Dr. Raj is the foundation of my education and my tuition is a lot more expensive than this website.

I cannot give less than 5 stars to any of Dr. Raj's lectures. But I accept that you have to be smart to understand him. His only mistake might be assuming people who lecture to are smart.

My lectures at school are good but sometimes my professors English is difficult too understand. With Lecturio, all of the presenters are well spoken and in addition to the lectures the mini-quizzes hold me immediately accountable to what I should have gleaned from them.

It did not provide insight into the actual pathological process leading to asthma. (i.e. the inflammatory mediators involved, the early vs the late phase of Asthma etc.)

I really like this professor: rather than emphasizing memorization, he emphasizes understanding of immunological concepts, making immunology really interesting. One of the best lecturers for Lecturio.

The lectures were great. However, for someone who has gone through Robbins and Cottrans' Pathological Basis of Diseases, the pathogenesis of Hypersensitivity reactions seemed a bit insufficient.

This professor does not explain. I've been trying to dissect all his asthma lectures and it's very hard. it's very incoherent; he jumps concepts and doesn't finish explaining them.

I would recommend this lecture. this intro to asthma did exactly that. it gave a presentation of an actual ER patient with asthma.

At first, it was quite hard to listen to his lecture but later, with the help of subtitle, I found he taught in an awesome way which helped me to understand it. He might talk fast but he is a good teacher

As a Danish medical student, with English only as my second language, I admit, I had to spend some time "tuning in" on Dr. Raj's way of speaking. See, he's an extremely fast speaker, but as I did get used to this, I really learned to appreciate his way of teaching. Actually, his way of speaking kind of peaks my attention and focus, since my brain has to work harder for it. Thanks, Dr.!

I love the clinical application. It makes it so much more exciting to learn and remember because as Dr Carlos Raj points out it's not just memorising. I must say his way of speaking makes it even more exciting :) On a serious note though-mentioning how serious it is to act on dysplasia or when the BM is involved-we should be saying omg, and not looking at him. Looking forward to more lectures-wish he was lecturing the subjects to keep that interest and significance of the subject and our job.

You guys have to read the articles and study some things before getting to Dr Carlos videos. He is very fast and dont explain certain terms because you have to know this stuff before watching the video.

Excellent delivery of the concepts. Excellent teacher who explains material well

I chose this rating because the video lectures were clear and of high quality. The questions following the video lectures were also good because they helped me to recall and apply what I had learned. What I liked were the professors who taught the course and how they presented the material. I didn't dislike anything. I would recommend this course to all students who plan on taking immunology. I took an immunology course this semester (fall 2017) at Rush University. However, I didn't have a background in the subject. It would have been nice to prepare myself for immunology as well as hematology using Lecturio's courses during the summer.

Its an ok explanation. Should be more detailed and not presume that the studends know certain things! Also, more exercises should be proposed

I find his lectures natural and easy to follow. He tells us areas we must take note of and what we absolutely need to remember. Complicated aspects are broken down and summarised simply. Will continue to listen to these lectures.

I disagree with the comment below. I think he is a very good lecturer. Clear and concise. Yes, he does he have his unique gestures and tones, but so what? It's just different from the traditional, not wrong or anything. I found his lecture interesting. I don't think he was mocking anyone.

Good summary of the topic but would have been also good further discuss some of the immunosuppresive agents and fingolimod. In the dx workup section the use of MRI was also omitted
