00:00 SMA, origin of the SMA: We covered quite a few things.

00:06 Fundus of the gallbladder, the next thing you see is the pylorus of the stomach is down there.

00:12 Then the second part of the duodenum, and that begins the fourth part of the duodenum.

00:19 Second part, third part, fourth part, so that is a duodenojejunal flexure.

00:26 So the DJ flexure is there.

00:29 This essentially corresponds to the pancreas.

00:34 So the head and the neck of the pancreas.

00:37 The transverse colon, as you come to the left side.

00:42 The hilum of the spleen, that's in the transpyloric plane.

00:48 The splenic flexure, that's in the transpyloric plane.

00:52 In terms of vessels, you mentioned the portal vein, which is absolutely fine, formed by the union of the splenic vein and the superior mesenteric vein.

01:02 It forms a portal vein at that level.

01:05 Then you have the superior mesenteric artery coming off at the abdominal aorta at that level.
