Er betreibt seit mehreren Jahren den Podcast „Arbeitsphilosophen“ und übersetzt komplexe Zukunftsthemen für ein breites Publikum. Als ehemaliger Stand-up Comedian bringt Eilers eine ordentliche Portion Humor und Lockerheit mit. 2017 wurde er für seine Arbeit mit dem Coaching Award ausgezeichnet.

Frank Eilers is the keynote speaker for the topics of Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, and the Future of Work. He has been hosting the “Work Philosophers” podcast for several years and makes complex future topics accessible to a broad audience. As a former stand-up comedian, he makes the lectures come to life with his good sense of humor. In 2017, he received the Coaching Award for his work in the industry.

Dr. Frank Stummer ist Gründer und CEO der Digital Forensics GmbH und seit vielen Jahren insbesondere im Bereich der forensischen Netzwerkverkehrsanalyse tätig. Er ist Mitgründer mehrerer Unternehmen im Hochtechnologiebereich, u.a. der ipoque GmbH und der Adyton Systems AG, die beide von einem Konzern akquiriert wurden, sowie der Rhebo GmbH, einem Unternehmen für IT-Sicherheit und Netzwerküberwachung im Bereich Industrie 4.0 und IoT. Zuvor arbeitete er als Unternehmensberater für internationale Großkonzerne. Frank Stummer studierte Betriebswirtschaft an der TU Bergakademie Freiberg und promovierte am Fraunhofer Institut für System- und Innovationsforschung in Karlsruhe.

Dr. Frank Stummer is founder and CEO of Digital Forensics GmbH and has been active in the field of forensic network traffic analysis for many years. He is co-founder of several high-tech companies, including ipoque GmbH and Adyton Systems AG, which were both acquired by a corporation, as well as Rhebo GmbH, a company that specializes in IT security and network monitoring in the areas of industry 4.0 and IoT. He previously worked as a management consultant for large international corporations. Dr. Stummer studied business administration at the TU Bergakademie Freiberg and earned his doctorate at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research in Karlsruhe.
 Moritz Bierling

Moritz Bierling

Moritz Bierling ist der Eigner von Existential Ventures, einer Consulting Agentur, die Visionären mit Strategie, Kommunikation und Technologie dabei hilft, ihre Visionen umzusetzen. Derzeit arbeitet er hauptsächlich mit an Holo und Holochain, zwei Schwesterprojekten die eine post-Blockchain-Technologie entwickelt haben. Moritz Bierling ist außerdem Senior Strategist für Exosphere, einer Lern- und Problemlösungsgemeinschaft, welche einen Holochain-basierten Informationsmarkt mit dem Namen Vaxios entwickelt. Er ist Berater dutzender Projekte in den Krypto-, Technologie-, und Innovations-Industrien.

Moritz Bierling is the owner of Existential Ventures, a consulting agency that uses strategy, communication, and technology to help visionaries realize their ideas. He is currently working mainly on Holo and Holochain, two sister projects that have created a post-blockchain technology. He’s also a senior strategist for Exosphere, a learning and problem-solving community that is developing a Holochain-based information market called Vaxios. He is a consultant for dozens of projects in the crypto, technology, and innovation sectors.

Nora Möbus ist ein Millennial Leader und leitet aktuell den Consumer Engagement Service bei der Nestlé Deutschland AG. Seit 2014 treibt sie als Agile Coach die digitale Transformation des Schweizer Lebensmittelkonzerns voran. Seit 2019 arbeitet sie als Lean Start Up Agent daran die Produktentwicklung „The StartUp Way“ zu beschleunigen.

Nora Möbus is a millennial leader and currently head of Consumer Engagement Service at Nestlé Deutschland AG. As an agile coach, she has been advancing the digital transformation of the Swiss food company since 2014. As a lean start-up agent, she has been working on accelerating product development at “The StartUp Way” since 2019.

Dr. Holger Aust ist Data Scientist und Blogger. In seinem Blog databraineo.de klärt er über Möglichkeiten von Data Science, maschinellem Lernen und KI auf und vermittelt unterhaltsam das nötige Wissen für die praktische Umsetzung.
Nach Studium und Promotion in Mathematik und Informatik half er als Unternehmensberater eines internationalen Retail-Unternehmens Strategieprojekte mittels Data-Driven Decision Management umzusetzen. Dr. Holger Aust is a data scientist and blogger. On his blog databraineo.de, he explains the capabilities of data science, machine learning and AI and provides the necessary knowledge for practical implementation in an entertaining way.
After studying and obtaining a doctorate in mathematics and computer science, he worked as a management consultant for an international retail company, assisting in the implementation of strategy projects using data-driven decision management. He currently works as a data scientist in the health care sector, improving the quality of treatment in hospitals through data measurement and analysis.

Tim Niesen ist Experte für die Themen digitale Transformation und künstliche Intelligenz. Zur Zeit ist er als Unternehmensberater in den Bereichen Digitalisierungsstrategie und Advanced Analytics tätig.
Zuvor arbeitete er als Researcher am Deutschen Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) in Saarbrücken, dem er noch immer als Gastwissenschaftler verbunden ist. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte umfassen insbesondere digitale Reifegradmodelle für den Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz sowie die Prozessanalyse durch Process Mining.
Tim Niesen ist Gründer und Geschäftsführer des DFKI-Spin-off-Unternehmens iSol welches seit 2015 in den Bereichen Softwareentwicklung (z. B. SAP HANA Cloud und Individualsoftware) und Beratung (z. B. Process Mining, Potential- und Trendstudien) tätig ist. Er ist darüber hinaus Autor verschiedener Fachpublikationen im Themenfeld Geschäftsprozessmanagement und als Dozent und Lehrbeauftragter an Universitäten und Fachhochschulen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz tätig.

Tim Niesen is an expert in digital transformation and artificial intelligence. He currently works as a management consultant in the areas of digitalization strategy and advanced analytics.
In the past, he worked as a researcher at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in Saarbrücken, where he is still active as a guest researcher. His research focuses on digital maturity models for artificial intelligence and process analysis through process mining. Tim Niesen is founder and managing director of DFKI spin-off company iSol, which has been operating in the areas of software development (e.g. SAP HANA Cloud and custom software) and consulting (e.g. process mining, potential and trend studies) since 2015. He is also the author of various publications on business process management and works as a lecturer and associate lecturer at universities and technical colleges in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
