00:00 So at the end of all this, what you will find is a host of studies that attempt to answer the question that you have phrased using the PICO method, you're going to apply the period of evidence to establish which studies are most relevant to your case and from that you will apply your particular clinical expertise and extract a bit of wisdom that you can take your patient. 00:23 So what have we learned? We've looked at how to do the steps of evidence-based medicine, we've looked at how to rank the kinds of studies that result from your search using EBM methods and you've used the PICO method to phrase a research question to allow you to undertake an EBM literature search.
