    00:01 Next up liver function tests.

    00:03 Now, you might not be as familiar with these but we can also learn a lot about specifically how the livers being impacted.

    00:11 Now you see for pink boxes on the screen, right? The two on the left albumin and total protein kind of go together.

    00:19 On the right, you see liver enzymes, AST, ALT, GGT or ALP.

    00:26 Those are liver enzymes that are released when the liver is having some damage.

    00:31 Bilirubin is the fourth pink box there.

    00:34 So before we move on and talk about these specifically, I want you to pause and make sure your have this clear in your mind when you're going to evaluate a liver in cholecystitis, you're going to look at albumin, total protein, the enzymes that we have all grouped together for you and bilirubin.
