To ensure this mission, we are looking for a:

Campus Marketing & Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will be

  • You will make even more people fall in love with our brand and get enthusiastic about Lecturio. Your sales technique is knowing how to thrill others with your passion and enthusiasm.
  • You will travel to medical schools and conferences throughout the US presenting to students about how Lecturio can help them become successful doctors.
  • You will know how to get others as excited as you are and recruit medical students to join the Ambassador team, increasing coverage at medical schools.You will engage in authentic communication on a regular basis with our community of Lecturio ambassadors on Facebook, Whatsapp, and other relevant platforms.
  • You will collect and analyze feedback, proposals, and suggestions from our ambassadors. Further, you will bring in creative ideas in how we can integrate our ambassadors’ feedback into our product and content development.
  • You know what it means to position Lecturio smartly and effectively on campus.

What you bring with you

  • You have a degree in business administration, communications, marketing, media management, or in a similarly relevant area.
  • You have some sales experience or are looking to start your career in sales.
  • You have excellent presentation skills, understand how to get an audience engaged and excited.
  • You relate well with a variety of personality types, and know how to communicate and provide feedback in different situations.
  • You like to approach people openly—both online and offline—and you impress again and again with your communication skills.
  • You understand how to manage and motivate the ambassadors around you by being passionate in what you do.
  • Written and verbal communication is one of your strengths.
  • Very good English language skills (native level).
  • You are located in a city next to a major airport in the US.
