Before forming The Palmis Group, Gary was president of Remedy Intelligent Staffing, and a founding partner of The Kreller Consulting Group.

His certificates include a BA in Business Administration from Franklin University, Columbus Ohio plus in health and wellness counseling and coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (State University of N.Y.) and Achieve Global Leadership Development, Tampa, Florida
