To support our B2C marketing team, we are looking for you, as a

Head of Customer Relationship & Retention (m/f/d) - Remote/Leipzig

Your responsibilities include

  • Drive Lecturio’s customer relationship and retention strategy globally but mainly across the English-speaking markets US, CA, AU, and GB.
  • Build an intelligent, data-driven, and compelling ongoing dialog with customers and prospects by utilizing segmentation, promotions, channels (i.e. email, push, in-app), and learning content to maximize positive engagement and sales.
  • Drive test-and-learn campaigns across the customer journey to enhance user engagement and conversion rate to paying customers.
  • Daily monitor your own KPI dashboard consisting of user and subscription retention metrics.
  • Manage a team of 2-3 full-time employees with your vision, precise goals, empathy, and room for individual development.

Your profile

  • More than 4 years of professional experience in customer relationship management, customer engagement or similar.
  • Knowledge of common CRM systems or marketing automation tools.
  • Experienced in understanding exceptional copywriting.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Inventiveness and motivation, paired with a structured way of working and a consistent urge to stay on track with the latest (paid) social media updates and trends.
