Hello Lecturio team I am very much appreciated the Renal Diagnostics by Dr. Carlo Raj. A very detailed way and with clinical examples. Overall, lecturio courses have a very deep logics in it. Particularly Dr Rajs has great way of explaining and very much captivates your attention, because he explains and seeing problems from many angles if you like , almost like a MRI scan. I also watch in my language as well.

It was informative lecture, the way of explaining the idea and make away to simplify informations was perfect Also putting every information in a clinical scenario was helpful I wish that doctor raj make lectures for all the subjects, his way in explaining is so so special, and he keeps it easier to keep the information for a long term

Good lecture, very useful to know how constipation is treated in the US. There are some differences with my local recommendations (Europe).

B12 is produced by bacteria. Almost all vegans know we have to consume it with supplements, I heard it a thousand times already. We don't need any animal products to have enough B12, stop spreading misconceptions. How about telling about how eating too much purine (daily meat) may causes gout? It's much more common.

In the beginning I did not understand some of the topics, but after number of repetions I understood the subjects explained. Send questions in nephrology and other subjects. My feedback is positive even though at first it was not so.

This is about the best lectures I have had all my life. I like it very much because the lectures are very explicit, The approach is fantastic. And the tutors are very experienced. They have a full grab of the subjects they teach. The team is like a conglomerate of experts from all fields of medical science. It has really helped in my studies in medical school. With Lecturio, there's no dull moment. It's actually a huge privilege for those of us studying Medicine and Surgery in Africa. It would be nice if the material was presented in a less intense manner. It feels more like he is prepping football players for a big game. It is very distracting. Perhaps, if the lecture didn't feel so choppy it would be more enjoyable.

There are many more symptoms of oropharyngeal dysphagia than those mentioned (e.g. increased chewing time, inability to form bolus etc.). Also, referral to speech pathology would provide additional insight into the patient's dysphagia.

It needs more clinical correlation with diseases in the IV fluids For example, when to use normal saline or when to use dextrose this will make our understanding better

On the slide about respiratory compensation for metabolic acidosis, the compensation slope with decrease Pco2 level has a PCO2 value of 60 which should be 20. Becauase in respiratory Compensation for MA PCO2 slightly decreases That is just a typo, but can been confusing The lecture itself is very good

I like use Dr. Raj lecture series as my adjunct professor to my course work. I am visual learner and I supplement my readings with as many free lectures available.

Good lecturer, though compared to common youtube lectures, most of the material is covered too superficially to really retain much, although the gnome chart was helpful for myself. Future lectures could give just a bit more detail to help the bigger picture ideas stick.

Dr. Wilson does an excellent job in breaking down concepts of acid-base balance in the body and making it plain. He also provides some additional tricks/tools that you may not get in your regular lectures, but will definitely help on an exam. These lectures are top notch, just excellent!
