This course covers the anatomy and biomechanics of the pelvis, clinical implications of pelvic somatic dysfunctions, and osteopathic diagnosis of pelvic somatic dysfunction.
For DO students, it is important to know the anatomy including the muscles, ligaments, and nerves involved associated with this anatomical region and to understand the clinical implications of pelvic somatic dysfunctions. You will also learn how to diagnose innominate somatic dysfunctions.
