I really like it because it help me to pronounce but for comprehension of other people who are not mother tongue they need lap tops and ample time to apply ecological education system.

I love the way Dr. John McLachlan explains the concepts simply , slowly and systematically. Also, his videos are shorter.

Embryology was always one of my least favorite courses as it can be very dry and hard to understand. I found myself watching these videos back to back as Someone was closely following the most dramatic series on TV. Dr. McLachlan's worded the lectures very simple and understandable. You can even see his smile driven from enthusiasm behind some words. Passionate teachers make you excited and interested in subjects and I would like to thank them for that.

Such a complex topic was simplified so effortlessly. Hoping to cover more topics in developmental biology. Made so many concepts clear, which otherwise are extremely difficult to reference or relate to. Thank you again

Much better than the first professor who is teaching embryology on lecturio. Lecturio should highlight this embryology course than the by the other professor.

I usually don't rate lectures on Lecturio but Dr. John McLahlan explains things in a simple yet intriguing manner. I don't feel like I need to rewatch any videos since the way he speaks really keeps me alert and gives me excitement. Perhaps it's because at the beginning he asked a question that he relates everything he teaches us to, giving every word a purpose. I absolutely love watching his videos, as they make me actually want to study. His method is perfect.

Excellent course. When I get tired of reading the books, I come here, review or do intro to concepts. Some that are not clear in the books are presented here in a manner that is user-friendly and understandable. I also like the note section.

This video, with the previous two videos are amazing. Taking embryology in med school was like greek or hebrew. Your teaching style is very helpful to dissect the processes into understandable segments. Our professor taught by day of development so there was lots of jumping around. he is better than peter in taking embryology. embryology is making more sense after listening to McLachlan's lecture. peter sir staight away dived into the concept but John gave a good introduction. but peter gave many details of the concept than john

he is too fast and diagrams used in this lectures are different and we cant imagine and is tough to understand. i saw the YouTube several times to understand what he is saying

The lectures are concise, very to the point but yet hit all the critical points and it is very easy to understand. Embryology for me is really difficult to picture. However, after watching these videos, I feel as though I can finally make sense out of what I am reading and what is being presented in class.

This is a great lecturer who gives great detailed explanation. Unfortunately, he's limited by Lecturio, as it hasn't been able to incorporate videos as visual aid to the lectures yet. Embryo, particularly, is very complex an image to mind picture, especially to young learners, and when you feel there were a few things left to imagination, you know something is missing. I believe videos would be the cherry on top, and would make a great tool for what I think it is almost a perfect way of learning, as it is Lecturio and its lecturers.

I love the entire series by Prof. McLachlan. Although I can see that his style of resentation is not optimized for test taking, it is actually fun and thought provoking. I like his earlier introduction that talked about how removing a cell from the 8 cell stage or push two morulas together doesn't seem to imterfere with the development.
