Basic knowledge for an emergency

Be prepared to take the correct measures in the event of an accident or emergency.

• Recognize life-threatening situations and respond confidently in 6 steps.
• Learn when and how to get someone out of a danger zone.
• Internalize the Emergency RCC and identify symptoms of respiratory problems, loss of consciousness, and circulatory problems.
• Learn to use the Heimlich maneuver in case of respiratory distress, e.g. due to a foreign body.
• Learn when and how to put someone in the lateral position.
• Train measures such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of an automatic defibrillator.
