at the joints of the lower limb.

So let's first of all, remind
ourselves of the various joints
that are located
within the lower limb.

Starting off with the Hip joint.

We then move distally towards the
Knee joint, which we can see here.

Superior tibiofibular joint.

Inferior tibiofibular joint.

around the ankle and in the foot.

Intertarsal joints, the
