Clear diagnostic and management methods for FM. Well organized and easy to reference.
Great review for the previous lectures on FM in the series
I am a pediatrician 65 years old and I cry because nobody give a reuma class so interesting, good structured and easy to learn. It is a lot of information. I think that if Lecturio does a stadistical prove about how many students learn more depending of the professor. Dr Holt will have an A.
Reumathology is a very difficult matter. Profesor Holt explain it very well and make it esay. Thank you so much

This specific lecture wasn't really helpful cause it was short and undetailed and the picture wasn't clear at all
Super helpful introduction and outline of future lectures. I appreciate the integrated instructions surrounding structure, location, function, and particular roles within the body. These lectures are helpful supplements to textbook readings.
While this was certainly a helpful lecture with breaking down differences between mature versus immature bone, not revealing the labeled diagram could prove detrimental to student learning. I noticed when quizzing myself that stronger learning might be taking place, but ultimately, I am not sure if everyone myself included could fully and adequately label every structure on this histological slide. Could you provide these diagrams with labels if they are not already somewhere? My histology atlas displays images differently.
knee is a very important joint and this lesson is too short to cover the ligaments.
Thanks doc, very useful for my exam that is coming up
Muy interesante la conferencia, sin embargo la traducción de la misma al español es un poco ambigua.
the accent that the prof. has used is not 100% understandable.
it was best and short lecture . asd rre we we gfg aAS SDFS sdsdd dfs
This lecture was informative and engaging. The speaker did an excellent job of presenting the material in a clear and concise manner, making it easy to understand.
Carlo Raj, make easy everything, I appreciate that. Thankss ss
Detailed the disease's pathophysiology in a precise format that was easily understood.
I like the clear explanation and breakdown of the topics. I think the other lecture for Granulomatosis with polyangiitis is a little more specific, like chronic sinusitis and pneumonitis +/- cavitary lesions.
I like how he made it easy!!! easy to digest easy to understand easy to memorize
Rendition diction clear and pleasant. Even if you had no particular interest in this topic, just bumped into it, you may become interested because of its diction/style/clarity being so easy/pleasant to learn/hear.
Great summary and really well taught! The professor knows pedagogy very well.
Explanation excellent, diagrams excellent ????. However, the use of a pointer would be beneficial
I'm a fan of Dr. Meyer! His lectures helped me a lot! His teaching style is awesome!
I love Dr. Wilson's lectures because his explanations are easy to understand even though he attacks very complex topics.
Fluent in her speech and adds her own experiences. It's effortless and clear. A lecture series I can listen for fun and not only for my studies.
Thank you very much! That was very helpful. I was really confused in class.
He is great, I have leant a lot from his easy and smooth teaching method Thanks
liked liked liked liked liked liked liked liked liked liked liked liked liked liked liked liked
Esta lección me ha servido mucho en reforzar mi visión espacial del sistema muscular. Muchas gracias!
This video is a good review of Knee examination and maneuvers. I especially liked the meniscal tear examinations.
Slide 9 is problematic, specifically for the explanation of T2. "Perpendicular" is not a very good term. There is no aforementioned information that would help explain what T2 is that is given in this lecture. What should have been said if this was to be avoided would be, "Beyond the scope of this lecture".
Easy to understand and to take notes, even for a non native English talker
Very thorough explaining & lecturer is quick to respond highly recommended
The lecture on bone formation is not comprehensive and not very easy to digest The photos given by the lecturer is not very good in terms of illustrating the main concepts Having said all these, I recognise that making such lecture series is no easy task and the efforts put in by all staffs are commendable
I am going to watch it it again and again, because I learned a lot from him. He knows how to teach and he used a lot of practical examples to explain his lectures.
lots of useful and clinically relevant material given in a clear way
such a good lecuture. Covers the topic in a broad sense. good clinical value.
Probably the best teacher I have watched on Lecturio. Thank you so much!
The title says dermatomyositis and polymyositis. HE DIDNT EXPLAIN OR BRING UP POLYMYOSITIS. this lecture series is rushed and done poorly.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR MNEUMONICS SIR I WILL NEVER FORGET MED SHIP AND 4SKINRASHNIA
THE WAY HE TEACHES MAKES TOPIC EASE AND HE ALWAYS GOES STEP BY STEP HE KNOWS WHERE TO STRESS THINGS JUST LOVED THE LECTURES
Beautiful, well organised and well explained. Especially the well organised :))
Clear and conclusive, include all high-yield information needed for test
Well, I find it more useful. I got what I want from this lecture.
It really allowed me to understand the tricky areas in my book. Also, I prefer watching videos to reading, so this allowed me to keep on track with my revision. Lastly, I really like how the lecturer provides context and explanations for the things he mentions. It's not really something I get in school.
Images are too small. This is ridiculous, what a joke!
Great,Grea,tGreat,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great
This is very well done. I love how he works through the differentials and shows exactly how to rule things in and out especially with real vignettes/labs. It's a lot more helpful to show it in terms of symptoms and real labs values.
Very informative. Keeping it to the point. Perfect for an introduction before opening the book!
Greatly assisted me in identifying the structure and function of bone organelles
Excellent lecture: simple, clear and concise. Thank you! It's good to have the rule of thumb for the IV hydration.
Good and short lecture. It is worth talking about as it is a typical pediatrics topic. Thanks!
I learned many things in this short and excellent lecture that I was not taught after 2 years of residency in pediatrics. Now I feel more confident regarding this topic.
To answer your question: yes it is very helpful to see them side by side. Once more it would have been great to have you as our teachers' teacher. Thanks!
Excellent lecture, one more complex topic that is becoming more "graspable". Thanks!
Excellent lecture, one more complex topic explained in its most essential components. Thanks!
Excellent lecture. Very well-explained, clear and concise, informative. Thanks!
Excellent lecture. As usual, a complex topic made simple: easy to understand, easy to remember. Good first layer of knowledge. Thanks!
I’m sorry I didn’t understand well in the lectures here. I checked you tube after these lecture and I understand now
All of the lectures by prof. Meyer are absolute blast and great experience.
well explained, concise, not over complicated. I found it really engaging!
The way the cases are worked through is really good. explaining each differential is something not many people do and works really well
Good clear explanation of all the small muscles in the hand.
it was great to hear your story this makes the lecture even more interesting
So far this lecture series has been good but this particular lecture is so hard to follow. The explanations aren't clear, and the professor not pointing out anything is a problem. This has been pointed out in previous lectures as well, and the explanation given is that it's better for us if we try to find it ourselves. This is the first time we are coming across structures like this. It would be better if the professor at least points out an example to us for the first time and then allows us to identify it ourselves later. Otherwise, these lectures have been good except for this one.
A good way of showing us how connective tissue are classified and their function
Wonderful teaching, it gave me broad knowledge about bone, and it's compatible
It was easy to understand, tho my first time studying muscle. And give me the confidence that muscle isn't hard to study
Great review of the lumbar, sacral and coccygeal vertebrae. Thank you very much!
The lecture was great, I would appreciate if there is highlighting of the specific structures mentioned in the video. An arrow pointing to the structure sometimes does not suffice. Thank you very much!
Hola! No han solucionado el problema y se los avisaron hace 4 meses. 4 months ago Soe S. said you that the transcription has a problem of 1 minute of length.
I like how he repeats important points and focuses on distinguishing between RA and osteoarthritis
For the short duration of the videos, less than an hour, important material is covered and in a way so it is possible to remember. There is even time for a little anecdote about muscle lengths, which makes it easier to remember afterwards. The kind of tricks good teachers use.
terrible again... not even written what kind of joint it is!!
it is completely useless. no bursae even mentioned! there is no description of any of the things mentioned. Very disappointing, the joint in general are not well described
Well understand his lecture, and He is talking slowly and patiently.
Nice lecture very complete and in very litlle time. keep up with the good job
Hard to say what he is saying, even subtitles say that it is inaudible...
Possibly one of the best lectures on this platform! Dr. Raj truly is an amazing teacher, thank you for the lesson!
A very complete summary to refresh knowledge of the hip. Thanks you!
Amazing, live saving; it made Sjorgren so easy and memorable
wonderful explanation about bone structure and the need of light bone to make it easy to move
She speaks very well and summarises the most important bits of the basics of radiology especially for students who have their exams the next day!
Awesome Explanation,Little bit slow And Less note But Hope For Improving...
Excellent lecture, I particularly liked the differential diagnosis of bony pain.
I particularly liked the remarks concerning the antibiotic selection and the differential diagnosis.
I particularly liked the remarks concerning the specific populations and the bacteria they're most concerned with.
Great blend between science and art. Wonderful anecdotes in this episode. I loved the personal touch Dr Warriner used. I am inspired to become an anesthesiologist when I graduate.
Outstanding review of connective tissue! These videos are helping me get so much more out of my studies!
Great lecture. It's very useful for the differential diagnosis. Very clear differences between the two conditions.
I like a lot the examples of each type of muscle fiber
Very clear , short and great explanation. I really recommend this teacher and his lectures.
it was a though topic in the past, I was trying to remember things just by lecture, but you make me clarify all of my doubts, thanks a lot, I wont forget the topic
too many interruptions in the video. Lots of people talk and you cant hear it.
A great teacher that make concept to sink well. Does a Great job!!!
Everything was clearly explained, especially helpful in the times of the pandemic. Thank you very much professor!
Well set out, well explained lecture giving high yield information on the subject matter.
Nice lecture, very clear and specific. What every new student in this topic needs.
You did an amazing hard work to creat this great lecture. You could involve the most important information in only 14 minutes and the same time the lecture is very simple and interesting. Thank you very much professor Craig Canby
Excellent lectures from the best professional. Thanks a lot for your great help in learning so difficult topics
Thank you for your wonderful lectures, very easy to remember the topic after listening you
I got a 10-10 at my Bone tissue test. Of course, I used my books for more information, but at first, I saw al the videos, did some notes, and then I rush into my textbook and realized that I knew the most part of the information. Beside the fact that we have to memorized all the details of everything, it was just amazing the feeling of truely understanding the subject. I really recommend it. And also, it would be nice if the Dr Meyer makes the others Tissue's lecture. Thank you so much!
he is awesome; helps to connect the dots of concepts for me to make inferences rapidly
Excellent presentation with perfect clarity in giving the essential details in an interesting way providing understanding of the function.
nowhere near enough detail, too brief to explain the knee joint
Thank you so much, Dr Warriner, you are a brilliant professor!
It is difficult to understand everything that the teacher says.
Excellent presentation by Dr.Carlo Raj, he is the best teacher.
Visually rich and easy to understand. Dr. Holt's lectures keep one engaged by staying on the most relevant points and the narration style is very charismatic. Also, it is nice to have references to clinical scenarios and patients.
best way to explain the mesenchyme, introducing stem cells and stressing most important points
I am grateful to the teacher and the content creators, the topic is flowing beautifully so i need not study but i can learn and as i am in my internship right now, this is widening my diagnosis lens for an arthritis.BEAUTIFUL!NAILED IT SIR.
Really found this clear and I have learned that there are compartments of stem cells in our body (intestine and perycites)
too confusing bring in another professor..............too confusing bring in another professor..............
He explains slowly and with good examples. I can notice his expertise in this area. I really like his lectures!
Great lecturer, can't recommend enough. I like his enthusiasm and clarity.
Simple, elegant, and easily gets to the point. Great lecturer.
histology lesson generally very good but some case like this one ? thing it better if prof meyer mention important thing more loudly or repeat all bone tissue on kind of table or set connections between subjects . By the way Prof Meyer explain all thing perfectly but not permanent in mind.
Because he is very practical with a bit amount of indo he makes ir easier
Excellent teacher, explained in a way that made sense and was easy to understand
Brilliant letter and word memo techniques presented, which make memorising this confusing content a lot easier!
Teaches very well. Very informative and easy to understand Lectures.
I consider it a ery shallow lecture, with very little info about costal attachemnts of the intercostal muscles, they don even show a sagital cut of the ribs to understand better the intercostal muscle attachemnts and origin.
It lacks some explanation and context of what the lecture is about.
It a good preview of what SLE is as a sistemic disease
I found Lecturio on Youtube and I enjoyed the way the information is presented in each video. This allows me to follow along.
The subtitles do not go according to the doctor's explanation
Amazing lesson! It’s very easy to understand. He is explaining everything clear!
this lecture helped to do my research and explain this disease
I feel very confident with Lecturio The explanations of the content are very clear and precise
CT proper: mesenchyme, lax fibrillary, dense fibrillary, reticular, elastic, adipose and pigment. Supporting CT: cartilage and bone. Trophic CT: blood and lymph.
Clear and easy to follow Practice quiz questions are nice exercise on the main facts
very well explained and is easy to understand, the graphics were very clear and it was synchronized with the explanation , I would definitely like to watch another lecture from Mr.Thad Wilson.
Dr. Meyer has really interesting lectures and makes Histology fun! I think his pacing works well, and he has a natural and straightforward way of explaining concepts.
very interesting lecture and good lecturer I have benefited really , good luck
it was clear and concise easy to understand key points layed out very well
Very nice presentation of the shoulder by Dr James Pickering. Highly recommended!
Not very informative. She seems to be nervous and runs very quickly through the slides.
Please, stop speaking in such a monotone way. It gets people bored.
very clear and neat explanation. understood the material from the first replay
As a Danish medical student, with English only as my second language, I admit, I had to spend some time "tuning in" on Dr. Raj's way of speaking. See, he's an extremely fast speaker, but as I did get used to this, I really learned to appreciate his way of teaching. Actually, his way of speaking kind of peaks my attention and focus, since my brain has to work harder for it. Thanks, Dr.!
A rare topic presented very well. It is very accurate to understend for any one
It is satisfying especially if you read before about the effects of PTH.
Good brief overview of the knee joint but I wish the lecturer would have gone more in-depth about the menisci, and the rotational and translational movements of the knee.
Excellent overview that is high yield and covers the key histological points as they relate to bone. Excellent refresher for MSK.
So well organized and clearly explained! The way you organize the material makes anatomy reasonable... the puzzle pieces fit.
He is good But honestly its really hard to follow along with what he is saying (even after prereading before the video). Sometimes I feel he jumps around concepts. Mentions something and you thing what he says next its relevant to the previous things and no.
i enjoyed the explanations , especially those of the z line , m line, light & dark bands
Very good course and explanations. I am just wondering why lecturio organizes epithelial tissue videos under the subtopic connective tissue, that is a bit confusing.
Me parecen aportes concisos y oportunos. El Dr. tiene un compromiso con los estudiantes tal, que traspasa totalmente la pantalla. Me ha encantado. ¡Muchas gracias Dr. Raj!
I am really enjoying this, helps me understand better and it makes it possible to review after I have had a lecture at my university or even before.
It is an area I have always skipped to study well and as such, I am very ignorant of the subject. I really like Dr Raj's approach to getting it to sink.
very good lecturer also listen?ng at 1.25x speed works well. I recommend it.
Comprehensive lecture, suitable for supplementing your studies. Overall good quality and good for reviewing your studies.
Excellent perfomance and pedagogically presented. I would like to have some structure pointed out on the image, and some examples. I would like to know further more what to pay attention to etc.
I recomiendes these vídeos because de review is wonderfull the radiologic anatomy is easy whit this method
This lecture is easy to memorize and understand, also it has accurate and clear information.
I liked this curse a lot, but I really think maybe some animations would make it a whole lot better
The class is good, very easy to learn in short time.
very good lecture i thoroughly enjoyed watching and learning the content.
Good for beginners... Explanation from scratch.. Easy language... Explanation with imagery examples is a highlight
I really like the lecturer, and I cannot understand those for think it is too fast. One can pause and ponder and a lecture cannot replace textbook work. He speaks clearly and unbelievable structured.
The lecture was far too brief and just skimmed over things too quickely without adequate depth of explanation
Great lecture. It is very easy to follow. Great explanation.
I love your lectures, you are such a talented proffesor. Great work.
Solid review and helpful information in regards to histology. The slides are helpful
Excellent review of the main points of these important topics! Helped a lot
this is really clear, cuts to the chase, pleasantly taught
In one word excellent, clear explanation, thank you, looking forward to the upcoming videos.
Very good presentation, i understand the concepts an the time for the diagnosis, thanks!
Excellent clear lecturer. Quality teaching, with enough slides to supplement.
Overall great but wish they had more info on Calcitonin action
Not bad but can be better. And also more inclusive
A great teacher, nice images and clear structured progress through the content. Would be improved with a few diagrams in addition to the histology slides.
Very good teacher! Improvement suggestions: - Integrate USMLE-like questions at the end of each chapter - Mark histological structures in image if they are described Thank you
Prof. Meyer is an excellent teacher. His lecturing method is very clear and pleasant. Maybe some constructive improvement tips: - In most lectures Prof. Meyer would describe an histological structure while showing an image. But those particular feature he was describing weren't always marked so in those cases I wasn't sure which structure he was talking about (but in some few videos there were nice animation, so maybe you guys are already working on this point) - Secondly, i was wondering if some of those subjects would be relevenat for the USMLE (Step 1). If it is, I think, it would be a pretty cool feature to integrate some USMLE-like questions after each video (also for other topisc than histology)
explained very well and clear in short time. got all i need to know
Excellent means of simplifying a complex topic especially the numerous symptoms
considering that most students are paying monthly, it will be nice to have a small animation team that works with the lectures to have the highest quality of service, this platform needs to beat videos found on youtube or be equal to it. rather than still pictures. I found the first video not to be as an introduction to this topic of musculoskeletal phy. but so far I like the lecturer and his explanation. it helps supplement my book.
Very clear and objective explanation. I wouldn't mind if there were a few more details. :)
A very concise and helpful lecture about Septic arthritis. Lecturer was also able to tackle and include important key features for each condition.
Lecturer was great and explained histology in a fantastically simple way
i like these lectures, because it saved me at the exam that i had last week, i got 8, so it's perfect, i didn't like the book i didn't understand anything.
Very much to the point without any fluff. Help guide thinking process in the ED.
I love that he tells us a story from his own life. Will help me remember this!
Excellent lectures. If you could add on some lectures on radiography for head and neck region and CBCT for head especially maxilla and mandible, that would have been great.
Hi. I got to know your training program via YouTube and I became very interested.
I think overall orthopedic section is lacking. There are a lot of subjects not covered! I like the lecturio concept but i think they need to make the courses more complete and a little more in debth so that it can be really helpfull for medical school.
Very easy to understand and a good review for SLE labs. Anybody could be able to understand
Excellent overall! Superior to my histology presentation in medical school.
This course is very good and comprehensive. It helped me a lot. Thanks.
I like the way he associates and repeats the information and knowledge. It is very clear, easy for the students to understand. I also like his Aussie accent!
Would be better if also included: Hallux valgus, varus, rigidus.
Overal good resource. But i think it could be a little bit more detailed to be really usefull for medical school.
Explanation of the T1 & T2 Terminology and how it works is lacking. Could have used way more slides to visualize this: MRI in Practice by C. Westbrook et al show how this can be done in Chapter 1. Important concepts which need to be properly explained, in this video it looks like it has been half heartedly done.
I'm midway through the Rad course and I am just loving it. Easy to grasp and really helpful. Wow
I really enjoy to listen your lectures. Are awesome because you can understand everything. In my opinion sometimes are missing few things but nothing to compare with the whole lecture!!! THanks dr. Geoffrey Meyer
The video repeats itself midway through. If that was the entire content then this is very superficial.
I didn't like because (comparing to microbiology) he speaks faster and the resources are poor. To much information without a satisfactory resource. I did graduated in 2009, so it was a long time ago to remember histology. I need to check every detail so it was hard to follow.
It's very good and I think I have learnt a lot and I will like to watch the other videos.
In my opinion, this course on muscles is good for a review of the most important points of the topic. I couldn't find the striated muscle lecture, there are only smooth muscle lectures here. I think a little bit of more detail could make this course perfect!
Since anatomy is a very difficult subject and very vast, I think that Canby does an excellent job at slowing down and being concise. This lecture hits all the key points as well as ask relevant questions to help retain the information.
Very beautiful picture and nice identify the cell. I really like this lecture .
It says the essential about the bones structure and function with understandable explanation and examples
simple to understand and straight to the point......loved it
It was very simple, the explanation is ideal for those who are starting on the subject and the images are awesome
Very good overview of this topic, with highlight on serious pathology and management
The pictures could havebeen animated to give abetter showing of how the process flows, insead of still pictures like a textbook
