin points to the audience. Instead, I think the anatomy lectures, especially as we are not learning by a cadaver to gain the tactile feedbacks, might be better designed in a more inviting/ interactive way. Bringing in more pathological relevance, e.g. showing schema/ video/ autopsy would be largely helpful. Or to the minimum, highlighting the knowledge of "high yield" and compare them on an anatomic picture/schema may also improve the learning experience of these topics. I like many Lecturio lectures nonetheless, but I think anatomy, and especially the neural anatomy lectures has a lot of space to improve in such way. Thanks.
We more details. For example , the pathway of each nerve, The various branches and many more.
Very well organized, high yield topics easy to follow, meets my expectations of content and clarity
As you know cerebral cortex anatomy and it’s all dependent component seeming to be a bit complex, so it’s explanation kind to be evaluated by an outstanding specialist as like him, his lectures are attractive and effecient, so as conclusion good subjects even more complex and good teacher make it easy to understand the different anatomic problems.
Excellent. Very explanatory and simplified. It's easy to comprehend. Maybe more questions would help.
The vestibular section is not well detailed to enable quick reference. There was not much reference to the vestibular ganglion in the initial lectures which will better explain the vestibular system.
Dr Canby, you have made the neurologic pathophysiology so much easier for me.. Thanks
Really liking the microbio bacteria videos. Feel like the presentation of the info is well done and really easy to grasp in such a short amount of time.
Great lecture! Dr Raj explained the materials with simplicity! Thanks so much.
no explanation in this all cn videos plzz elaborate olzz
This video is precise and concise, thanks a lot, I found this series to be incredibly helpful
Very interesting Excellent tutorial and tutor Logical and understandable approach
the way he explains , dat is funny. I see some nerds didnt like the lecture, meh get a life "nerds" :D
All of the courses that I have watched/done with Lecturio have been very good.
Very very well explained! Epidemiology seems easier now after watching these lecture videos. Thankyou :)
not good like all other teachers here and the explanations shud be simple
I find the teaching style to be effective and well planned. I use lecturio for supplimenting the topics taught in my classes
A very good review of modern immunology Thank you Dr Davies
Excellent communication, well paced and clearly emphasizing important details as well as principles
Quick turnaround in answering questions. He really knows what he's talking about; he doesn't speak vague chatter. I like it very much.
I decided to rate this lecture as a 1 because of the confusing diagram. If the diagram would have been broken down it might have been better to learn from. But having the entire diagram of extrinsic and intrinsic pathways completely filled out at once made it incredibly difficult to follow along. I felt like it was unclear and jumped around a bit.
I really appreciate it is perfect! thank you so much lecturio ! Living in France
Good course but we need more practice on the problems
The lecture material is a great review and reinforcement to previous courses in Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
it's a well prepared material and professional doctor thank you sir
Sometimes I can't understand very well what he's saying, but in general terms it's fine, and the information is so useful. Like it, Dr. Carlo raj is very good.
Extremely informative and engaging. Amazing lecturer! Thank you! You make concepts so clear, and provide real-life scenarios for the diseases caused by the microbes. Humourous in some places, which makes the content easy to remember.
Essentially well wonderfully it is perfect help with any bady who is medical person aood afort for basic concept
An excelent teacher, an average idea of everything you should know, nice examples, i love it!
Very insightful and brilliant explanation. I learned very much in this lecture! School professor just skip much of the importance in PPP!
It’s got high yield information for my exams and my clinical practice.
So much better explanation than our school professor! I really appreciate the way Dr.Raj teaches. Recall the basic biochemistry and then deep into the pathology.
It was a good review going through the basics, with clear picture in how metastatic disease occurs
Sorry to say but I don't like any of the lectures given by Dr. Carlo Raj! I cannot understand his language and the way how he presents the theme and he always lengthens the time of presentation. I try to skip all of his videos, unfortunately.
I like his lectures because Dr. Pravin Shukle explains everything in a great way, very clear explanations and he has a wonderful command in English.
Very exhaustive and informative too. The teacher is the best one.
A very witty doctor. Im learning enjoying at the same time
Excellent lecture, well explained so I could understand it. So important to understand and not just memorize these topics.
Excellent lecture. Understood Bohr effect better than ever. I love these lectures.
It could be improved with more bacteria (ex: for Neisseria there's only Meningitidis and not Gonorrheae, that's is treating in the Sexual Transmitted Infections just as a clinical approach)
its a simple and very fast review about the cranial nerves
This videos are amazing, the professor is excellent and his explications are clear
I like that professor tells very interesting and useful information. Helps to review.
Exellent course! Helps to review material, focus on the practical things.
He is a very Good Teacher as he teaches as if he was narrating a story.
Thanks Mr Kevin for your time, dedication and preparation, blessings my man!!! happy 2020
heparin...heparin heparin...thats what u wanted... ;)...thanx 4 all the knowledge we need on heparin...and great great quiz questions.....
need another resource for this topic as these lectures have confused me more
if the professor says she gets it confused when lecturing she should not be teaching it.
Dr. Raj does a good job teaching and he does a good job of connecting the theory to clinical scenarios, but sometimes the lectures are not as easy to follow i.e. a litte bit disorganised. It would be easier to follow, if you had a script with some of the high associations with explanations. It would make it easier to follow. Also, there are some topics missing for basic pathology e.g. cell injury, necrosis and apoptosis. You should definitely make some more videos!
It 's very comprehensive . It's easy to assimilated and to memorize.
Epidemiology topics covered they are good not statistics not covered in the series mean median mode interquatile range standard deviation central tendency z score parametric and non parametric studies standard error of mean please cover these topics soon
Easy and comprehensible. I like the slides that are very simple.
Good illustrations and diagrams. Short and simple explanation of difficult topics
Amazing explanation made me understand the concept clearly in a short time
The video lectures helped me organize the information I already knew and filled the gaps in between. I appreciated how Dr. Wilson was concise and straight to the point with his lectures.
It really helped me to understand this chapter in my book
This lecture helped me a lot to understand what going on there!
Very complicated topic that it's not explain with enough clarity
He is an excellent professor and his understanding about the subject is absolutely fantastic Thank you
Hope i will able to crack all the questions because the short videos are too good for understanding the basic concept.
Its a good overview of cariovascularr pharmacology but it could be more detailed
It was a good lecture and very well explained....Thank you doctor..You are the best
Great professor. Has almost everything needed for my course in Biochemistry.
doesn't explain coagulation cascade properly in particular the complexes like the extrinsic, intrinsic- meant I couldn't not use this alone for my biochem topic of coagulation
Me gusta que tiene la información necesaria es fácil de entender.
This conference is Clear and concise, the information is really useful
I was struggling with this subject in school and he explains it so thoroughly.
This MCA course was great to watch because it covered topics in enough detail to truly understand the concepts without going into the super details that can sometimes make the topics more confusing than they have to be.
Amazing lecture! Professor Delves makes hard biochemistry processes easy to understand. It's also incredibly up to date!
Great Great review of lecterio and very useful for Study
The lecturer is very thorough and makes the series interesting
Really great videos. Extremely helpful, though on our curriculum we are required to know basic lab diagnosis of the common bacteria and identify their culture in lab practical exams it would have been helpful if that area had a section as well.
I understand it so well. Thank you for the lessons, professor.
Loved that it was concise and very well explained, it summarized the key points of malaria and gave great examples.
This was very clear and simple and extremely helpful thank you
Because is not clear what is the Intersticial cystitis. Some diference between the slides and what is talking he about
Just on the point, Lecturio is what they say it is. Thank you Lecturio!!!
Unfortunate that this lecturer is doing some very critical subjects— unlike other lectures, for his series I found I had to resort to other materials to understand difficult concepts.
The name of the lecture was very contradicting to the material given. In addition, I felt that the explanation as everywhere there was no proper structure of things.
Horners Syndrome is very importn and there is any more lectures about it
It is a wonderful video course . You are a really five stars course !!!
Very helpful in conjunction with my textbook readings; the drawings really help with solidifying what's being discussed by giving me something to visually refer to in my mind. Peter is also kawaii and you can tell he's really genuinely passionate about this topic, which made me enjoy watching these in my studies even more. (? ?•???•? ?) Thanks for all the effort.
Explanations are very clear and the lectures are a good revision resource
IT is a great set of classes and very useful. Thank you
The issues are almost complete and notes are abvious and are basic and pretty fluent lectures
Muy buen docente, se nota que le apasiona su profesion y la ejerce con entusiasmo.
Carlo Raj,'s way of presentation is little bit weird to me
Everything was explained so well. Great base for further reading.
I need more in depths information - maybe I’m not familiar with lectures
Explains the different types of drugs and mechanism of action staight to the point, the lecturer is a very good physician. But the guidlines differ from country to country, besides some information is contradictory and missing. Like he did not mention Labetalol as alpha and beta antagonist, he explains that the first drug of choice is ARBs in isolated systemic hypertension while in some previous quiz the answer was diuretics.
A huge thank you to Prof Ahern! You explanations are very easy to understand and your lectures are a huge help to get a better understanding of biochemistry topics. Thank you very much!
Clear explanation, most of the time very detailed and easy to understand
I like the quiz after each section to test knowledge, it works for me
I gave 5 starts to this lecture because it covered almost everything I had on my tests and practial daily routine. Thank you!
Dr Canby's fluent presentation is the first reason, also the simple connections between the anatomy and clinical correlation are very important to me.
love the course fantastic work sir raj its so helping
appreciate very the mechanism described in this lecture. Very informative and easy to understand
I didn’t like the delivery. I found myself distracted all the time due to the poor delivery. The content is good but little bit disorganised.
Thank you Doc. You help a lot to understand and take pleasure in infections diseases. Greetings from Colombia.
Really good discussion. I would love Dr. Ahern to by my mentor
You guys are really good, believe me.you are doing a great job.May God bless you.
Precisely the info i need for my exam. Excellent review and references
Thank you for these awesome lectures. Everything is very clear!
I am enjoying this course thoroughly. Audio on this course is a little difficult to hear sometimes, probably due to mic placement or improper equalisation, but it's not too bad. Would be nicer if it was clearer.
The professor incorporates clinical related cases into his lectures which strengthened my clinical sense
It's explained in a very understandable way and slow for non native speackers
Good enough to concisely make the key points stands out.
The professor has enough knowledge and explained fantastic. He stresses on important matters.
Teaches very well. Very informative and easy to understand Lectures.
Great work! A methodical walk through of a subject that can be confusing.
I like Lecturio very much because the videos are simple, short, and hit the high notes. I got a A (first and only one to score a A) on my first exam in microbiology where the majority of the students got 60% and under.
It's always useful to see a good review of hard subjects like this.
Great teacher and Lecturio is a good course to prepare your medical exam . Love lit
Great lecture, Dr Georgina explains clearly what we are required to know
Helped me understand better some concepts as she explained clearly
It is a great parsimonious source for understanding the mechanism in which amino acids build into protein and how amino acids are broken down through metabolism into various molecules inside the body. The lecture also provides the structural frame understand the basics of amino acid regulation through metabolism.
Clearly explain new and important information. Distinctive style. A great summary of the topic
very nice and descriptive information regarding the tumor immunology, it has helped a lot
He is very good teacher and his explanation about Pharmacology is excellent. I will follow you Doc for all your advice. Thanks to be part of my USMLE preparation exam
Very understandable and practical! Dr. Delves is able to convey all the important info easily enough.
Prof Peter Delves has made the subject of Immunology so easy and interesting..lot of respect and thanks to such a great teacher
This is a high level course, im really happy to have seen this.
I loved it it had the essentials I needed to understand my class.i haven't encountered any challenges yet.
It is so good, great explanation. Let me tell you the truth that I like it . Lecturio is my help to pass my USMLE .
This lecture really helped me a lot, it’s so well explained and dynamic that makes it easier to understand. Thank you doctor.
Not too many details. Right to the point and easy to understand!
The lecturer touched on all of the most important points with clarity and conciseness.
He is energetic and I like that very much about him.
I like Dr Raj , he does his best to inforce the important material for students the only that bother me sometime with dr Raj is sometime , he is all over the place and its hard to follow him, but i understand that he try to connect things but over all dr raj is great , i been watching his lectures since i bought lecterio
It would be nice to have an extra chapter o add a lab identification for bacterias. Like techniques to identify them. Oxidase positive o catalase negative like so. Also is very useful in enterobactereceaa microorganisms to add the biochemistry scale o battery examples like TSI LIA MIO Citrate Urea. I’m from Chile and i am in formation to become a laboratory Medical technologist
Dr. Pravin explains everything in a very simple way. I really enjoy his lectures!
The lecturer made the key points very easy to remember!
I found this lecture illuminating. I think adding an image might help to clarify the solubility issue: AH can diffuse through lipid bilayer, but is less soluble in water, so would become "trapped" in urine, and the inverse for bases: B form being soluble in lipids, but not in water. Thank you for the great lecture!
Dr. Raj's lecture style isn't exactly my favorite but the the lectures are still great quality . Having the videos with the text provided all in one place is great especially for pathology. Thank you
Excellent ! All the lectures of Dr. Sean Elliot are amazing ! A+++
Love his lectures so much, he is super funny and explains perfectly
What an excellent lecture! I have not seen a comparison of pharyngitis causes shown next to each other so clearly until now. Having the images of throat presentations displayed on the same slide as the narrative goes on was very helpful. Thank you!
Humoral immunity and cell-mediated imminity. Pr Peter Delves. Clear, concise, understandable.
It a good preview of what SLE is as a sistemic disease
Dr Raj made this subject fun! I enjoyed his thorough presentation and explanations of hemodynamic concepts.
This is one of the best courses I've seen on Lecturio! Dr. Carlo Raj is such a good teacher and his enthusiasm shines through the screen and makes the subject easier to understand.
Really clear, really good explanations. Thank you professor. Have a good day.
If I´m paying for people to read the slides, Im out of this, TBH this whole Lecturio actually is super good only for just a few doctors, like Dr. Raj, and some others, but this man... really? reading everything? I´m actually pissed off.
Very well explained lectures! I finally beginn to understand immunology instead of just learning it by heart. Thank you very much!
I am able to write my exams only listening to your videos. And your Qbank is very very useful for me...
the lecturer's voice is calm while explaining, but still manages to show enthusiasm, which is good, however i disliked the lecture about the types of PRR as I didn't know what exactly to take from it and it was just a memorization of random 3 lettered words.
Because the explanations are very clear and has a very good way of explaining things.
Very concise and clear. I now can sleep easier knowing that the resources of lecturio are so well made.
Love the entire lectures by Professor Peter Delves. Explain the concept in such a simple way. So easy to follow. Clearly explain the things that usually confuse the students. And the ppt slides are fantastic summary.
Great lecture. Very interesting way to present the concept. Thank you, Professor Delves!
Professor Delves gave these lectures in such a logic and clear way. Very easy to follow and understand the talk. Great lectures!
HE has the lecturer super powers, funny sometimes too, makes you want to know more.
Way better than the 3 hour lecture at our school. Thank you.

Dr. Canby starts from the very very basics and builds it up to the level you need to know as a general practitioner. He also adds the clinical relevance to the parts which makes it very interesting!
The teacher is a highly experienced doctor and the way he correlates the lecture with his clinical knowledge is amazing.
I am not far enough into it yet to be able to comment properly. So far, though, very good. The articles supplement the talks very well.
A most clear, fun lecture on the respiratory burst so far!
Excellent ! I finally understand the topic after forgetting it many times ! Much better than First Aid !
He systematically developed the concepts, making it easy to understand.
Faltan aspectos microbiologicos como factores de virulencia y patogenia, pruebas de laboratorio, y enfermedades que produce.
Simply explained with a little history that made it fun and also helps keep the connection to the content, So much of medical knowledge is facts and figures which can easily become blurred in my mind. The connection to history helps this content stand out in my head! Thank you!
John Fisher es uno de los mejores expositores en la plataforma. Felicidades!!! Solo me hubiera gustado escuchar un poco mas respecto a la endocarditis por S. Viridans
The professor's way of teaching precisely saying his clear and neat approach to the lectures is what makes them great.
The lectures are precise and clear and very helpful filling in some of the gaps in my course.
Yes Informative, but to short at times and not many anatomical details in my opinion To improve: More visuals from cranial fossa And more details about the anatomy But I enjoyed the clinical info.
Thank you so much, that was great and well explained.
Dr. Shukle, I really struggled in applying the information from this lecture to the quiz. You have been great otherwise!
the doctor really simplified the whole thing...i'll find this much easier to remember
It helps me a lot with my presentation, I was having a hard time understanding this topic and after see this lecture it becomes easy to explain. Thank you so much.
Dull lecture that is presented badly with no useful insights. As another reviewer pointed out, it isn't worth watching Craig's content, you are better off going to Youtube for better content.
I really like the lessons and I think they are really useful
Dr. Ahern, I appreciate the pharmacological and pathophysiologic connections you make when delivering your lectures. It aids retention and usefulness. I am a nurse practitioner student and can also see the clinical connection. I have administered Methotrexate to many patients. Thank you.
Wonderful examples of the Hardy Weinberg principle. The exercise is explained step by step and is understandable in the first explanation.
I think that you are lacking a lot of information. Only the basics are seen. But the complex issues are not mentioned or not described at all. If I compare these anatomical videos with other subjects, I have to admit that the quality is way worse than average.
Very high-yield. Thank you for underlining this moment, crucial in treating hypercholesterolemia.
NP student. My school lacks decent lectures. Love this program.
I really love this man he is a professional really, i like every topic that he explains.
Understood everything and i feel like i gained prediction ability, thank you Dr. Raj
Not sure what the other reviewers mean by a one star review. This is a very straightforward lecture and easy to understand. The math makes intuitive sense if you sit and think about it for a second. I don't see how this was rated 1 star.
I love the lectures. The only question I ask is that at the end of the reading lectures the questions of them I don’t know what the answers are. Is there a link for them? Is there more questions of each topic?
I've chosen to give these points because Prof. Peter Delves explains in a concise and simple way, so has a student I can understand in detail all panorama. So that is the reason why I've chosen Lecturio. And loved the way Prof. Peter Delves explains. Best Regards, David Wentacem
I use Altius for my MCAT course book, but learn better with watching videos. You guys line up pretty well with their content and it makes it easy to follow! I also love the examples that make it relatable.
Amazing explanation by Dr Pravin, it was very helpful for me during my Exams
Awesome well done. Highly recommend it lecture was clear and easy to understand
It`s almost nothing in this lecture. We need some raports and traiects of the nerves.
I like his lectures and his pleasant voice. The content is presented very cleanly and structured. Little jokes, e.g., about hospital administrators, make it even more likeable. Even with only traces of math, he gives the feeling of understanding, which is a fantastic characteristic of excellent educators. For me, an engineer for biomedical systems, the course is beneficial.
Gives you the basis and covers the necessary topics for a good understanding .
No explica la anatomia de este nervio, solo estan consideraciones clinicas
Very clear and concise. Explains diagrams and processes extremely well.
Like it very much. Easy to understand, complete and concrete.
Because sir clinically relates all details. I like neoplasia. Beautifully illustrated.
Well organised. Interesting. Coherent. As a result, it becomes very easy to absorb the information without getting confused.
wonderful details & very enjoyable teaching way - u really know how to teach pathology thank u
Honestly, I really start to regret purchasing Lecturio. It feels like most of the professors don't know what they are talking about and are just reading q text that's in front of them. I went to youtube and searched for cerebellum and found free videos that are way better than this..
well most know that shigella destroys gis mucosa...but the pathophysiology is now clear...thanx lecturio
The doctor reads from the slides. Not good at explaining difficult concept.
Dr Raj is one of the best lecturers in Lecturio, I really like the way he explains everything and his sense of humour
A+ teaching style and delivery thank you Dr Ahern for making a difficult topic easier to digest
As a first year medical student i can understand very clearly , Mr. Raj is really good.
Its a really nice summary of what do any doctor needs to know to be prepare in the mission of infront the pathology
I don't understand anything in this lecture. The math might be a way for memorizing the pathway but does not help me to understand how the pathway really works.
This set of lectures on Staph were very generalized and did not cover the other Staph bacteria commonly seen on STEP 1 (i.e. saprophyticus and epidermidis). This seems to be a common theme of not going deep enough to cover material necessary for STEP, yet advertising that you all cover enough material for STEP 1.
Please fix the subtitles, it is very important to understand the lecture !
Very nice course, I learnt a lot about how these meds works. Dr have a good and easy way to explain it
This particular class video is not very helpful at all. I feel like genomic imprinting can be explained more efficiently and more clearly than what is portrayed in the video.
Not too explanative.. Your articles are more informative thaymn your videos
thanks a lot Doc... for these videos , really helpful and cleared all my doubts
Content of the lectures were useful especially when breaking down the components of each nerve. However, much of the lectures consisted of reading from slides which is entirely pointless as i can do that myself. It would also have been handy to include clinical testing techniques for each nerve as these will be important tests for us as doctors
Breakdown and delivery of the information was much better than many other lectures in this part of the curriculum. However, the lecturer seemed confused and delivered information in a confusing way towards the end. I also noticed that one of the tables in the slides changes suddenly to read something different and this confuses things further. Overall a lecture capable of delivering useful information in a concise way.
Tone, delivery, ease of comprehension for complex material - perfect. Thank you
The material taught seemed to comprise of only 10% of what we need to know for USMLE. Various bacteria ranging from gram positive cocci all the way to mycobacteria were all missing. And even with the bacteria taught ( streptococci, staphyloccci , vibrio , e.coli , shigella, salmonella) lacked a tremendous amount of depth. Very disappointing that I paid for this. Hoping virology lectures will be better.
i love every dr. gaj lecture he gets into details - repeat many times - joyful
Nucleus must be introduced and explain the complete course of the nerve .
thank you so mush it was helpful thank you so mush it was helpful
I have decided not to go to uni, but am still learning like a champ with Lecturio. Getting amazing value and amazing quality lectures. My professor got back to me the next day answering my question which was brilliant!
It makes very easy to understand a topic that I has been for me to grasp
very good pacing, clear, and well structured course. Thank you !
Ut is so helpful especially for my studies. I give you guys 5 star.
love how you repeat many times & explain clinical example thank you
The lecturer made the laminae look simple and memorable and definitely gotta be watched by peers since it gives a simple breaking down of presentation that makes it more easier to store it up.
he brings immunology to life in a very clear way with regulated pace that facilitates understanding
The lecturer is great! My concepts seem to be a lot clearer. However, the answers to the quiz questions need to be displayed somewhere, as i found them quite tough.
Thank you sir for keeping it simple and easy to understand!
it is really amazing lecture & has been organized well thank you
I find this lecture is short, informative and to the point.
All explained in a very comprehensive way, with good and practical examples.
I love the way Dr. Raj teaches, very concise and interesting.
the information was presented really well I found the information to be presented very well I wish the lecture had more detail but it was really good lecture.
Dr. Raj does an excellent job in providing memory tools as well as making the review funny.
I loved how I understood the bigger picture in the end of the lecture
Solo falta que también sea en español :`) para que la dinámica sirva para los países de habla hispana
Clear and Comprehensive explanation. Not too detailed but enough to understand.
I like how he explained about the lecture. He explained it very well and because of that I learned
At first, it was quite hard to listen to his lecture but later, with the help of subtitle, I found he taught in an awesome way which helped me to understand it. He might talk fast but he is a good teacher
As Usual superb , immunology is a tough subject, but you made it easy.
it's very clear course with direct points and simple explanations. Also the notes and slides are well done.
When you touched on leukocyte migration, you began at the stage of "adhesion" when many medical students should include the first two steps before this. It should include Margination, where leukocytes follow lamina flow while being pushed by erythrocytes onto the barriers of the endothelial cells, then rolling, where selectin proteins are adhesion molecules which weakly attach onto these leukocytes causing them to "roll" .... and then do i believe you should be able to talk about the adhesion and transmigration parts. If you could add this in, it would be quite useful. especially because many students are trusting these lecture to have the utmost information. Thank you very much. When you spoke on the topic itself though, it was quite organised and detailed.
The lecture was amazing, it had all the important details that my textbook had, but at the same time it was very punctual and didactic. I was able to visualize all the things that I read with good examples.
Great explained classes, they are short and cover all subjects
there is a confusion between cds and sylial on neutrophiles, overall it was good
great, simple straight forward. Liked the examples and the questions asked.
Mr Racaniello presents all of the material very well and I believe that he is an excellent lecturer. However, there are many important types of bacteria missing from this course. Pseudomonas, Treponema Pallidum, zoonoses, Clostridium, Tetanus, Helicobacter Pylori, Neisseria, Bordetella, etc. USMLEs step 1 go into great detail regarding many of these bacteria that were omitted from this course.
i knew next to nothing about molecular genetics, however after 6 weeks using lecturio ive gone from 20% in the practice tests at university to 70-80% each topic is subcategorised, easy to follow, and Dr. cornwall not only illustrates brilliantly but also delivers the otherwise difficult to understand material in a clear and concise manner,
I thought it was just like my professor very concise, with powerful imagery.
Dr. Deonandan is great! I found my epidemiology lectures really difficult to focus upon, but he makes it interesting. I thought his summaries were great, as well as his simple and straightforward explanations -- with examples!
The experience and knowledge that Dr Fisher has to share is invaluable for up and coming health care providers. I found it humorous and interesting; however, that in his lectures on infective endocarditis he mentioned women cardiologist as almost an anomaly. Something along the lines of... the cardiologists used to be thought of as the jet fighters of internal medicine... and... (OMG!) some of these are women now. Another lecture on the antimicrobial choice for IE he stated..."like we say...let a man buy the beer!" ....what does that mean & what does that have to do with penicillin? I grew up in the south. I've never heard this saying. Who are "we" and, why does a man have to buy beer? I like beer too.
I have a basis of immunology from undergraduate but most was memorised but after watching just a few videos he has managed to form links in my knowledge. I am truly satisfied with such a clear explanation. Thank you.
Was very clear and Know I understand complete this sophisticated topics
first time I watched this, I didnt understand anything, now when I am watching it the second time I understood a bit, explanation is good, just takes time to digest!
Like it?.. no i love it. he is by far of all, quite knowledgeable and his delivery is near perfect.
as always, makes the lecture more interesting and simple for a course such as epidemiology
Very in-depth discussion of X-linked inheritance. A very good resource for studying for exams on human genetics.
Question section does really capture the essentials of what was taught
So many sub topics are missing. Please add new lectures to cover those topics. Bacteriology portion is incomplete
Just AMAZING!!!! Thank you Dr Peter for making this lecture so easy. This made me understand more rather than mugging up the derivatives.
He's pretty funny and has a clear lecture style. Very clearly laid out
Well taught and succinct. I enjoyed his style of lecturing, as he uses good intonations.
Very much explaining After I did this topics know is easy to undeerstanding
I loved the questions attached with this lecture, very appropriate and I feel more confident in this area now.
I easily understood the topics which i found difficult in class. Dr. Shukle did not only give examples of prototypical drugs for each class but he also explained how they function by giving scenarios which are easy to remember.
beautifully presented, key facts highlighted in a logical flow making it easy to remember
Muy bueno, pausado. Buen resumen, ademas evaluación continua del aprendizaje.
yes, very good! Very rethorical and good lecture. I love lecturio
concise. organized. comprehensive. enunciates well. paced. lecture well coordinated withnslides
Excellent lecture with very clear points that are made and in excellent chronological order. A fantastic way to get a brief overview and a great way to engrain the topics touched upon in the article.
great, it was well explained, high yield info and quick review of main things that comes to real practicing . there was a part that was not explained well in one of lectures ( a solution to a problem ) which annoyed me. i recommend watching these lectures at least 2 times, before and then after going through your main text book as an early year med student.
I enjoyed many other lecture series here on Lecturio, but thus far, immunology is my favourite and this is purely due to Dr. Delves. Following Immunology studies in medical school, I greatly tested it, but after listening to only a few of his lectures, I've not only learned to love immunology, but I'm excited to dive into it further. Thank you.
This is a really great course. I like the clear explanations of concepts and the flow and logic of the presented material.
great lecture by Dr Delves , would be great if there was some clinical correlation
Nice one, well described, nice talker, I enjoyed a lot. Keep it up!
Focuses on the highlights and omits the extraneous details. Felt as though this has helped me master HIV a bit better
This lecture was explained super clear and to the point. Thank you!
This is nice a clear and well paced lecture. It's easy to understand. Thanks.
Easy to understand. Shows the most importants points and has one of the most important facts to epidemiology.
Nice explanation, good pace. Excelent for non English Speakers, like me (Brazil). Thnaks a lot.
Very clear lectures that flow seamlessly with easy to remember high yield points. Very easy to follow.
I think you could have gone in a little more in depth into the structure of photoreceptors. There were also a few other cells, such as the horizontal cells which backpack onto parts of the visual pathway-this knowledge is essential to understanding concepts of contrast. overall i do think it was a good lecture, but a little more depth into the vitreous humour and the aquous humour would have also helped
The intentional staccato speech is very distracting, as is the erratic affect. The content is good but the delivery is awful.
Clear and concise information presented in a systemic manner. Good balance between clinical and scientific knowledge.
Contains all the necessary introductory information about Immune System and Organs
first thank you Dr. shukle for this lectures. amazing lectures great explanation . it covers all important topics for ANS
Me encanta, todo bien conciso, de manera muy explicada y digerible de combrender
Considerate and well performed explanations, look forward for more good outcomes. Thank you doctor.
Revision and revision : great efforts ! You just keep on connecting and repeating things that makes everything comprehensible !
Dr. shukle is a pharmacology god to me . His lectures have saved me . I can finally say that I love pharma . His lectures are on point .
My last block contained a lot of immunology, and I did very poorly on the exam. I had an incredibly difficult time teasing out the most important information and organizing the immune response in a logical fashion. All the terms seemed jumbled in my head. This block is infectious disease, and requires building on the foundation of immunology--so I need to rebuild my foudation :p After watched just 3-4 of the Lecturio videos, I immensely regret not using it earlier. Thank you Dr. Delves, for being clear and logical it what is a very difficult and complex subject!
Excellent lecture easy to learning ability . I would recommend this to all of Men that are sexually active .
- Comments: please give examples for PRR & PAMPs and would have been useful if explained role of MHCI & II and CD4, Antigen/antibody in more detail. Thanks
Great lecture to understand such a difficult subject, Thank you Dr.Raj
Very eloquent :) my favorite on this website! would definitely recommend.
Dr. Delves makes the material very clear and easy to understand even to students who had no background in immunology.
good summary and clear presentation with those details are often missed in other review lectures. Good job.
The organisation of the layers of the meninges and outer regions of the cranium were well put together, but the diagram regarding in the infoldings (falx cerebrum...etc) was poor. I could find way better diagrams with a simple search onto google
Excellent overview. Dr. Canby is one of my favorite lecturers for his clarity and straight-to-the-point lectures.
It is a pleasure listening to such an experienced and passionate professor. Thank you! I just wish there was also a part talking about non-bacterial pathogens causing gastroenteritis (viral and parasitic in particular). Thanks again.
very confusing explaination. he didnt exaplin the concept properly such that we can grasp it. pls try to explain the concept properly
I really like the making of the content of the lecture so short and placing only the most important facts However, I feel that it would increase the understanding if an animation would be involved
You are doing a great job teaching me about all of this stuff white youre help i will devinitly gratuad collage.
poor use of diagrams. a pointer should be used for every microscopic slide.
very good course, to the point.. I would like to have more practice questions though, more tricky ones with multiple scenarios.
Took me time but like your teaching style! Thank you
Thank you. Much grateful for your efforts to help us struggling medical students develop a strong foundation in the subject :)
Love Dr. Raj. He does his best to explain the topics and he's a jokester; bringing humor into learning.
As a Danish medical student, with English only as my second language, I admit, I had to spend some time "tuning in" on Dr. Raj's way of speaking. See, he's an extremely fast speaker, but as I did get used to this, I really learned to appreciate his way of teaching. Actually, his way of speaking kind of peaks my attention and focus, since my brain has to work harder for it. Thanks, Dr.!
Excellent review of the subject and presentation of difficult concepts
I think that this course is a incredible tool for medical students. I belive that it's important the Microbiology for doctors and it's great that we have access at it's information
good but................. i think that in lectures, it require more time and explaination And for detail information given in articles ----- very very good
This course made immunology so much clearer for me. So many questions I've had that would've taken me days to research have been sorted by going through the whole course. Thank you very much for making this!
Lecturio is Awesome! I am not a student but all the material I have been through so far is of HIGH quality! My best investment ever!
I'm studying for the CBIC test for Infection Control. I found it helpful in simplifying ideas. I understand the concepts much better now.
The easiest to comprehend informative explanation I have come across so far.
amazing ! thank you so much dear dr.Ahern , i was always scared of biochemistry ,but its the first time i finally get to understand it and i owe it all to you. My committee exam will be in two weeks and im hoping to finish this course plus few more lectures from fat metabolism course. also special thanks to lecturio for preparing such a great learning system opportunity for us.
As for the lectures that i ve watched on lecturio, this is below standard, however, with those that i have watched so far pharmacology and pathology are 100% just listening to the their lectures is enough, but here anatomy is 20%. One will reaaly have to rely on class lectures , notes, power points etc. Really, poor.
Excellent. I had no problem answering the folkow up questions. I've read about most of these concepts during a biochemistry course I followed earlier, which probably made it easier for me to understand interpretation of the curves in this video. Gives a good overview, so thanks! Sincerely, A Danish medical student
I would love to give a higher rating but many important pathogens are not covered
I had troubles understanding this topic in years!!!!! Dr. Raj could explain it to me in minutes! Thank you so much! You are doing such a great work for your students!
very concise, despite it is a difficult subject, the content is well explained. easy to understand
I feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Raj! I especially like how he comes back to a point multiple times to emphasize it/make it stick.
Explained clearly and in a simple way. I understand it better now.
BUT THEY NEED TO FIX THE SUBTITLES! THEY ARE NOT IN CONCERT AT ALL WITH WHAT HE IS SAYING.
I appreciate the cues to help me remember important details. Thank you.
If you want a quick review of the cortex and it's irrigation this is a perfect lecture. If you need detailed information you should review this topics in a book.
5/5 because of the simplified explanation of the human microbiome. I like the approach used because it sets the stage for acquiring important high yield information later into the subject.
Very well organized material, will definitely follow up on this lecture!
The image in this lecture is not great to comprehend as its a little too messy. I like how the protein K factors were IDfiable, but the discussion regarding it mentioned warfarin too much... lets focus on the cascades here and the process, and save the drug and protein K processing for the other lecture on those specific subjects.
For the first time ever, I got AA right. Thank you!
I'll just say thank you very very very very much!!!
It was a concise and effective teaching style. i really gained a lot in such a short time. Thank you very much.
You do a wonderful job of clearly and concisely breaking down concepts.
Dr. Delves is very clear in his explanations of the immune system and is able to distill the complex nature of the immune system into a digestible series of lectures for students just beginning their understanding of the immune system.
God bless u Sir .. you are a great teacher..........refklj bhacskvFX,N CXKBLAV;Wdls C
Vitamin section is fine, concerned vitamins explained clearly and easily However, some water soluble vitamins are considered missing (eg. thiamine, riboflavin, biotin, vitamin C ) although they might be encountered in some other subjects; such as nutrition. Additionally, minerals are not touched in these lecture series at all Overall, it is a very good course for the material targeted, but needs to fill the gap of missing items
Pure gold indeed !!! Presentation of chemical compounds during presentations is very helpful.
Good Lecture, the curves were well explained. Wish they talked about Chirality a little bit:)
I really love these course! Great work breaking it down and offering the quiz it really helps!
Need to go into much more details ! Way too generalustic, where are the roots, ganglions, names of branches???
Gracias a su clase pude comprender mejor lo que leí en mi libro de textos, ademas me ayudo a complementar mis conocimientos adquiridos en clases.
Easy to follow along. Dr. Raj is clear and concise
Love him so far, clear concise and to the point and also very enlightening
very clear and visual, good speed, nice images and accessible vocabulary
Muy buenos videos, tiene mucho conocimiento y lo explica de una manera sencilla que podamos comprenderlo de forma clara
As a lecturer myself in another field you make something that is difficult easy to understand for learning transfer = A+ delivery thank you
Beautiful calm lecture style delivery and explains concepts simply - thank you
good way to express ideas, easy to follow, good english, that´s not my native language but i understood everything he said :)
Good job! Craig. You give important points in the review of the topics, you make it easy to understand. Regards from Mexico.
This lecturer is very easy to follow and explained everything very well.
it is a very interesting materail, so clear an usefull and could recomend it without any question
Very knowledgeable and soothing voice. Helps with remembering things more efficiently
Yea, these lessons site wide need more quiz questions. Only thing holding this site back from being outstanding.
explained well - its good for quick review I found it very helpful
explicita y concreta. me dio lo que necesitaba. los graficos estan geniales
Amazing professor. Explains the concept thoroughly and makes immuno so much easier to understand!
This has been really helpful towards my understanding of immunological concepts. I have learned more in a week with Dr. Delves' lectures than with my immunology professor at my university.
Very excellent professor! I learned so much more through Dr. Delves' lectures than my current immunology professor has tried to teach me in two semesters. Really wish I had more professors like this at my university.
nice concise summary of lecture and topic. I enjoyed it very much and it kept me attentive!.
Genetics generally is a very confusing part, I think she made it quite interesting and I grabbed a whole lot
The explanation of concepts were precise and focused. I like the pictoral representations I'll recommend the lecture to my friends, who are taking USMLE Step 1
With all the rrespect the spoken language is blurred, I can’t understand properly, plus your eyes are focus on something maybe an aid material, it would be better if instead they were focused on the camera and try to explain rather than read. Thank you for caring.
Love you sir amazing is really good way of teaching..
I understand the explanation because he explains it slow and clear, also with very good clinical scenarios.
Me parecen aportes concisos y oportunos. El Dr. tiene un compromiso con los estudiantes tal, que traspasa totalmente la pantalla. Me ha encantado. ¡Muchas gracias Dr. Raj!
I am studying a pre med and this was brilliant thank you
I am very enjoy Dr Raj lectures very clear' very good tips for memorise details thank you
Dr Shukle explains all subjects with a lot of knowledge, and very easy to understand. Thank you, Lili B.
The edition of the video is very confused, I Didn´t know if the correct answer was A or C.
Great lectures. Concepts very clearly explained. Actually gives me an understanding of immunology, which most of the lecturers at my uni have failed to do
The professor is knowledgeable and able to explain in detail.
Dr Fisher has that ability that great lecturers have when lecturing. That plus proper use of multimedia results in a great lecture.
The information is not fully accurate. e.g. Fibrinogen is not a weak fibrin, it is the unactivated form.
that was a simple and accurate description i liked it very much
Very good explained and very comprehensible for students, I'm actualy studying pathology and this kind of resources is exactly what I was looking for
Great explanation, easy to follow. It helped me a lot to understand how hearing works.
falta detallar el origen aparente, el origen real, mas detalles de los nucleos donde se encuentra
I needed an update on genetic like this one, i like the way is shown every part and all the details within, i recomend this article to everybody.
Awesome lecture and perfect explanations. It helped me a lot! Thanks
The lecturer is mostly reading the slides. The qbank could also be implemented with explanations about the alternatives.
Succinct and understandable. A great supplemental video course to go along with readings and school lectures. Fills in the small gaps that can be overlooked by professors, but make a huge difference in my understanding of the immune system.
This course was informative and professional. I look forward to learning more!
Very calming, understandable, and professor knows what information is right to share
clear about the concepts and emphasizes on each and every topic.
I would recommend this lecture to the osteopathic students snd colleagues
I found the subtitle and the video is not connected at all. Because his accent is much harder to understand, we need subtitles
Excellent synthesis about cranial nerves and the most important clinical correlations
This course has helped me clarify some misunderstanding in my Pathology class that I am expecting to help me pass my course
The content was concise and complete. Helpful to those coming on board to stimulate interest in statistics
Great style, very clear, drawing useful links throughout and summarising regularly Really helpful - thank you!
Great lecture, this Doctor is so passionate about epidemiology that makes you want to stay focus on it!
Explained is a simpified way for easy understanding Word Word Word Word
He is a good educator.voice is so clear and not too fast or too slow.Best wishes sir.
Great review of the 12 cranial nerves. Presented the material in a much more organized fashion than any of my medical school lectures did.
lectures are very exciting and informative provided someone have basic knowledge of genetics. With reference to USMLE, I am afraid to say that is it is helping.
Dr Rayawat has really firm grip on this subject. He is very confident, competent and professional. His way of teaching is aso excellent. He deserves lot of appreciations.
Very nice and clear explanations. Dr. Canby takes a very complicated topic and makes it easy to understand and remember. Thank you!
Clear lectures delivered at a good pace, and the questions that test your clinical reasoning skills with the content are incredibly useful.
Great course and simplified embryology. Made studying and tying the material together so much easier.
This broke down very difficult concepts regarding the ANS and the parasympathetic and sympathetic that I have been struggling to learn for MONTHS! I used my whiteboard to diagram as the lecturer taught and it finally stuck.
The lecturers are well illustration and presented. General speaking the presentations are perfect
Excelente muchas gracias me gusto pude encontrar lo que buscaba.
Thank You sir i really enjoyed your lecture. i hope to see more lectures by you.
Great lecture. Absolutely the best for boards, Keep up the great work
Simple and objective. lliked the ritm and the basic aspect
His way of talking is bit confusing as some of the words are not clear it will be better if he talks little slow and clear
Its an excelent course, easy to understad. He explains very good. The comparative tables are excellent
concise and dramatic. Simple presentation well presented. A little spice in illustrations.
Highly recommended lecturer for Biochemistry! I like his method, he is attractive teacher.
Dr. Ahuja does a great job of concisely presenting information in a tone that is upbeat and engaging.
Funny, engaging, and surely Dr. Raj gets the concepts going!
I love the clinical application. It makes it so much more exciting to learn and remember because as Dr Carlos Raj points out it's not just memorising. I must say his way of speaking makes it even more exciting :) On a serious note though-mentioning how serious it is to act on dysplasia or when the BM is involved-we should be saying omg, and not looking at him. Looking forward to more lectures-wish he was lecturing the subjects to keep that interest and significance of the subject and our job.
Great lecture with in depth knowledge! Easy to understand and follow the lecture
Temarios muy importantes. Videos con explicasiones que ayuda mucho para aprender sobre el campi de la medicina.
This was a nice, comprehensive summary of main points in vision with an appropriate amount of detail. The posted response from Dr. Wilson clarifying the role of bipolar cells is much appreciated too
Thank you, dr. Wilson! Your lecture here is very much appreciated. You made it clear the important facts and process of synapses and neurons.
Thanks for focusing on the "big picture!" The lecturer at my school bogged us down with the details, so it was hard to take in what the most important steps were
Its hard to pay attention on her lectures because she always pauses to read her notes.
great presentation, it covers the basic stuff about Ventricular system.
A very good lecturer of Microbiology. Thank you and I am looking forward in learning more.
Muy buena ponencia, totalmente recomendado, solo me hubiera gustado ver un poco mas sobre encefalitis por priones.
I don't like Carlo's style of presentation. It is also at odds with Robbins and Cotran. The worst video on Lecturio
Explanations are fairly detailed yet concise. Also love the jaunty style.
It was a nice lecture but, IT-guys, can you please add the stuff to speed up a video. Thanks.
Excellent. This best way to get this in memory. I love his approach to the delivery of the lecture
Brief, understandable, high yield information explained with illustrative slides by Dr. Ahern
One of the best Lecturers on lecturio hands down. Defined one of the best explanations I’ve gotten on this topic
These lectures were not very engaging - rather monotonous way of talking and a mixture of qualities of diagrams. In the lectures about the effects of lesions, the anatomy was shown in a very simple language, but then complex pathology terms were left unexplained (a few were explained, but the majority were not).
Hello, I usually don't rate lectures, but I had to do it here. The reason of that is that I found the certain video unable to make me understand the structures of the inner ear. Please be more specific and use better images, for example about what otoconia are and their use, the cupule etc. Despite of that I like dr. Candy. Thank you.
I like your lectures Dr, they are all very well explained thus allows us to pick up the concept quite easily! Thanks
because its helping me review my basics as well as adding into my information, and it goes hand in hand with my USMLE step 1
I liked how strep was broken down between group A and group B but the video didn't mention the different types of strep in each group ie s. pyogenes. The quiz asked about catalases but didn't mention it in the video.
These lectures are the most intresting Ive seen on immunology topics, delivered clearly, no mnemonics, pictures help significantly, seemed more exciting than any fiction. I would advise it to all who are preparing for the medical exams. I am just so grateful for finding this site.
nice job! I also learn new knowledge from the profound and comprehensive lecture.
I will going to enter to the world of pathology next semester and i really didn't think i would like it but this videos might have changed my mind, Thanks Carlo for this material
Lecturio should open their own medical school in the Caribbean and people could actually learn down there ! keep it up !
accurate selection of high-yield information and clinical correlations . Totally loved it.
They are great but it would be better if explained some of the cellular development behaviors involved
Even though i don't use english as my main language i understood almost everything and i haven't really studied it well. I really liked it!
I would like to know complement and chronic inflammatory in more details.
Professor Peter J Delves, thanks for such a great dedication and love for immunology and helping medical estudents like me.
the lecture was thorough and used little time to explain and it was very understandable.
Lecture series was clear and concise. Well rounded introduction to Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
This guy deserves a medal. I wish I had a lecturer like this when I was in undergrad (or even now in medical school).
the course is clear and simple I be able to understand basic anatomy that of course suitable for me and I'll recommend it to my colleagues indeed.
This entire series is the most eloquent and beautiful explanation of a terrible terrible subject like biochemistry I have ever seen to attended
Î really appreciate the Lectures, this whole Website helps a lot. But it´s annoying that the Professor always says " repeat it 3 times fast " , Theres no point in doing that , if nobody could understand him in the first place . If you cant properly spell it out /pronounce it one time, it´s no use to repeat it fast.
Simple way to understand the RAAS system and the meds associated with it.
Dr. Raj is great everything seem easy with him so many complex subjects and make him easy to understand and also he adds a lot of jokes to make learning so enjoyable
Thank you very very much! Helped me a lot in immunology
Very good! Helped me alot in understanding immunology! Thanks for the clarity and detail in explaining this complex system!
Great explenation and schematization of the pathways int the imunne system. Thank you so much for teaching such an hard subjet with clarity.
For many years, I have read lots of textbooks and lots of lecture slides to learn immunology but it was always confusing and none of them knows how to begin immunology. The immune system is a kind of spider web which has no begin and no end. On the other hand, Dr Delves is a very smart academician who found a way how to chance a spider web into a linear and understandable structure. If you need to learn immunology, don't waste your time beginning with memorizing every immune cell, every receptor. Instead, just leave yourself into the arms of Lecturio by Prof Peter Delves, Lecturio definitely takes you to your goals for sure if your goal related to immunology.
We need a cloned one or twin of Prof Delves for Istanbul Technical University. I began to learn immunology with this lesson and just with 8 days of his video lessons I succeed to pass molecular immunology that's the lesson I hadn't passed for many years. I am grateful for you Dr Delves. The chaotic structure of immunology gets easy by your lessons. Not only your lessons made me be graduated from my undergraduate education but also you changed my mind about immunology. I like it very much after your lessons and the beginning of the journey was this lesson.
Very clear and well explained. Mr. Delves' enthusiasm makes it all better. Thank you!
Great lectures from a great teacher for building a good foundation of knowledge.
Its a great course given by a very experienced teacher, in my opinion, sometimes the questions could be directed to higher yield contents within the lecture, but great overall, thanks.
The lecture is very good for introduction about immune system I like this guy he explain very well and it's easy to understand
La información de la conferencia es muy practica y concisa , me revela nuevas cosas e inclusive me motiva a seguir investigando mas de fondo el tema. Gracias por su gran aporte Dr. John Fisher.
I've been interested in cyborg technology since first learning about it in the mid-1970's when I was a little kid. In 1988 when I began at the University of Washington I wanted to study remote-controlled people, but they didn't offer any courses in that field, although 25 years later the school published their EEG brain-to-brain interface that lets one person control the motions of another. In February 1997 while successfully debating cloning legislation with the Department of Defense, I was ordered to stand down when trying to discuss brain implants, but eventually in 2005 my paper was credited as the basis for the Wikipedia article on the subject, and on 2 April 2013, the 17th anniversary of my first sworn statement to the Seattle FBI detailing organized crimes against children at a media giant, President Obama announced funding for the BRAIN Initiative. Even Jesus said go help out at the vineyard if you want to build heaven, and folks grumbled because they just assumed it already existed as if by magic.
A good lecture I feel could have been better. What are the 10 Roman numerals in the first figure attributed to? That question is left in my mind.
The Brodman áreas should be added. Great lecture besides that.
Awesome lecture! Dr. Raj keeps the content interesting which helps keep you engaged!
really awesome lectures, more updated version, very well explained thank you Dr.D
its nice liked it very much very nicely explained then others
I enjoyed the lecturer's energy, the overall organization of the video topics, and length of each video.
a lot of help a lot of help a lot of help ssssssssssssssssss
The lecture are awesome. It is just easy to understand Thank you very much!
Liked the content and the teacher makes it so easy and understandable, also the app is great, thank you guys.
He sounds so bored, which makes it hard to keep focused. Also some of the slides aren't readable
TOPICS ARE GOOD BUT DR IS VERY SLOW .....HE IS NOT ADDING NE EXTRA POINT BY HIMSELF ..JUST NARRATING THE SLIDES.......EVEN I CAN DO DAT......HE IS NOT AT ALL MAKING IT INTRESTING....FEELING SLEEPY ALL D TIME LISTNING HIS LECTURES....PLZ CONSIDER
Had so much difficulty learning the enzymes on the pathways. This way was easy to understand it!!
It’s very easy to understand, I’ve always struggled with immune system, but the lectures helped me a lot
I really liked this course. The content is very interesting and I especially liked the analogies made between real human battles and the immune system and its soldiers. However, I resorted to these online lectures because I felt I was lacking a bit of guidance on this topic. Books are good but they do not follow a specific order and from my point of view, it makes it easier to understand if things are organized the way they happen inside the body upon an antigen encounter - which I still couldn't fully find here. I'm still a bit confused with how things are triggered and what happens before what, etc... But overall the explanations are amazing, and the graphic content is awesome.
I'm a foreign medial MD internal medicine specialist and I came to us I just felt lost but when I find this tools my life just changed! I already suggest This to other physicians here in USA. I hope I can pass all the usmle steps I will let you know guys!
Lectures are mind blowing i feel so good that i cant even say a big thankyou to lecturio and team and iam so blessed that iam a part of lecturio
Dr Fisher is clear, succinct and his content is high yield
short and sweet concepts. nice tables. easy to understand. thank you.
Bupropion is a dopamine reuptake inhibitor with some seetotenegic activity. It is also one of the most potent CYP2D6 inhibitors of the antidepressants. The previous antidepressant review lecture also had a mistake in which it was stated that “venlafaxine is used for smoking cessation” which is incorrect
really helpful i never found this data in any of my textbooks
Thank you so much!!! Now I understand the 4 types of hypersensitivities. Th1 and Th2, what those cells really mean...how these contribute to diseases and how immunology looks like in clinical practice. Amazing!
Dr Delves explains concepts in such a concise manner that it is so easy to understand and grasp concepts .
This is (No "one of") THE BEST IMMUNOLOGY course I have ever had!!! Elaborate Explanation and PowerPoint!!! I admire Dr. Delves for linking so many big tangles to become something in order, finally like an intact plot!! Now I understand! It really makes sense!! No words can express my gratitude to you!
Reccomend it it s very helpful i joyed warching it thank you very much
Finally, You-are-telling-the-TRUTH!! which I didn't really know this inflammatory fact until today I listened to your course! You got me, you saved me! It makes sense! That's why anyone should watch this Immunological Pathology video before the coming Patho course. It's really worth it!!
Very clear explanation and great presentation. Very easy to follow.
It is very superficial. He just repeats whatever appeared on the slides. Additionally, the Doctor makes the lecture very boring.
I absolutely love this lecturer. He goes straight to the point, gives high-yield and applicable information (lots of information btw) in a summarized awesome way. 5 starts no doubt.
Awesome personality and attitude. His enthusiasm is gripping and keeps me interested!
No words to describe how good are all the lectures performed by Carlo Raj. High yield, entertaining, interactive, concise.
Excelente presentación, adecuada para repasar conceptos. Gracias Dr. Carlo Raj, estoy aprendiendo mucho de sus videos, saludos desde Cartagena - Colombia.
I can finally feel confident about immunology, which until now seemed too complex. Thank you very much!
its osam. i like it too much. its very helpful to understand.
Seems a little bit robotic... is not a natural lecture... is too obvious the prompter reading
Wonderful! An awesome lecturer, he just has a unique way of passing the message. Great work Sir
He explains it very well and at a good speed. He doesn't use to many difficult words so if your first language isn't english it's still possible to understand. Also whenever you have a question he answers quickly en thouroughly.
really helpful to get the basics, but not enough for the exam
So easily explained :) I actually got this course after seeing how this professor explains Biostat :)
Loved the Profesor on this series. Really calm and explain very well. My only dislike are the quiz questions. The explanations for the answer were all wrong or constantly repeating the same explanation for all the questions. NEEDS to be revised.
Good good good good good good good good good good
Great lecturer very knowledgeable of subject matter at an admirable pace. Needed this in depth type of lecture in med sch. Good job

Nice intro to genetics, subject that's usually scary but very well carried out. thank you
great lecturer with an incredible pitch and clarity but this subject rather fees boring and i tend to get the post lecture quizzes wrong but its all good. I need to read elsewhere but all the same keep up the good work.

i don't know but sometimes its very difficult for me to follow lecturer and i get confused with interchangeable terminologies but great job overall.
great lecturer with an incredible pace, highly knowledgeable about subject matter. keep up the good work

immunology can be quite difficult to follow at times but this lecturer made it quite precise and concise

Es un excelente profesor ya que es muy específico en la antomía, me gusta el sentido en el que va mencionando cada parte del organo y la función que cumple asi como sus patología so anomalias en cuestiones anormales
Very good presentations, accurate and to the point lectures. Love to study with you!!!
The professor makes the subject matter interesting and understandable for the layperson.
lecture has been nicely explained . i like the little humor in lecture .
The best explanations in epidemiology I have ever come across, both in real life and online. Thank you so much for your excellent teaching.
Very high yield info given in logical and presentable way
This lecture helps me a lot since i jave a hard time to understand.
I liked his class. The Lecurer breaks the material down in a way that is easy to undersand. This course is a god send. I have to take this course being an FNP student in graduate school. The quizes are remarkedly like our exams in Advanced Pharmacology. I like how the quizes pop up in the middle of the lecture, it helps you process the material. I plan on taking all the advanced pharmacology course offered and tthe price cant be beat. You are learning valuable material like you would in a college course only it is a lot less money. The knowledge I am learing from this course is invaluable to me and is helping my confidence before I take my advanced pharmacology course for colleg credit. I will follow up with a review when I actually pass the class. I already know it is helping me. Thank you for making this availble to the public. I wish I could get college credit for this. I would say I love the course, But I am not a big fan of pharmacolgy in general as it is a very challenging course for me.
I understand everything so good, it wasn't difficult to memorize everything this way
This lecture helped clearing a lot of questions in my mind. Very well delivered. Thank you
Everything is now easier to understand, it has a great way to explain the whole thing
it's clear and on point. Good job by Carlo Raj, MD
thanks for this short talk about this topic i understand what you say
Again, another lecturer who appears very much in the know regarding their subject area; appropriate level of detail so far and I am enjoying it.
good cns lecture delivered in an understandable way. very helpful
This lecturer is very good; delivers at a great pace and you can tell he is very experienced and knows his stuff. No fluffing or stumbling over his words- goes into good detail.
presentation is pretty slow and he looks like just reading from prompter rather thn really explaning structures
Concise and laser focus on the high yield facts. Lectures are interspersed with witty humor which does not stray from the subject matter. Refreshing.
Great explanation and funny references, it will be easy to remember.
I enjoyed his method of delivery, I understood it all, and I learned.
I really like the explination that its given, it helped me study
Very well explained... Easy to understand and self study ... Thank you...????
I usually dislike older professors, but he explains very objectively and up to date.
i like his voice, explains calmly and thoroughly. helped to understand anatomy in a nice easy way. thanks craig.
These lectures are great! It's good to know also that a lot of topics that are discussed in one lecture are later elaborated on in another lecture too. Usually if I feel like some topic was not covered in depth, it just means that I was discussed further in another video. This is incredibly helpful for Step 1 prep!
Thank you very much! Those extraordinarily awesome questions help me better understand the whole thing with details!
Wow, these two amines are very tricky, thank you very much, Prof. Ahern!
Very nice methoad of teaching, first overview, then step by step teaching Neglect above negative comments???? Just flow with it,try questions too.
After reviewing Neuroanatomy in FA and Kaplan, it is fair to say this lecture has delved deeply in some accurate key points of visual pathways.I really admire the fact that you guys have put on some quizzes in the end but I was surprised to see a red flag that goes unnoticed. In one of the question about the right lower optic radiations from the 5 listed, I saw right after radiation Meyer's loop in parenthesis which is clearly a mistake when it comes to asking questions. In the exam, they won't give any clues to test takers because they will have figure out themselves whether or not it is either Meyer's or Non-Meyers' loop.
Very good slides and explanation in this important and beautiful chapter of immunology
very bad .. they dont have mycobacterium.. dont purchase the subscription .. these people have fooled us. they dont have anything on mycobacterium tuberculosis
I would recommend this course to every med student who would like to learn the most important principles of adaptive immune response, because it is not only objective, but also very didatic and capable of convey to the student exactly what he needs to have a good understanding of the subject.
Concise and very high yield. I love the clinical illustrations provided.
More voice inflection and emphasis on terms and anatomic function please.
I cannot believe I am just now finding this resource during my dedicated Step 1 period. However, I am so glad that I found it now, right at the beginning of Step prep, rather than later. I plan to use this as one of my main resources for the remainder of time up until my exam. I realized while reading First Aid that, although I had known the subjects very well at one point, that my foundation was not as solid as it once was. This is perfect for reviewing and providing the big picture for everything. It's also an amazing resource for providing the "why" and "how" behind all the small factoids written in First Aid which is just what I need. It's so much easier to retain the information when you actually understand what is going on rather than memorizing a 650+ page book of bullet point lists/facts. This is great. I was a huge fan of Boards and Beyond, but I have since ditched that resource and am fully focusing on this one since this seems a lot more comprehensive and better taught (though Dr. Ryan has also done an amazing job too). Thank you guys so much for coming out with such a well thought out and developed and thorough resource. This is going to make board prep so much smoother. If I end up scoring highly on Step 1, I will make sure to write a review on Reddit, SDN, etc raving about Lecturio.
I love how all these complicated defenitions and ininformation is explained in such a pedagogical way. Many thanks!
it is evident Dr. Raj is in love with medicine; this type of love is infective
Doctor Raj shows huge knowledge on the subject, but goes through some important and difficult points too 'en passant', as on details of cellular signaling and too many unexplained abbreviations (mpgn, e.g.). At the same time, quite a long time was spent unnecessarily reinforcing obvious concepts ( superoxide / phagocytosis etc). I'm strongly willing to better rate his lectures on the next courses.
To be a five-star explanation, Doctor Canby could fulfill the presentation with more images showing the structures described but not present in the pictures he used.
Thank you Dr Raj, it was a very good lecture and your humor was keeping me interested in the topic.
thanks for supporting there is very creative and understanding videos available for Medical studend and any other people who are interested in hunman body..
This guy is on top of his game at a ridiculous speed... I can't complain only if all others know their stuff like him there will be less confusion
Simple yet really informative. Good to have this vid here.
Very clear and to the point explanations. It’s like sitting in class.
This guy just knows his stuff, on point even with the speed of his speech he has mastered his slides. I almost got scared with the previous lecture in genetics but he managed to bring me back home. Very knowledgeable keep up the good work and add more clinical correlations.
Very nice, short and high lead video , I liked it a lot
even after the update, on and off center in not clear
Rating : Five stars for the excellent, detailed explanations required for a student to understand the core concept of the topic. Likes/Dislikes : The ridiculously hilarious humour helped me retain a lot of information regarding the topics. More like UNforgettable. There's nothing i dislike about the course. Recommendation : Definitely to my classmates, especially those struggling to grasp concepts in Medicine.
Unfortunately I found the course confusing and superficial. In my opinion, it would be important that all the structures of the system be shown, while explaining their functions, for example. Sorry for any mistake, but I'm not used to writing in english.
???????????????????????? you guys made my test today easier, i had no struggle at all. It was an oral test, i made it short and sweet thanks to you
Great introduction Perfect presentation but I think it would be better if you put more details in the picture of cells thank you
If you have trouble understanding certain concepts, or need introducing, this course can serve you well. However keep in mind that the course can only serve as an introduction, as it contains very little details. Make sure you adequately read ans study from a textbook on top of this.
It is easy to follow, and I feel that the pictures are great. Perfect for me to get a good understanding :)
Way too general, you need to go into more details and explain more
I LIKE THE PRESENTATION AND I LEARN . PROFF. USE A SIMPLE AND UNDERSTANDABLE LANGUAGE
average explanation. This course does not go into deep details. Anyone who lacks fundamental knowledge of the ANS will not be able to get everything the prof said. The questions are good but some lack explanations, others which have explanations, are not rich enough. The diagrams could be better. And the feedback feature of questions is removed. I think the answer to one of the questions which is shown as right is wrong and I could not give feedback.
100m sprint race in Brain and nervous system.very much frustrated.
MBBS student cant get benefit from this lecture. The clear concept needed for a future Doctor about Microbiology.
crystal clear concept.very helpful lecturer. His voice is also very attractive.
He is amazing. He has the potential to be a good teacher for students.
an easy and clear concept in brief. His speech quality is sharp.
Hits all of the key concepts and more! Far better than the in-class lectures!
The diagrams were helpful and I liked that he speaks calmly.
very good lecture, concise and high yield. very helpful for the boards
This guy is AMAZING! The humor along with a detailed information is perfect and definitely increased my recall of the material. Keep up the excellent work!
very good introductory lecture to this topic and the questions are helpful also
I chose this coz am able to memorise. Facts about the sedatives and hypnotics
there was no explanation other than reading off the slides. neuro is a serious topic that require good explanation but the professor didn't even relate slides or information and treated every slide as a new topic.
There are some mistakes. SERT is not a serotonin receptor. And Bupropion is not a SERT inhibitor.
I love these videos. They are probably the clearest and organized immune lectures I have ever attended. Thank you so much!
Not much relevant information for the exam: too many details. It is like reading the book, not a lecture. Very complicated and not interesting.
I liked it a lot, because the teacher explained one by one from the basic concept. Hence, I felt I could learn all the knowledge on the pathology and physiology at the same time.
really good overview. helped me a lot to get the concept of the immune system,
Its really interesting subject made easy by an interesting professor. I'm not sure if that level of details are needed for the USMLE exam as I'm using the USMLE curriculum, if its not needed thats fine it will be for my future knowledge hopefully if i get to keep in my head.
Splendid and simplified a rather complex topic which makes understanding its details in depth much easier
he makes it so simple I have understood the whole course within 3 days
he talks very clearly, coherent, easy to follow, i read only the free sections was so nice and clear.
Thank you for the lectures. Very helpful, I really recommend it
It was simply amazing. The knowledge I got exposed to was simply clear cut and delivered by an expert in layman's literature. I am keen to absorb more of Mr. Kevin Ahern's lectures.
I think Dr Raj is a fantastic teacher ! He is great at explaining every concept in detail .
Excellent audiovisual explanation of the concepts. Really interesting stuff well understood
Everything is thoroughly explained and easy to follow along at all times
Excellent explanations, with visual attraction, simplified subjects and easy to understand
it has helped me a lot...im gaining interest in the topics hes teaching
Batalle mucho para entnder mis clases pero con estén curso tengo un mejor dominio de el metabolismo y me permitió realizar una presentacion del tema ????
Good content, I like this course, but this particular class could be a bit clearer
sometimes i don't like when he reading. it's feel like someone reading and i have to listen. i want him teach with his own words and talk without his script. anyway i thinks he summarizes very good and easy to understand.
very easy to understand - good meaningful explanations - good lecture - nice good teacher - types of study simplified and more meaningful -
simple and attractive lectures, neither complicated nor boring. There are some points to consider: 1-lack of explanation and examples about statistical tests---t-test,ANOVA,Chi-square........,Pearson correlation 2-statistical distribution and standard deviation not found 3-The quiz questions explanations need revision
I want to know, the interpretation of other lectors on this subject.
it was really clear, and precise, i really like the way he explain with the support of the images.
He is reading the lecture and not elaborating much. Makes pauses that makes me sleepy and he is does not make it exiting to learn.
The class was clear and precise, I have no problem understanding.
very concise and thorough explanations, good diagrams and charts. Thank you Thank you!!!
Unbearable. Even in 1.25x he speaks way too slowly. Boring tone of voice as well
Great work, easy and to the point No fuss, No Muss
When I use bookmark page 235 FA 2018 Not bring the lecture I peefer to use bookmark
Sometimes the lecturer reads some information without explaining what is meant by it. If you can improve that I would be glad.
The descriptions where clear and comprehensive even to a non native english speaker like my self.
Great course, clearly structured and presented. The provided script and slides are very helpful!
Thank you for the series of lectures, I really liked them, simple and well explained.
He is very good excellent clearly understand the lecture pharmacology aesthetic
Doctor Racaniello gives us great explanations about the different topics of bacterial biology. One of the things that I appreciate the most from his lectures, is the appropiate speed and use of clear language which facilitates the understanding for foreign students such as myself.
I liked the way the lecturer presented , easy and clear and not too long :)
So informative and well edited video , The Lecturer is excellent indeed .
I like this course very much. It is explaned good and easy to understand (witch is inportant to me because english is not my native language). Clinical examples are very good and help me to remember how drugs work. I recomend this course to all medical student.
Information is definitely not sufficient for the exams, yet it is helpful for getting the sense of neuroanatomy.
It is interesting how Doctor Raj teaches you about the basic principles of cellular pathology and carcionogenesis. Sometimes it´s hillarious how he spends sometimes making funny comments that are related a lot with real troubles in medicine and it is also a valuable tactic aimed to help the students.
if I don't know anything about para/symp nervous system, I wouldn't understand clearly. For example, in symphatetic outflow diagram, I wouldn't understand where the exact location of white or gray ramus in human body on the picture you used.
Ok let's start. The videos are great, the audio is good and the time for each subject is good as well. The teacher Raywat Deonandan is very good at this type of teaching, i never got bored of hearing him and he teaches in a calm and funny way in my opinion. Really hope to see him in another lecture. Very good! 10/10!
Recommend this course to any medical students doing pre/clinical Helps with pathways and understanding breakdown.
I understood SNS input and output quite well prior to watching this video. There are much better figures in textbooks to describe output pathways. I found the figure used a very odd departure from traditional figures and much more confusing.
I've never heard someone explain pKa and drug mechanism so simply before.
You can memorize or you can understand. Concepts are yours forever. Memorized lists of facts are gone the very next time you need to cram for another test.
Dr. Fisher is very thorough in explaining certain details but also very direct to point out important information.
Best and comprehensive information. Best way to learn and revise
Excellent! Well delivered and full of quality information. Totally recommend this course.
A very experienced good teacher with deep knowledge teaching in lovely way . I will be very happy to learn all immunology with Dr Peter .
Dr. Ahern was very clear and concise. Great lecture. Thank you!
Great lectures, i´m satisfied with your contents. Doctor Wilson is always surprising us with his explanations.
I better understand CML. This was a very high yield lecture that was very well presented!
Amazing stuff but doesnt differ the exotoxins into the four forms of them.
I am current;y taking Immunology and it was like a foreign language until I started watching these videos I am understanding the information!!!
The videos are very clear, well explained and not too long. You can question yourself all the way along
I liked the lecture it gave me a brief idea of the concept
I think each lecture is great, but the contents are not enough for USMLE. More precisely, the contents of general principle parts are helpful, but those of detailed exposition parts should be improved to contain more information. For example, You need to provide us for more details about many types of bacteria. The number of kinds of bacteria addressed in this course is small. It's far from enough for USMLE step 1. The same same goes for viruses. The others are favorable.
ACCENT IS NOT CLEAR WHY YOU DO NOT PLACE A SUBTITLE FOR THIS LECTURE ?
Amazing lecture and slides explained very well and it was useful to have the slides downloaded.
They lacture is very clear and understandable emphasis on important points
Best pharmacology classes! Love the questions in between the lecture!
I watched most of the STD lectures. They are well explained and I really appreciate that. THANK YOU
I really wanted to give it 5 stars specially because of the question pertaining to Fick' s law that was included, however the fact that Sir didn' t mention that all forms of diffusion are passive and the word Diffusion itself means being randomised made me give this 4 stars only.
PPT stands out, many extra materials, some important questions really inspired me
Straight to the point and concise. World class lecturer. Really felt at home with it. Felt like I was studying from a very prestigious institution. I would love to recommend to all my colleagues. Just a small thing to note, it would have helped if we were told what plane the images are. It was mentioned for a few of them but others were not and took a little bit of working out like in the diencephalon lectures but otherwise top tier and nothing required too much effort.
Excellent Narration with good slides and quiz questions in between the lectures to rekindle recapitulation and retention. There is however good scope for improvement as one needed to resort to the slides and scratch the brain to better understand the concepts.
Excellent course.Deals with the microcytic anemia starting from basics then pathology, clinical and investigations.Very useful and practical connections
Excellent delivery of the concepts. Excellent teacher who explains material well
dr.carlo raj is best i have ever seen... he teach many sub... esp pathology,,,awwwwsome.... 100% perfect lecture
Just what is needed for the clinics and exam Bare minimum leads to better retention and the results.
I am a Pharmacist and preparing for my exams in US. I have really find this app useful and lectures are easy comprehensive and in best way. Thanks for arranging best professors.
I finally understood why keto diet is so effective :) Thank you Dr. Kevin!
Dr Raj is fantastic. It kind of feels like he is yelling at you some times but it is actually VERY effective. I never forget the things he repeats and emphasizes. I absolutely love all of his lectures
Very good information, great professor, explanations are excellent. In this course are a lot of repeating, which are helps to memorize.
Thank you for the lecture. very good and helpful. I recommend it.
Nice and clear explanation Good Voice and clear speaking friendly and open appearance -> clearly someone I love to listen to for hours
As l am postgraduate I found that the info was familiar .. I think if you made other uncommon subjects avalible free .. I could be covinced that I could benefit from supscribing in order to review my knowladge and prepare for my exams.
Very good lecture, a great teacher and a good sense of humor !
helpful lec thumps up for me is better than the ophthalmo lecs by the same doc
Very helpful, sir has done a great job. Thanks a lot, I have only begun watching it and I feel that I will be helped a lot.
Pathology lectures are awesome..!! Made me fall in love with the subject.. Thank you.
Very good lectures. The professor speaks very clearly about the subjects.
very nice lecture and good tips. i should follow you earlier
I chose this rating because the video lectures were clear and of high quality. The questions following the video lectures were also good because they helped me to recall and apply what I had learned. What I liked were the professors who taught the course and how they presented the material. I didn't dislike anything. I would recommend this course to all students who plan on taking immunology. I took an immunology course this semester (fall 2017) at Rush University. However, I didn't have a background in the subject. It would have been nice to prepare myself for immunology as well as hematology using Lecturio's courses during the summer.
It is was precise and clear lecture of anemias.. Thank you so much Dr. Raj!
This is just another awesome series.....Great job Dr. Raywat....You just have a way of making it so simple while keeping it truly interesting....Kudos Lecturio...
Very concise and informative Perfect explanation well appreciated Can’t wait to review rest of hematology
Students who have a very good grasp on the topic may not appreciate it, but overall a good brush up on the choroid plexus and CSF.
Literally the way that I was hoping that my medical school would present it. Logical, succinct, linear, and perfect. No overcrowded slides with low yield minutia presented in an unorganized manner from well meaning but overexcited PhD's. Just the good stuff, just what's relevant and what you absolutely have to know in the order that you have to know it. Perfect.
clear and understandable. covered the main aspects of immunology with simple words and attractive pictures. well done!
perfect course, it was great our techear doesn't explane well the material, now i got it more
Explains everything extremely clearly and made all of the processes easy to understand. This was a great lecture series!
The instructor is poorly prepared. Anyone can read off of a slide. Didn't even make an effort to find better pictures of structures that are covered. And by the way: hypothesis and hypophysis are completely different things.
Excellent lectures. The professor speaks very clearly. He makes it easy to understand.
Everything perfect explained. In the beginning I was lost with neuroanatomy but now I have more clearly concepts.
Dr. Raj is very enthusiastic of the topic he is teaching about as well as he keeps asking recall questions during the lecture so that the information remains stuck into your head . His humor makes the viewer love watching or learning from this lecture.
He made boring contents interesting not by adding nonsense jokes but by his ways of presentations.
I hadn't understood the topic, but finally I got it . Thank you very much!
I would like to have explanations to the different question's answers.
I recommend all the lectures to all IMGs out there to brush up your knowledge on your basic subjects.
Epidemiology hasn't been presented in a more simplistic yet detailed manner ever in all my learning and studying years that spans over twenty five years (undergraduate till date)...Thanks DR.RAYWAT & LECTURIO.....
A very concise lecture but too much so. I was really hoping to learn more about mechanisms and detail. For example, there was no detail provided about the mechanisms involved with how vascular permeability increases. There was no explanation for what cells produce bradykinin and how this causes vasodilation. This was not advanced enough for medical school.
Good way of learning, even better when you have a guy like Raywat. Thank you for doing this.
Dr. Raj makes Hemodynamics fun to learn. He manages to take all the basics and blend them into a beautiful story.
Hi ! You explain very well it's very understandable! Thank you very much !
This was an excellent explanation of different biases including ones that are not listed in typical USMLE books. Very good supplement to my current study materials!
Good lecture on inflamation of mucosa over middle ear cleft
Clear, concise explanations, quizzes perfectly resume the essence of the lesson.
VERY high quality lecture. GREAT professor. Clear and concise. Awesome
The lecture is very well planned, organized and presented. It is so simple I never thought of. Well done..
Absolutely AMAZING lecturer!! I was able to understand all the basics of immunology with just one watch! Great enthusiasm and clear explanation. Thank you Dr Peter Delves.
The Good: Lecture: 5/5 Amazing Lecture! I learned a lot! The Not so good: Quiz:2/5 Only 1 question....and was not as specific as I would like it to have been. Perhaps consider having at least 50% of the terms discussed included in the Quiz.
He's good. But subtitle please. Compared to other lecturer Dr Raj's accent is harder to listen
Sometime the lecturer comes through clinical signs of patients with particular diseases and doesn't explain that sign, just introducs it to that disease. We need to know how that sign looks like when we encouter a patient so that we know how to deal with him.
Wonderful teaching. Dr. Peter makes it simple and interesting. Thank you, sir.
I find verything related to the brain and nerves to be very difficult to understand, but Dr. Canby makes it easy to get and this makes the whole learning process far more enjoyable. I don't know if it's just me but when I really like the lessons and the teacher, its much easier for me to pay attention and keep on listening.
Hypersentivity types I choose that rating because the lecture is nice basing on the slides, it is well explained
great leacture by prof.Thad great work by him for the development of concepts of phisiology.
Thank you for putting it across so concisely but with clarity. I'm probably understanding pathology better than ever before. Best wishes, Dr. Raj and Team Lecturio.
Only been using this site a few days. However I am already impressed by your material. Perfect execution of rhetorical techniques. Especially placing things in context with vivid verbal imagery.
Again this lecturer has all the important materials to entice students but lacks he ability to make and impact on our brains on important clinical correlations. Overall boring seems to be reading and not prepared and can't hold my attention with same low level emphasis on everything. Is there another lecturer cos I have to watch video a few times to grab what's important especially when I get the answers wrong.
The subject is really hard... but the professor is excellent!
This lecture was perfect. I really liked that he repeated the really important information over and over and would ask you to recall information as well. He spoke at a good pace and was really good with giving tips here and there to help with memorization
Helped me a lot with my Problem Based Learning Case which is on the immune system. His presentation is organised and fluent
Lecture was clear and straight forward. The diagrams made sense
Honestly, very difficult to follow, lecturer is not in control of subject matter and diagrams were very poor in visibility as well as explaining the content. People that are already well knowledgeable in subject will benefit more.
Outstanding breakdown of the components of the innate immune system and response. The presented organization of the complement system activation was superb. Dr. Delves' presentation made understanding the complexity of this process rather simple.
So funny and easy way to learn with this man!!!Thanks Dr Raj!!!
Good review !!! many tools to help you to master the basics about Pharm.Thank you Dr Shukle and Lecturio
Excellent summary of an otherwise challenging subject. Thank you Dr. Canby. Onward!
I find his lectures natural and easy to follow. He tells us areas we must take note of and what we absolutely need to remember. Complicated aspects are broken down and summarised simply. Will continue to listen to these lectures.
Some these complements take u on a rollercoaster, for example I don't know where C3d popped from, but overall Dr. Delves is just on top of his game I'll continue to give him a 5
Great Lecture! Very knowledgeable professor and nice visuals. Thank You!
thank you very much doctor kevinm very helpful lectures, especially vitamin D.
I enjoyed watching this introduction to the limbic system and the conditions were very insightful. Thank you.
Dr. Delves was fantastic in his presentation, very proficient in the subject matter and a master of the queens language in a tone that kept me awake all through the lecture.
Dr. Canby is succinct and to the point with the added benefit of being enjoyable to learn from. Onward!
Brilliant teaching method, a joy to learn here. Unusual to be asked questions in lecture to make sure we are paying proper attention. I like it much.
Learning epidemiology is strangely enjoyable thanks to Dr. Deonandan. Job well done sir. Onward!
Thank you Dr Ahern! Thanks to your clear and nice explanations With integrations I am finally starting to understand Biochem! You make difficult things look so simple and enhances the importance and intelligence of mother nature in our human bodies
Very well explained! Very simplified. Actually helps me understand the lectures I get at Med School!
Incredibly good! I have spent hours studying from the book and this is by far the most helpful in terms of deep, meaningful understanding of the subject.
I really understand the topics the way he explains them. Very good educator
There were no quiz questions. Spoke quickly. Good information though.
It's amazing lectures would u add a specific lecture only talk about antigen ?
The questions were helpful, but the lecture was more of a recital. There were no extra explanations, no little tips, no compare and contrasts, to aid and understanding and recall. It was during the second or third time I was watching the hypothalamus that I realised that both medial nucei had to do with appetite regulation and satiety, and lesions could lead to hyperphagia; as opposed to the lateral, whose lesion had the opposite effect, ie starvation. Same thing with posterior and anterior, which have opposing effects on thermoregulation. I had to really focus and repeat the lecture to spot that out. he could have highlighted such points during the lecture.
Dr Raj is aaawessome!! He keeps me on my toes and I love it. His lectures reduced my studying time drastically and I’m more effective.
Loved it, so clear and easy to understand. The presentation is extremely useful
Key elements were clearly identified. He kept it simple while giving most of the pertinent information a physician should know about.
Easy to understand and just what I need to pass my exams!
The simplified approach has made learning and understanding so easy....He is such a great teacher with a deep understanding of his subject area....
Very comprehensible lectures! Thank you so much! Now I know the cranial nerves!
I really could understand this lecture easily. Even the mid time of lecture gives questions are more helpful for interacting with it.
Great Job, I really enjoyed the lectures! very easy to follow!
Good interactive questions. Explantions good, but sometimes not basic enough for this difficult topic
Very precise and concise, highly recommended to all my friends and colleagues
feeling amazing after knowing everything about cavernous sinus . Its simple and quick
Consider adding more information and content to the video especially in the clinical section
I loved how you dissected the topic so clearly, making clear distinctions between the different classes of drugs, how they work, where they work, why we use them and who needs them. GREAT lecture.
Simple and easy to understand. Dr. Raj explains it well & gives pointers for remembering.
He is just the best, the quality of the lectures are incredible
Awesome! Thank you. i am just wondering whether the Sinuses and the infoldings are the same thing? How many sinuses are composed by the dura mater and what are their names? Many thanks!
This made immunology much easier to understand. This course saved my life!
I had no background in microbiology and this lecture helped me a lot with closing the gap. Thank you
Dr. Carlo Raj is one of the best teachers I have ever seen. He is worried about the understanding of the lesson, so he leads your focus to the most important elements and lets your brain to fixate on it.
I chose this 5 stars because Professor Raywat is a brilliant teacher. I like the simplicity and ease with which he explains the material and the confidence that he exudes. I would recommend this course to students that struggle with understanding the basic principles of Epidemiology
Good amount of details and everything is well explained. I like immunology!
If I needed someone to read off the slides for me I'd just go back to my actual med school professor
Kevin must be the best teacher ever. He explains with a certainty only a person with many years of lecturing can. Simple, easy and fast, making complicated matters seem easy to learn. Compared to the slides i have in med. school, the content is the same. But this guy also gives the explaination in the same amount of time! His body language is also nice to watch as they are firm and open, kind of directing your thoughts, like a maestro. You just have to remember and do some repetition of EVERY detail he mentiones, it will for sure be on the exam. I also use his lectures to simplify my understandings from pdf files from school and heavy textbooks. I will recommend everyone to use this!! Also i love the quiz afterwards. 1rst year university medicine
Lecturer seems like he is reading off slides. Content is presented with minimal assistance to learner in actually understanding it. Not enough use of memory aids. Need a better pharmacology lecturer. Love your cards guy!
5 STARS TO DR SHUKLE Because 1. He speaks clear American English. 2. Lectures are very visual, concise and substantial. 3. He behaves and dresses very professionally. 5. You learn a lot in little time with quizzes between lectures. 6. It's so much fun and easy.
Fantastic lecture, just the amount of information I needed to cover and retain the topic.
Thank you very much Dr. You just made me love inmunology.
perfect !! i really liked the intro, but there is still some problem with questions..
the lecture could be better it was hard to understand all the curves.. and the answer for the question was not so clear
The lectures cover all aspects of each specific disease in a well-organized fashion. Concise and clear explanations .Understandable English language.Excellent lectures for basic and clinical correlations. Most of the questions are clinical vignettes which are informative too.No distractions that is no loss of concentration through the lecture.Although The big picture with comparison between the different diseases worth a separate lecture.
Dr. Shukle is amazing. His lecture is so clear and "pin points" what we need to know. Thanks for your help !
Very clear summary. Would like to see more clinical correlations made.
Clear and concise, easy to understand and very clinically relevant.
Concise and easy to understand as always! The trochlear nerve only innervates the superior oblique muscle, but Dr Canby's diagrams are excellent - far better than what we use in lectures! I'm a happy student!
I am not a pre-med or medical student; physical therapy instead. So far in the first hour of viewing this site I am impressed. Hopefully it will help me achieve my goals. This lecture was outstanding too! I really enjoy the association style teaching Dr. Tarry uses.
Errmmm I like his beard. It is very hairy, like me!
I like his voice and his explanation of something very complex in an easy way for everybody to absorb the knowledge. He is a very professional lecturer!
Dear Prof Canby, Thank you for taking the time to create this resource. I did enjoy it and I found it easy to follow. During the first few lectures, I was hoping for more information on some of the muscles which were involved, and towards the end of the course, you included pictures of the muscles with their attachments which were very helpful. Thank you for including the clinical considerations too. I needed to search some information myself, such as the meaning of general somatic / visceral afferents / efferents, online. I had not studied this before. You began clarifying the role of these towards the end of the course, e.g. general somatic efferent has motor control. This was helpful in consolidating the meaning these terms. A bit more information in the beginning may have been helpful. I look forward to viewing more of your lectures. Best wishes, Hudanur
the clarity is priceless! To reflect clarity in a topic as mindnumbing (for some, like me) as stats, is truly an art. Kudos.
i think the topics of the lecture is not easy and it has a lot of new terms those need to be clarified more clearly
Dr. Raj is really funny and makes the lecture engaging. His thought process is very logical, and it helps me really remember some of these more complicated concepts.
It is really so good thing to take more information and I like so much the way of the explain for the teacher thank you so much for this helping for students
I vbelieved he had a lot of clarity when explain confusing systems.
I disagree with the comment below. I think he is a very good lecturer. Clear and concise. Yes, he does he have his unique gestures and tones, but so what? It's just different from the traditional, not wrong or anything. I found his lecture interesting. I don't think he was mocking anyone.
Dr Racaniello, is good. Easy to understand, good content. This course is hitting all topics in my med school course.
That's perfect to review these topics, good job! Clear and enough exhaustive!
I really like this course. He is very good and pedagogic.
I really like Dr Raj, especially his jokes. This series kept my interest and renewed my passion for hematology :) Let's hope I pass my exam now haha
Too vague; I got the same basic information/presentation out of lecture. I was hoping for more clarification in these videos on topics like dose-response curves.
I liked this video because this one is short and informative
I like that the videos are shorts and high yield, but he is very difficult to understand sometimes.
very nice explanation and helpful information, thank you for the knowledge shared here
I like the calm tone of the instructor. The information is presented in such a way that is it easy to understand. It is taught in small chunks and then the chunks are gently stacked on each other until you see the entire picture. Great presentation. Cleverly taught.
Dr Raj makes everything more simple, it is a good effort you make to teach
This course is very well organized. I am doing all my best to learn from it as much as I can.
Clear big picture Very useful connection with other relating subjects If it is possible to clarify the relations with other subjects using summery slides it would be perfect Going back and forth to connect subjects and to the general topic is an excellent work
This guy is very straight forward and clear. Very Helpful.
I enjoyed this lecture and it is very clear and easy to understand with this good instructor.
Very nice and great lecture! The questions were very help recall the main points. Thanks!
Dr Raj puts things in a very concise and easy to understand manner which links physiology to clinical findings. Love it
He is very good at explaining. I like that he gives examples
Dr. Racaniello is a very good professor. He takes all his time to ensure that his students understand the concepts of the topics. All his feedbacks and examples are very relevant.
He is a very good lecturer and great facilitator of microbiology.
Good clear explanations. Did a good job distinguishing terminology (e.g. innate vs. adaptive, dendritic cells vs. follicular dendritic cells) and presenting the material in a clear manner highlighting key points
Pretty informative lectures. Conveys a good amount of information without taking too long.
Explanation is good but not so detailed. I think it's better to explain more and go deeper on details. Subscribe to this website. Worth it Some parts are good some are not. But in total it's great. Thank you
I think the lectures are very basic, the information is not sufficient for an exam questions
I liked his explanations. I use this when I want to review material. Very Good!
very clear explanations-It would be nice if there were a few more examples on how to apply PICO though
Clear explanation. Made easy to remember. I would recommend to who ever would like to learn medicine.
Clear explanation, easy to understand and interesting. Thank you for your effort Dr.
he is so good ... I am very thankful to you sir !!
Very well-explained and thus helpful lectures! Also, the images are better than anywhere else.
A great, insightful lecturer. A Prof. at the top of his game. Miss his long hair though (checkout his youtube site)!
Really thorough lectures. Helpful pathophysiology and lots of helpful pictures. I wish every other lecture from other speakers could be like this! Thanks!
Easy to understand with the structure of the molecule. Very clear and straight forward.
I would say he is one of the best lecturers. His knowledge is absolutely amazing. Everything has been explained so well which I could not find in any texbooks. For example, the function of dendritic cells and it relates to T-cells made me so excited to follow and do not want to stop watching.
Great review for neurophysiology. Simplifies key elements with clear explanations
This series is good to watch before doing the same section from the Kaplan videos. Don't bank on getting detailed explanations but rather concise i.e. what you need to know!
This sir is really freakin cool! He's got the concepts clear in his lectures. Love you sir :)
Professor Dr. Delves made the classes enjoyable because he made everything simple to understand. Immunology in my opinion is extremely intricate, if you lose focus you get lost. Dr. Selves went exactly to the point with what was important. The slides and topic reviews offered were great accompaniments to the lectures.
Presenter explains the medical relevant aspects of S-G disorders in a logical sequence.
Great series on the medically relevant aspects of diseases affected by genetics.
it was perfect and obvious in explanation.... be clear and obvious in explanation has very important for me ... thanks a lot because of your effort...
I would recommend this course. Hope there are more quiz questions available for optional choices.
Funny. Gives you the "meat" of the concept. Not long winded. Very knowledgeable.
Great Instructor. Clear, concise, very easy to comprehend. Dr. Ahern gives the "meat" of the concept. Not long winded.
Very good, interesting and memorable lectures. Dr Raj presents complex topics in such a light way that makes it enjoyable to follow.
Dr. Peter Delves is an amazing lecturer. I wish there were more instructors like him. He is very methodical, starting with rudimentary concepts and building on them at pace that is comfortable for everyone.
Couple of mistakes were made and he sounds as if he is mocking the audience
I subscribe because of this professor. Great lectures and explanation. Nice job
no jargons were used. easy to understand and comprehend. Good accent and Highly professional way of conveying the information
Great info on the d/dx for warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia and spherocytosis hereditary. This came up in a qbank for me today
Very clear video of Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA): Comparison of Direct and Indirect Coombs' Test
Perfect, easy to follow and understand. I would be appreciated if there are more topics about treatment.
Reading a textbook could be boring. The lecture nailed what I need to know.
very good.it is one of the best video of cardiology.
Everything is clearly explained by the lecturer. In case of student´s questions, the lecturer gives a detailed answer. Thank you!
This topic is finally explained very precisely. I liked this lecture a lot.
basically the slides are all that matters in the course; the lecturer doesn´t add anything to them, so I just read the slides not listening to him. Could be better
very clear, easy to understand, slides (pictures and tables) are very helpful to memorize the content
Well articulated , good illustration with example. The follow of the lecture is good. Slide presentation perfect and easy to follow through. Thank you.
thank you very much, nice lecture, sounds great, well presented
concise, really easy to listen to. Gave salient points very well. Loved the pause for thought on the red flag of having a staph aureus urinary tract infection.
The clarity of the information being delivered is extremely satisfactory! I enjoyed watching this lecture.
It was very clear and explained well- the subject itself is usually hard to explain
Excellent lectures, good video quality. Very helpful explanation.... I like it so much...
Key points were identified quickly. The reinforcement of critical thinking is great!
Easy to follow and provides a great context to build from.
Very comprehensive. It helps me have a good idea in advance to my Microbiology classes
Dr Carlos is excellent. I just bought notebook to ensure that I do not miss nothing from all the information he is reteaching me. Thanks so much for all those well organized lectures.
Clinically relevant and with enough detail. Lecturer keeps your attention throughout the whole video lectures. Very pleased.
i understood the concepts right away. A great way of explaining from Doctor Shukle. Thank you
Me gusta el tipo de explicación que da, es concisa y acopla todo los conocimientos en una idea específica, sin rodeos
good good good pronunciation good good good pronunciation good good good pronunciation
First of all, love the option to choose the speed of the video clip. Secondly, it was smartly taught, no matter which type you are, from visual to auditory-learner, you are going to understand and learn it easily. I also loved Dr. Fisher's (the lecturer) teaching style, brief description for medical terms, mentioning important DDx, plus his tone and not having specific accent.
This is the best teacher i have understood the most. I loved everything really. I would recommend my fellow classmates
A masterpiece. The simplistic approach to the delivery of the lecture is just awesome
Excellent simple presentation of a deceivingly simple concept. Great reminder while preparing for boards.
Thank you so much!! Really I´m so grateful. You are helping me a lot with all my studies. Greats from México City.
The content of the anatomy videos are great, beautiful diagrams, well written sentences, but with due respect to the lecturer, he has no game and kills the lecture for me. He is basically reading the power points with nothing new to add to the lecture and the fact that he swipe the tablet for the next sentence to appear slows down the lecture even more. It's really hard to advocate for the program. The word of mouth is not helping here. Ive showed it to friends and they are not willing to purchase the course, not to mention I've reported 4 mistakes in the anatomy material so far. Im glad we have the 10 days testing period, because Im cancelling the subscription. It hasnt proved to me the material is worth $60.
Feels clinically important! And Dr.Raj seems so passionate about his subjects, and he makes all his lectures fun and interesting.
LOL That adenosine mental image will NEVER leave me ajajajajajaja
Highly professional and of course rewarding lectures. Fast pacing and supplementary material make me learning efficient. Really appreciate them. Many thanks.
He ties everything together perfectly. He gives excellent examples. He is also very organized. I felt like my own class wasn't this good. But it also might be because I already read about immuno and used this more for clarification.
The most logical, clinically/exam relevant, compact, yet complete information you are going to get for cardio pharm. He explains in a way that is relevant to the pathophys. Very grateful!
E shkelqyeshme! Fort e dobishme dhe shumë didaktike. Mësohet lehtë dhe shpejt pa sforcime.
It was very simple and understandable. I could keep up without being confused.
Excellent presentation!! However, a minute or two filling in with a little more details would have been a tremendous completion of concepts.
Dr Delves is an excellent lecturer. He makes everything simple and understandable. I like the fact that he raises his voice to indicate key words. I have already recommended the whole curriculum to Medical Students in other countries
Dr. Canby makes neuroanatomy very simple to understand! This lecture covers all the essentials, with great, colorful slides, perfect for visual learners!
I thought it was very straight forward and informational. Pretty good just for starters.
I really liked this course, it was easy and interactive even tough english isn't my natal language
Lecture was well organized and covered the appropriate level for this topic.
I don't like this teacher!! ( I think most of the students have the same opinion)
Dr Craig speaks clearly and slowly so it is easy to follow
I felt that this was a very good lecture, with detailed relevant information!
Tried to review the most important parts of pharmacology form here before the exam, great and concise lectures!
so boring, it's no easy to follow. More pictures would be appeciated
I choosed this rating because it explains the topic very well, and I also like the clarification of the functions of a nerve.
lacklustre explanation and too concise - neuroanatomy is a subject that needs far more explanation even if just a review
this is very useful for me t understand the topics in a simple manner
The professor was very clear and his tone was lively :)
Immunology is one of my weakest area, but this lecture series have helped me delve into it and bring it together to the point that I am so confident about it. Thank you so much! I wish they will compile the print-able lecture notes into booklet one can purchase. Lecturio has really beautiful notes and diagrams that make learning easy.
When paying money I expect to have a more indepth lecture than you can find on youtube. He is good at explaining, but some examples should be explained better, or not brushed over quickly, as well I would suggest to make a couple more videos, that take parts as e.g. confounding and explain it in depth. All in all nice but with some a little bit lacking here and there. I love the fact that they aren't very long, that way you can focus through the whole lecture before taking a break
The lectures were great. It clearly explains the information and the pictures/presentation went well with him. It was easy to follow along not to fast were you get lost but not to slow were you are falling asleep
Gave me a clear informations in simplest way!! Also her accent very God!! i'm from KSA and i found it easily to understand Love it! Thank u.
The professor explains with clarity and organization which makes it easier to understand.
He is very entusiasthic at teaching, and makes very clear examples. I love him.
I'm learning lots from the pharmacology lectures. However, they would be even better if they were to include mention of typical dosing regimens. Thanks!
Really liked it. Very clear in concept and easy to understand.
The lectures are very complete and give the correct amount of emphasis according to the importance for the medical world. I've studied only using this course for my first exam and it was pretty much all I needed! I surely recommend!
Makes it way more easier to understand, it is very summarized and clear.
Your lectures are exceptional, it makes reading the books much easier. Thank you
The information is sound but he's boring, He does not make the material interesting. I find it hard to pay attention or not fall asleep during his lectures and therefore i do not do well with the quizzes.
Though it was good. Be patient w/ Imprinting the slides in Prader Willi/Angelman give a good visual of what it is.
I liked the clarity with which the topic was dealt with
Explains it to a point where the visual pathway is simple.
I was impressed by the knowledge of the professor. However, the very short length of each lecture was disturbing and distracting.
The lecture was okay, but it did seem a little superficial or simplified in nature.
Good lectures, would be more helpful if there are practice questions and further readings. - first year medical student.
Best lecture on immunology .thanks sir for it.l am glad and confident.
The lectures does not go in depth about each types of disease
it is made simple, clear and easy to understand regardless the details need to be learned. this is the correct pedagogic way to teach and to learn. This is one of the things that shows that the teacher is a PhD. I wish those lectures were translated in french and that all medical students in my university benefit from it and also every medical student all over the world. Thanks for teaching us and for spreading the knowledge and make things easy for us.
Only addition to the pyelonephritis lecture and the use of imaging would also be if the patients symptoms have not improved following 48 to 72 hours of Abx use!
I'd would have like to know where western blots fit in the diagnostic pathway. I think in Australia after positive confirmation of p24 go on to perform westernblots. Also what about the impact the window period has and the new for follow up testing? Finally it would have been good to discuss what is considered to be as treatment failure with HAART.
Carlo makes the content interesting and manageable with intonation and examples.
Very comprehensive discussion. It would have been worthwhile to talk about criteria for starting treatment for chronic Hep B (e.g DNA count vs symptoms and livers functions). Also unclear if treatment of HepB is curative. The hepatitis talks did not mention genotypes of Hep C at all which is important for treating the condition, particularly in countries where access to direct acting antivirals is not available. Finally the talks didn't mention what percentage of patients with chronic Hep B and C go on to develop cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.
Good coverage but can be improved further. I would have liked to also see a talk on the parasitic causes of diarrhoe and management of those. Also not sure how we would go about dx salmonella. Wasn't very clearly stated in the lecture
this kind of learning cover all information the medical students need, i highly recommended for medical student.
Dr Fisher is my favourite lecturer so far of the internal medicine talks. The discussions are detailed and I don't feel key points are omitted. He is an old school lecture who communicates succinctly and effectively!
I really enjoyed the lectures on CNS infection, very comprehensive and knowledge delivered at a good level. I particularly loved the personal clinical reflections. I will never forget the story about the patient with bread mold infection of the face! Wow!
this guy so good only amazing so much only omg nice nice
Great fast, overall review. I absolutely disagree with people saying there are too much details; in fact, I would have liked more details regarding specific processes.
Excellent lecture! Dismissed several doubts I had on this topic why reading it from the book.
Absolutely my favorite lecture so far! It was really informative, yet left me craving more. The way you explained it was easy to understand (I am a pre-nursing student). Thank you and great job!
This is fail about teaching in detail about leukemia . The detailed PBS and Bonemarrow is fewer than expected . More over for the hematology lesson , this is not a concise approach to the leukemia patient . Not enough knowledge to take care of leukemia Patient too . This chapter is far away lower standard than the pulmonology or cardiology chapter .
The video really helped me understand Macrocytic Anemia better and cleared alot of misunderstanding
Concise, succinct, and coverage for the pertinent material a medical student should know!
Dr. Shunkle provides a great explanation of the RAAS. The lecture follows nicely along with my book and studies.
These lectures (all of medical genetics) was really useful in connecting your knowledge. It is great how general theory is connected to the most important genetic diseases - very useful
Great professor, great explanations. This video was like a summary of important parts.
The best , I can't believe i couldn't find this lectures earlier. They are very helpful. Thank you
I love everything about it. Not only knowledgeable but a gifted speaker
GOOD lecture, it has the most important key points. i like it very much
Excellent presentation style-- he adds a bit of drama to it, which makes the topic more engaging and memorable.
It makes it way easier to understand, I hope he'll guide me though my exam
The past reviewers mistook his enthusiasm for arrogance. You can tell how much Dr. Raj loves what he does, and it makes it a heck of a lot easier for us. I wish I had discovered this sooner.
This was a dense, clinically-relevant presentation of material that will very likely be on Step 1. Dr. Raj has a way of presenting that keeps my attention and gives me a sense of primacy that I don't get from other kinds of videos.
it was very good lecture it will help me in my med biochem class thanku
Great lectures and a great lecturer. however missing lower respiratory tract infections. Would be nice if there was some tropical infections included too
HE is best professor explains each and every concepts clearly. he is very enthusiastic about explaining every concepts .great sir thanks.
Very informative and pretty easy to understand. Recommended for people who has heard about the immune system before as it may be hard for beginners to understand.
They are good..But lengthy..I will take take lecturio for my step 2 also
Dr Fisher is the best teacher I have ever learned from. All concepts explained very clearly, with lots of great clinical tips thrown in as well. It is a pleasure to watch his lectures.
Very nice course although in my opinion lacking more details ( actual pathways). Overall very happy!! :)
I love these courses. I'm only a high school student, preparing to go to medical university. They help me to better understand biology or to be exact, human body. My mother tongue is not English which makes a little bit difficult to understand names in biology for example why T-cells called T-cells. Furthermore what I miss from the lectures are animations sometimes. I know I'm a kid, but animations help to visualize and learn things faster.
Very good course!!
Great way to explain and communicate the ideas to the students.
I liked the way the lecture was build up. A nice structure, and explained in such a way it makes it easy to understand.
complete plain english, easy to understand and straight to the point
Exactly what I needed. Straightforward and to the point. Linearly organized.
This is my favorite professor on Lecture (that I've seen so far). He is enthusiastic and engaging in addition to being clear and concise. I leave each lecture with a clear sense of the material and I love that the videos are short so if I need a review it is easily obtained.
Very helpful Keep it up .. easy to understand . Lecture in a simple way
Hello though I learnt new things by the good explanation of the pathway but I will be happy if there could be mnemonics to remember then easily. Thanks
Short and informative and clear and easy-to-digest and reconsolidation of information takes a shorter time and stays for a longer time compared to huge lectures
What an amazing lecturer!! His enthusiasm and passion is infectious!
incredible once again, this professor is outstanding explaining the immune system in a logical, relatable fashion.
Fantastic, super simple to follow, the ppt slides are gold for a quick review
dry concepts well presented and made easy, did the job
it is very good but i need more details which is not mentioned on the videos
very interesting lecture especially with all the details about sounds and secondary signs mentioned.
Immunology was one subject that I have hated since the very beginning I started studying it. I did understand what the immune system does but I really couldn't understand how everything was happening. After many unsuccessful attempts to understand it on my own I turned to these lectures and now I understand the core material. Thank you very much!
really nice ,lecture and also good questions at the end to assess, thank you
sir very good explainations,,,,,,,,,,following the course,,need more questions,so that it could help in doing uworld and STEP 1 ,,,,thankyou
Great content. Very intelligent and elaborate lecturer. However, Dr. Raj sounds very arrogant, particularly when he delivers condescending remarks.
really good sir,we need more questions after the lecture,my exam in june, step 1,so i opted for lecturio,by coming across on youtube, really good,
Too many numbers and letters with no direct clinical correlation Too many details with no explicitly stated relevance Topics too segmented and poorly arranged I am lost...
Great content but overwhelming. Too much details on the receptors and molecules got me lost in understanding the overall immune response. I appreciate the enthusiasm in detailing everything but the USMLE is devised to evaluate generalists and not immunologists.
it is a good course. easy to understand. I liked this course
Not only was the information vast, but it was concise enough to understand and follow along with. Peter Delves highlights the important parts that are very beneficial. Thanks.
very helpfull lectures, ??? ?????? ?? ?? ?????? ????????..???? ???
because it is free and I want to learn anatomy from videos
Information is too general and More review questions would be nice
An excellent explanation of a very complex topic. Absolutely fantastic lectures
good knowledge i like this wedsite very very very much...........i like this professor craig candy his lecture was very good and i had taken very much knowledge.....
Had been watching so much on this and never understood it.
Great course. Peter really explains the concepts. The genetics can get a bit dry, but when isn't genetics dry.
Understood the concepts after not understanding them from reading my curriculum books..
He took time to present the information. The video on adaptive immune system clarifies the difference between innate and adaptive immune system.
I loved how he summarizes key concepts in simpler way. One video view and I understood what I lacked from med school.
i love how he explains everything in detail and also he tells with some intonation so I could easily remember what he has just explained to me
Thank you very much for such a great lectures!Biochemistry have never been so interestig until now)
You make pharmacology so much less intimidating and much easier to understand. Thanks!
Thanks Dr Raj, I really enjoy your lectures. Concise and to the point, highlighting exactly what is in my first aid book. Great review. Thanks so much!
It made epidemiology very easy to understand, remember and apply it to my practice. It helped me a lot in appraising available evidence and use it in making appropriate and prudent clinical decisions in taking care of my patients .
Very concise & straight to the point I am glad I stumbled into this creative site.
-Very concise and to the point -Pictures were very helpful for clarity -presentation was succinct and relevant -I have no prior mastery of the content but was able to follow and grasp the content Excellent presentation overall!!! A lifesaver. i have a neuro exam coming up in 2 weeks
the lecture was way to short. The information was very general. Please make the lectures more detailed and more interactive..maybe actual drawings being drawn as the lecturer is explaining. Also to specify on the detailed part which i mentioned, it would be much better if he explained each neurotransmitter.
There could be a more logical structure, or, if there is, it could be made clearer. It is difficult to see how the various topics connect.
It gets easier to understand hard topics with these videos
Explains clearly, directly and provides learning tools. In my case it was useful to remember several concepts and understand them well.
This lecture was a perfect guide for organizing my knowledge prior to reading the textbook. Thank you!
I thought it would be more thorough. Unfortunately many videos out there are just summaries and do not try to redress the problem of poor lecturing during medical shool that leaves students like me looking for a service that will give more in depth lecturing. I would have liked more explanation of concepts, e.g. P values, null hypothesis, etc.
we need more details about the sym/para outflow please
The course didn't deliver the main message I was searching for. I hoped to find a more concise and direct material for each topic. The Genetic Course did not help at all for what I was searching. I was hoping for high-yield topics and a more direct delivery of the material. We have too little time.
The course is highly organized and given in a concise way. Also, the practice question and the discussion inside the video are very helpful.
The lectures are really well organized The 1-2mins introductory lectures before each topic are very helpful in situating the student in case he get lost. The Diagrams are very well picked.
Course is very organized, clear and concise. One area of improvement could be adding more questions and topic reviews, but I know that's something you guys are working on. Great service, keep it up.
I really liked the way that the Professor explains but I believe there are things missing in the course. For example, the microscopic aspect of the brain stem. I think that Neuroanatomy is a very crucial course in Med school and worth giving a little more emphasis. Thank you for helping me out !
It is amazing. I understood in 10 minutes what I couldn't understand for days. It would have been better if it explains more about the subjects but even though it's good.
The lecturer explains the concepts very clearly and makes them easy to understand. All that in a minimal amount of time!
The professor is going to fast, and the example are not clearly understanding.
Missing alot of important information Missing alot of important information
i liked as a study guide. I think it could have more details.
Very simple to learn short videos that keeps your attention focus , love it
The best epidemiology class I ever had, thank you!!!!! Very well explained and clear
The videos are good! I love how short the immunology videos are because they're broken into segments. I do however miss the review articles, like in biochemistry.
Very funny and entertaining lecturer, helps you to remember facts in a good way.
The contents are very good, I wish I can share with my student easier.
Explained clearly, great use of images, quiz questions would be great though
Nothing more i can say than excellent presentations. Every thing is just perfect.
I thought this was an excellent lecture in order to see the relationship between immune cells, their signals, and the corresponding responses from other immune cell types. It brings cytokines that could have been described in the earlier lectures but also fit here with the discussion of signaling.
I found these lectures decent, the questions do a good job at reinforcing the material so more questions after each video would be an improvement. Definitely a large topic and its not organized the way my school taught it but it doesn't assume you know or remember everything which is good. I would recommend for the summer before year 2. You could study during commercial breaks while watching tv.
The lecture was a bit of an overview of innate immunity. It was short and fails to cover the epithelial barrier, complement inhibitors, details of TLRs, cytokines, and signal 2 pathways. Still not bad for 40 minutes
Great course, well detailed explanations! I think it's a very didactic course!
Considering this is a generic overview of the immune system its nice and condensed. It doesn't bite off more than you can chew in the first 45 minutes like a medical school overview can. Some clinical touchstones could round out the material and make it great.
I have an exam next Tuesday and this has helped me understand it like nothing else!
He is a super lecturer; the content, however, could be more challenging and in depth. We need more direct applications clinically described.
He challenges you beyond what you expect. Keeps your mind working and relating the concept at hand to other crucial points; thinking on your feet is great.
The professor seems to be an expert in his field however his speaks a little slurred and sound monotonic. Otherwise its great!
it was very basic and very easy to understand...Prof. Craig Canby is a great teacher.
I am constantly looking for good videos on youtube that coincide with my med school curriculum. Now that I have Lecturio, I can access videos all in one place. I haven't found a comprehensive resource quite like this one. The lectures seem to follow my curriculum quite well and hit a lot of the same topics. This is great because it only reinforces what I need for success on exams and boards. I am still figuring out how to best use this resource. For now, I am watching the lectures that follow my class work at school! Thank you!
Nice I reviewed the Medications of Cardiovascular in Just 2 hours so that I can back to the text with great background with all these medications
Brilliant!! Such an eye opener with meticulous presentation. I now know where to go for clarification
it's awesome that you can pickup quick Info before the exam I love this course
make things straight and easy to remember Thanx Dr. Shukle
I graduated from medical And surgery Collage last May I was really looking for vids or books can review my pharmacology course which i pass it it 4 years back at the beginning of my collage . i found it really useful can cover every things in simple slides without missing any thing . i love it really really love it , it really save my life and time from going here and there to findout which source is good . Thanx Dr. Shukle i really love what you did in those videos i will recommend you for all my friends who graduated or yet in the collage
Professor Delves has done a great job with this course. I am currently in medical school and while my Immunology professor is very intelligent she is very unorganized and gives poor explanations. This course is the perfect supplement.
Course was great, however I would like to see some more info or more questions and maybe get in a little more detail at the cellular level.
I am snd yr medical student. The immunology lecture series is easy to follow and well organized.
I enjoyed this presentation quite a bit. I feel like the information will be well remembered thanks to the excellent delivery.
It is a great course with a great teacher! all the amount of information and just the detail that you need for the exam. I am beginning like the pharmacology due to his clinical and very practical approach. the tips for the exam are a plus++
Extremely informative. Well presented Lecture. Your voice is perfect to enable the information to be understood easily. Thank you.
Excellent just. Nothing further to say. Would definitely recommend to medical students or FMG wishing to take medical board exams.
Excellent principles of cellular pathology; some of the pharmacology was very US-specific but that's only to be expected. Greatly enhanced my understanding of cancer, genetic faults and other cellular pathologies in general, felt much more comfortable with my upcoming exams.
Everything is very well explained. Dr Delves links back to basics when explaining the more advanced topics, which makes the lectures easier to follow. His enthusiasm is also much appreciated.
Excellent ,concise and simple explanations. Love the mini lecture style
