Explanation is not logical ,needs improvement in teaching and to incorporate clinical features which hleps in differential diagnosis

Enjoyed the lecture so far. Sometimes a little complex, but once I watched it a couple of times, it really sunk in and now I feel like I have more than just a simplistic understanding of the subject

Dr Alverson is an amazing lecturer. I'm watching this lecture series again now that I've finished my pediatrics course simply for the fun of it.

Dr. Raj is the foundation of my education and my tuition is a lot more expensive than this website.

I cannot give less than 5 stars to any of Dr. Raj's lectures. But I accept that you have to be smart to understand him. His only mistake might be assuming people who lecture to are smart.

I love your teaching style... your flaccid hand visual will be what I use to explain COPD to my patients!

I like the explanation of the pathogenesis and some clarification between allergic and non-allergic asthma.

fantastic teacher in addition to the fact that the explanation is dynamic and very easy to understand

this isnt how you see it in books or in real life just made up way to complicate simple concepts

Everything has been described so smoothly . I just wanted to know more about classification of asthma.

It did not provide insight into the actual pathological process leading to asthma. (i.e. the inflammatory mediators involved, the early vs the late phase of Asthma etc.)

The way Dr. Raj build the topic up.. seems like he is also an architect with being a doctor.

The content is OK, but Dr. Raj speaks really fast sometimes and makes it difficult to follow him.

Everything was explained in detail ,but if there was a patient for physical exam it would have been so much better

I read Davidson textbook , but this doctor explains everything better than how it is explained in Davidson . But I wish there were real images of patients in the lecture , and images of phlegm for example not only description .

Excellent able to differentiate between upper and lower respiratory system

I didnt understand it the first time I watched it, but after studying the textbook and watching it again, everything made so much sense. Having a better understanding in physics and ?pressure in the respiratory system also helps. That was truly a high yield lecture, but it's best if you watch it after doing some reading in your textbooks.

Thank you doctor Wilson, you made understanding this topic very simple. As a fact, I understood better from this lecture than the teacher who gives physiology in my college.

The lecturer's way of teaching is bland and his accent is pretty confusing.

It takes you from basic to the depth step by step; yet, keeping it short and precise.

Very nice explanation of the basics of the respiratory system. Sometimes there was a lack of details e.g. explanation of the flow curves wasn’t sufficient.

I can understand why some find this confusing but I think the Venn diagram makes a lot of sense when you do finally understand it!

Very staggered - hard to listen to. It almost sounded like my laptop was lagging (which it wasn't because it's a brand new state-of-the-art laptop). This lecture needs to be redone.

He wasn't clear enough, is the first lecture that I have to google in order to have a better understanding.

This professor does not explain. I've been trying to dissect all his asthma lectures and it's very hard. it's very incoherent; he jumps concepts and doesn't finish explaining them.

I would recommend this lecture. this intro to asthma did exactly that. it gave a presentation of an actual ER patient with asthma.

Dr Carlo Raj presents the information in a very structured manner that is comprehensive, yet easy to understand. He also touches upon other topics related to the topic of discussion that allows for a more wholesome approach.

Clearly explained the key concepts - not too wordy and presented with clear diagrams!

I know his teaching style does not suit some people, but I find that he makes references to a lot of previous learning which keeps it fresh and relevant in my mind! Thank you v. much Dr Raj

The lecturer explained the content well but needs to enunciate better! I could barely understand some of the words.

It was simply constructed well with diagrams and easily understood. He did not overcomplicate it.

You guys have to read the articles and study some things before getting to Dr Carlos videos. He is very fast and dont explain certain terms because you have to know this stuff before watching the video.

The use of visuals, sectioned topics and thorough teaching of each sections are all superb.

Horrible. Whats even more horrible is that there are previous comments written months ago and Lecturio could care less to correct them. Great job Lecturio in keeping your paying customers happy. Waste of money.

This is a good discussion on COPDs. I could have try to memorize FA one page on COPD without much understanding, but Dr. Raj’s teaching on this material set me up for life.

Unclear content and so weird method of teaching, there are many alternative ways that could be used to reach the idea more simple

I have paid for the lecturio.de physiology course but did not understand much because it is so badly explained. Here Dr Wilson explains so well, I understood things I was not expecting to understand any time soon. So 5 stars because the concepts well explained; clear slow speech, physical laws explained, and contrasted with diseases. I would love to hear more lessons from you.
