I can give it a rating of five because it is well explained and the lecturer is eloquent and making it very simple to understand. I also expected to see what can happen if there is bad communication.The negative efffects of lack of communication. I would highly recommend this recture since everyone gains the necessary skills which are highly needed especially in the healthcare arena
