    00:01 So, we're talking about interpretation and identifying that health problem.

    00:05 We start with that assessment information.

    00:08 Remember, we're gathering information here and data.

    00:11 Now, this is going to help give us some general information that leads to our specific nursing diagnosis.

    00:18 So again, when we're assessing that information, don't forget to use that subjective and objective information.

    00:25 Then health history, the physical assessment, the chief complaint of the patient, and even diagnostics.

    00:32 Now, with all that assessment information, we're going to get a problem here.

    00:36 We're going to see the big clinical picture and identify the patient's main issue.

    00:42 Then we're going to hone this in on a specific formulation of a nursing diagnosis.

    00:48 Now, just know that nursing diagnosis can be accepted based on the presence of certain information.

    00:54 Also, if there's not certain information there, we can reject these.

    00:57 So, it's important to make sure that you have appropriate information to formulate an appropriate nursing diagnosis.
