So this will decrease the dynamic urethral obstruction but results happen much quicker than the 5-a- reductase inhibitors. They'll see results in days or weeks. So when you're picking between which one to use, we always recommend combination therapy so using drugs from both groups is much more effective for treating BPH than monotherapy.
