Disclaimer: The PeopleCert Scrum Master I certification exam is being discontinued. You can take the PeopleCert exam until December 31st 2025. However, taking the exam on scrum.org is still possible beyond this date. The focus of this course, however, is specifically on the PeopleCert exam.

This course is a comprehensive business-oriented course designed to equip participants with the fundamental knowledge and skills required to excel as Scrum Masters. The course commences with an overview of the Scrum Master I exam, familiarizing participants with the examination format and expectations. Subsequently, participants will be introduced to the concept of Agile Project Management, exploring its inception through the Agile Manifesto and understanding its underlying principles.
