    00:01 In this lecture, we're going to look at the joints of the lower limb.

    00:05 So let's first of all, remind ourselves of the various joints that are located within the lower limb.

    00:11 Starting off with the Hip joint.

    00:13 We then move distally towards the Knee joint, which we can see here.

    00:17 We'll also talk about the Superior tibiofibular joint.

    00:22 We then move distally and we find ourselves the Inferior tibiofibular joint.

    00:27 We then have a whole series of joints around the ankle and in the foot.

    00:30 We have the Ankle joint, Subtalar joint, Talocalcaneo navicular joint, Intertarsal joints, the Tarsometatarsal joints, the Metatarso-phalangeal joints, and finally the Interphalangeal joints.

    00:47 So a whole series of joints to look forward to as we move into this lecture on the joints of the lower limb.
