The lectures of GIT are very short and few, Respiratory and CVS are very good , And Other doctors explain everything more clearly and in detail but GIT Every lecture is about a minute or two And the doctor does not explain almost anything she only reads what is written in the lecture .

I love the way Dr Raj presents, but sometimes he is a bit hard to follow. I love endocrinology, but have very little by way of basic knowledge because of the classes previously taken. Maybe shorten some of the lectures, and what would be great would be to have animated slides as he speaks, so as to make some of the harder concepts easier to follow.

Excellent! Stepwise approach and use of algorithm very easy to follow. Helped strengthen by a vast amount my pre-existing understanding of this topic.

He explains everything so well; this is exactly the kind of question we get on our exams in university of maastricht. It's detailed, but serology explanation is really helpful

The lectures are concise, straight to the point, and yes, fun. The quizzes also make it easier to focus, as well as help memorise important material. As with other lectures, it would be nice if USMLE style questions were embedded in the lectures for better integration of the topics covered.

The slides and the lector overview we super nice form them only I was able to grasp the content of nutrition. I also liked the metabolic importance of the vitamins and the metabolic processing of alcohol. Incomplete information. I'm fascinated with the fact-based approach to the biochemistry of the human body. I like learning about the role that nutrition plays in disease prevention and the overall affects on human health. However, this course appears to still support the outdated views on proper nutrition and nutrition-related disease prevention. I feel that physicians do not get sufficient quality education on nutrition and that corporate interests still play too much of a role in both nutrition studies and nutritional recommendations. Today's healthcare system is more of a "disease care" system, and this profit-centered business approach, specifically with Pharmaceuticals, is doing little good, and in fact, doing a disservice to the overall welfare of the American people.

On the slide about respiratory compensation for metabolic acidosis, the compensation slope with decrease Pco2 level has a PCO2 value of 60 which should be 20. Becauase in respiratory Compensation for MA PCO2 slightly decreases That is just a typo, but can been confusing The lecture itself is very good

He repeating many important points and internal diseases that correlate with adrenal medulla. I would recommend him to many people as a lecturer.

The introduction on appendicitis lecture was sharp and to the point. However it can be improved by a discussion of the pathophys ie children or young adult: hyperplasia of lymphoid follicles, initiated by infection, adult: fibrosis/stricture, fecolith, obstructing neoplasm and other causes: parasites, foreign body.

Good way of classifying the causes but missed out on defining the pressure (>5 mmHg) and potential treatment options such as propranolol, TIPS etc.... Also what about the potential complications, which would have been perfect to discuss here ie variceal bleeds

Missed another important benign tumour of the liver that would have been worthwhile covering

It would have been great to list the most common agents that could potentially lead to liver toxicity aside from paracetamol, incl phenytoin, statins, amiodarone, methotrexate. Also not sure if this would be discussed in the Emergency Medicine talks but actually working up the patient and what to do from a monitoring point of view once a diagnosis of paracetamol overdose would have been really helpful. It would have been worth noting that acetylcysteine most efficacious within 8 to 10 hours after ingestion of paracetamol.

It would have been good to discuss the use IV arantiprotease for the management of this condition. Moreover a little bit of discussion about the genetics of this conditions how it influences the disease presentation and natural history.

One of the best talks I have come across describing the algorithm for diagnosis of cushings (superior to Kaplan and med study internal medicine lectures). It would have also been good to discuss the advantages/disadvantages of 24 hr urine collections vs low dose dexamethasone suppression test. Seriously good work though Dr Raj!

From what I understand, we advise patients taking Coumdain to AVOID eating vitamin K rich foods because it will counteract the effect of the drug.

Dr. Wilson does an excellent job in breaking down concepts of acid-base balance in the body and making it plain. He also provides some additional tricks/tools that you may not get in your regular lectures, but will definitely help on an exam. These lectures are top notch, just excellent!

In this Nutrition course, Dr. Cornwall elaborates some basic nutritional principles that are essential for any student of Human physiology to understand. The way she presents the information is in much greater detail than what I was exposed to in the small Nutrition course held in Medical school. I particularly liked learning about the Mifflin-St. Jeor Formula for calculating Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); it literally changed the way I look at food!

The program was to elementary in nature and not deep enough. Sections on pregnancy nutrition was very superficial
