Anaesthesia is just made simple here, giving emphasis to important points, and the quiz section is fantastic, you must get to know it by force. Kudos, great job

Excellent presentations…I learned a lot from Dr. Brian Warriner. This is my first complete course on Anesthesia and i liked a lot. The pain management, palliative care and ICU aspect have a clinical relevance to any clinical practitioner or would be clinical practitioner. I used to think Internist usually go ICU residence but as I learned from Dr. Warriner that in Canada it is ICU program is available primarily for Anesthesiologist. Dr. Warriner will be remembered for this extraordinary Anesthesia course and I wish him peace and serenity.

Great teacher. I wish we could learn more about the details of mechanical ventilation, ICU pathologies and how to manage them, and so on..

The content of this lecture series in inadequate. I would have been helpful to be exposed to other aspects of ICU in great detail such mechanical ventilation and haemodynamic monitoring (basic non-invasive and invasive monitoring)

Enjoyed it very much. I can't put it down! I'm a pulmonologist and want to get a feel of what anesthesiologists do.

I am an anaesthetic nurse and I’m watching this course of lectures to learn more about anaesthesia from the anaesthetists perspective. Dr Warriner explains things in very simple terms which enables me to follow along easily. I have already learnt many things I didn’t know before. Very worth while watching if anaesthesia is an area of interest for you.

The way that the doctor explain and teach each topic is fabulous. Obviously I recommend first read about this topic and then watch the lecture. Thank you doctor.

I am a current CA-2 in training in an American Anesthesia training program. I have found this very helpful because, though it doesn't cover particular doses of medications (will leave that to textbooks and experiences), it does a good job of providing an overview. I am getting to that point where I am feeling more responsible for my patients, and this has to transcend beyond the text and into actual practice. Having this quick review was a quick and effective first step. Thank you Dr. Warriner.

Superb ! it orientate me with the big picture and then dwells into the vital tricks and trade of the specialty !!! greatly recommended for medical students as a foundation course and interns as re enforcement of what you have learned !!! a very practical lecture and truly worthwhile to invest in!

Overall there is a lack of content specific terminology, No mention of gate control theory, different ways in classifying pain (traumatic, central, neurotic, infections, metabolic, idiopathic), no mention of the fibres involved, role of patient questionnaires to evaluate pain. I would suggest referring to a textbook for this topic.

Dr Brian is an expert in anesthesiology. I've learnt a lot watching his videos. He is very accurate and concise. Perhaps in the future, we could see him talking about the uses of anesthesia at trauma-shocked patients.
