I loved Dr Delves lectures! I find them incredibly easy to follow, very clear… he uses his voice to empathize important points, uses fun analogies, sometimes, to explain concepts. What I personally “disliked” is that since I am using his lectures to study for Step 1, it makes me wonder if I really need to know all the details presented in his lectures. It is very interesting and all, but I am pressed for time! I would looove a final summary saying, “this is what you HAVE to know for your exam”. I think doing the quiz questions have helped me extract the most important points in some of the lectures that were so full of “letters and numbers”. But overall, his lectures have made immunology so much more friendly and even amusing!

Pathology is something that is very important in med school. The tutor is not providing enough charge to keep the student interested.

Hello Lecturio team I am very much appreciated the Renal Diagnostics by Dr. Carlo Raj. A very detailed way and with clinical examples. Overall, lecturio courses have a very deep logics in it. Particularly Dr Rajs has great way of explaining and very much captivates your attention, because he explains and seeing problems from many angles if you like , almost like a MRI scan. I also watch in my language as well.

The videos are of short duration. The videos need to be longer, and some videos that I search for are not on file to be watched. Good job by Doctor Raj------I wish I know as much pathology as him!!!!!!

The parts that the lecturer points to are not marked/pointed at/ highlighted in the video. Thus students (like myself) get lost and dont know what (part of the image) the lecturer is specifically talking about. This comments refers to all this series about the male sexual organ.

Dr. Raj is breaking this down and is the reason I will likely resub my lecturio. Clear, concise, and engaging.

The video was not lengthy. And it was short and concise.

I like the way Dr Raj explains everything with accuracy and with so much dedication.

This is an excellent lecture that integrates other body systems and applies the effects to the kidneys. Understanding where and why all of the hormones act on the nephron was thoroughly and expertly explained. Very, very well done.

Providing feedback as requested with the sole goal of helping you improve the service. Generally - I like it, but my impression is that simple things are explained in great detail, whereas the explanation of most complex items is rushed and insufficient. I had to search elsewhere for information.

This really helped to understand the fluid compartments and where the ions are located. The graphics were great and explained the concept well.

The course is very good, I wish you would add the missing ones like IgA vasculitis, mixed cryoglobulinemia, etc

Great course! I will recommend it to all of my peers. I love that the speaker speaks clearly and slowly, although the pace becomes a normal conversational pace at 1.25x speed. This allows me to go through the content that is easy for me to understand quickly (at 1.25x to 1.5x speed) while I go through more difficult content at a slower pace (1.0x speed) without having the speak sound like he was drunk (0.75x to 0.5x speed).

Not much needs to be said, the presentation speaks for itself! Watch for yourself and you'll see how informative this is! The Genetic recombination of B-cells' antibodies and receptors was so hard for me to understand, and all it took was one video (less than 10 minutes) to understand the concept fully. Great professor!

Unfortunately I am unable to listen to Dr Raj. I believe he knows a lot but it is difficult to follow his teaching. I am happy there is new content in Pathology with the new man who is a very good teacher.

I like the explanation of lung volume loop in normal state to their shifting right or left in disease condition. But,how these loop is formed it lack some explanation.

This is on the level of Dr. Sattar's iconic PATHOMA Lecture series. Lecturio you don't need any more advertisement than this.

Dr Raj is very good in his teaching style in preparing students for the USMLE. He has a very good command of the subject. His teaching method is different in the sense that he does not spoon feed and wants the students to think on the material that they have learned in lecture. For those students looking for a lecture material I would recommend John B. West's small books on Respiratory Physiology and Respiratory Pathophysiology.

I am a practising doctor not appearing for any examination, I am watching it to refresh my knowledge. I find it very useful my concepts are refreshed I am getting additional information about recent research and it’s easier to understand with visuals and graphs

Great course A very important indeed I wandered how to improve the walls of a vessel and important spots like an aorta first example and IVC Carotid arteries which does really important arterial blood supply to the brain vertebral arteries which are play really important role I mean a lot of things we can think off . How to avoid for instance brain haemorrhages or aortic dissection and how to manage hypertension IC or IOP and BP . CVP . Etc

I didn't know this was possible but Dr.Raj makes med lectures enjoyable and understandable for real.

The video lectures are are very nicely presented by these professors. What i usually do is to to hear or watch all the time to grow myself. honestly there is always an addition of knowledge. This is the thing that satisfy me. the bad thing is that they are divided in short clips and to continue we have to to go to next topic. The title says dermatomyositis and polymyositis. HE DIDNT EXPLAIN OR BRING UP POLYMYOSITIS. this lecture series is rushed and done poorly.

I have just begun the Respiratory Physiology video lectures and the following is the evidence. These video's are right up there with the famous John B. West video's on Respiratory Physiology. John B. can't come close to these Lecturio lectures that honestly satisfy the student. Dr. Wilson, to some, literally takes their breath away with these video lectures on respiratory physiology.

Lecturio has the amazing ability to recruit professors that are not only knowledgeable but excel at teaching students. I wish I'd discovered the site earlier. One of the biggest problems professors have in medical school is that they often forget that they're teaching people who don't already know the material. It can make what seems to the professor like a straightforward lecture into an unintelligible mess to their students. Dr. Shukle was able to break down pharmacology in a much easier to understand format than my professors. While it may not have all the information people will see on a school test, it provides a solid foundation that I used to go back over my lectures and fill in details (this time having a much better understanding of what they were talking about and consequently getting much more out of it). I can't comment on their lecturio's affect on the USMLE, as I haven't taken that yet. But I do feel much better informed about pharmacology moving forward, and I recommend this series to everyone who felt like I did when listening to their school lectures.

Clear presentation AND good selection of figures to show both a. and v. circulation. It is an added plus that all figures have the names in latin and not English. In other of the anatomy videos (i.e. upper limb, brain) the names in English, whereas keeping it in latin is more international than English and makes us all think that we are treating a scientific topic with a long history. Keeping it in latin makes i more clear and less ambiguous than English. Keep names of anatomical structures in latin in you Lecturio lectures.

I thought this lecture was relatively easy to follow. The video brings forward the relevant pathways to highlight them and Dr Wilson explains their function and why they are causing the response they do. I can understand that if you watch this one out of series it might be a little hard to follow but like most of the lecturio videos, you should watch the entire series once through and then review specific videos at your leisure.

These lecture series are so excellent that as a student we have the capacity to control the phase of the video, and secondly doctor Thad Wilson explain this concepts so clearly that I find it very useful along side my course in MBBS. hard to understand this lecture. I also don't understand why lecturio makes it so hard to give a rating. Why can't you just accept a few words? Why do I have to type at least 10 words AND give a heading? If I have to write a short letter every time I give a rating, it just means you don't want people to give you a rating.

In general, I find the lectures provided in Lecture to be of exceptional quality. This one is not only below that standard, but, for me, it fails entirely as an instructive tool especially in regard to the discussion around the first figure. Basic principles to convey information are missing, and when combined together make for a frustrating experience where little to no information is really conveyed. 1. The labels are indicated only as the lecturer speaks. The slide never shows the labels at one time only. (I understand the lecturer wishes to flag the information he is talking about. This could just as easily been done with a figure that shows all of the labels but uses color or boldness to draw our attention to the item under discussion. Better yet, in lieu of highlighting the label, highlighting the actual anatomical item is even more effective). 2. The labels are not adjacent to each other so that the reader looses a visual relation. This is a circular structure with consistent layering, yet the labels jump from side to side for no reason. This is not only distracting but prevents us viewers from easily following the structure along with the discussion. 3. There is no rhyme or reason to the coloring. Connective tissue and muscle are both pink and yellow. This makes it impossible for the viewer to quickly appreciate the structures. Frankly, from this lecture, I have no clue what is where in terms of the layer of the esophagus and the location of each plexus. I ask each of you at Lecturio who are reading this review to see if you are able to grasp this information after reviewing this lecture. In addition to fixing this lecture, it is my hope to hear from Lecturio as to whether the company has in place an editorial team to ensure that basic principals to successfully convey information, as has been done in this lecture, are never missed. After all, we students are paying for a professional service to help educate us, not waste our time. Thank you for your consideration.

I didnt understand it the first time I watched it, but after studying the textbook and watching it again, everything made so much sense. Having a better understanding in physics and ?pressure in the respiratory system also helps. That was truly a high yield lecture, but it's best if you watch it after doing some reading in your textbooks.

This course is presented in a very simple format that help you to understand the concepts. They utilize short videos that make it easier to digest the information. Also, they have a short quiz after the majority of the videos to help you see if you are getting the information. Very useful. This was a good general overview of the Lymphatic Tissue. Along with my textbook, this lecture was exactly what I needed.

Dr Peter Delves is a very good teacher. The way he organizes his lecture is perfect and animated slides are really helpful for us, visual learner. There are 2 things that application user interface can be improved. 1) finding back one’s own notes is difficult and inconvenient 2) should have email notification or in-app notification when lecturers replied to students’ questions in Q&A box.

The best pharmacology lectures and profesor one can imagine. Maybe needs to go deeper on some things, and dosis would be amazing to have. Also, constant updates and the latest drugs available is something that can be an area of improvement. Other than that, best pharmacology lectures in the world.

The content is great, it's just hard to understand. Dr Raj knows a lot, but it's hard to understand everything. So it's like a Ferrari without wheels, you have the power, but it struggles getting you somewhere. It's not the ideal scenario with something like this, like pathology, and because of the amount of content in the program. Like I said, other than that, great.

I like professor Thad's lectures. He explains a little bit slow but is great because for non-english native speakers is good for understand the main concept of the lecture

I've previously used the Grey's student to learn about the pelvis and perineum. Despite all the information provided I was unable to visualize and understand the placement of structures. This video explains and shows very clearly the relationship of the muscles and organs in the pelvis with the perineum. Another amazing lecture.

The lecturer keeps saying that he is going to have the "anatomists" explain the structure in detail...so why are we wasting our money looking at this. I paid for a subscription to this site for "state-of-the-art learning technology." If a customer clicks on the video to see a presentation on the general structure of the eye, they shouldn't have to waste their time watching a PowerPoint with no pictures of the eye. It is an insult for customers to have this guy put up this type of presentation. My textbooks have better supplemental material .

STATE OF THE ART??? These are PowerPoint slides!!! The guy is talking about different structures and you have to pause the video to find what he is trying to reference! Get a pointer. Use an arrow. Show the viewer the exact location you want to emphasize. If I turned this type of presentation in for a grade, I would get it returned. Kahn Academy, Ken Hub...this is as low tech as you can get. I expected so much more. You are supposed to save us time. I hate writing this but other people have to know that this lecturer's delivery - I might as well get a text book out and read it to myself.

The explanations are very good and concise. Nonetheless, specially in these topics, we need to see more images, there are a lot of glomerular damage patterns even for the same disease (e.g. FSGN) and I do not think there were enough images to learn them. Also, a pointer is needed, Dr. Raj described numerous glomerular lesions and sometimes it was difficult to follow his descriptions as he didn’t have a pointer to help him locate those lesions. Even with these problems I really liked how Dr. Raj really emphasized the diseases patterns and reminded them almost in every video (E.g. SubEPIthelial in PSGN).

He presents a list of the lymphocytes without the natural killer cells! Afterwards, he refers to them as if we know what these cells are. He also refers to lymphocytes as "key players", writing below a list of cells that we do not know in which category they belong. Busy slides, difficult language, not able to get his message across.

The lectures were great. However, for someone who has gone through Robbins and Cottrans' Pathological Basis of Diseases, the pathogenesis of Hypersensitivity reactions seemed a bit insufficient.

During this quarantine it is really hard to understand my classes from home and basically we are studying by ourselves. With Lecturio I can watch the exact videos that I need, take notes and ask questions if needed. Thank you guys for this amazing platform that is so helpful during this hard time.

This series of lectures about the ear really need to be addressed, they make no sense, if you don't already have a complex knowledge of the ear. Once you have that this I guess is a good way to review, but then why am I paying for this for 2 years? If this is how it is supposed to be lecturio should be advertised as step prep company only, not as a supplement to lectures. Disappointed in the ear and hearing series of lectures.

The reason I chose a 4 star rating was because the lectures were amazing and wonderful but I do feel there is room for improvement. I feel in this section, the slides could have contained more information when possible to download and I personally feel that slides was the downfall in this section from preventing the full 5 star rating. I feel the slides could use an improvement and expand on more details. I also believe that the lecturer could have expanded on some concepts a bit more to provide more understanding by providing more examples and various other techniques. The length of the videos were amazing, the way in which the lecturer spoke was captivating and caught my attention and I most certainly enjoyed the lectures and I did learn alot that I never caught in class before. I do urge that the slides do get an improvement by adding certain figures and more concepts especially for us to download. I think it would help alot.

The pathology course is so good, excellent explanation , to tell you the truth, I love it !! You have everything about Pathology USMLE under Lecturio to your success.

Explains the different types of drugs and mechanism of action staight to the point, the lecturer is a very good physician. But the guidlines differ from country to country, besides some information is contradictory and missing. Like he did not mention Labetalol as alpha and beta antagonist, he explains that the first drug of choice is ARBs in isolated systemic hypertension while in some previous quiz the answer was diuretics.

The topics were explained clearly. Confusing topics/concepts were made less confusing. I actually enjoyed learning this subject.

I gave 5 starts to this lecture because it covered almost everything I had on my tests and practial daily routine. Thank you!

I checked the entire ECG / EKG lectures and they confused me more than they helped. The article 7 steps was a good start in my opinion but a video lecture of someone walking me through the steps would be better. The lectures don't cover how one should go about reading the ECG and what to infer from the data provided. This would come in handy to read them not just for the step exams but the clinical rotations as well so maybe add or change them up. ECG in Boards and Beyond could be looked at as good example for that in my opinion.

I liked it because I learned some keypoints in less time .It usually would have took 3-4 days for me to get all the points but LECTURIO and PRAVIN SHUKLE made it easiler for me . But in my point of veiw there should be more detail about the mode of action and mechanism of drug . I can and will recommend lecturio to my friends and even to pharm D friends.

This man is obviously very smart but it is seriously painful to listen to ANY of his lectures. His stuttering is way to distracting.

As Usual superb , immunology is a tough subject, but you made it easy.

The content of this course was fairly comprehensive and Professor Wilson does a good job of explaining most of the content. The quiz questions are also useful though sometimes poorly worded. I really liked the last few lectures on the more clinical practicalities of the content we had just learned. The course is arranged in a way that makes it somewhat difficult to follow sometimes. I had to go away and make sure i was read up fairly well on the kidney before i could understand enough to watch through all the lectures and i feel a better introduction to the kidney and how its anatomy and physiology are arranged and interconnect would have been useful. I think a section regarding the interaction of pharmacology and renal physiology would also have been a nice touch. All in all, worthwhile once you can begin to understand it

When you touched on leukocyte migration, you began at the stage of "adhesion" when many medical students should include the first two steps before this. It should include Margination, where leukocytes follow lamina flow while being pushed by erythrocytes onto the barriers of the endothelial cells, then rolling, where selectin proteins are adhesion molecules which weakly attach onto these leukocytes causing them to "roll" .... and then do i believe you should be able to talk about the adhesion and transmigration parts. If you could add this in, it would be quite useful. especially because many students are trusting these lecture to have the utmost information. Thank you very much. When you spoke on the topic itself though, it was quite organised and detailed.

I had an incredibly difficult time teasing out the most important information and organizing the immune response in a logical fashion. All the terms seemed jumbled in my head. This block is infectious disease, and requires building on the foundation of immunology--so I need to rebuild my foudation :p After watched just 3-4 of the Lecturio videos, I immensely regret not using it earlier. Thank you Dr. Delves, for being clear and logical it what is a very difficult and complex subject!

I chose this liking because it is like he is reading straight off of a board in front of him and sometimes it takes him too long to get to the point of the subject possibly because he is having problems reading the material in front of him.

The sir Geoffrey explains very well but i find it difficult to follow the explination on the histalogic image due to the lack of pointing out the structures i am not sure if i am looking at the right thing and i am always at doubt. Pls use pointers and thx for the attention.

The lecture is great, really informative, loved it. The quiz has one of the questions as, what structure is NOT located within the sinus and the answer is given as ureter when the answer should be the calyx. As the ureter passes through the hilum and out the sinus, but the calyx does not exit the kidney.

I used to think Dr. Raj was far and away the greatest medical educator alive. I didn't even watch anyone else. I used Lecturio just for Dr. Raj's videos. Dr. Raj is funnier, and perhaps more memorable. However, Dr. Shulke presents the same level of clear, concise explanations, the kind that only come from the mind of a master who has internalized the material to the point of making it look easy. I love the part where Dr. Shulke boldly calls prednisone a clumsy tool for incompetent practioners. That is with me forever. I feel bad for my classmates struggling through our professors' awkward lectures. .

Succinct and understandable. A great supplemental video course to go along with readings and school lectures. Fills in the small gaps that can be overlooked by professors, but make a huge difference in my understanding of the immune system.

The lectures were understandable and well organized presentation. Though few questions were asked, it help students recall things that had been thought. Furthermore, the presentation is separated into regions and it doesn't confuse the students.

Although the lecture content is good. This speaker frequently uses inappropriate sentence structure and phrasing. The result is certain sentences, when spoken, become confusing even though their content is simple. For example...Lets talk about how the placenta and its roles in helping the fetus develop. The sentence makes sense when you read it in the script without having listened to it. However, in the mini-lecture, it was read without pauses or breaks that clarified the emphasis of the sentence. it should have been read as: For example...Lets talk about how the placenta, and its roles in helping the fetus, develop. I know the speaker is likely reading a script, but it happens frequently where his enunciation or sentence delivery does not match the context of sentence. This adds a certain layer of listener confusion which delays the rate at which an individual is progressing through each mini-lecture (4-min lecture becomes 7-minutes). This happens frequently with this speaker and is not a huge deal, until you are forced to listen to all of the physiology lectures, and then become agitated.

For many years, I have read lots of textbooks and lots of lecture slides to learn immunology but it was always confusing and none of them knows how to begin immunology. The immune system is a kind of spider web which has no begin and no end. On the other hand, Dr Delves is a very smart academician who found a way how to chance a spider web into a linear and understandable structure. If you need to learn immunology, don't waste your time beginning with memorizing every immune cell, every receptor. I love this course (Lecturio) it’s very helpfully and concentrated by amazing information and knowledge. I recommend this course for all medical staff.

The instructor is so stiff with his speech pattern that it is difficult to follow what he is saying. He doesn't pause like he should at the end of sentencs and will begin new sentences with the word "and" even when the new sentence isn't a continuation to the sentence he just finished. This forces me to have to relisten to his information so that I can understand what he is saying--I value my time.

I really liked this course. The content is very interesting and I especially liked the analogies made between real human battles and the immune system and its soldiers. However, I resorted to these online lectures because I felt I was lacking a bit of guidance on this topic. Books are good but they do not follow a specific order and from my point of view, it makes it easier to understand if things are organized the way they happen inside the body upon an antigen encounter - which I still couldn't fully find here. I'm still a bit confused with how things are triggered and what happens before what, etc... But overall the explanations are amazing, and the graphic content is awesome.

As always, Dr. Raj’s lectures are clear, concise, and memorable. He has a unique, honed talent for explaining this material. I have been in school for a long time, and had many professors. I am not exaggerating when I say that Dr. Raj is the best medical lecturer ever formed.

You guys have to read the articles and study some things before getting to Dr Carlos videos. He is very fast and dont explain certain terms because you have to know this stuff before watching the video.

I chose this rating because the structures the Lecturer is describing are unclear and difficult to follow. If the instructure had better visualization--such as highlighting the veins as he spoke--that would help immensley. An additional thing that would have helped is to have a visual summary of which veins feed into which at the end of the segment so the students could organize the vein tributaries better in their minds. I like the over all information, it just needs to be presented better.

I don't like the use of acronyms when speaking because it is very distracting. Important content is all in the lecture which is a good thing, but I'd much rather use the pathoma videos for this topic.

The lecturer does a great job at keeping the presentation interesting, however he rushed over several points in the topics to the point in which he ignored some of the information present in his slides. Also, it feels out of place when he jumps to different topics that have little to nothing to do with the present lecture. Finally, the lecture feels SO rushed that he missed key aspects of the pathology of every desease he talked about, especially Potter Sequence and its etiologies.

The answer was that ARDS following sepsis will decrease the cardiac output, and that was according to what Dr. Raj said in the lectures. Is it possible that we could also have a situation with respiratory rate increasing?

It seems superficial. Why do I care about flow rates? How do the hormones interact? This whole course was just segmented and surface level. Lecturio has the potential to replace a lot of medical schools if they start to connect information rather than segmenting it.

The Anatomy Portion of this course was great. It really prepared me for my school course. The GI Physiology seemed pretty superficial and left me wanting to know more. Even the questions after the videos seemed like they expected the Lectures to have gone more into depth.

The lecturer frequently mispronounces words and stumbles as he speaks quite a bit. It was very distracting and made it hard to focus on what he was trying to say. The course needed more videos that takes about how different variables that impact Guyton curves. The questions asked after each lecture were not always covered during the lecture.

I think those videos should not be here. Low quality and not informative. You can lean those things even from YouTube.

Very good although there are some erros in the quiz. As an exemple, the quiz says that the central receptores are responsive to CO2 when in the physiology course it says that it is in fact responsive to H+ (after a reaction involving CO2). I would recommend some mending in quiz errors.

The course is good but some questions in the quizzes have the wrong correction. Some information in the physiology course is incompatible with the quizzes in pathology. As an example, the information given about the central receptores being sensible to H+ ion and not to CO2 itself (in physiology) is correct but in the pathology course it is considered incorrect in one of the quizzes where we are given the option between CO2, H+ and other ions and the “right” answer is CO2 which is wrong. I would recommended but the quizzes must be checked for erros.

I chose this rating because the video lectures were clear and of high quality. The questions following the video lectures were also good because they helped me to recall and apply what I had learned. What I liked were the professors who taught the course and how they presented the material. I didn't dislike anything. I would recommend this course to all students who plan on taking immunology. I took an immunology course this semester (fall 2017) at Rush University. However, I didn't have a background in the subject. It would have been nice to prepare myself for immunology as well as hematology using Lecturio's courses during the summer.

This lecture left me confused at exactly the interplay between these two systems. Perhaps its the diagram. I was lost after Decreased Osmolality. I think that is where this lecture goes down hill.

A very concise lecture but too much so. I was really hoping to learn more about mechanisms and detail. For example, there was no detail provided about the mechanisms involved with how vascular permeability increases. There was no explanation for what cells produce bradykinin and how this causes vasodilation. This was not advanced enough for medical school.

This is about the best lectures I have had all my life. I like it very much because the lectures are very explicit, The approach is fantastic. And the tutors are very experienced. They have a full grab of the subjects they teach. The team is like a conglomerate of experts from all fields of medical science. It has really helped in my studies in medical school. I think that a lot of important concepts were not explained enough, and some at all. I did not like the way things were explained.

Explains the material well without reading off the slides. Other areas could be improved, such as EKG, but overall, he provides a good base and a much needed break between reading assignments.

Really good theoretical overview of the subject, but id would've been better to include a bit more histological slides. But still, strong basic knowledge is expressed in these videos. Loved them.

Beautiful Glomerular diagram , I love this diagram . Only one more star left to be 5-star is lack of clinicopathological corelation , Such as the common nephrotic or nephrotic disease .

Explaining the management of Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus is not an easy task, but putting humour the middle of that is even harder. You succeeded very well in both tasks. I liked it specially when you said "go to the clinic, kickbutt and be hoisted by your collagues" after discussing the wise intersection of topics between pathology (bipolar disease, and its chronic lithium treatment) and pharmacology (amiloride). Ingenious!

This is an excellent review and update of cardiac physiology.

This is such a confusing topic for me and most professors talk through it rather quickly. I appreciate how he connected the dots in a way that has been much easier to understand than the other lectures I have listened to. This is the only explanation that stuck! Kudos, and thanks a million!

This course is near impossible to take for a European, as our curriculum is structured differently than in the US. Dr. Raj keeps referring to diseases that may have been covered in another video, and sometimes he just refers to them by acronym, not even a full name, so redundant are they. But for a European who hasn't had that part yet, using them as an example to explain a concept means we don't understand the concept at all.

good lecture- lost a star because illustrations are in latin. I do appreciate latin is completely acceptable to use in the context of anatomy, but in practice nobody uses latin terms and it feels outdated and counter-productive to learn the latin nomenclature. It would be much easier to follow if everything was in english ; a small point but it did slow me down when following this lecture.

I like the calm tone of the instructor. The information is presented in such a way that is it easy to understand. It is taught in small chunks and then the chunks are gently stacked on each other until you see the entire picture. Great presentation. Cleverly taught.

Why am I rating this lecture at all? I had to pause a video just to wrote this review because I was just so grateful that it was broken down so well with the schematic diagram. I was feeling overwhelmed with the amount of information in the blood supply and wondering if there was a way i can get it down quickly and have the concept clear in my mind. I would definently recomend it to others. I study veterinarian medicin, so i would ofcourse have loved it if you also made courses for that, because i still have to study the species differences from my book after watching the series - but it is great that I can get the main principles from your lectures it truly does help a lot.

I would say he is one of the best lecturers. His knowledge is absolutely amazing. Everything has been explained so well which I could not find in any texbooks. For example, the function of dendritic cells and it relates to T-cells made me so excited to follow and do not want to stop watching.

Professor Dr. Delves made the classes enjoyable because he made everything simple to understand. Immunology in my opinion is extremely intricate, if you lose focus you get lost. What did you mean on the slide about type 2, where you mentioned Mobitz? Sentence nr2 of the 3 didn't make much sense to me.

A broad, comprehensible lecture on the lymphoid tissue and organs in the body

Fantastic lectures and course. I am a critical care nurse and like to review these lectures to refresh my knowledge on topics. These lectures are perfect for remembering heart physiology and gaining a better understanding of some of the more difficult concepts.

I use Goljan and Pathoma for pathology and my med school "assigns" reading from Robbins Pathology. All three are great resources for preclinical pathology courses and Goljan and Pathoma are the go-to's for every medical students prep for Step 1. Dr. Raj is not like his mentor Dr. Goljan. I have yet to see a true pathogenesis lecture or even see histological images of any of the heart diseases (he barely even has gross images of cardio pathology). He spends time covering management/treatment when he should be covering relevant preclinical pathology. I had high hopes from a guy whose mentor is Dr. Goljan. Hopefully his other pathology subjects are better.

Dr. Raj is the best. Very uplifting and fun to watch, I forget I'm learning.

I love these courses. I'm only a high school student, preparing to go to medical university. They help me to better understand biology or to be exact, human body. My mother tongue is not English which makes a little bit difficult to understand names in biology for example why T-cells called T-cells. Furthermore what I miss from the lectures are animations sometimes. I know I'm a kid, but animations help to visualize and learn things faster.

The images and lecture format are very helpful, but I get very distracted every time this professor mis-speaks or stumbles on the lecture. I'm not sure why the lecture is posted with these errors since they can be confusing when you're learning the material for the first time.

This is my favorite professor on Lecture (that I've seen so far). He is enthusiastic and engaging in addition to being clear and concise. I leave each lecture with a clear sense of the material and I love that the videos are short so if I need a review it is easily obtained.

Great content but overwhelming. Too much details on the receptors and molecules got me lost in understanding the overall immune response. I appreciate the enthusiasm in detailing everything but the USMLE is devised to evaluate generalists and not immunologists.

Not only was the information vast, but it was concise enough to understand and follow along with. Peter Delves highlights the important parts that are very beneficial. Thanks.

Generally good lecture but there are tons of typos everywhere on the slides for cardiac physiology and I'm pretty sure he misspeaks occasionally. Make sure you use another resource to fact check

I've really learned a lot! I like how the lecturer uses repetition and reinforcement of important facts throughout the video series. I have one small comment, though, about the transcripts. Not all the videos have one, and transcripts help me to save time when I wasn't able to understand some points because then I will just read the part I did not understand instead of rewinding the video by about 30 seconds. Hopefully this will be solved soon, but other than that, I've got no complaints!

Dr. Raj transforms the Pathology course into medicine by integrating everything from Physio to Biochem. Literally, you feel like if you are in an actual clinical setting. Renal pathophysiology is delivered in a concise, serious but at the same time humorous way. At the end of the lecture I see Nephrology from a whole different perspective.

The lectures are really well organized The 1-2mins introductory lectures before each topic are very helpful in situating the student in case he get lost. The Diagrams are very well picked.

This course has taught alot of things I didn't know, as well as highlited things that are obviously High Yield. The teachings are very simplistic and make things easy to understand. This would be a great product for any IMG such as myself.

Actually it was hard job to do these lectures , good construction of slides and ideas orders ,with excellent knowledge of how confusing is born ....finally lecturer has presents lectures that in a way that sometimes need sense of humor , which is good ice breaker . i recommend more lectures regarding fluids management which was very informative and touch the clinical application .

Prof. Geoffrey Meyer is amazing, he is exactly the kind of teacher I learn the most from. I have been using Lecturio as my main study resource for Histology and so far I've been doing great in that class and everything I've learned, or at least most of it, is staying in my memory for a long time.

The videos are good! I love how short the immunology videos are because they're broken into segments. I do however miss the review articles, like in biochemistry.

As in most courses in physiology, I think many concepts in this course require more elaborate explanation; probably with simple animations/illustrations that make learning and retention easier.

Nothing more i can say than excellent presentations. Every thing is just perfect.

I thought this was an excellent lecture in order to see the relationship between immune cells, their signals, and the corresponding responses from other immune cell types. It brings cytokines that could have been described in the earlier lectures but also fit here with the discussion of signaling.

I found these lectures decent, the questions do a good job at reinforcing the material so more questions after each video would be an improvement. Definitely a large topic and its not organized the way my school taught it but it doesn't assume you know or remember everything which is good. I would recommend for the summer before year 2. You could study during commercial breaks while watching tv.

The lecture was a bit of an overview of innate immunity. It was short and fails to cover the epithelial barrier, complement inhibitors, details of TLRs, cytokines, and signal 2 pathways. Still not bad for 40 minutes

Great course, well detailed explanations! I think it's a very didactic course!

Considering this is a generic overview of the immune system its nice and condensed. It doesn't bite off more than you can chew in the first 45 minutes like a medical school overview can. Some clinical touchstones could round out the material and make it great.

He is a super lecturer; the content, however, could be more challenging and in depth. We need more direct applications clinically described.

I am constantly looking for good videos on youtube that coincide with my med school curriculum. Now that I have Lecturio, I can access videos all in one place. I haven't found a comprehensive resource quite like this one. The lectures seem to follow my curriculum quite well and hit a lot of the same topics. This is great because it only reinforces what I need for success on exams and boards. I am still figuring out how to best use this resource. For now, I am watching the lectures that follow my class work at school! Thank you!

Professor Delves has done a great job with this course. I am currently in medical school and while my Immunology professor is very intelligent she is very unorganized and gives poor explanations. This course is the perfect supplement.

Very concise and clearly explained. The material is presented in an organized outline so you don't become confused about what exactly is being explained. I lost hours with other materials and so I was reluctant to watch a 40 minute lecture on the areas that I needed help on, but it was well worth the time it takes (which is a med students most valuable commodity!)

Dr. Raj not only does Pathology, he ties the concepts of Pathology into Biochemistry and Physiology. After all, medicine is not about one system. In addition, Dr. Raj's knowledge and passion for the subject area keeps you attentive. I have learned so much, thank you!
